My roommate and I have lived here for over a year, and we've been very happy. The rent is reasonable, we hardly ever hear our neighbors, and the amenities are fantastic. The gym, which is huge, was one of the main reasons we chose this place. Management is also very responsive to maintenance requests; you can tell they really care here.

Sixty11th’s more than just an apartment building to us, it’s our community and home. We’ve lived here for 2 years now and never want to leave. The people are extremely friendly, there’s never a dull moment in the elevator, and the management is extremely welcoming and warm. They (specifically Jose, Dale, & Marcus) always have the answers to all your questions, are extremely helpful, and go above and beyond for each of their residents. Moving here was the best decision we’ve ever made - we live in a 3b/3ba and we are extremely happy with the value we get for our money. The location is also very ideal, 11st is extremely accessible to anything and everything including the best restaurants, bars, the park, and the beltline & so much more! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Definitely a great experience from start to move in. I read reviews online and was a little cautious due to the elevators and other tenants posting that they were broke down quite a bit. I addressed that with Jose. He mentioned to me that they had rectified it to the best of their abilities and have had substantially less issues. So we proceeded with the application process. He was helpful and ensured the process was as smooth as possible. The move in: - I have lived here now for a month and not once have had elevator issues. - The building is pet friendly which some buildings state, but they do an amazing job of living true to the term “pet friendly” - If you live in Midtown, parking can be annoying in luxury buildings. They have ample space and make it convenient as you don’t have to traverse floor after floor(long floors=huge plus) Lastly, sometimes people in leasing offices, sell you to get you to move in. Jose was transparent about issues, how they hold themselves accountable(even if it’s out of their control) to resolve them expeditiously, and also mentioned things that they are working on to improve. With that said, after living in luxury building in NYC for 7 years and 2 in Atlanta, you realize no building is perfect. So a great leasing office, great amenities, great location, and accountability is what I look for. You have it here. Also again…location is the best you will find in midtown (objectively). Lastly, if you move here because of my review (which I don’t review alot…so it means more), then you owe me a cheeseburger.

Sixty11 has been a nice place to live. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just a short walk away. The neighbors are friendly, and the concierge team is always helpful. But what truly sets this place apart is Jose, the leasing agent. From the moment I toured the building, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. He genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home! Sixty11 wouldn’t be the same without him—he’s the reason living here has been such a pleasure!

With all the stresses of the world today, finding a new place to call home wasn’t something that I was excited about. That is until I met Jose! Not only was Jose professional and thorough, but his guided tour and ability to answer all my questions was outstanding! A gorgeous building, all the amenities, perfect location and my fur baby is welcome! So excited for this next chapter! Thank you Jose for making this process effortless for me and Zeus! See ya soon!

My husband and I have enjoyed our 2 bedroom apartment at 60 11th for over 4 years. The staff is courteous, efficient, and friendly. The amenities are wonderful, particularly the luxurious resort-style pool area, the spacious fitness center, the business center equipped with printer, and the recently redecorated club and game rooms. It is a real treat to enjoy the free coffee in the lobby where you can also have a nice conversation with the charming concierges. Management frequently offers excellent community events featuring delicious catered foods and drinks. The building is well-managed with a maintenance team that is very responsive and quick to respond when we need something fixed in the apartment (which is rare). Finally, the tenants at 60 11th are really nice friendly people who also seem to enjoy the experience of living here. Charles B

I’ve lived here for many years. I appreciate the responsive staff — building manager, maintenance crew, and concierge. There are hiccups, as with any building; repairs to common areas can be slow. But the pluses are far more numerous… - Nice apartment layouts. Great gym. - Parking included, along with free guest parking. - Package pickup is convenient. - Building is clean, maintenance is timely. - Building has great policies around peace/quiet and no smoking. As a bonus, the location is 100% walkable.

I absolutely love living at Sixty11th! The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of great amenities. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff—especially Jose. He has been absolutely amazing from day one. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made my leasing experience smooth and stress-free. Whether answering questions, addressing concerns, or just providing friendly service, Jose goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a great place to live with top-tier customer service, I highly recommend Sixty11th!

Yelp
My partner and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Dale who does maintenance here in the building! He has always been so kind and helpful throughout any issues. Today, we had a last minute emergency with our bathroom, it's Friday evening. And Dale was supposed to be off and headed home, but he stuck around past his hours to make sure we would be good to have a bathroom tonight, and not have to wait any longer! This is just one example of how wonderful Dale is! Thank you again Dale. You make Sixty 11th such a wonderful place to live!

