Love, love, love this place!! The champagne 🥂 and wine selection was off the hook! Everyone from staff to the owners were so beyond kind, super helpful and now become friends. This will be for sure a stop for us every time we come to Fredericksburg. Everything gets 5 Stars 🌟 from the moment you walk in….decorated beautifully, super knowledgeable staff, extremely welcoming, amazing menu. For sure make this a 1 stop when you go to Fredericksburg.

Wow. This place is a hidden gem. Someone else recommended it for caviar and bubbly and it did not disappoint. The owners (Melissa, Bobby and André) and staff (Michael) were welcoming, lovely and so incredibly knowledgeable. I had to buy my fair share of sparkling wines from around the world not knowing when I would have access to them again or knowledge about these wineries until I made my way back to Fredericksburg! Highly suggest the caviar trio and wines around the world flight. I will be back! Also, ask why it’s named Six Twists. 💛🍾🥂

My husband and I absolutely adored our quiet evening here tasting sparkling wines and champagne around the world. The caviar was quality and paired nicely with the sparkling wines. I loved the ambiance. On the velour sofa we had an intimately casual, yet elegant evening together. I also appreciated the quality of the dining ware, the champagne flutes were classy. Lorkin provided humble and warm service during our evening. Thank you. We will be back next time we’re in Fredericksburg.

This charming champagne destination offers a curated selection of sparkling wines and champagnes from around the world—and every sip was a delight. The atmosphere was welcoming and chic without being pretentious, and we instantly felt at home. Bobby, Andre, and Ramona were the heart and soul of the experience—gracious, knowledgeable, and incredibly warm. They made us feel like old friends from the moment we walked in. We also had the pleasure of meeting some fun and interesting fellow guests, which made the experience even more memorable. Whether you’re a bubbly connoisseur or just curious to explore, this is the perfect place to relax, sip, and enjoy great conversation. We can’t wait to go back. Six Twists is a gem!

Great champagne bar on Main Street, extra bonus is the caviar tastings available. We enjoyed the champagne tasting flight, then the world bubbles flight, and while sipping savored the caviar trio. All so delicious! The selection of champagne, other bubbles and wines is unmatched in Central Texas. We met the owners, Melissa and Bobby, who were so nice and hospitable. Our waitress Aleda was also wonderful, really knew her bubbles! Definitely a “must do” in Fredericksburg, we will definitely be returning!

Andre was fantastic. He taught us so much about sparkling wine and champagne. I suggest doing the wild card tasting. They do a great job providing wine based on you prefer. Not only by taste but they talk to you bout what you really enjoy. Will be back tomorrow to grab a bottle..or 2

This is the most elevated champagne experience I’ve had the opportunity to experience. The caviar flights are exceptional and the champagne pairing with each serving is spot on. The wine list is top tier and there are so many options you can try bubbles from all over the world and love every one of them. The vibes are spot on. Ultra chic and welcoming with a dark setting and a cool atmosphere. 10 out of 10.

My favorite wine tasting experience in Fredericksburg! This was all sparkling wines-- I chose the wild card and it was amazing! Our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly--she taught us so much about sparkling wines! The wild card featured wines from different areas that had different notes involved. My favorite wine was a rose from India! Inside, the place was very elegant, a little dimmer lit with gold accents and a moody vibe. The wine pours were full glasses of wine--definitely worth the price!

Just walked in on our visit and we were immediately greeted by the host who was very warm and welcoming! We were seated promptly (this was a Thursday night) and we purchased a bottle of the JCB rose burgundy and all enjoyed it. we even purchased a bottle to go! Definitely a chill laid back vibe. Must add to your list when visiting Fredericksburg!

Amazing experience, the waiter was so fun, engaging and knowledgeable. The champagne was awesome, and the atmosphere was moody chic. 10/10

This place is full of knowledge and everything is absolutely delicious and perfect. The owner is a an encyclopedia of champagne. My wife and I were impressed with the level of service and quality of food. Thank you all.

