My boyfriend & I were looking for Happy Hour Oyster spots to treat ourselves and came across this beautiful location. We also use the ‘Seated’ app and this location specifically had 17% back for the week. We arrived 6:15pm on Wednesday with 45 mins to spare for HH and we got to order 2 dozen House Oysters (sourced from Virginia) they were very good, a selection of small to medium sized oysters (as pictured) and I loved that they came with various topping, where some restaurants lack. Also on the HH menu there were bar snacks and we picked Fritto Misto, the Calamari was perfect, the white fish was fresh and the shrimp was good, all of it paired great with the lemon aioli. The entrees of choice were Linguine Clams, Lobster Roll. The Linguine was perfectly al dente, the sauce was rich and the amount of clams they offered was more than enough. The Lobster roll was good but not amazing. Dessert we ordered the Tiramisu and if you are thinking one slice is enough, no you’re going to want seconds. You’re also going to want to remember the last time you had a great slice of tiramisu, it won’t matter because this will be on your mind until the next morning. I say get it if you’re not going to order anything else on the menu. Overall experience was good, they accidentally charged me for two club sodas but offered a refund for the $6 that was charged. No issues - there may be a wait to get your food but honestly it’s worth it.

Oh my God, please listen to me! This place is absolutely amazing. I have close to 13 million views on my Google restaurant contributions and trust me when I tell you, this place is 100% worth it. I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff is, nice Brooklyn style atmosphere, and the food is absolutely AMAZING! Please look in my pictures and you get an idea on why I tell you you should rush to this place, don't walk, rush! The owner, Diego, is absolutely incredible. You could tell this man really truly cares about what he does and the love he puts into his restaurant.

We visited this restaurant with a large group and had a pleasant overall experience. The wine selection was good, and the oysters were very fresh and flavorful — definitely a highlight of the evening. However, some of the other dishes didn’t quite live up to expectations. We tried the biscuit soup and lobster roll, and while they were decent, they weren’t particularly memorable. The atmosphere was quite nice — comfortable and inviting, making it a good spot for a gathering. Prices were average for the area, so it felt fairly reasonable. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re looking for a nice setting and great oysters, but the rest of the menu could use a bit more refinement.

We visited during Restaurant Week about two weeks ago and, unfortunately, left feeling very underwhelmed. As seafood lovers who live in the neighborhood, we were excited to finally try this spot. We started with the tuna crudo and crab cakes, followed by the rack of lamb and branzino. Disappointingly, each dish fell flat—lacking the flavor, freshness, and execution we had hoped for. The dessert ended up being the highlight of the evening, which says a lot, considering I typically skip dessert and only ordered it because I assumed it would be difficult to get wrong. Service was another letdown. While we were greeted upon arrival and promptly seated, our waiter seemed to forget about us—even though we were the only couple in his section at the time. To make matters worse, the restaurant automatically adds gratuity to the bill, which feels unjustified given the level of service provided. The cocktails were equally underwhelming, so much so that we ended up going elsewhere afterward for drinks to salvage the night. Overall, the experience was lackluster and forgettable, and we will not be returning.

We have a tradition to meet with girls and to choose the best restaurant in ares, this one was so pretty on a pictures. We were excited to come here and so disappointed to leave. Staff is nice, food is pretty but absolutely not delicious. And absolutely overpriced for the quality. I’ve got pieces of shells in a lobster roll. Burata is my favorite salad and I never thought it could be so destroyed. Maybe someone will like it more, but I won’t come back for sure. Sorry. I can only be honest.

Had a nice dinner here- everything was fresh and tasty. The oysters were great, and we also enjoyed mushroom masala, Caesar salad, mussels, and lobster bisque soup. Drinks were really good too. Overall, a solid spot for seafood with good flavors. Friendly service!

Went here last night and it was soooo good. We had a lovely bartender, Ernesto, who made amazing drinks. The oysters were fresh and we really enjoyed the lobster roll and pasta we had! And who doesn’t love a weekend happy hour?! Definitely worth it to check out!

We went to Siren for our anniversary after we discovered the restaurant we had originally chosen was closed. We were so glad we did! The goat cheese salad was excellent. Fresh and very tasty with the cherries and pecans. The Mushroom Marsala was rich and delicious and not overly creamy. The linguine and clams was cooked perfectly and flavored with garlic and herbs. The ginger crème brûlée was an excellent way to end the meal. We were pleasantly surprised when the waiter told us dessert was on the house because we were celebrating our anniversary. There were plenty of other things on the menu we would like to try; we will be back.

