Google
We use to love this place- wonderful pizza. The garlic knots use to be delicious until staff decides it’s acceptable to send burnt knots home with us. Serious? They’re burnt to pieces and staff thinks it’s okay to serve. Complete turn off waste of money. The place wasn’t even busy but the people working there have no conscience- just trying to be hip and cool with no sense of service. Lost my business

Google
Super expensive and incredibly mediocre. Garlic knots and especially the ranch, were disappointing. BBQ chicken and Turtle Power pizzas were ok, but nothing impressive. We will not be returning. I couldn't even bring myself to taste the carmelized onion spread bc it looked so unappealing (pictured below).

Google
Just walked in for lunch and the high school crowd came in for lunch. Place was packed. One guy at the counter named Johnathan who was the only one working, but he handled the chaos with professionalism, calmness, and a friendly demeanor. He was working the crowd getting them their pies, while also taking orders for future ones. Just wanted to write a note saying you got a good employee.

Google
Very tasty NY style thin crust pizza, crispy at the edges with that nice chew to the rest. All the usual toppings and some creative specials. One thing I've never seen before that was cool, they offer half slices for $2.50! Great for kids or a light diner.

Google
Sizzle Pie in Beaverton is hands down one of the best pizza spots around! Their pepperoni pizza is absolutely perfect—crispy crust, just the right amount of sauce, and high-quality pepperoni with a deliciously savory kick. The cheese melts beautifully, and every bite is packed with flavor. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or ordering a whole pie, you can always count on fresh ingredients and great taste. The atmosphere is chill, the service is friendly, and the variety of pizzas on the menu means there’s something for everyone. Highly recommend for any pizza lover! Come and visit!

Google
My phone normally eats first, but these slices were too good to keep waiting! You can get slices of pizza or whole pies, and they have creative options to choose from! The White Walker is my favorite! Ambience is awesome! Love all of the artwork. And next to the restrooms is the entrance to the Arcade!!! Have fun! Cheers!

Google
Walked around DT Beaverton yesterday and stumbled upon Sizzle pie. Never knew this location was here. The food is amazing, the vibe is very chill. The arcade looks super fun. Can't wait to go back to play! Games just seem a little spendy. $1 gives you 2 coins.

Google
If you're looking to just vibe out after grabbing a meal this may not be a good spot due to how loud the music is. Additionally, the food is average but I do give them props for being able to come up with creative ideas. One thing that made me give them two stars is the number of flies behind the glass. There has to be a better way to keeping them out. Maybe a shelf like the ones at donut spots. You can see the food but the food itself is shielded off in all manners except when being opened to grab your pizza.

Yelp
Love D Beat with a Rabbit and a draft cider! Music is always spot on. Service is friendly and fabulous. Only drawback is they closed their arcade in Beaverton, which breaks our hearts...please bring it back?!

Yelp
Ok look I lived in Knoxville Tennessee (Go Vols!!) for 37 years. While I was technically born in New York City I only really lived there for 4 years before heading down south. However my mom and dad (miss you pop), both were New Yorkers. And i have walked down Broadway at 4 am and gotten a slice after shutting a bar down. So I can be taken seriously I hadn't found New York "style" pizza until i went to Sizzle Pie. Now in my opinion The Ace of Spades is a true New York slice. Thin, but not too thin, with just the right amount of grease and pepperoni on the slice. You will never see anything but pepperoni in New York. Now I am not saying the other pies @ SP don't look good, just saying not my first choice. I pulled up about 7:20...a car was just pulling out of the spot right in front. Good timing...I went inside and "Mer de Noms" by A Perfect Circle was playing. Great music choice. I put my order in and walked around taking pics for my review. Think it took about 20-25 minutes...not really sure. I wasn't really in a rush and the vibe of the restaurant was so chill waiting wasn't really a problem. I got my pie and the difference from the delivery was totally noticeable. It was hot...when I received and when I got home. The texture of the crust was so good and topped with crushed red pepper it was fantastic. Look $27 for a pie isn't cheap, but for a 18" pie if this quality I would much rather get the value of a whole pie and savor over 2 or 3 days then get 2 slices for $11 and only have for one meal. This might become a habit, but I will step up my workout game to make space for it...

Yelp
I'm a big fan of pizza. Sizzle Pie has vegan slices which are okay as far as flavor. They're usually pretty dried out but they're fine. I like the garlic knots though. They are FIRE. The service is hit or miss. You might have a really nice employee who is engaging or NOT. But the garlic knots are ALWAYS good. The ambiance is a pizza shop. It smells like pizza. So if you're like me, you would like it. If not, you won't lol. Sizzle Pie is a decent slice for not a bas price. Hey that rhymes!!!

