Sixty11th, located at the corner of 11th St NE and Crescent Ave NE, across the street from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, is part of the upper-scale 12th & Midtown mixed-use development. I'm not sure what all is included in 12th & Midtown because it's not very clear, but I think it also consists of nearby mixed-use high-rises 1010 Midtown (RA Sushi, Silverlake Ramen, Sugar Factory), 1065 Midtown (Cafe Intermezzo), 1075 Peachtree (STK), and 77 12th (DUA Vietnamese, Tabla). Are all those numbers confusing enough for you?
Sixty11th is connected to 77 12th (note the stylization and spacing) and, at the time of writing this review, there's a big sign on Crescent that clearly delineates the border between the two properties. It helps with parking. In order to receive proper parking validation, you must park in the correct deck, so pay attention to the signs and confirm with the restaurants or retailers you're visiting to make sure you're parking in the right place.
Currently, Sixty11th's retail tenants are Bulla Gastrobar (tapas), Drybar (blow dry bar), Sam's of San Francisco (burgers and sandwiches), and Sugarcoat (nail and beauty studio). I've been to Sixty11th for its two restaurant tenants, Bulla and Sam's, and had no problems. For restaurant and retail customers, use the entrance to Sixty11th's garage on 11th St; the one that is right next to Drybar's storefront. Both Bulla and Sam's validated my parking in the garage for up to two hours. Be sure to take your parking ticket with you to the restaurant so the staff can put a validation sticker on it. For some reason, after visiting Sam's and getting validation from the restaurant, the ticket machine at the garage exit still wanted me to pay $15. I pressed the button for assistance and was promptly greeted by a polite Sixty11th employee (he introduced himself as such) who quickly rectified the situation. That was nice.
Sixty11th is 20 stories and contains 320 luxury apartments that range in size from 653 to 1,679 square feet. Last I checked, rent ranged from about $1,700 to $4,000 per month. It opened in 2016. The building looks nice and high-end. I've felt relatively safe during my visits.
