Cute local cafe with lots of baked goods and tasty drinks It is pretty small cafe but has all the elements for cafe. I ordered banana pudding which was really good. I got the biscoff flavor one. I also got matcha with banana pudding. Matcha is not strong. It was quite sweet for me but not too sweet to get like heart burn. I think overally their foods are little too sweet but it is a good place to go if you are craving sugar. The staffs were really nice. I would like to try their cupcake next time.

Sistah Sweets is a great example of a Black-owned business that truly deserves the hype — but could use a few tweaks to match its popularity and premium pricing. My boyfriend and I drove 1 hour and 22 minutes from Waldorf, MD, and honestly agreed “never again” before we even got our food. The line was already out the door when we arrived, which seems to be normal even on weekdays. We parked at 10:21 AM and didn’t leave until 12:10 PM. The space itself is small, with the line wrapping both inside and outside. Since the shop is located under an apartment building, it can feel pretty cramped — especially when residents come and go (a woman with her dog had to pass through several times). Once we finally ordered, service was great. The ladies at the register were super sweet, patient, and friendly — definitely one of the highlights of the experience. As for the food: • Biscuit (3.5/5): It was decent but a bit flat for $12. With the premium prices you’re paying, you’d expect a larger, fluffier biscuit — something that really stands out. • Sweet Potato Pie Matcha (3.9/5): I’m a matcha lover, but this one wasn’t my favorite. I also wish the branding was more consistent — the 12oz cup didn’t have a sleeve or logo, while the 16oz does. • Biscoff Banana Pudding (5/5): Easily the best part of the meal! I’ve tried plenty of Biscoff desserts (ice cream bars, Bundt cakes, cupcakes), and this pudding was genuinely amazing. We spent $72 between two people, including a four-pack of cupcakes for $20. The food quality and friendly service make it worth trying once, but for the prices, I’d love to see some upgrades — like better portion sizes, consistent labeling, and maybe even a rewards or loyalty system for returning customers. If they expand the space or find a way to take orders outside to reduce wait times, Sistah Sweets could easily go from good to great.

I ordered a 12 oz Banana Pudding Matcha, and my friend ordered the Biscoff Banana Pudding — both were absolutely delicious 🤤. You can really tell the chef makes everything with love and values quality over quantity, which I truly appreciate. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend giving them a try 💯.

I discovered Sistahs’ Sweets on TikTok and was really looking forward to visiting. While the space is charming and the service was warm and welcoming, I personally found the experience didn’t quite live up to the hype. I expected the premium pricing and was happy to support it, but I was surprised by the additional upcharge of a dollar for a medium (16oz), which brought my matcha to $8.50. The matcha was pleasant, though not outstanding enough for me to justify the cost as a matcha lover. I was also curious about the cupcakes, but there was a slight off-putting smell when I walked in that made me hesitant to try them. While I completely understand and fully support small businesses, this one just isn’t the right fit for me. That said, I can see why it has gained popularity online, and I wish them continued success!

Ive been supporting this business for years. I came on a Friday. The line was long, but I was prepared to wait a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a crab biscuit and banana pudding. I received the banana pudding immediately. My buzzer went off after 20 minutes, but then I was told by one of the cashiers that it was on accident and that my order wasn’t ready without her even checking . I ended up waiting 34 minutes for a biscuit…The other cashier that was very nice apologized and got the biscuit that happened to be subpar. The banana pudding was good. I’m happy to see the business has grown over the years, but the customer service and wait time need to be improved !

These ladies did a great job on a busy Saturday. My friend and I ordered the cheddar crab biscuits and cupcakes and we loved everything. We sat at home and ate the biscuits with a fork in small bites and did not want the last bite to end! And the customer service was TOP TIER. All of the staff we interacted with were so nice and professional even when my buzzer didn’t work (wasn’t even an issue for me because I was committed to waiting for the biscuit lol). We will definitely be back!

