Wine bar with 60+ wines on tap, wood-fired pizzas, & salads

"This restaurant sticks to its regular menu but emphasizes plentiful wine options and encourages making reservations early, appealing to groups who want familiar food and an extensive wine selection on Mother's Day." - Courtney E. Smith

"This Texas-based wine haven recently expanded to Nashville’s most famous stretch of Broadway, but you wouldn’t know it when sitting inside the massive, stunning space. For weekend brunch, cheese and charcuterie boards, orange morning bread, and a Cabernet brunch burger top the communal tables alongside Aperol spritzes and of course, plenty of wine." - Stephanie Carter, Clair Lorell

"The Texas-based wine-focused restaurant opened on the third floor of Fifth + Broadway, offering a sprawling space to enjoy pizzas, pasta, charcuterie, and an extensive list of wines by the glass." - Delia Jo Ramsey

"On Lower Broadway, Texas-based wine haven Sixty Vines opened in May at Fifth + Broadway — with cheese boards, fig and prosciutto topped pizzas, plus so many wine options by the glass (in various pour sizes). A bonus: stunning views of the Ryman (plus a prime perch for people-watching below on Broadway)." - Delia Jo Ramsey

"Opening today, May 12, in Nashville, the Plano, Texas–born, sustainability-focused wine-and-pizza concept occupies a massive, bright, and airy 16,000-square-foot space tucked atop the third floor of Assembly Food Hall at Fifth + Broadway (5055 Broadway Place). I note that Sixty Vines, which has built a dedicated following since 2016, offers unmatched views of bustling Broadway and the historic Ryman Auditorium below, plus a wine garden–like greenhouse patio, a private dining room, a full bar, and several communal tables for ten to encourage a collaborative dining experience. Guests can sip wines by the flight, glass, or reusable bottle from a list heavy on California and European grapes, with cocktails and local beers on tap as well. The food lineup includes starters such as hummus, wood-grilled shrimp, and bacon-wrapped dates alongside charcuterie and cheese boards; an inventive parade of seasonal pies topped with fig and prosciutto, spicy sausage, or marinated artichoke with garlic pesto and white sauce; plus salads, pasta, and rotating mains like Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, and a Cabernet-marinated double-patty burger. Sixty Vines is uniquely known for its wine-on-tap program—serving more than 60 wines in kegs (each keg holds about 26 bottles and will be reused to hold around 1,500 bottles over its life)—a practice that preserves optimal taste and temperature, extends shelf life, dramatically reduces carbon footprint, and is estimated to save more than 50,000 bottles and corks from landfills in its first year in Nashville." - Delia Jo Ramsey
