Sir Adam Hotel

"What's the scoop with this place?Sir Adam is hidden inside the newly-refurbished A'DAM Toren. The white tower that dates back to the 1970s lies just across the IJ river from Centraal Station. It has recently found new life as a cool nightlife destination. Nice. What’s the crowd like?Creatives, artists, musicians. The good stuff: Tell us about your room. The industrial look embodied in the raw, concrete walls is peppered with colorful rock n' roll-themed details, like brown leather throw pillows, Gibson guitars adorning the walls, and artwork emblazoned with the recognizable faces of such musical icons as Mick Jagger and Bob Dylan. Plus, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer unparalleled views across the IJ river. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any amenities that impressed?Complimentary bottled water, 300 thread count linens, and a Crosley Cruiser record player all enhanced the stay. Room service and food: Worth it?Buzzy local chain The Butcher doubles as bar and burger joint in the hotel lobby. You can't go wrong with The Daddy ($14), topped with lettuce, tomato, bacon, BBQ sauce, grilled onion, and gooey melted Edam cheese. Anything stand out about other services and features? Whatever stuck with you.The gym has guided classes and in-house fitness instructors to help you recover from jet lag, and a vast music library of tracks accessible by Bluetooth. Bottom line: worth it, and why?Highly recommended for single travelers looking to connect with like-minded creatives while in Amsterdam." - Meredith Bethune

Amsterdam's Hotels Won't Waste Your Time

"We’d bet money that the team behind the SIR brand of hotels were big into imaginary friends as children. How else do you explain their propensity to design boutique hotels with fully formed human personalities? In this case, Sir Adam happens to be a music impresario. After a few too many years of the nomadic rock-star lifestyle, he’s looking to settle down — and he wants to invite some of his hippest friends to stay with him at his new place in Amsterdam." - Mark Fedeli

First time to stay at the Sir Adam (and to visit Amsterdam) so we didn't know what to expect. The Sir Adam was exceptional. The staff were extremely welcoming and informative. And the property is the most unique (and fun) property we've visited. Unique design and themes--fun decorations and unique touches. Our room had a turntable and albums to enjoy and a large collection of vinyl to choose from in the lobby. Fantastic beds--we had been traveling for almost 3 weeks and by far the Sir Adam has the most comfortable beds we found in Europe. Great food options on the property and a ferry to the main part of Amsterdam is literally right outside the door of the hotel. We had a great time and we would highly recommend the Sir Adam.

Location was great! Very close to ferry and good water view. There were a few disappointments. First was that we were told about the rooftop bar/restaurant. When I asked the front desk how to best get to the entrance, I was informed that since it was a Friday that there would be an admittance charge for each of us (we were 3 persons). We just wanted to have a drink and see the view around 6PM on Friday. At check in we were not told that there would be an entry fee for the weekend, otherwise we could have gone on Thursday, as we were at the hotel for only 2 days - Thurs and Fri. Additionally, since we were a hotel guest, it would seem only right that hotel guests who are already paying for a room should not be charge to enter the rooftop bar of the hotel! They market it as their rooftop bar, but then after I asked for an explanation, I was told another company runs their rooftop bar! For the price, the rooms were quite small. I understand rooms are smaller in Amsterdam, but the sink and bathroom were extra small. My last complaint was when I asked about breakfast in the hotel. I was informed of the time and was then told that if I reserved breakfast that it would be less expensive than if we just showed up. This was a nice secret to learn, but it made me feel like what other secrets did I not know at this hotel if I did not ask? All in all, a nice stay but they could use improvement in these areas I have mentioned.

Google
Absolutely amazing hotel with stunning views and a perfect location. Our room had a really cool vibe—great lighting, a record player, and even binoculars to look out over the water. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant served fantastic food at a very fair price. It's super easy to get to the city center using the free 24/7 ferry—just a few minutes across. Or, if you want something more relaxed, explore the quieter north side of Amsterdam with its countryside feel and small towns. Huge thanks to Tom at the front desk! He went above and beyond to help us. He made sure our rental bikes were properly set up and handled an issue with our extended booking without us lifting a finger. Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. Hope management takes note!