Yelp
I lived at Sixty 11th for 3+ years. It degraded from a place I aspired to live, to a place I could not wait to leave. After reading resident reviews here I can only concur. Elevators were down (as many as 3 out of 4 ) at the same time. With 20 floors of residents, including an elderly couple with medical disabilities on the top level, all vying for one elevator, it was a safety concern. Access is not the only safety issue. There were numerous incidents of aggression reported by residents against ONE PARTICULAR seemingly mentally imbalanced resident. No action was taken and when he acted aggressive even toward the Concierge staff, along with documented incident reports, management staff did not take steps to address this problem or intercede. Don't engage was the advice given. Reviewing comments about UNFAIR FEES WHEN TRYING TO LEAVE your apartment - I can ONLY CONCUR 100%. The property management staff WILL ASSESS fees in addition to what you think you may have covered with your "security deposit." As Brittany - a former resident noted on this Google Platform - .. Walk thrus upon departure are done WITHOUT RESIDENTS.... From Brittany...." Instead, I received notification from Jacob about charges for alleged carpet stains, despite taking preventive measures such as steam cleaning. I attached the pictures I took and the pictures he took with the circled stains. (*****We talked to some other residents in the building and it's a game the leasing office plays. A resident I spoke to did the same thing with me and they cleaned their carpets , and they were not charged because they talked to the leasing office which is also what I did. They have each other's backs when there are complaints to justify everything***). - BELIEVE IT - THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Plan on them charging you $500 -$900 "for PET STAINS" without regard to your security deposit - no matter what. It appears to be a systemic way for them to generate income for declining rental income. They did that to me twice, once when I moved into another apartment, and again when I finally moved out. Residents have NO WAY TO COMBAT THIS. I was given NOT UNDERSTANDING and NO RECOURSE when discussing these false charges with manager, Jason Merz. Mocking laughter and "They're animals." was the response received when I followed up after moving out, insisting the charges COULD NOT BE VALID. Our pets are fully grown, housebroken and I worked at home, (without a car for the most part) supervising them at all times. Daniel Corp in Birmingham needs to be advised of these practices. At the time of this post, I would still like to be refunded the false charges I was assessed when I left in February. https://danielcorp.com/ Sixty 11th is NOT Luxury Living. The Pricing is luxury, the lifestyle is NOT. There are other nearby properties with more better amenities for less money. Property manager Jose has rented apartments to groups of college students and young adults who clearly do not meet the income criteria (stated as earnings of 2-3x monthly rent). Instead he gets parents to co-sign. The "friendliness" and respect level of this staff (Jose, Jason Collins, Jason Merz) is selective and cliquey - and entirely contingent on whether someone's name is on a lease. When not signed on to an apartment's lease, my fiance, who is black, was systematically ignored with property management designed when to deign to acknowledge him. Often walking past to acknowledge others right next to, or in conversation with him, but not addressing him directly. There is something wrong with that. In the three years I lived there, the building went from Luxury to a DORM SETTING; with people yelling in the halls and from balconies at all hours of the night. Marijuana smoke pervades the hallways and was uncontrollable despite numerous complaints that I placed throughout my time there. I was saddened to see the decline of this building. I would not recommend living there. Also, stop by in the evening to see how loud the Wicked Wolf Night Club next door can be. You will be amazed.

Yelp
Sixty11th, located at the corner of 11th St NE and Crescent Ave NE, across the street from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, is part of the upper-scale 12th & Midtown mixed-use development. I'm not sure what all is included in 12th & Midtown because it's not very clear, but I think it also consists of nearby mixed-use high-rises 1010 Midtown (RA Sushi, Silverlake Ramen, Sugar Factory), 1065 Midtown (Cafe Intermezzo), 1075 Peachtree (STK), and 77 12th (DUA Vietnamese, Tabla). Are all those numbers confusing enough for you? Sixty11th is connected to 77 12th (note the stylization and spacing) and, at the time of writing this review, there's a big sign on Crescent that clearly delineates the border between the two properties. It helps with parking. In order to receive proper parking validation, you must park in the correct deck, so pay attention to the signs and confirm with the restaurants or retailers you're visiting to make sure you're parking in the right place. Currently, Sixty11th's retail tenants are Bulla Gastrobar (tapas), Drybar (blow dry bar), Sam's of San Francisco (burgers and sandwiches), and Sugarcoat (nail and beauty studio). I've been to Sixty11th for its two restaurant tenants, Bulla and Sam's, and had no problems. For restaurant and retail customers, use the entrance to Sixty11th's garage on 11th St; the one that is right next to Drybar's storefront. Both Bulla and Sam's validated my parking in the garage for up to two hours. Be sure to take your parking ticket with you to the restaurant so the staff can put a validation sticker on it. For some reason, after visiting Sam's and getting validation from the restaurant, the ticket machine at the garage exit still wanted me to pay $15. I pressed the button for assistance and was promptly greeted by a polite Sixty11th employee (he introduced himself as such) who quickly rectified the situation. That was nice. Sixty11th is 20 stories and contains 320 luxury apartments that range in size from 653 to 1,679 square feet. Last I checked, rent ranged from about $1,700 to $4,000 per month. It opened in 2016. The building looks nice and high-end. I've felt relatively safe during my visits.

Yelp
I was a victim of racial discrimination at this property. My black fiance and I were told they were not offering in-person tours and that we had to view the apartments online. However, we called the leasing office on several occasions only to be told the agents were 'out on tours.' We were then told that we'd have to put in an application before being allowed to view an apartment. Although I have a 686 credit score, I was denied rental BASED ON CREDIT. There was no explanation provided. IF YOU ARE BLACK, YOU ARE NOT WANTED AT THIS BUILDING.
