I love this little spot. The food here is phenomenal and the staff are so sweet. I come here pretty often with my girlfriend and we love it every time. The staff recognizes us now and we get some free food here and there which is always a pleasant surprise. We got the Chicken Pad Thai and 2 Thai Teas. They also brought us free dumplings. Everything was excellent and the Thai teas are huge and delicious. The only thing wrong is that they don’t get nearly as many customers as they deserve. 10/10 would recommend every time.

For starters, the service was absolutely stellar! Everyone who interacted with my date and I were so welcoming and sweet. I tried the pad Thai with shrimp, as I typically do when trying a new Thai restaurant, and it was very good. The sauce was not overly sweet, the noodles were cooked to perfection, but the shrimp was mediocre. The leftovers are fantastic the next morning, highly recommend cold!

The inside of this place is so beautiful. I love taking my boys here for thai food! Everyone is always so friendly and the food is always amazing. We love there peanutt sauce, the crab puffs are delicious and the pad thai is always on point. They always have amazing specials so make sure you check them out! Plenty of seating and such a beautiful atmosphere. 😍

Always live getting the pad see ew! Highly recommend. The staff is always so kind and the food is timely prepared and served! Don't forget to get the mango sticky rice, but wait.... maybe you should so that I can have more! 🤤🤤

I was pretty disappointed to find a large amount of small chicken bits in the vegetarian dish I ordered. Pretty disgusted by the fact they obviously didn’t empty the wok between orders. Thai food is pretty popular amongst vegetarians and vegans so I’d expect a restaurant to take more care in how they prepare their food. Please be careful to not contaminate dishes when cooking. I’m giving three stars because I can’t truly judge this place that well. I know a lot of people have great experiences here but I personally won’t be going back.

Food was amazing, but the thoughtful service really stood out the most. We have someone who works on our cars in the area and we will be returning for the wonderful service and food

I haven't been back to Siri Thai for a while because last time there, the dishes were not very good. After coming back from snowshoeing on a Friday night, we decided to give them a try again. My family n I love all the flavor of the dishes we ordered. Yes, Siri Thai got a good cook in the kitchen again! Hopfully they can keep their dishes consistent from now on. We will be back!

This is the best Thai spot in the SE Powell/Foster area...and maybe even all of Portland. Service is always friendly, the portions are huge (we always have leftovers), and spice levels are the real deal. Every order comes with complementary gyozas. If you're dining in, order a Thai iced tea! It's a gauntlet that's perfect for 2 people to share. Every table is decorated with colorful plates and charming napkin origami folds. There's a small lot for parking right next to the restaurant.

This is one of those places you almost don't want to write a review for because it's so good you want to keep it a secret. There's nothing on this menu is bad. Truthfully it is all genuinely great. The location in itself is lackluster but there is parking. And it is just a short drive from a lot of Portland shopping. The inside of the restaurant is nice, clean, and had nice decorations. The staff who work here are above and beyond and seem to recognize you after your first visit. Their Thai iced teas are amazing. All the fried rice is delicious. Their tom yum soup is my favorite in all of the PNW!

Siri remains one of our favorite spots for take out orders. We were recently reminded of the pleasures of dining in with more than just the two of us. Our small group was able to take an extensive tour of the Siri menu, with everyone getting to have a bit (or a lot) of everything. It's wonderful getting the opportunity to try more than just a handful of items. Servings were plentiful, and beautifully plated (again, a nice change from scooping dinner out of to-go containers). The elegantly folded colored napkins and artwork at Siri added to a genuine dining out experience.

The food is DELICIOUS!! I live on the west side but I will cross rivers and mountains to come eat here. We ate like kings and queens when I picked up a larger take out order. We had the chicken noodle dish that the employee Emily recommended to us abd it was probably my favorite dish with the wide rice noodles. We also had Tom Kah soup, won tons and crab ragoon, spicy basil rice with veggies and for dessert the mango sticky rice. They do a great job here. We also got great portion sizes, it was fast and I want to come back to dine in because the atmosphere is beautiful. Thank you Siri Thai!

Hot tea served upon sitting at your table... Nice touch! The pot stickers were warm and crunchy. I had the chicken teriyaki... and it exceeded my expectations. (It was grilled too) The portion sizes were very generous. All of the dishes on the expansive menu looked great. I hope to return in the near future to sample more on the menu. Good food. Good service. Reasonable prices.