We seriously lucked out by booking the SiR Adam! As we disembarked our Viking River cruise in Amsterdam we gazed across the River at SiR Adam. "Wow, we're close! But how do we get there from here?" Uber quoted 24 minutes! This is the beauty of Amsterdam and the SiR Adam. We actually just walked a few hundred yards to the main Amsterdam Rail station, boarded a free Ferry and were in our rooms in 20 minutes! This location continued to be the highlight of our planning. Just across from "everything" and ferries running 24 hours and every 5-10 minutes for 20 of them, this location is amazing. The hotel is very vibrant, rock -n- roll and cool. The staff was great including the most comprehensive review of a city map we've every had! We shared complimentary check in cocktails and made way to a very safe, secure and innovative elevator system. Each elevator is themed as are the rooms. Our view from the room and from the property overall was amazing. Surrounding SirAdam is a Tower experience, the Holland experience, a great breakfast spot, a stocked convenience store, a museum/event center and a few great places to eat without compromises including the hotel restaurant "The Butcher". At dusk we sat out front on the riverside walkway to watch people, boats and the sunset. On departure, again, we walked out the door to the ferry and airport express in minutes. No doubt that we will stay here again if every fortunate enough to revisit Amsterdam.

Very interesting hotel. Super close to the ferry. Good size rooms with fridge. Themed elevators. Overall pretty good stay.||Watch out per other reviews they tried to charge us for a drink from the mini bar fridge. Take pics before and after. Staff need to do a better job of inventory. They were quick to give a refund for it.

The rooms are very "efficient", small but very functional for the most part. Shower is modern and has room for two. Very quiet. There is a nice "perch" at the window for one. Our room overlooked the river, which was very nice. Reception is very welcoming and helpful. The location is across the river from the central station. Ferries connect the two side every 3 minutes so no issues getting to the city. There is a grocery store and bagel cafe within a few minutes walk.

Google
Very cute hotel with a fun and central location. Easily accessible in Central Amsterdam with a quick and free ferry ride across the water, which ran 24 hours a day. While the room was on the smaller side, it was very functional and served for the purposes of our need a one night stay. The decor was fun throughout the hotel including a disco elevator and a karaoke elevator. Our room was clean, and had plenty of storage options for our luggage, and also included fun decor like a record player.

We stayed just for one night with our two kids. It was wonderful. Quiet and spacious room, great service and communication with the front desk and modern feel. This hotel is also conveniently located just across central station with the free ferry. So in central Amsterdam very quickly and without all the noise from the city. Nice views as well.

Yelp
There is so much to like about this hotel. Location Location Location. Let's start with service. We arrived early morning after a long international flight. After a chaotic journey through Passport Control, and a long expensive taxi ride, we finally made it to the hotel. The greeting was friendly and helpful. A bowl of mandarin oranges, apples, bananas, alongside a cookie jar filled with sweet treats are there for the taking. Robert, the newly appointed hotel manager offered lattes and cappuccinos ask we checked in. Luggage stored, Robert asked about our plans for the week. He gave a few pointers. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of other gentleman who checked us in, (young reddish hair), but he was also quick to pull out a map and give advice beyond just the usually tourist things. Even suggesting safe quieter streets to take in more of the Amsterdam. Robert was even there at departure with trip ideas about Iceland, our next stop. We found service to be well above average on every encounter. Expedient, and efficient, and seemingly very much wanting our stay to be a good one. Aureliua at the front desk, housekeeping, at every point. We will review the restaurant separately, but service there was great as well. The room was ready within hour, and well ahead of check in time. Like the rest of the hotel, it leans heavily on music and funky art. Don't stay here if you want old world European charm. The design is unfinished concrete and slightly industrial. It is stylish and works. Doesn't feel cold. The art and in room items consist of an electric guitar, music memorabilia, a retro vinyl record player, and a half dozen LPs. Don't find music you like in the room, there's a bin in the lobby similar to what you would find in a record shop with a wide selection. Everything from Hot Tuna to Tom Jones. Speaking of TJ, the sink and mirror are in the room, with a back lit "what's new pussy cat" scrawled on it which serves as a neat night lite. The commode and shower for this room were in to separate rooms with doors. Other rooms had a more traditional bathroom with tub/shower, stool, and sink in one room. The bed was comfortable, and there was enough closet space, and a well stocked mini-bar. Only two negatives on the room. One was dust it accumulates fast. There was usually a daily film of dust which housekeeping dutifully wiped away daily. Second, like many European hotels there is climate control but not air-conditioning. On hot days, the room got warm. Even with the shades drawn. Although all the staff spoke fluent English, there was a bit of mistranslation. We thought there was A/C which wasn't working. It had a loud banging as well. It was only when we found common language (Spanish) with the hotel's facility manager, we learned there was not A/C but rather a water evaporation cooler which could only bring the temperature down so far. It was tolerable. The elevators require a spoiler alert. So if you want to be surprised, skip this paragraph. Now for those who don't like surprises, here is what you can expect. A karaoke elevator cab, one dedicated to Saturday Night Fever, one clear cab with a light show, and one optical illusion giving a nod to David Bowie. We were there for a week, and the novelty hadn't worn off. The hotel is in an office building and has an adventure ride deck on the roof. The rooftop converts to a night club at night with great views of Amsterdam. There is plenty of controlled key card access to make the hotel floors safe. The location is great since there is a ferry less than 3 minute walk from the hotel, running every five minutes 24/7/365 across the water to Amsterdam Centraal. From there, the world is yours. An easy, flat walk to all the sights of central Amsterdam. Easy train to the airport, the arenas, Zaanes Scheun, wherever you want to go. You can even catch the Eurostar to London. There are two train offices with highly informed personnel who can help you get you on your way. The station also has a great shopping mall, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants. To sum it up again. A lot to like about this hotel.