My fiancé and I had such a great time here! We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful black and gold decor and more importantly the bubbles!! We tried the world tour champagne flight and it was an incredible experience. We also felt that their prices were reasonable-which was a plus! Bob and Andre walked us through each pour while showing us on a map the different regions that they came from. Lastly, I recommend their flatbread for bitings, their marina sauce was homemade and delicious!!!

Excellent little place off Main Street. Extensive list of sparking wines. Suggest you talk with your server on tastes you like and your price range. They will pick out something you will love. Great snack plates too.

10 stars champagne & caviar bar. If you are headed to wine country, do not miss this establishment. It is as good as it gets outside of a Michelin restaurant in France if you are seeking serious champagne and wines. Check out the story about the 3 co-owners, all special in their own way, but in particular Mr. Andre Boanda. Frankly, I would go to Fredericksburg for the sh why opping and perhaps restaurants, but for champagne & wine recommend Six Twists. Everyone there is wonderful... enjoy.

First and foremost, Andre is amazing!! We opted for the champagne tasting and every glass was phenomenal. In addition to taste, Andre was able to tell us, in full detail, about each one and why we would like it. This spot is classy, elegant and intimate. 10 out of 10!!!

If you're looking for an elevated champagne and sparkling wine experience in Fredericksburg, Six Twists is the place! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the space is comfortable and classy. The chef was very accommodating when it came to my food allergies. We had the charcuterie board, truffle fries with garlic aioli and the bread board paired with a Pinot Noir. Everything was delicious. After the food we had sparkling wine flights, our sommelier, Lorkin, was very informative and helped us to decide which flights would best fit our tastes. He shared very interesting details about the regions each wine came from and was a lot of fun. Overall an amazing evening!

For a one night best friend impromptu trip this was definitely full of joy and laughter. The ambiance of the cozy little champagne bar and the decadent treats made it a night to remember. As we sipped on our champagne and indulged in the luxurious caviar while receiving the best service from two amazing gentlemen we couldn't help but feel grateful for the simple pleasures in life and the special moments shared. It was a perfect reminder that sometimes the best memories are made when least expected. Cheers to spontaneous adventures and good company!

What a wonderful first visit to this house of amazing bubbles! Despite being extremely busy as it was New Year's Eve and they were preparing for an evening event, owner Melissa took the time to explain each bottle we were tasting. We ordered the champagne flight and the World Tour flight. I am happy that we ordered both flights, because we learned so much about sparkling wines from different regions with the World Tour. The champagne flight is worth every penny. I don't know where else in Texas you can sample $100 bottles of champagne. The pours are generous. We ordered the bread board which has locally made bread and comes with four delicious spreads. The owners are passionate about what they do! We appreciated the time Melissa spent with us and cannot wait to spend our next celebration there.

Just had my 3rd visit and every time I go it is a great time. The champagne tastings are always so nice and really enjoy learning about all the different champagnes. Cant wait to go back.

Melissa, Bobby, and Andre have created our favorite Fredericksburg spot! We wandered in on opening weekend and were greeted with open arms. We shared our sparkling tastes and Melissa served us a curated tasting, as well as a requested glass (or two) of a brut naturale - my absolute favorite. We have since visited multiple times and have recommended Six Twists to everyone we know! We love the chic atmosphere that lends itself to cozy conversations, whether at a table or at the bar. The customers are also quite pleasant, though we have experienced some bachelorette parties having quite the time! We adore the concept of sparkling by the glass (or bottle) and the passion the team puts in to Six Twists. We will continue to visit whenever we are in town!

I'm not one to do a lot of reviews but my wife and I were there for a private event this last weekend and... dang! Andre and the staff could not have done a better job. They prepared a great spread that everyone enjoyed, really fresh fruits, meats and cheeses. And the sparkling wines they recommended were spot on. The space is great too - pleasant environment, cozy in places and open in others. Can't wait to go back for a tasting.