Yelp
Although I miss the Eastside location, Covid eventually killed it. Beaverton can be slow, but it's still a great pie in my opinion. The Hellraiser is my goto. A good, well-priced, and non pretentious establishment, but I think getting a whole pie beats a simple slice. From what I hear, the vegan options, especially the ranch, are top notch.

Yelp
Bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. Restaurant was cold. By the time I was ready for my second slice, it wasn't warm anymore. The pizza is thin crust style. The toppings are flavorful, but sparse. I enjoyed that they had Jones soda on tap. The person at the counter was informative.

Yelp
We stopped by here because they have gluten free vegan pizza and we had a guest in town who has those food requirements. I will say they did a great job with the pizza. Everything we had was good and our guest was absolutely thrilled to be able to enjoy a more or less regular pizza. I had a piece and I'll say I was shocked at how good it was and the cheese pull is legit. I'll give it to vegan cheese, they've come a long way. The only thing that didn't really work for us is that it took over an hour to have the pizza made. I get that they have a lot of take out orders and such but it just felt like a long time. If you're in the area and just want to grab a slice, you could be in and out in 2 minutes. But for an in house ordered pizza around lunch time on a weekend, do expect a wait. I guess thats just life around downtown Beaverton these days but yeah idk, it just felt like a long time. Other than that though, love this place. Love pizza. And love all the fun sizzle pie art on the walls.

Yelp
Pizza was bland, cold, and tasted horrible, the pizza was like chewing on dry leather, would not recommend.

Nick F.

Yelp
The arcade is gone - bummer Pie was fine, but hospitality and cleanliness was sub par. Don't patronize your guest.

K V.

Yelp
Delicious pizza. Really loved the Napalm Breath. Their September Pizza Party of the month was also great. Friendly employees. Plenty of seating. New go to pizza spot for us.
google avatar

Yelp
This pie joint is really knocking it out of the park! Let's first start with the service- When you order, the staff is very helpful in guiding you to the pie that will best fill your pizza cravings! I fall into the vegan category and person behind the register was most helpful in most popular and best tasting options. The space is set up for eating your pizza and getting on with your day/night. The food is something to write home about! Tasty crust with a hint of smoke from the fire and the toppings were the perfect compliment to that crust. Thanks again Sizzle! I will be back for more.

Yelp
RIP Hillsboro location. That said, we still occasionally drive to Beaverton for Sizzle Pie. They used to have a pizza that I loved, I forgot the name, but I remember it had cilantro on it. Usually we end up getting the void with a couple veggies. It would be really awesome if they end up getting Beyond Meat vegan pepperoni. I'm really picky about my meats. I was shocked when I came to Yelp and saw bad reviews. How can you not love Sizzle Pie? I've been a customer for at least 15 years.
google avatar

Eric M.

Yelp
Pizza was alright, appreciate the selection of slices. Please turn down the music, it makes it impossible to relax and enjoy a meal.
google avatar

Don A.

Yelp
I used to enjoy coming home from work with several boxes of Sizzle Pie pizzas. Not anymore; the pies are very expensive, the ingredients are really poor in quality and the teenage crew that is behind the counter, have unreasonable expectations for their food service. Pizzas are just a small step above the industrial pizza, that Costco is "manufacturing". The fact that they offer a vegan option it doesn't make them good. This is a mediocre quality pizza that is marketed for people that never had better.
google avatar

Yelp
A Portland-like restaurant in Beaverton. It's a good pizza place if you are vegan/vegetarian and like punk music and creepy pictures on the walls, but that's not me. Parking is street only and hard to find, so expect to have to park far away and walk blocks to the restaurant. The pizzas are large but thin crust. Mine was burnt on the bottom, and the outer crust was crispy. Some people may like that, but I didn't. It took about 30 minutes for my pizza to arrive at my table, which was not cleaned. The toppings are expensive--$2-4 for each one. The water I got tasted weird, or maybe it was the cup. The only good thing about the place was the cashier who took my order; they were friendly and helpful.
google avatar

Yelp
One of our favorite pizzas in Portlandia. No flop, perfectly crisp crust, yummy cheesiness and one of the closest NY style sliced in the PNW. They have great alternatives including gluten free and dairy alternatives. Something for everyone! Quick and easy to order.

