"Sisu Coffee Studio, located in Panama City’s Casco Viejo, is a sophisticated café modeled after Scandinavian cafes. Opened by the Lamastus family, the studio offers pour overs of Geisha coffee and tender pastries from chef Ariel Zebede. Visitors can also book a cupping class, the coffee equivalent of a wine tasting." - Lauren Mowery

The coffees aren’t the same quality they used to be, I’m pretty certain they have changed the beans they used. The pastries are delicious, but I ordered an açai for the first time and it was almost embarrassing considering how overpriced and posh this place is. The berries were frozen, and the açai itself was basically ice - no blending whatsoever. For someone who knows what an açai is supposed to look and taste like, it was very disappointing. We asked very politely if they maybe forgot to blend it but they simply responded that “no, this is our style”. Ok..which brings me to the service..it needs a lot of work. It feels like none of the bar tenders want to be there, they don’t understand the order first time, you need to repeat yourself at least three times, and then your drinks end up going to the wrong person. We paid $80 for three coffees, two pastries, two egg sandwiches (very scarcely seasoned), the ice açai, and three juices. I was always looking forward to their coffee but I’m afraid they have lost three customers with their latest service.

Very industrial feeling coffee shop in the heart of Casco Viejo. We read that it was the place to come to taste the famous Gesha coffee when in the area. The coffee was delicious and light, not your typical pourover. It was a great place to try the world's "most expensive" coffee.

Awesome coffee shop! Very clean and modern design with urban elements and greens. Was not the best coffee I had in Panama, but good enough. And great presentation. Would recommend to stop by!

When in Panama, must try Geisha coffee. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for the experience. It’s nothing special when it comes to the flavour. It’s little sour but not acidic, has a little hoppy aftertaste

This is a wonderful coffee shop here. I wish there was one like this in Atlanta. The ambiance is perfect- not too fancy and not too careful. They have Kraft coffee and juices. Service is friendly. If I could only request one change, it would be to offer bottled water and made on-site juices.

Beautiful aesthetic coffee shop, with prices to match. Menu only available at the register. Coffee, plus juice by LifeBlends. They have a small pastry case as well, but I would skip that: my cinnamon toast was dry and stale.

My favorite cafe in Panama City! They have really good matcha and great coffee. Also, their pastries are so nice. Specifically, their croissant square and their hummus sourdough are amazing.

Beautiful cafe with a wide variety of seating options, which is nice. The Wi-Fi is fast and the vibes are good. Excellent coffee and pastries. I didn't try the other food options.