Absolutely perfect spot for drinks and bites lets start with the fact that this is a PROPER OYSTER BAR - pencil and paper oyster order which you dont get much of in bklyn. the oyster selection was rich. pink moon, bad boys, beau soliels were favorites. we added caviar too which was power move. oh and the mignonette slapped. really good drinks and big mezcal selection got grilled octopus (delivious) and lamb chops (with mint chimmi) which were perfect plates along with the oysters. the space is nice and def vibes // very impressive all around .

This is place is my new favorite. I can only comment on the happy hour and everything was perfect. The bartender was attentive and also the host while seating people. He was amazing and so friendly. The special was $1.5Prince Edward Island oysters which I had 24 of! Their hibiscus margarita was unstoppable! I have the mezcal drink and it was delicious.

A nice spot for happy hour oysters but that's about it. The food was a little disappointing and the prices are not cheap. Came here for dinner with some girlfriends and it was pretty empty with one server. The AC was not working properly or maybe because we came when they just opened but it was sweltering inside. As the night progressed, it became crowded, the server was overwhelmed (still just him, poor guy), and the heat was pretty unbearable with the kitchen cooking at full blast. For happy hour oysters, it's 1.50 per but you have to order a minimum of a dozen. You get 1 option for happy hour. We had the petite and it was very fresh and sweet. The drinks seemed a bit weak. I had the French 75 and it was very light. Maybe because it's happy hour? They also have a 4-course pre-fixe menu for $65 but it's a table commitment. There were enough options for a table of 4 to pick different dish to try so we ended up doing the pre-fixe menu. Apps - Crabcakes, kale ceasar and octopus was good 2nd - mushroom tagliatelle, linguine clams (they ran out of lobster ravioli) The pasta was ok but pretty salty though. 3rd - Branzino, NY Strip, Mussels. Surprised that it was the steak that turned out to be the best one for the 3rd course. The branzino was ok but wish the skin was a bit more crispy instead of the soggy, rubbery version we got. The mussels were very fishy and we did not like it at all. That was the dish leftover. The steak was cooked medium rare (how we ordered it) and was season well and tender to the taste. Dessert - peach cobbler, bread pudding. - At this point we were all pretty full but the dessert was good. For a table of 4, our bill came out to be $100 per person. The service was very slow. Normally I wouldn't care but because it was so hot inside, we were practically eating and sweating at the same time for close to 3 hours.

came for happy hour but only had 15 mins left of it so we made the best out of it. The oysters were HH pricing and you need to order a min of a dozen. The hot apps we ordered were decent, not to really rave about. Our espresso martini was good. Only complaint was that the place was really hot and we asked to be moved, the waitress said she'll take a look but never got back to us. Had a small meal but sweated most the meal.

Not bad, but nothing unique or spectacular! Pricy. First, I think they are very overpriced for the neighborhood, type of food, and service they offer. The whole "package" did not match the prices. Second, we were the only table on Sunday evening; I hope that's only the case for that particular Sunday (and no, that was not a holiday). FOOD We came to this spot for oysters. The oysters were okay, but half of the oyster's menu was unavailable, and the ones we tried were very salty (but that's not the restaurant's fault). The oysters were overpriced for the neighborhood. If I remember correctly, the price per oyster starts at $3,75... That's Manhattan's rate, not Brooklyn's, or you need to be a spectacular place in BK for that rate, where you pay for the location, the view, or/and how popular the place is. I was disappointed with Hamachi. The price was way too high for what it was! At least, what I have seen in other places was much better. The octopus was well made and tasted delicious, and the squid ink humus was fantastic! We loved it. The lobster roll was okay, but again, nothing outstanding that could have a wow feeling. SERVICE There is not much service to value. The one hiccup we had was that the waitresses asked us if we were Russians (none of us are), which was disturbing, given the political situation. And it was early in the evening when we just got seated. I personally have no reservations about that, but some people at the table got a bit awkward. One other thing: the waitress was also a bartender, and she messed up tequila with Mezcal. Other than that, it was okay. However, I cannot properly value service here because there is not much to value or be objective about. AMBIENCE Lovely and pleasant! But it was empty! We were the only table on Sunday night. They have a beautiful bar setting, and for a glass of wine with oysters, you will surely enjoy your night. I found this place somewhat good, but I did not have a spectacular experience. They tried to do well, and you can see attention in their dishes, but somehow, they did not get it 100% right! Maybe that was an empty night on Sunday, and that did not allow us to see the full potential of the place

I'm back! Great 4 course prix fix for $65 during the week. It was too much food for me, so I took left overs home. Reheats very well. Great happy hour! Cocktails n $1.50 oysters. Mon-thurs till 7pm and Friday till 6pm. I love the French 75 cocktail. Service is great.

