I had a really good experience shopping and buying my Salomons at the store last night. I recommend calling them before you go to check if they have your size available. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Size is one of my favorite shoe stores in Canada, and what makes it an even better place to shop is the staff, especially Kim. She consistently delivers exceptional customer service and makes every customer feel valued. Size should truly appreciate staff like Kim, as she is a gem within the organization. Her service, skills, and product knowledge even surpass those I’ve experienced in some luxury brands.

If you are going to shop here do it in store, their online team needs some help. I would recommend fixing the synchronization problems you guys have between the stock you hold and what's available online. my order was cancelled days after placing it and I need these shoes for a trip. offered a 15% discount on another pair that may be cancelled as well. no thanks.

My boyfriend and I have been searching all over the GTA for this. A big thank you to Size? for a smooth transaction, and especially to Gabe, who assisted us despite the store being so busy. Within a minute, he had already handed it to us! Great customer service and very accommodating.

Walked into the store with my sister. She was looking at some Adidas Sambas, and there were 2 very friendly staff that helped her with sizes and questions. The store is very clean, has welcoming vibes, and great selection of sneakers. It's unfortunate that the reviews of the online shop are causing negative ratings because the store itself is beautiful, the people are friendly, and very helpful. My sister is very happy with her shoes, and I will be back for mine!

Terrible in-store experience and extremely disappointing customer service. My boyfriend and I went in to speak with staff about a pair of shorts he had purchased that ripped in three spots after being worn only twice. The tears were clearly due to poor fabrication and construction, not misuse. Despite this, we were met with arrogance and told the damage was his fault. As someone who works in design and retail, I was shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional the staff were. We won’t be returning

After seeing the comments I was like… these people are high because the female employees were so nice and helpful when I asked my question and I called earlier to check on some shoes and the person on the phone was of course so nice too, I’ve been trying to hunt for the shoes forever and I finally found the store that had them! The store was also very organized. Don’t always listen to the comments because I will definitely be going back for shoes and I would recommend this store to my friends and family 🫶 thank youu size?