Yelp
Great option "off the beaten path" of the downtown tourist area and such cool vibes of course, which is no surprise with this design concept. Play a record in your room? Yep. Swing on top of the building? Yep. Sing karaoke in the elevator or play assorted games in the lobby without it feeling too much like an arcade? Yep and yep. Worth the stay for the views from the higher floors, alone.

Yelp
This was for a one night stay in May using Bonvoy points. Amsterdam is one of my favorite cities with my first visit being a backpacker years ago and staying several nights at the Stayokay near Vondelpark. Over the years, I've stayed central from lower end hotels (Hotel Doria,) middle (Kimpton De Witt) and high (Pulitzer - SPG days). **Location** I looked at the map and had reservations due to the hotels geography being across the waters from the Central station. I was worried with the ferry schedule if I had to go back and forth. It actually worked out really well as the free ferry comes every several minutes transporting people, bikes, mini cars. **Check-In** Check-in was a breeze, the person checking me in was training and their name tag said they were from Porto, Portugal. I had a nice conversation with the person about retiring in Portugal and things to do in Amsterdam. I was directed to the stack of records we can check out and bring back to our room for the record player. **Accommodations** Very modern and stylish rooms. The furnishings almost looked like a Le Labo store. As my bathroom's mirror said, 'Shine Bright Like a Diamond'. The bed was comfortable and the view faced the water. The one odd part was probably the separation between the shower and toilet. No glass or light for the showers, no biggie for a one night stay. **Amenities** The record player was a nice touch, someone left the Top Gun LP (yes, search it up) in the room. Nice to play the classics and soak up the view. Breakfast was a buffet at the Butcher Social Club downstairs. Decent selection of pastries and juices. Plus you get to order a dish off their menu which I had the avocado toast. You can also rent a bike for several hours for a reasonable amount and bike thru the city. I'm so glad I did this! I was riding and came upon the annual Rollende Keukens (Rolling Kitchens) event of food trucks. I got to try Duck Bitterballens for the first time, since it was a public holiday, the place was packed! **Local Attractions** To my surprise, Ascension Day was the next day so the restaurants, bars and clubs were packed for a Wednesday night. I spent the evening after a fabulous dinner at Max (check out my review on them) walking around the canals at night. From the hotel to Cafe de Klos, it was probably a 35 minute walk. Central Station is a quick 5 minute ferry ride from the hotel if you want to do a trip to Rotterdam or The Hague.