Absolutely phenomenal treats here!!!! This is my favorite place for a cupcakes in Baltimore. You must try their tres leches cupcakes. Their strawberry matcha has pieces of real strawberry fruit in the drink - which is unbeatable and the best I have had ever! I wish they were closer to Fed Hill/Fell's point/Inner Harbor so I could enjoy them more often.

Let me start by saying they exceeded my expectations! Anyone that tells you anything negative about this place or products is not well versed in the matcha world or have a mature pallet. This blueberry cheesecake matcha should be outlawed for how delicious is was. I truly was ready to get another one and I never feel that way when I go to Dunkin or Starbucks, Never! It has pieces of cheesecake in it. It wasn’t too sweet just right. The cupcakes are moist and so delicious. They are decadent. Can’t wait to go back and try the mango sticky rice matcha before they change the flavors for the month. The customer service here was 10/10! Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were giving service with a smile and the vibes were everything! I sat outside afterwards since it was nice weather. They had benches and music playing which added to the nice vibes. So happy to support my Sistah’s! ✊🏽 I will be back again and again.

I finally stopped by Sistahs' Sweets and let me just say... this little bakery is dangerous in the best way possible. From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm, welcoming, and filled with that fresh-baked aroma that lets you know everything is made with love. I ordered the Caramel Cookie Banana Pudding and the Vanilla Bean Matcha, both were incredible. The banana pudding was rich, creamy, and perfectly layered with caramel and cookie pieces. The Vanilla Bean Matcha was smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet such a unique, refreshing flavor. Friendly service, fresh desserts, and you can feel the love in every bite. A true Baltimore gem. I'll definitely be back!

THE cutest , most warm and welcoming Bakery owned by 2 Beautiful Sisters . My son doesn't really like cake , requested cupcakes for His Birthday . We picked up a dozen of Strawberry Crunch . The cake is moist , flavorful ...simply delish . My son LOVED them . They have really good Matcha and Cheddar Bay Crab Biscuits also .

GET THERE EARLY! The line gets long, but it moves fast! Now to my experience -- I stood in line for about an hour and some change (including the wait for our made-to-order crab biscuit). But honestly, the time went by quickly! If you're friendly, you'll definitely meet some friendly folks while you wait. Service: 100/10! The young lady with braces at the register was amazing--please keep her ! I also saw one of the sisters (I follow her on TikTok), and she's even prettier in person! She served everyone with the biggest smile, and the whole team had such positive energy. I felt so happy being there, like part of their family, and just proud of them. The space is cozy but decorated so cute, and it smells so good inside! They really know how to keep things moving smoothly. Food: We ordered two cupcakes--the Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake and the Snickerdoodle. Let me tell you, both were so moist! The icing was whipped to perfection--light, fluffy, and not too sweet. Loved them! We also got the famous crab biscuit (you can only order two per person). My friends wanted seconds immediately . I really enjoyed it too! Personally, I just wish it had a little more crab and a slightly firmer filling--but overall, it was amazing. I'll definitely be taking another trip down there soon because I need to try that matcha next time!

The ambiance was really beautiful. When we entered it was really bright and beautiful in the entryway. I really loved the service, everyone was kind. They gave us a cupcake and it was so moist, I really enjoyed everything. Can't wait to come back to Baltimore!!

I will never NOT recommend Sistahs' Sweets! For starters, the owners and team are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of each product. They offer a wide variety of items and every single one is DELICIOUS!!! Definitely worth waiting for in their beautiful building or in line at one of their trucks.

Sistahs' Sweets has me in a chokehold! My sister and I first came across this place on TikTok and later on Instagram, so we decided to try it for a sister date. It's tucked in the Charles Village area cute, cozy, and with limited indoor and outdoor seating that makes it feel extra special. We've been back five days in a row (yes, it's that good!) and have tried every flavor banana pudding, blueberry cheesecake, mango sticky rice, strawberry, and matcha except lavender. The mango sticky rice is hands-down my favorite, with strawberry as a close second. The matcha surprised me with its smooth, velvety texture earthy but perfectly balanced, not chalky or bitter the way matcha can sometimes be. The customer service makes the experience even better everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I especially love that when you pick up your order, they send you off with a cheerful "Have a sweet day!" It's a small touch, but it leaves such a positive impression. If you're looking for a sweet spot that lives up to the hype, this is it!