Fantastic idea and wonderful way to break up a weekend of wine tasting. This place offers reasonably priced, high quality champagne flights. On our visit Melissa was a fantastic guide and there was an around the world tasting with sparkling wines from all over, and a champagne tasting which compares more nuanced differences between champagne region producers. Wonderful space. Could be a bachelorette party locale.

We met Kevin while hanging out at Velvet just up the block from Six Twists - he suggested we go down and visit - my husband and I are super glad we did!! We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the entire experience from the moment we walked in the door!! They have done a beautiful job with the layout and interior decor. It's swanky and very much elevates the experience! Their selection is absolutely unmatched! The service from their team is exceptional and they are beyond knowledgeable! We can't wait to go back and enjoy more bubbles and quality time together!

Six twists was the most welcoming and friendly place we visited all weekend. The owners were so kind and a tentative. The bottles we purchased were delicious and they let us taste and decide which we loved before we purchased the bottle!

This place is SEXY!!! Great ambiance, knowledgeable staff and a vast line of champagne and sparkling wine. They even had Fiona one of the owners of the champagne there to greet us and discuss her line. It was a plus that they had done Taraji P Henson hand soap in the restroom. I'll be back with more people from Dallas.

We came in early afternoon on Christmas Eve and there weren't many people there and so we got a lot of attention from the owners. It was lovely. It quickly filled up but we never lost that attention. Everyone was given that same 5-star service! We ordered flights, flatbread, and pomme frites. It was delicious. The flight comes with 4 different pours. They serve one pour at a time and tell you all about it. Then they leave and give you time to enjoy it at your leisure. Some of these samples are high dollar and it's a treat to be left to enjoy it. When you finished our last sip, someone was quickly there to pour the next sample. We were there for about 2 hours but it didn't feel like it. There are a couple of different seating areas; a bar, bright areas with sofas, and dark cozy hallways with plush armchairs. The brighter areas would be good for bigger groups. Don't hesitate to try Six Twists because they know sparkling wines and how to entertain, and make you feel welcome.

We visited Six Twists this past weekend - a truly wonderful experience! To start, the space is gorgeous - simply stunning from the wall of champagne displayed in the main room to the other spaces meant for a mixture of couples, small groups, and even a private room for a larger group. They have a variety of flights and an extensive bottle list that extends across the different wine regions. We had the pleasure of visiting with each of the co-owners. Melissa gave us a tour of the space and talked about their plans for the future- an expanded food menu and seating in the outdoor courtyard area are in the works! We decided on two different flights so that we could taste a variety of champagnes side by side. Bobby and Andre took turns bringing us our next glasses in our flights- they then took the time to talk about each champagne, the winery, the composition, and the style of each bubble- the experience was educational, fun, and of course delicious! Definitely recommend- Fredericksburg has needed a place like this! Go visit and let the very knowledgeable team at Six Twists customize a sparkling journey for you!

This swanky spot has excellent sparkling wines, fantastic food snacks, and a staff that makes you feel like family. Whether you have a special event to celebrate or you want an excuse to enjoy some bubbles, this is a must in downtown Fredericksburg!

If you want to feel welcomed, at peace, taken care of; then this is the place for you. I came here for a first date but left with positivity, gratefulness and hope for the future I am walking into with that special someone. Everytime we go to Fredericksburg we try to find a new gym. Well this time it found us. Last time we came we found the French Connection so we started our day there. Speaking with one of the wine guys he suggested we try 6 Twists. So after a great lunch at Grape creek we headed to the new place. Wow was it great! I'm not a big bubbly guy but their method of tastings and varied options made it really nice. My wife loves Prosecco, so Bob did a great Prosecco tasting. I am more a dry pinot based bubbly drinker and he custom made a great 3 bubbly tasting for me. The patio is really cool and their future plans sound really great. Suggest the ladies take girl friends there and everyone take your partner! Look forward to seeing the future of this place shine!!

Bubbly champagne & large selection of wines. Owners take time to personally visit with customers & explaining the wine & region of grapes. Very passionate & proud of their business. It was a great experience. I look forward to going back next week.