Yelp
Sizzle pie is a solid pizza place, and I particularly enjoy their crust which is rare for me. We usually get the Don Caballero, and the flavor is always on point. We got the family meal deal tonight-- large pizza, large salad, and regular order of garlic knots. At $40 I think this is a solid bundle. The salad is fresh with good portions. The garlic knots are good, but I would not pay extra to get them on their own without the bundle. I do like that the garlic knots come with a good amount of sauce.
google avatar

Yelp
great quality pizza! did a custom order and added sausage to the Margherita pizza and it was sooo fresh and amazing. great for a late night dinner
google avatar

Yelp
We saw all the reviews for sizzle pie downtown. We were waiting for our time to report to the airport and thought we would stop by for a pie. They had different names for their pies that I can't remember but they offered the general option she expected a pizza place. Pizza all 5 stars. We got a Hawaiian and a combo. They all came with the thin crust New York style pizza. We didn't leave a slice. They were both excellent! Atmosphere - 3 stars - I get that they are not marketing to me but the place was loud. Halfway through our meal they started to play death metal music. Made the whole experience weird. It looked like it would have been a cool place that turned into a weird experience. Overall, order your pie here but take a someplace else.

Yelp
I love tipping. I was raised on mom's tips. Got learned up on my own tips, I did. My aunt had frosted tips in the 80's. Beef tips, q-tips, get'n tipsy... you name it. Heck, I'm even tip'd myself. Happy Hanukka by the way. But I have to say this place needs to totes refurbs the awkwardy tipping processes. When paying at the register for pick up, they show you the screen from behind the counter and the choices are 15% and up and you need to tell the person what your choice is. It puts you in the spot which seems purposeful to get more tips. Also the garlic knots should be called dough balls because they were so undercooked. And why were half of them cinnamon sugar? We didn't order that jazz.
google avatar

Dawn S.

Yelp
Ordered the ace of spades for delivery... looked nothing like the pictures. Definitely looked like a cheese pizza vs a pepperoni pizza. Downtown location is way better.
google avatar

Callie N.

Yelp
My family and I come here regularly to grab slices then go play at a park nearby. I think if it's a crust style you like, you'll be totally happy with it! It's pretty thin with a good chew. I would also like to add it has some of the best, or at least creative, vegetarian and vegan toppings on slices that I've seen and have available as slices. They have fun with it, and I'm so thankful I don't have to order a custom pizza or get stuck with plain cheese.
google avatar

Adrian B.

Yelp
The food was top notch and it was thin crust pizza was unlike anything I've ever had all the flavors of the pizza really were there and only on complaint the pepperoni pizza was kinda soggy

Yelp
Finally tried the Sizzle Pie in Beaverton this last weekend. My wife and I ordered a Pepperoni and Jalapeño (fresh jalapeños by the way!!). Also had an order of garlic knots to try. We loved the pizza! Since we ate in, it came out nice and hot and was delicious. The knots were a little doughy - maybe 3 more minutes in the oven would help I did like the 3 sauces they gave with the knots - Marinara, ranch, pesto. Beer choices were also good. It wasn't crowded, lots of open table so it made dining in enjoyable, but this was mid-afternoon and May get busier. Overall a good experience. 3 stars from me is a good rating and I'll be back

Eva Z.

Yelp
I spent $45 on one pizza and a salad. Who serves a giant salad on a tiny plate like this? I ended up making a mote with napkins. Pizza is good though!
google avatar

Zandra G.

Yelp
Ok pizza for the price. We ordered 1 regular cheese pizza, one regular with pepperoni and jalapeños, two regular root beers and garlic bread (very soft and doughy) 12 PCs everything including tip was $67
google avatar

Brent W.

Yelp
Just opened recently in downtown Beaverton on 1st Avenue. They sell whole pizzas and slices and you can get a half slice as well. All the pizza ovens are now working and they usually have four or five pizzas available by the slice. Staff is friendly and professional. The pizza is pretty good, best in Beaverton.
google avatar

Lori K.

Yelp
My husband grew up in New Jersey about a half hour outside of Manhattan. Living on the west coast now is struggle because he doesn't like our pizza. He prefers those large NY style slices that are thin and you have to fold in half to eat. Sizzle Pie in the Portland area serves up exactly what I just described. I generally prefer more substantial pizza (think Costco pizza) but from all the thin slices that don't stand a chance against gravity that I have tasted, this was one of the best. I'm not a vegan, but with lent around the corner, I did appreciate that they had a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. They also had my favorite Jones soda machine at the Beaverton Sizzle Pie.
google avatar

Daniel H.