Great for big groups - spacious, big portions, good prices, friendly staff! Love coming here with family because we know we will leave well fed and satisfied. Staff is always super nice and usually gives appetizer on the house. Don't need to stay much about the food. I consider this spot ol' reliable because your favorite Thai staples (pad Thai, fried rice, curry) are pretty solid.

Siri Thai is my go-to spot for delicious Thai food in SE Portland! I visit every other month and it never disappoints. The interior is fun and authentic, with colorful napkins that really add to the vibrant atmosphere. The service is always great--friendly and attentive staff make every visit enjoyable. The portions are large and definitely worth the price. My favorite dishes are the pineapple fried rice, pad see ew, pad thai, and yellow curry. These are consistently flavorful and satisfying. The Thai tea and crab puffs are a perfect complement to the meal, and a nice touch is the free potstickers they offer on the house. Parking is convenient with both a parking lot and street parking available. I wish I took more pictures, but at Siri Thai my stomach always eats before my camera does.

I have visited Portland from California twice now and each time I have ate at Siri Thai. This Thai restaurant is a must-stop every time I am around the area now. The pad see ew is always incredibly delicious and flavorful. Their food always strike a perfect balance and the flavors are never too overwhelming. I love the quiet atmosphere. It has never been too busy and my party was seated right away when we went. I will definitely be back the next time I visit Portland!

This is the best Thai food in Portland, a perfect flavorful "10" for all the many meals we've had here. Portions are generous, the spice level is right on (you can ask for more or less), and they don't skimp on meat or vegetables. Everything tastes like it was just made fresh, whether it's curries or stir fries. Prices on the wide-ranging menu are reasonable as each entree serves 2-3 people in our experience. We always have leftovers which taste at least as good the next day.

Siri Thai stays one of my top favorite Thai spots in Portland. The chicken pad Thai always satisfies my cravings, the meat is juicy and noodles have the perfect flavor and aren't too oily. The Thai ice tea is very refreshing and hits all the right notes. Staff give large portions and complimentary potstickers as an appetizer. Overall they foster a really relaxing environment and are accommodating to any dietary restrictions. I will never stop talking about this place. Gold star staff, food and ambiance and very affordable.

Honestly in my most humble opinion. Best Thai food in Portland. Not only the taste and flavors are amazing but the portions are huge! The servers were kind and attentive. Very friendly. The place is a bit small tucked behind a convenience store but do not overlook this place. Please give it a try!

I do love the food here, it's always fresh and hot, yet the service sometimes can be a little off, that's my only complaint! I recommend the peanut curry - the flavors are so delicious and I get this everything I come. Vegans can easily eat here because you can have tofu as your protein for most of the dishes. Yum, yum, yum!

The friendly staff and beautiful space is like walking into a different world from SE Powell. Food is great, I especially enjoy the orange chicken and salad rolls.

This place is solid. They have everything you're looking for and the portions are very fair. I'm never over the moon about any dish but when I just want something yummy and easy I order pick up from here. Friendly, easy, reliable, good food.

The price is reasonable, and the portions are generous. Interestingly, I feel like I get more food when I order to-go than dine-in. The to-go box was overflowing with pad thai. The service is consistently fast, and the taste of the food remains consistent as well. It's always a reliable option when I'm in the mood for Thai food. In today's world where tipping culture can be overwhelming, the owner told me not to tip during my most recent visit. I didn't ask about the reason, but I appreciate the offer.

If you want GREAT authentic Thai food you must go to Siri Thai. Service is great and food just so Good. We love Thai food and eat and cook it often, so we know a gem when we find it. Plus to top it, the portions are generous everything is so fresh and you can taste it.

This place is my family's new hang out. Fact is, it's all about the Siri Thai fried rice. The kids love the super huge portions. However, I order all over the menu. Spicy catfish, all the curries, and house specials. Sometimes we order the chicken skewers and egg rolls for appetizers knowing darn well we will not finish our entrees. You know, I don't remember seeing a list of alcoholic beverages. But when you have tea, who cares. Very unassuming and laid back. Take your time.