I had been following sista sweets since they were only a food truck. When I saw they had a location I had to stop by! Such a cute spot. Of course the desserts are amazing. Additionally, their matcha has gone viral. But what I have chosen to be a self proclaimed ambassador for is their COOKIE BUTTER ICE COFFEE!!! It is the perfect blend of coffee, cream, and biscoff cookie flavor. They know my order when I walk in lol.

I stopped by for some cupcakes and a matcha on my birthday and received the absolute best customer service! It came up that it was my birthday, and when I got my drink, there was a glittery "happy birthday" sticker on the top. It was such a small gesture, but made my day! The cupcakes were delicious and the shop itself so so cute!

I haven't gotten to eat yet but I'm very excited! We got a cupcake and I got the sticky rice matcha and my partner got the blueberry passionfruit lemonade! Everything coming out from over the counter looks so fresh Service has been good-- it's very crowded but the staff are especially kind! Ambiance is cute! Lots of heart balloons and cherries even a swinging chair. It's my first time and I love the decor. Will update once I eat everything but based on the crowd here I'm sure this will be good! The staff were all super sweet just like the desserts . I LOVED my coffee but wish there were more size options. While there was a line the wait was pretty short and the buzzer system made it very organized. I split the cupcakes with my siblings because it just seemed right .

These are some of the best cupcakes I've had. There were assorted flavors of cupcakes. I purchased two six packs of cupcakes, "Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Red Velvet, Strawberry Cheesecake" and the other flavors I can't recall. Each bite of those cupcakes were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The cupcakes weren't too sweet, and they were moist. Erin was the one who took our order and she was so pleasant! Her customer service was top tier and those cupcakes were made with love !! The decor was super-cute.. cherries being their theme! I'll definitely be going back!

I loved this cute little place! The service was really good, I was stuck between two options & the cashier gave recommendations. You can tell there's a lot of love & good spirits put into their business! I had the mango sticky rice matcha & the peach cobbler cupcake, highly recommend. The cupcake was super rich.

RUN don't walk! When I tell you we enjoyed this establishment, we enjoyed everything. Erin, is an amazing front of the house hostess! When you walk in the store, no matter how busy it was, she greeted each person as they walked in. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and what they have to offer. It is not a big space but, it doesn't affect the quality of the product they provide. Its like the saying, "big things come in small packages." We had the please of trying a few things off the menu we tried the lavender matcha. Strawberry matcha, mango sticky rice matcha and the banana pudding matcha, they were all a 5/5 but the mango sticky rice was the top flavor. We also tried the biscotti, original and the brown butter carmel banana pudding, all amazing we couldnt pick a favorite. We also have a few cupcakes that didn't disappoint. The drive from NJ was worth it and we will be back again

My my my I wanna start off with the biscoff banana pudding I should've cleaned them out ! Theeeee best banana pudding I have ever had in my life I mean that with every fiber in my body. The cupcakes were moist and had just the right amount of everything the strawberry shortcake one actually tasted like the little Debbie roll starberry shortcake snack so amazing how that was executed. The place although small is very cute and welcoming and the service from the employees super friendly extremely professional and even though the line wouldn't stop those ladies kept a smile on their face and continued helping and attending to each customer with grace. I'm stopping here anytime I'm in Baltimore as mandatory. I wish them so much success and hope they soon get to expand while still keeping the same level of service and consistency with their products.

For there to only be two girls running this spot, the service was fast and friendly! Went at about 4pm on a very busy weekday. They were pretty much sold out of everything except the banana puddings, so I decided on the caramel crunch. The bananas are puréed into the pudding so for those of you who don't like the texture of bananas, it's perfect. The peach lemonade was super refreshing and not too sweet. I will def return!