Yelp
Ascetics of the location offer a lot; however, we ordered two large pies, salad and knots. Pizza was not hot and had clearly been out of the oven for a long time even though we dined in. Lettuce was not fresh and I felt they should have told us salads were not available. Bus your own table but the stations were piled over and very unappealing. One and done.

Michael Q.

Yelp
The vibe is really fun and I love the artwork there. The service was friendly and the pizza was delicious. It reminded me of being back in New York.
google avatar

Zelda H.

Yelp
The pizza arrived hot and flavorful, but soggy and limp. This happens when the pizza is only baked partially, then put in the box to finish cooking en route. It's gross, like microwaved pizza.

Vaughn D.

Yelp
Maybe they should have other meat options other than bacon or pork related products. A pizza with beef crumbles, green olives and mushrooms would be a good option. I douby they will ever do this because pork is just too cheap and toxic to consider a different meat option.
google avatar

Tom S.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch with family. They had their own pies, one Gluten Free and another one. I wasn't too hungry, so went for the garlic knots and a couple of slices. Overall, I liked the pizza. Good flavorful crust. The garlic knots were ok and I'd probably skip them and concentrate on the pizza. Love the crazy names that they have. Kind of a small dining area. Maybe 10 tables. Probably good at on Saturday to grab a slice and go the farmers market nearby.
google avatar

Corinne R.

Yelp
They ordered these at work...pretty standard zzas. Except I will say the Raising Arizona pie was exceptionally good, and is what I'd come back for. It was a white pizza, and as good as white pizzas go. Parm peppercorn cheese sauce was delectable and the dough had a yeasty crunchy flavor that surprised me. Garlic knots are not worth. But the Arizona's 9/10!
google avatar

Blake V.

Yelp
I love sizzle pie, I love the pizza I love how the workers couldn't care less about conversation. I mean it's $10 dollars for 2 slices and a drink do you really care about the service? I don't I just want the good pizza. I love it, thank you Sizzle Pie.
google avatar

Bridgette G.

Yelp
I tried this during a trip to Portland following the recommendation from a TV show. The establishment itself is pretty rad with the dine-in space and an actual bar/arcade all the way in the back. While the service was friendly, they did mess up our order several times, and that was a bit of a turn-off. Nonetheless, they were apologetic and fixed the situation each time. Now, let's talk pizza. Their pizza was overall nothing out of this world. It was enjoyable, but it didn't stand out more than anything else I've had. Their knots were a bit too greasy for my style, and vegan ranch just wasn't ranch. All in all, I'd give this place a shot if I were you. Maybe your experience will be different, and maybe this place will be your cup of tea.
google avatar

Theresa A.

Yelp
Finally some 'burb love! So glad they've opened up in Beaverton. This place is fast, easy, delicious, and affordable. What more could you ask for? I've never had vegan pizza before and their vegan pizza blew my mind! It was so good! We will definitely keep this place in our outing rotation.
google avatar

Katie B.

Yelp
Sizzle Pie is a welcome addition to the pizza desert of Beaverton/Hillsboro. It's definitely not NY level of quality but they've got some good pies and a nice thin, crisp crust. I also appreciate that they sell slices. This is definitely a step up from all the other national chains we have out in the burbs with their soggy fluffy pizza. When I want pizza out here, I will default to either Sizzle Pie or Pizzario out in Hillsboro. Ambiance-wise this location is more of a grab a slice by yourself or get some pies to go spot. Definitely less ambiance than their other Portland locations. There isn't a whole lot of seating and it doesn't feel very comfortable the way the tables are laid out - but not a problem. It's a casual pizza joint! They are wonderfully located across the street from Syndicate so you can take your pie over to the wine bar seating.
google avatar

Yelp
Giving Sizzle Pie more chances than a cat has lives was my first mistake. The disappointment was so consistent it could qualify as their specialty. Tip expectations at the register rival high-stakes poker bets, and I'm just here for a slice, not a game of tipping roulette. Who knew the art of tipping could be as complex as quantum physics? $25 for ringing up my order? I must've missed the memo where I signed up for a financial workout. Might as well have asked for my first-born as a tip - I heard they're a great source of income. Ordered garlic knots, got doughy disappointments. It's like playing culinary Russian roulette, but instead of a satisfying "bang," it's a soft, undercooked doughy whimper. Maybe they're onto something - raw dough, the newest culinary trend! Sizzle Pie, you've mastered the art of leaving customers feeling like they've been stood up on a pizza date. My money may have taken a nosedive into your cash register, but consider this my official breakup letter. The only dough I'm willing to part with now is for a better dining experience elsewhere. P.s. You also forgot part of my order.
google avatar

Steven M.

