I have stayed at this Hotel before but the restaurant is the true gem. I had an incredile crusted chicken meal last night. It was so good I ordered a 2nd plate. They asked me for my thoughts and I told them my thoughts. For my 2nd plate they added my suggestions. The chef, the manager and the waiter all came to talk to me about my thoughts. Only 1 other place in my 53 years on this planet have I experienced that type of service and appreciation. Chef Lovell, Manager Darius and London are the most amazing staff.

Incredibly rude staff at the restaurant. While the staff at the hotel reception desk, valets, etc. were helpful and kind, the staff at the Sister restaurant were an unfortunate exception. Our group went there with our kids (ages 4, 3, 2, 1) and we were the only guests there. The whole place was empty. Regardless, the bartender immediately seemed disturbed by our presence, telling us the kids “can’t dance” or stand in the aisles, and they “can’t go up the stairs in the restaurant” or stand near the entrance, even though we were with the kids the whole time and the kids were not loud or doing anything dangerous. A few minutes later, an old security guard showed up and said that he had been watching us on camera (hello, Big Brother), and asked us not to let the kids run up the stairs because they are made of glass and steel. I told him that if something happened it would be on my watch, so they wouldn’t have any liability. He agreed and left. Ten minutes later and after we had ordered our dinner (to the same disgruntled and visibly annoyed bartender / server), my wife was walking with one of the kids who wanted to see what was making the noises coming out of the kitchen (they were not INSIDE the kitchen). The bartender told my wife in a rude way that she “CANNOT CROSS THE LINE TO THE KITCHEN” although neither my wife nor the kid did. We told them to pack up our order to go since we didn’t feel welcome in this space. As we were leaving, one of our kids was by the restrooms area. The same old security guard reappeared and told me that our kid should not go to into the women’s bathroom. I said he’s not going in there, and he’s only three anyway, and if he goes, his mom would take him in there. His response was “his mom would be watching him if she was around,” which I said was uncalled for since his mom was watching the other kids, plus the kids weren’t making any trouble, and he shouldn’t be telling us how to take care of our kids, and also that my kid is autistic, so his behaviors can be unpredictable and odd. The old man then told me that maybe my kid is autistic because I am autistic!! Wow. I pulled my phone out and started filming the conversation with him; asking him to repeat what he said. He denied what he said and claimed that I should not be telling him how to do his job (I hadn’t said anything related to his job). He proceeded to say that he doesn’t work for the hotel, and that he was contracted to do this job. I don’t know what he was doing there then! The food wasn’t good at all, by the way. Just look at that miserable thing they have the audacity to serve as a chicken sandwich. We only went there because we thought the environment would be OK for the kids, since it was empty, especially our autistic kid, but we were wrong. It really soured our entire experience here and made us feel unwelcome.

Everything here was amazing! The atmosphere was cool and chic and the servers were attentive and helpful when it came to ordering and suggestions. Elliot served us breakfast and was knowledgeable and friendly. Will made sure my coffee cup was never empty, which is a huge deal for me, and was ready to assist if I needed anything. I loved every moment of my experience.

Google
It started off nicely, but quickly went down hill. I will say that the service was good, but that’s about it. The food is DISGUSTING. I don’t know who they have in the kitchen, but the recipes seem like someone got high. I ordered the cheddar waffle with country ham and sausage gravy. In no way was I served country ham, but rather 6 pounds of mediocre lunch meat. I thought it was a joke. The flavors were terrible and there was absolutely zero hint of cheddar. It was the oddest meal I’ve ever been served. I left it all on the plate and the waiter didn’t even ask if everything was ok when he cleared. $18 down the drain. Do not waste your time here. It is a hotel restaurant that relies on the fact the most people aren’t coming back anyway, so why even try to make the food decent?

Google
I have to say the burger was delicious. Amole and juicy beef and very well presented on a tasty bun with really good fries. The bar tender was really nice and the service we great. There are a lot of pretty nasty reviews so I guess people are expecting some fancy restaurant. For sure it’s not a proper dining room but it’s very convenient and good. The prices on the glass of wine is a bit absurd but overall I was quite pleased with my meal.