Small hip / sheek place with delicious food options at a decent price for park slope & delicious drinks! Can't forget the Great Vibes!!! The owner and his family are great hosts and really make you feel valued as a guest / customer! We celebrated a birthday and they prepared a special menu with a pre-chosen pre-fix menu - it was very cute, thoughtful and well put together, as well as on really good quality paper! So much so I had to mention it haha Give it a try! You won't regret it!

This is a fantastic date spot, or even just a place to treat yourself to happy hour after work. The cocktail menu is literally the most delicious and creative, since pre-recession speakeasies of 2007. Every bite here is delicious, the staff are all kind and beautiful. My favorites things are oysters (especially for their west coast selection which is rare!) and the lamb chops might be addictive. I will be back.

A great addition to the neighborhood! I don't think happy hour could get much better with $1.50 oysters and 2 for 1 wines. The cocktails are great and they can make a couple of them alcohol-free (I'd recommend the green juice margarita, not the saffron mule because the saffron is in the booze). Definitely get some oysters, I prefer west coast so love that there is a great selection from both coasts. The lobster roll is a must try, better than any roll I've had in the Hamptons. The goat cheese salad is particularly good as well. We didn't leave room for dessert but will be back to try more of the menu. The ambience is excellent, love the dark paint and decor. Service was thorough and attentive.

Siren is a relatively young restaurant and still evolving. But it's already a great addition to the neighborhood, and I'm giving it a perfect five stars for a simple reason - I have more fun here than anywhere else. First, the food. Not all the dishes are equal, but I really enjoy the branzino, the seafood stew, and the eggplant frutti di mare. The lobster roll is the weak link. I disagree with other reviewers who say the menu is overpriced; given the portion size and quality, I think most items are priced about right. If you care about bar culture, Siren has a very lively bar scene with fun, cool "regulars" and lots of interesting conversation. The owners and bartenders are super friendly, and do a great job of making people feel welcome. The friendliness is ultimately why I'm giving it a perfect score. I think Park Slope can be cold and elitist sometimes (for full details, see my other reviews, ha). So, when I find a place that's genuinely warm and fun, I stick with it. This is my equivalent of Cheers, in other words, and I really dig it.

Such a great new neighborhood gem! The host and staff were so welcoming and accommodating! And for a Friday night, we were able to sit without a reservation, but it was pretty packed! We started off with 12 oysters. They provide you with a list of oysters and pencil to mark which you would like. About 5 east coast and 4 west coast. For our meals, I ordered the lobster ravioli and my fiancé got the special which was a grilled tuna with lentils and cauliflower and a side of teriyaki sauce. Honestly they should add it to the menu because it was delicious!!! The sauce was good but it didn't even need it the tuna was grilled so well and perfectly medium rare. The lobster ravioli was solid, a bit mild in flavor, but overall pretty good. Cant wait to come back and try more of the menu!

This was a random spot that we picked because we were craving for oysters and this is the closest place we found in Brooklyn. The food was good and the service was great. Highly recommend to come in here for the oyster happy hour. We will definitely come back here often.

I wanted to love this place, but the food just isn't that good, especially for the prices. The service (besides our waitresses very strong BO), ambiance, and drinks were all very good. Food was not. We got the chefs selection of oysters - they picked 3 different kinds. Two were good but the third was the most fishy oyster I've ever had - I tasted it for the rest of the night. It overpowered everything, I was nervous I was going to be sick (I wasn't thankfully). The octopus was TINY! Plus it was also fishy, it tasted off (and I've had octopus so many times) - the hummus was good. The lobster ravioli was just okay - it was garnished with lobster in the middle that tasted old and frozen - it made me question if the ravioli were fresh. Our bill was close to $200 for three drinks (espresso martinis - very delicious), oysters, octopus, kale salad and lobster ravioli- on the high side for Brooklyn. I would return for drinks and ambiance, definitely not for the food.