Yelp
I can't say enough great things about the Sir Adam Hotel, from the staff to the little touches in the room, everything was hip and fun. I was a little wary to stay across the water, but there are free ferries that run from the Central train station every 5 minutes which made things super easy. We were ready to put our packs down and our feet up after a full day of traveling, and the wonderful Sonya offered us a complimentary welcome drink as we checked in. I opened for a yummy glass of cava and my fiancé went with an Amsterdam staple, Heineken. Each room is music themed and contain a record player. The huge assortment of free records at the elevators was fantastic. I wrote a little note when booking the room that we were getting married on this trip, and they upgraded us to a deluxe room with gorgeous views over the water as well as rose petals and a cute note on the bed. We so appreciate these little touches, especially rare with a big chain like Marriott. The bed was super comfy, the rain shower was super relaxing. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Yelp
Used our Marriott (formerly SPG) points here on our first night in Amsterdam. Conveniently located across the water from the Amsterdam Centraal Station. There's a free boat that leaves every 5 mins to take you across; very short boat ride. The A'dam lookout and rooftop swing is a popular tourist attraction so there were many people around. Also, the Iamsterdam sign is out front. Check-in is on the second floor. We arrived about 30 mins early before the 3 pm check-in hoping our room was ready. It wasn't so we waited in the lobby where they offered us a drink (I got champagne and SO had red wine). That was nice but our room wasn't ready until after 3. There's a total of 7 floors and we were upgraded to the 6th floor. Room was clean and tidy. This isn't your average hotel. You use your key card to call for an elevator; there was a disco elevator and a karaoke one. There are record players in every room that make it fun (collection downstairs you can choose from). We had a nice comfy bed and a rain shower in one room and the toilet in another. Nice amenities such as illy espresso coffee machine and a mini fridge. The fridge wasn't fully stocked with alcohol so I was able to use the other portion. Can't put my finger on it, but there was a funky smell in the dresser and the smell of cleaning supplies kinda made me have a headache. Besides that it was a pleasant stay!

Yelp
A very unique, industrial and boho-chic feel is what Sir Adam provides. Used our Marriott points for a 2 night stay here and we got upgraded to a city facing room. Facilities were great, loved the raw decor of our room which came with a record player (which was so much fun, especially there collection of classic rock, and 70s, 80s era songs). Location is superb as there is a free 24 hour ferry that drops you right at Amsterdam Centraal station.

Yelp
We had an incredible time staying at Sir Adam hotel. The people were extremely kind and helpful, the hotel was modern and funky, and the restaurant at the main level was delicious. However, I have to give it only 4 stars because the rooms were really hot at night (with no ability to turn on air conditioning) and how dusty the rooms are. We were sneezing due to how dusty the room was.

Yelp
What a neat hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Loved the thick fluffy pillows and soft bed. Appreciated the black out shades and we had fun playing different records every day. Room service was always very fast, food would arrive in about 15 minutes even though they quoted about 30 minutes. Enjoyed the scent and quality of the toiletries although for some reason our conditioner was clumpy and wouldn't rinse out of my hair so I ended up buying my own conditioner. Since we were still jetlagged I appreciated the snacks and mini bar. Great art everywhere, friendly people at the front desk, and super fun elevators (disco elevator and karaoke elevator). We attended a special event on the 17th floor and it was absolutely gorgeous. We were told Beyoncé stays here when she's in town. About a 3-5 minute walk to the free ferry that will take you over to the city center.

Yelp
What a freaking awesome experience. We were in Amsterdam for a Design Conference. It started with the free Heinekens for me and my friends while we waited to check in. We were hesitant at first to touch the Heineken because it taste like crap in the states. Drank out of courtesy but we couldn't get over how much tastier the beer was in Holland afterwards. That was an awesome welcome to Amsterdam :) The interior was one of the biggest reasons I chose the hotel, since I'm a huge fan of the SPG Design hotel brands. It's definitely a designer's heaven. A record player in every room along with more Heineken and gorgeous views of the river. Super clean (brand new hotel and been opened for less than a few months during my stay). My friends were hesitant because we would need to take the ferry to get into town but the ferry ride became part of the awesome experience we had. The bar stocked a few nice whiskies we couldn't find in the states, and the vibe was just generally amazing. We stayed during the Amsterdam vs Manchester football game and they were streaming it in the lobby. Would definitely take the chance to come back here again if ever given the opportunity.

Yelp
The Good: :: it's very fun and modern :: it's right next door to the EYE museum :: there's a fun restaurant downstairs :: there are pinball machines and a pool table for play downstairs! :: record player in the room (although some of the records were scratched) :: beds are comfortable :: gym is nice and has a good setup The Bad: :: the location...it doesn't haven't a ton of stuff around it, unfortunately. it's across the way directly from central station, though, so if you find the need to get to things, you can simply jump on the free ferry and cross the water :: the room isn't really set up for working. there is a smidgeon of a table that is flush against the wall and it's not very deep. you can sit a laptop on it but it's hard to have your lid as far back as you'd like it to go :: the shower in a closet is a bit weird and makes me feel claustrophobic :: when they have a DJ downstairs, it can be REALLY REALLY loud. i couldn't hear it from my room but obviously if you are on the same level as the DJ, it can be whoa The Ugly: :: none Would I go back? Probably not, but if I'm in a bind for a hotel room and this one is available, I'll book it and just deal with it. This place is IN (but not entirely excitedly).