It was late and I was tired and hungry, and my kid had a rough day and wanted some fried rice. I called shortly before close and asked if I could still place an order for some Thai sausage fried rice and they were so kind and said of course. I had never ordered from Siri before, and fried rice can be such a gamble. Parking was easy and when I went inside it was cute and clean, and everyone was so welcoming despite being in the process of closing. I got my food and paid and headed home. As I unpacked the bag, I discovered that they had included a small box with three potstickers (which happen to be my daughters fave) and dipping sauce, and the fried rice was AMAZING!! I can't wait to go back and try more food there, they are doing a great job.

Been coming here for years. Amazing food, good prices, fast and friendly service. The decor is beautiful--colorful walls, lots of ornate statuary and lattices. There's usually dedicated parking just east of the building off Powell. Favorites are pad kee mao, pumpkin curry, and chicken larb.

This hidden gem located on powell is some of my favorite thai food! Unsuspecting on the outside but beautiful on the inside. Large portions, delicious food, friendly staff, and great prices. Can't say enough good things!

It was fine but nothing to brag home about. Seeing the reviews I thought it might be more authentic but I'd say it's more Americanized. Portion sizes weren't too big but the service was good. Prefer going to red onion in NW.

We've ordered pickup a few times now and will continue to do so! Their Khao Soi is a favorite. The options for vegan dishes are also incredible. Staff is kind, we plan to dine in next. It's a beautiful space.

Was craving Thai food & my friends decided to take me here. This place was pretty good! The location and parking is a bit tricky, but there's lots of parking! The staff is super friendly. She gave us pot stickers on the house. Their Thai tea is huge! Probably the biggest portion I have seen. On to the food.. Papaya salad: 5/5 it's my favorite dish. I'd be sad if it didn't taste good. Pumpkin duck curry: really good, but not much duck was there 3/5 Garlic fish: really flavorful! 5/5 Pad see ew: perfect portion & enjoyed the ingredients. Couldn't do this one wrong either. There's lots of seating inside. Enjoyed this place. I'd come back.

Have gone to Siri Thai many times. The service is great, people friendly, and food is excellent. My favorite is Cashew Nut stir fry. You won't be disappointed.

So flavorful and fresh tasting! We both got the Pad Se Eew and both will be getting it again. Restaurant was beautiful inside and the woman working was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before heading out with our takeout.

This is one of my favorite Thai places in town. The portions are a good size and they're not too expensive. We always get some free dumpling with our meal, and the workers are always attentive and kind. We've gotten take out and dined in here, and I haven't had any issues yet. The dining are is fairly large, so there's never much of a wait. They aren't super modern, but it's clean and gives a homey experience. When picking up take out it's easy to order online and run in. The food is flavorful, and I haven't had a dish here I didn't like, but my favorite is the fried catfish and pad Thai. We'll definitely keep this one our list of go-to's.

I wish 6 stars was an option! We first were impressed with the decor. We were then greeted by a friendly staff. The menu options were not short of amazing. While we were deciding on our dinner they comped our table with egg rolls. Delicious! We ordered salad rolls for an appetizer. Also delicious! The peanut sauce had a little bite to it but was a welcome change. I ordered the Kung pao chicken. Some of the best I've had! We ordered several different entrees and all were incredible. Between delicious food and generous portions we will become regulars. This was our first time but it is now our destination stop for Thai food. Please treat yourself and stop in. I know you will agree. 100% recommended.

this is one of the prettiest, most visually pleasing restaurants I've been to in town. lots of choices on the menu. A's seafood salad was beautiful and well-stocked with seafood, squash and usual salad stuff. M had a huge mound of chow mein noodles that looked like spaghetii. My panang curry sweet and tasth. Fine service. Haven't been served tea in french press before. No lunch specials but good price for the size and quality.

A great place to come to with big groups if you're craving for Thai food! The food is yummy and portions are big enough to share family style. I got some of the classic Thai dishes and loved almost everything! You can never go wrong with the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. I absolutely loved the papaya salad! I'm always wary about getting papaya salad at restaurants because the flavor is never there but this place knows how to make a good one! Super flavorful and spicy. I had also ordered the Pumpkin Curry and pineapple fried rice which was good but didn't wow me. It was nice that they gave complimentary egg rolls before our meal, a great bonus with good food and great service!