I can't say anything bad about this place . I was greeted with a smile - service was excellent, the ambiance was extremely date worthy . And the food was good ! I came for oysters (so we ordered twice ! Lol) but I also ordered the arancini and the lobster ravioli. Both needed salt but the flavors were there ! I also enjoyed their take on an old fashioned called the renaissance fashion. Over all I have no complaints and I cant wait to go back !

Came on a Sunday night, the space is dimly lit, there was such a nice and romantic ambiance to the place. We were greeted very warmly by both the host and our server. They have a menu of oysters you can check off to order from both from east and west coast. Minimum order of 6 oysters. Prices range from around $3-$5 an oyster. We ordered 6 oysters, do not remember which ones, but they all tasted pretty fresh. We then had a salad special, potato leek soup, crab cakes, clams casino, mushroom tagliatelle, and a grilled shrimp special. Really enjoyed the potato soup, it was creamy but not too heavy. Clams were stuffed well and had a rich bacon flavor. Mushroom tagliatelle had a strong mushroom flavor and loaded with mushrooms. Pasta cooked al dente. The grilled shrimp special was on top of a tomato purée sauce? Really elevated the flavors of the shrimp. Crab cake was on the saltier side for me but that might just be me because only I thought so. My absolute favorite dish surprisingly was the salad special of the night which had cauliflower and ricotta, it was refreshing and flavorful. Our server checked in on us and refilled our waters throughout the night very often. Dishes came out two at a time and paced well. We enjoyed our meal from beginning to end. Siren seems to be like a hidden gem in that part of the neighborhood, seriously worth checking out.

Great place! Ambience and vibe is to die for! If you like spicy, try the hibiscus margarita, you will LOVE it! The oysters one of the best I've ever tasted, fresh and it feltblike off the sea!!! . The wait staff - great! Amanda and Jenny were great! Our new hang out spot..

The staff was so nice, we were starving after a show and came an hour before closing and they fed us the most delicious meal! The ravioli was amazing and juicy, the arancini was eaten almost instantly. And they served great drinks. 10/10 will be back!

This is a new establishment and I don't they got a grip on how to run the kitchen yet. Pricey for the food they serve.

Service was horrible! Server didn't even ask if we wanted a second drink. (Drinks were watered down) They did not stagger our food, brought everything out at once. do not get the clams casino, the cheese tastes like chemicals. When we mentioned this to our server, he said ok and took the rest back. He didn't give an explanation or took them off our bill. Oysters were good and the caviar topping compliments the dish. Everything else was mid at best.

I went for brunch and the food was amazing! I got the lobster roll and loved how flaky and buttery the bread was and how generous they were with the lobster meat! I also got the bloody Maria to drink which had a big shrimp in it. The food and service is 5/5 for me but the pricing is a little above my regular price range so it'll have to be a special occasion or happy hour place for me!

Food is not just typical everything is seasoned just right. The service is amazing, the ambiance is great. When I realized they've finally opened as I'm a local in the community my family was eager to try it out and I say this is a great new addition and satisfactorily can become a new family addiction. My kids love it, it's a tranquil spot, where you can definitely enjoy and appreciate the neighborhood while eating and drinking after a long day of work or just to sit on a date night. I definitely enjoy it every time as it's not a hit or miss it's a WIN WIN keep up the good work SIREN.

The best dish here has to be the mushroom pasta! The wines are great. I wish the menu had a bit more variety. The staff was super friendly.

I'm somewhat on the fence with posting this review. My experience was not quite as grand as the yelp* community. I grabbed a seat at the bar, and I ordered from the restaurant week menu. I began with the Octopus. The Octopus was tasty, but the black bean concoction didn't work. My second course was Linguine with Clams. The Pasta was overcooked, and the clams were a bit sandy. My third course was Mussels ala Marinara. The Mussels were good, but could have used a bit more spice. I finished with the Key Lime mousse. It was very tasty. Would somebody please tell management that those swinging kitchen doors are a nuisance. Thank you next!

