Siru strikes a distinct tone with its minimalist ambiance—clean, calming, and intentionally curated. That same ethos extends to their selective menu, which I appreciated. It reflects confidence in doing a few things well rather than overwhelming with choices.
Taking the lead from others’ recommendations, I ordered the Geisha coffee and the cinnamon croissant. Both delivered. The Geisha, in particular, had a smoother finish than previous versions I’ve tried—delicate yet complex, with a subtle elegance that lingered.
Their attention to presentation deserves a nod. From the way the coffee was served to the plating of the pastry, everything felt intentional and thoughtfully done.
Overall, Siru is a place for those who appreciate quality over quantity, both in environment and offerings. A refined stop for a mindful coffee break in Casco.