Stopped in to Siri Thai because they were doing a benefit fundraiser for the neighborhood elementary school. There was plenty of seating. Service was a little slow because they were bombarded on a Tuesday night, but that would be expected on a Tuesday, plus they were helping benefit one of the neighborhood schools! The pad Thai was typical pad Thai. But the peanut sauce curry was amazing! I will definitely be back for the peanut sauce curry! If you like peanut sauce, you have to try this curry!

Great value and great portions. Ordered the beef pad see ew. Came with a beautiful carrot butterfly. The sauce itself was a tad too sweet for me but filling. Service is attentive and welcoming!

Absolute best Thai food in Portland. A hole in the wall with the tastiest, quality Thai I've had. We've been coming here for years and will continue! Great waitstaff and owners, feel like like family friends now. I'd leave a 10 star if I could!

Be aware that the "duck curry " has minimal duck, to our great disappointment. It's a good enough curry base ( sweet with lots of veggies and pineapple) but the duck is a whisper . Spent extra $7 to add duck ($24!) for this bowl And still a sad amount of duck - people who order duck , love it- go figure?! As folks who routinely roast our own duck ( and understand that $24 buys you an entire duck) having the equivalent to one LEG is insulting. (Sometimes you just want to order it not have to roast your own, sigh.) As was the blonde waitress who spilled our ice coffee , water, told us to get our menus ( she didn't want to get up from her chat with the guy), and generally made us feel less than welcome. Maybe because we were Asian and actually Thai/ mixed folk? The owners should see this. Too bad too food is pretty good but I can see why they don't have more business.

Yellow curry and pad see ew are the fuckin most delicious I have ever had! The prices are worthy of the gratuitous portions. The service is friendly and I can't recommend this place enough! Stop playin and order this food! Seriously. They hit all the flavor points. Amazing, affordable food. My favorite Thai food in the country. Support this business!

What a nice restaurant! Husband was craving Thai food (we usually drive to NW or Pearl District for our Thai cravings), so I looked up online and found Siri Thai. Looking at the pictures remind me of my Mom's dishes. We came around the opening at 11, on a weekday. The staff is so polite and friendly, Em (I think it is her name) is a lovely woman. The food was excellent! Very tasty and flavorful, and the portion are big. We ordered a papaya salad, a portion of Pad See Ew with beef, and also a portion of Panang curry with tofu. Also got an iced Thai coffee and it was perfect, not too sweet. We have enough food for a second meal :). Em also brought us a plate of appetizers (vegetarian eggrolls + chicken potstickers) as a complimentary. We will be back soon!

For only have a few tables to worry about...service was slow and disjointed. One meal came out wayyyy before the other one. We had to ask for them to check on it. We had to ask for refills. Our waitress spent more time socializing with co workers than doing anything else. The other gentleman was busting his butt. Food: crab wontons. Meh. Meat tasted odd and I am a fan of imitation most of the time. Pad Thai noodles were overcooked and mushy. No flavor at all. Usually a fav of mine. Not here. I had one bite and that was all I needed. It had a weird super sweet taste. Mussamun Curry was really good. Leftovers were great. Lots of flavor and hearty. Not sure we would go back. Maybe if it was close and nothing else to check out.

I've been eating at Siri Thai since at least 2014, remember the way I discovered them was by looking up if anywhere in Portland in my area had delivery Thai food... and they did, that was a big deal in 2014. I love that you can order delivery directly from them on their website or call them and order over the phone, they only deliver within a certain radius so if you're outside of that radius you may have to look on a third party app for delivery purposes or pop over and do a pickup. The staff is incredibly nice, and whenever I order pick up it is always ready in a really timely manner. I love their salad rolls and order them every time, I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered, I love the pad see ew, Pad Kee mao, massaman curry, basil stir fry.... Everything is delicious. If you like Thai food you won't be disappointed in Siri Thai.

This place is great! The service was friendly and inviting, the food quality was extraordinary and the volume of food was more than enough. Salmon panang is my absolute favorite Thai dish and this one is one of the best I've ever had. The salmon was fresh, the curry flavor was outstanding and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. The crab pad Thai was also great once it was mixed together a little bit (served rather deconstructed). We would definitely come back here next time we are in the area.