Google
The worst breakfast experience I have ever had! How do you order eggs benedict and it is ice cold? The waiter was extremely rude will not ever visit this restaurant again. The food was not picture worthy

Google
There were only 3 tables in the restaurant and we waited 25 mins just to get water. Than another 15 for coffee and another 20 for 2 sides of bacon and two sides of potatoes. What are they doing???? Would not recommend unless you have a lot of patience .

Google
Overpriced but beautiful atmosphere and great service. Pictured: a cheeseburger and fries, fries and cauliflower, a glass of wine, and some ginerale was $75. I guess that's Atlanta for you but WHEW.

Yelp
I was staying at Hotel Colee, which is the attached hotel above Sister restaurant that included free breakfast ($50/day) with my stay. In general, Sister's breakfast buffet is $25 each person. When you walk in, the hostess/server will verify if your room includes the free buffet or not. For some reason, they said mine did not, but when I told them it actually does, they went back and confirmed. Small hiccup on their part. There is a guy manning the omelette station so you can put your veggies and meat into a cup and let him know. My first day I chose the regular, but then realized the next day I'm able to select egg whites. Next to the station are a bunch of fresh fruit, veggies, and yogurt. The heated trays had eggs, bacon, grits, and sausages. I'm glad there were a lot of options because the breakfast buffet definitely kept me full for half the day. The coffee ($3) was also great. Service was nice as well as they were attentive.

Yelp
The service experience here is precisely what Atlanta is famous for at hotels, restaurants, and retailers (and nowhere else). You won't get a greeting or hello (even if you offer one), you'll be informed that your order is not on the menu 15 minutes after you placed it, you won't get checked on during your meal, and you won't be thanked for your business when you are done. If you're lucky, the music at lunchtime will also be so loud that you are thankful you dined alone this time. Food seems pretty decent, though.

Yelp
Really awful service. We sat ourselves, no one greeted us, no one came to greet us until we had been sitting for 10 minutes and then finally someone came to get our order. He unfortunately did not have any idea how to answer some of the questions we had regarding the food items. Poor kid I think was lost. Then it took another 15 minutes to get some cold and gummy like textured noodles that definitely did not taste like peanut sauce. We also got the world's smallest size of fried rice which we didn't even get chicken in it, and in a plate that is ridiculously too LARGE for a tiny hole for the food. Not to mention it costed $23 for a scoop that you would get for a scoop of ice cream. Really sad because I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and was hoping for better food options.

Yelp
I stayed at Hotel Colee and this was the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. I hate that they don't have happy hour but I tried a breakfast sandwich with chicken sausage and it was delicious. I can't speak for the entire restaurant but it was a yummy sandwich and I'd get it again. The bagel was soft but I really wanted a croissant but they were sold out. Being able to get an affordable breakfast that actually had flavor was appreciated.

Yelp
Service was personal and professional. The burgers were served hot and the fries were delicious. The kale salad was awesome as well.

Yelp
I decided to try this resturant out middle of the day on a Wednesday. Literally one other customer was in there. The greetings were average.. when the server came to my table she didn't introduce herself nothing.. very lack luster.. I knew what I wanted so placed my food and drink order.... the Drink.... had so much pulp it wasn't enjoyable. The food.. I had a fried Bologna sandwich because ot had been so long... I was so disappointed it was fried to the point t it was almost burnt. Then the sandwich had so much mayo you could t taste the burnt Bologna. The fries were excellent.. would I ever go back.. probably not. They need to work on presentation as well as customer service..

Yelp
We were staying at the Horel Colee. This restaurant is on the ground floor. The food is casual but very good. The service is slow, and we had to order at the bar. I had breakfast three days and dinner one evening. The food was very good. I would eat here again if staying at the hotel. Give yourself some time as service takes a while.

Yelp
Came in for a solo breakfast and the food was delicious. The service from Elliot was excellent. A+. The ambience was great; light music worked and comfortable seating. Would definitely return.

Yelp
Food was not good. It was so bad I decided not to complain on the off chance they would make something else and I had to try it. rather just pay and go eat somewhere else.

Yelp
Super good ambiance, they had a dj playing all kind of music . We loved it! We didn't try the food but drink were really good.

Yelp
Yum! Indulgent elevated food with great live music and strong drinks. Perfect combo. Jayla was great with recommendations and service. Thanks!