Sistah's Sweets is the cutest dessert shop ever. The shop is adorable and the customer service was great. I love the menu selections and the treats are absolutely unique and amazing. Ugh I don't want to be that person especially to my fellow church sistahs but I wouldn't be on Yelp elite if I didn't have honest reviews. I'll start off by saying this: sistah sweets is definitely worth the hype. There's other cupcake spots and desserts similar in Baltimore but I think this is the first black women owned or at least recently. I used to visit their truck so I know what I'm talking about. My wife and I tried out their matchas. I had their mango sticky rice and my wife had the vanilla matcha. We got the 16 oz and with oat milk. Pros: the matcha they used is high quality. You can tell that based on the density and if the matcha tastes gritty when sipping. If this is your first time drinking matcha this is a good place to try It out. The matcha and mango blended well as they used REAL mango puree and I believe condensed milk. Cons: we've had better matcha at different spots. Just to name a few, Kyo matcha and tour le jour. I also think that $10 for a 16 oz is a bit egregious. Especially compared to these other locations. Regardless. Service is still amazing, ambiance is warm and girly. You'll definitely have a good time. If I could rate this a 4.5 I would.

Soooooooooooooooooo GOOD!! Saw the matcha on tiktok and came on a Friday afternoon near closing and got two 16 oz mango sticky rice matchas and two cookie butter cupcakes for $31. A little bit pricy but this is a great small business and the cupcakes and matcha were great! This place needs more hype.

I've been seeing post on IG about this place and was convinced that their banana pudding matcha would make me like matcha. It was so good I didn't photograph it. Just go try it immediately! I also purchased the biscoff and butter crunch banana pudding. Smooth, rich, flavorful and thoughtfully presented square containers of goodness. They had a delightful assortment of cupcakes as well. The service was excellent. I felt like a valued customer my first time walking in. The space is well decorated and fragrant with a buttercream aroma. Just delightful. Returning back.for the strawberry matcha soon!

Sistahs' Sweets is so cute! A black owned small bakery and coffee shop owned by two sisters, I was so excited to support as I've seen their viral videos on social media. I ordered the mango sticky rice matcha and it was delicious. They didn't skip out on the mango flavor. They offer new flavors frequently of their matcha and lattes. The cupcakes were pretty much gone when I visited and all looked so good! As I was leaving they were putting out fresh ones. Everyone who was working was very kind and it did not take long for the matcha to come out. I would gladly return.

I am not much of a cupcake person, but this place is around the corner i got two cupcakes. I ate one them it was really good, the other fell on the floor and picked up some dirt and gunk. The store is close by so when i am in the mood will just go get some.

Sistah's is the perfect treat any time of day! They change up their flavors but have some pretty great popular treats! The matcha is made fresh and probably one of the best matcha's in the city! The flavored cold foam - you can just give it to me all daaayyyy!! Went there on a Saturday afternoon and was very grateful for a well stocked cupcake stand and a fresh matcha! The vibe is a well loved local community spot! The staff are super friendly and were helpful for my indecisive self!

These two sisters are my favorite people in the entire world! The Biscoff iced coffee I had was out of this world, and the cupcake flavors were delicious! The service is 10/10, and to be so young and successful makes me so happy. I had a wonderful experience here, and the pricing was very fair, but to be honest, I was willing to pay whatever because the service alone was phenomenal. Everyone in Baltimore needs to support these girls, they have a wonderful establishment!

I was super excited to try this place as I saw it on TikTok several times. While visiting Baltimore we decided to give it a try. The parking can be tight but the inside of the shop is absolutely cute and the service was great. I ordered the strawberry matcha, some cookies and 2 cupcakes. The matcha & cookies were 10/10. However the cupcakes were very underwhelming 2/10. The icing smelled like sour cream and had a strong sour cream taste which was a huge turn off. I'm hoping this was an off day/batch.

The food/matcha is phenomenal. The matcha is super sweet. The service is great. There's only a couple/few workers, but they are really nice. Inside, it is small and you'll probably have to wait outside in the line on a busy day, but it's worth the wait.