Best Seafood in Park Slope hands down! The chef and his staff are very professional and friendly and run a super tight shift, The restaurant is impeccable and food and service always good. The ambiance is amazing even if you're there for a quick appetizer and drinks or dinner. I would be remiss if I did not recommend this hidden gem. It's a must go to. Amazing addition to Park Slope. We went there by chance. We liked how it looked from the outside. Well, we were in for a treat. The prix fix had incredible choice. A full 4 course Christmas eve dinner to remember. The lamb chops with a mint chimichurri cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. The shrimp cocktail, in fact langoustines. The pasta with clams was light and well seasoned. The clams right on point. The Tuscan fish stew with a tomato sauce that lacked nothing (I would have asked for seconds) and the Chilean sea Bass was wow, flaky juicy. The dishes were well cooked with almost no oil or butter, which made them light and easy on the body. Chef Suarez is a genius. And the desserts..... The cheese cake was creamy and sumptuous. Both the cheesecake and the bread pudding had a perfect level of sweetness. I will come back for sure. The service is impeccable. The restaurant was full but there were no delays in service. The ambiance is cozy, elegant and very Manhattan. If in Park Slope, pay this place a visit. Enjoy!!!!

This poor rating is primarily based on the inability of this restaurant to serve a dish in a reasonable amount of time. It took them over 50 minutes to serve the entre. The food was okay, not great but good. The place is a basic shoe box design. There is no vestibule so if you sit near the front, you get hit with the wind every time the door opens. They were at about 1/2 seating capacity so I'm lucky I wasn't there when they were busy. I was late for meeting my friends so I ate as fast as I could. I will not return, and I don't recommend this place unless you have all night to spend there.

Siren has a warm ambiance, exceptionally friendly service and a cool vibe. My co-worker and I loved the fact that their is a deep wine list with stalwart wineries. We ordered the freshest Kumumato oysters and misto plate for apps and then ordered branzino and a fresh pasta dish. We paired the Oysters with Pieropan Soave and the main courses with a Grenache blend by Orin swift called Abstract. Will definitely come back for date night with my girlfriend and try their champagne with an assortment of oysters and their other Dover Sole and Crab Cakes. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Excellent food, great choice of oysters, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is very comfortable. Will definitely return soon.

This place recently opened up in our neighborhood and we were so excited to try it out! It surely didn't disappoint! The bartender was a pro and made us some amazing cocktails. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance is great! We will be back for more!

Great new place! Bar is comfortable and the bartenders are friendly. They know their cocktails! If you don't want what's on the list they will make you any drink you want. The food is delicious- highly recommend the linguini and white clam sauce. Staff is attentive and service great! Come once and you will be back!

Spent Christmas Eve here and it was agreed that the food was amazing. My son, who lives in Atlanta, has been to many restaurants including Michelin rated, loved it. Great atmosphere and ambiance. Although the staff was a bit slow they were extremely nice and respectful,you will look past it. I love this place and definitely recommend it.

This amazingly well run restaurant is even better appointed and delicious than it has to be to immediately elevate our neighborhood (especially after we lost Nostro). The space is elegant and intimate, with well placed mirrors that open up the space despite the dramatically dark wall color. I have been here four times already (3 with my wife and once with the kids). Despite being the ultimate romantic night out in the neighborhood it is also very family friendly, with a dedicated kids' menu (which my 9 yo completely devoured). The service has been excellent every single time: attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Oysters are super fresh and we haven't had a sub-par dish in our 4 visits. I can't recommend this spot enough. Welcome to the neighborhood!!!

A surprise to find this very adult, elegant place in the Greenwood neighborhood and worth a trip from anywhere. Great food, lovely service. Super fresh delicious oysters . High quality all around. Definitely a classy spot to bring your guests to. We loved it.

The atmosphere is serene-no kitschy decorations, and the music was pleasantly subdued. Our server-Matthew- couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful. We took his suggestion for the oysters and they were briny -but not too much-just the way my husband loves them. His wine suggestion for me was wonderful. We had the prix fixe dinners. My octopus was very tender and served on a bed of black ink hummus with pomegranates, his crab cakes were plumb and not full of filler like many other places. The pasta dishes-mushroom tagliatelle and lobster ravioli were both perfect. My skirt steak was done just the way I asked for it and the vegetables that accompanied it were done just right. My husband thought the mussels Fra Diablo were a little too "tomatoee", but that didn't stop him from finishing all of them. Desserts were the perfect end to the meal-key lime mousse and peach cobbler. Definitely recommend this for repeat visits.