Yelp
As a disclaimer I did not stay in this hotel but simply went to dinner at Madam (which was delicious). So my friends and I wanted to dine upstairs at the Adam hotel because it has really nice views of all of Amsterdam from their being that it's the tallest in the city. So as mentioned the dinner itself was great but we had to talk with the front desk in order to make sure we could still dine in. The woman looked us up and down and asked if we had a reservation and we promptly responded no (our own hotel had looked before and said we wouldn't need a reservation). She then said she would have to call up to the restaurant to make sure they could accommodate us and we said sure. She had also given us a menu to make sure we wanted to eat there... she was very condescending... why else would we be there if we didn't want to eat there?! But she also said that we needed to order a 2 or 3 course menu option. Anyways we looked at the menu and said we would like to still eat there and then she said well they aren't very busy and that she would put us in and to let us go upstairs to eat. We go up to the restaurant and the restaurant was half full... so basically this front desk woman knew that the restaurant wasn't busy or full she was just trying to deter us from going there. Also we came to learn that we really did not need to order a 2-/3- course menu option and we get hustled into getting something other that perhaps what we would've wanted. Again the inner itself was great but the service at the front desk was unwarranted and just awful considering we were going to be patrons of their restaurant upstairs. We stayed at a much nicer hotel across the water (Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments) and our front desk was wonderful and kind so our interaction with Adam Hotel was a sharp punch of disappointment.

Jessica F.

Yelp
We went to the hotel reception to have dinner at m'adame on recommendation from our hotel desk. (We stayed at the Erik vokel apartments, which was LOVELY and highly recommended). We had a terrible interaction with the reception downstairs. Very rude. Tried to discourage us from going to the restaurant. Again, we did not stay at the hotel, so hopefully the service is otherwise better. But this interaction with the two receptionists was terrible.

Yelp
I'm surprised that no one else has reviewed Sir Adam, but I guess it's because Trip Advisor might be more popular in Europe. That being said I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sir Adam. The location was super easy to get to. There is a 24h ferry that transports you from Centraal station (you can take a train directly to and from the airport to the station) to the hotel and then its a super short walk to the hotel. Check in was a breeze, we were offered a free drink as we arrived and were met with some of the most charismatic staff members that I have met while staying at a hotel. The ambiance is awesome at the hotel. Very hip and modern - definitely accomplishes the vibe that you would see at a W chain if you are familiar. We had the chance to stay on the top floor, but since it was double twin bed only we settled for a king on 3rd. The rooms were efficiently arranged and the decor was pretty cool. Gibson guitar, record player, maybe a turn table if you splurge. Prices were pretty reasonable too for how conveniently located and nice the amenities were. All bathrooms have a nice rain shower and the beds were super comfy. Even though there was a DJ blasting music on 1st-2nd floor, we did not hear anything while staying on 3rd. Without a doubt, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone in their late 20s or early 30s. If you're a mid 20 something year old you'd have fun too, but it might be a little out of the budget as prices were looking at 280-325/night for most basic room and upwards from there.

Yelp
Pretty cool place but too much hipster vibe for me. Nice room and good views. Also just across the canal from the train station. Free ferry take you from the train station to about a block from the hotel.
google avatar

Ian C.

Yelp
Expect a trendy slightly over designed hotel. What I loved about the hotel was more the location. There is a free ferry that gets you down town in five minutes and I never had to wait more than two minutes for it. Rooms were small but the bed was really comfy. Come here for the view.
google avatar

Inar C.

Yelp
We used our SPG points for this hotel. It surpassed our expectations. Very cool vibe with customized flourishes, such as a guitar and record player in the room and a library of records to borrow from. The front desk attendant was funny and personable. Also, the hotel is right on the water- about a 5 minute walk from the pier, where you could catch a ferry to the city center every 5 minutes.

A M.