I got to taste these sweet creations at an outdoor movie night on the Baltimore Peninsula. I had the strawberry crunch cupcake and banana pudding and it was DELICIOUS. The cupcake was soft and sweet. The banana pudding had the chessman cookies and NO BANANA which I think is the best way to make it. I was wished a sweet night after my purchase - it was the perfect treat for an outdoor date night.

My partner excitedly told me that the Sistah's would be at the National Aquarium event we were attending. I hadn't heard of them but always excited to support Black Owned Women Business! They had so many great options that I wanted them all, so I got them all! Now, I snuck off in the corner and had a moment with the delicious banana pudding. Shoutout to the environmentally friendly spoon provided!! They ran this pop up like a well oiled machine. No long waits, super friendly service. What more could you ask for. The cupcakes looked delicious but I had reached my sugar intake for the day so I gifted them to my team at work. They loved them. At least I know how to treat them again for the end of the year. Excited to go back and support them. I encouraged them to claim this page on Yelp and once the store front opens they should definitely answer the Yelp Call!!!

So happy I finally got to try the matcha and the banana pudding! It's definitely worth the wait. My favorite matcha flavors are the lavender & the mango sticky rice matcha. The banana pudding was also delicious. The service was great, and the inside is small but it's such a vibe. They also have outside seating while you wait. Definitely recommend

Matchas are so gooood!! The cupcakes are super moist and they have such good flavors. My favorite is the strawberry crunch! And they have a new cookie flavor every week! love this place. Highly recommend for sweets.

Ummm...my summer body goals are COOKED but, most unfortunately, not baked, like the divine pastries these ladies have perfected. I consider myself a bit of a cupcake aficionado (basically, just a dressed up sugar addiction) and I was a bit discouraged not having found what I consider to be any exceptional offerings in Baltimore since moving here a few years ago. I can now say - without hesitation - I've found the best, in Baltimore and beyond. I bought a 4-pack that consisted of Birthday Cake, Red Velvet, Snickerdoodle, and Strawberry Crunch. As much as I would've loved to have shared a picture of my purchase with you all, they found their way into my stomach way too quickly. I knew I was in trouble when I opened the container and smelled the scent of butter wafting out in gentle waves. I vividly recall my first bite...and the next memory I have is me pinching crumbs off of my plate (which may or may not have had bite marks left in it ). For those with underdeveloped palates, that have a hard time enjoying good robustly flavored food, and regularly find themselves saying things like "iT wAs a BiT TEw sWeET foR mY liKiNg", go to Safeway, we don't wanna hear it (pardon if that was harsh, it's the addiction talking). These women put all the love into their cooking and it shows. Run, don't walk, to grab a cupcake or 12, but not all at once because my addiction monster doesn't do well with lines & likes to shove. Sorry.

This is the most darling desert bar I've ever attended. The workers are as sweet as their treats. Very kind and friendly. Very clean and organized. Menu is versatile and all the treats are refreshing. The matcha drink are my favorite. I recommend with oat milk. The lemonades are also refreshing and delicious. The cupcakes are moist and the fillings aren't to overbearingly sweet. I went two days in a row. Even my dogs love Sista Sweets

First heard of these ladies from a Connect Group I joined at a local church and met them in person. They are incredibly sweet! Just like their business name. Funny and kind. Came here last year to support them as a black owned business (which is another huge plus!). I had some of their cupcakes during a connect group and was blown away by how delicious it was so I knew I had to get some of my own. I paid $8 for two cupcakes through cashapp, and I got the honey bun and caramel crunch flavor. They have a truck so I came downtown and patronized them that way. Both cupcakes were absolutely delicious and moist. You won't find a bad review for them anywhere, they are beyond talented and their desserts will keep you coming back. Can't recommend them enough!! Give 'em a try!

The strawberry matcha is great! I tried the Fruity Pebbles cupcake and Caramel Crunch cupcake ! Both are amazing. The customer service was great and quick. The inside is beautifully decorated and the music was boom! I will definitely be returning in the near future :)