Yelp
Getting to this hotel is really easy. From the airport, we took the intercity direct all the way into Amsterdam Centraal. You literally walk out the back of the train station and board the FREE middle ferry to cross the water way. The ride is about 5 minutes. Just exit to the left and it the hotel will be the tall building in front of you just to the right of the Amsterdam Eye. Seriously SO easy! We walked in and took the stairs (there is also an elevator) to the front desk. We were greeted by one of the most welcoming employees. She checked us in and then made sure we knew how to get where we needed to go, made some recommendations of sites to see as well as dinner reservations. She then had another employee take us to our room and showed us around the hotel. Our room was fairly spacious for European standards. It was also very clean and despite the concrete walls, it was very cozy. It has a super urban decor with a bit of a rock and roll theme. Each room is equipped with a record player which you can play and have access to many records down stairs if the ones left in your room aren't to your liking. AC/DC was in our room and we were digging the classic rock. The beds were really comfy. The wash vanity is in your main room so be ready to wash your face and get ready with any roomies you may have. The toilet and shower are separate doors. In fact the shower is actually a shower closet...with good water pressure, a rain shower or hand held wand is available...which is always great. The view from our room was also really amazing. We could see the central station and had a good view of Amsterdam. The hotel does turn into quite the club in the evening. The bar is really crowded and gets quite loud. They have video games and foosball for people to play. We were situated on the 7th floor on Friday evening and could definitely hear it from the first floor so if you are a light sleeper, spending a weekend here may not be the right fit for you. We were so jet lagged that it didn't bother us too bad and we had heard no noise during the week. There are also fairly annoying doors on the main floor to get in and out of the building. They are on a sensor and one set needs to close before the other opens. So you will see people standing to the side (because they have figured it out) or people being confused as to why they can't get out. I can't believe this isn't a fire hazard and I am sure it to keep massive bursts of cold weather out but there has to be a better way. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Yelp
Cool, hip, music-themed hotel just a 3-minute free ferry ride from Centraal Station. Very friendly staff, busy clubby lobby, rooms stuffed with music history memorabilia, including vinyl records and a functioning record player. Didn't make it to the roof top, but there is a party scene going on up there that I heard is fun for evening chill-outs. Rooms are small but how cares?

Yelp
Opened in February 2017, this new property is in a very desirable location across the river from Amsterdam Centraal train station. Hip boutique hotel with a rock and roll theme: record player and your choice of vinyl albums in every room. They'll even provide you a guitar. Rooms are modern, compact, and well designed. Terrific views, great cafe, game room and sports bar (The Butcher) on the ground floor has excellent croissants and breakfast, plus cocktails, and a giant projection screen for catching up on soccer. Each elevator is a unique design trip (One is a disco; another quotes Bowie lyrics from Space Oddity: "Take your protein pills and put your helmet on." Very secure access to each floor. Friendly front desk staff; free wifi, free NY Times. Front desk, located above the Butcher cafe on the first floor, can sell reserved tickets for the Van Gogh museum. The view of the city from the top floor Adam lounge is impressive, and there are swings on top of the building that are the highest in Europe. (Money Saving TIP: It is a 6 Euro train ride from Schiphol AMS airport to Centraal; trains run every 10 minutes. To access the hotel, walk out the back of Centraal station and rIde the free ferry on the backside to cross the river; it's open 24 hours, and runs every five minutes. This will save you spending an unnecessary 70 Euro for a cab ride from the airport to the hotel... or, 23 Euro for a taxi from Centraal to the hotel.)

We travel once a month for pleasure and also for work and I must say from start to finish this was the most amazing hotel by far we have stayed at, the level of detail and the staff was fantastic. We had bad incident for us totally our fault where we checked out and went almost back to Paris which is three and a half hours away to find out we left our passports and Money in the safe, the front desk staff, Sanjay and Daniel and many more all worked with us to come up with a solution, we had to take a train back to Amsterdam and with only fifteen minutes to spare to make the last train to Paris when we arrived as we needed to catch it to make our plane to the Us immediately the staff took our money and passports and wallet from the safe and brought it to us with every card, my wallet and money all counted and intact to the central train station so we would not miss our last train back to Paris and was waiting at the designated spot, they went above and beyond, the place is already the best in Amsrerdam and amazing and the food was spectacular we will only stay here at this hotel when we come back and will go to another location if available during our travels anywhere else