Yelp
I'm surprised this restaurant only has 3.5 stars. The pizza and garlic knots are delicious! If you come here, I recommend the Rad Wings of Destiny. The garlic knots here are also great. I don't usually order garlic knots, but if you download the sizzle pizza app and create an account they will give you a free order of garlic knots. They let you pick three sauces with the knots, I went ahead and got the red sauce for all three, and I was not disappointed. If you are coming here, the wait for ordering a full pizza can take a while. We came at 6:30 and waited about 30 minutes. But it was worth the wait! If you want to come here, I would recommend ordering your pizza ahead through their app or website. The music is quite loud inside the restaurant as well, so if loud music isn't for you then take your pizza to go.

Lloyd L.

Yelp
I like the pizza alot. My house mate loves the garlic knots. The beer section is excellent also.

Yelp
I will be VERY surprised if this place makes it. I've heard of Sizzle Pies for years, but never tried them until they landed in my neighborhood. Finally tried it tonight. We attempted ordering on their website but their ordering system is awful and full of bugs so we had to call in and place our order. Was going to order regular pizzas but were told they are out of regular so we had to order larges. Frustrating but ok, ordered 4 larges. Showed up at the appointed time to pickup our pizzas. Walked ino and 1 of the 4 was wrong. We were missing our cheese pizza. They said hang on... ran to the back and came out with a cold cheese pizza that was clearly forgotten or leftover from the back. My husband said um, no. Please make a new cheese pizza. He then waited for the new cheese pizza, so by time he got home with our 4 pizzas he was almost an hour late and the 3 "right" pizzas were now cold. What stood out to me most about the pizzas were how absolutely mediocre they are. We actually commented that Costcos pizzas are way better. These pizzas had scarce toppings, barely any cheese, and quite honestly were bland as hell. I am shocked there are more than 1 Sizzle Pie. It's legitimately bad pizza. I'll be shocked if they're still here in a year. With pizza like Hapa's Pizza in town I don't see why anyone would go to Sizzle Pie. It is boring, basic pizza.... Won't go back.
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Gotta say, some of the current reviews of this place surprised me! I think this location may be suffering from grand opening bumps, as well as the fact that many food spots are short-staffed right now. Regardless, I had a pretty good experience here. Scheduled my pizza ahead of time for pickup. When I got there it wasn't quite ready, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes. The people behind the counter were also really friendly and helpful. But about the pizza... It was fresh, hot, and had tons of toppings. It's exactly what I expected given my experience at other Sizzle Pies. But I have to say, it was the little cinnamon bites that were the star of the show! Really doughy with a delicious icing. Definitely worth a try sometime.
google avatar

Charlie T.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with pizza...especially Sizzle Pie. The slices are always consistent and tastes good at anytime if the day. We stopped by after dinner and just wanted to check it out. I ordered a cut of the pepperoni and was not disappointed. The speed of service is fast and the staff were friendly.
google avatar

Vince L.

Yelp
This place ranks up there with Albano's, Del Cor's and OLD Hard Times Pizza. Yes, I'm reviewing a place in Beaverton/Southwest Portland and comparing it to NY style pizza made in California. I'm all sorts of "not right". BUT!!! Sizzle Pie! I can't stop thinking of your pizza!!! Next time I'm back (next month), I'll be stopping by, several times, for delicious slices of pizza on perfectly tossed crust, top notch ingredients with a punch of heart and soul. It was pizza heaven! If you want to kick up your pizza dining experience up several notches, pop in next door to Super Champs, grab your favorite libation from the bar, cash a $20 for some tokens and hit the old school arcade games. Awwww yeah, pinball, Donkey Kong and Centipede! Kind proprietors, please fix your PacMan machine and order a Galaga machine. Maybe make some room for Asteroids or Dragon's Lair if you can. Keep up the great work!!! EAT PIZZA EVERDAY!
google avatar

Monica D.

Yelp
So excited Sizzle Pie opened up in Beaverton! We love the Napalm Breath with the spice and garlic flavors being perfectly balanced. The crust is nice and thin. We placed an order about 30 min before close and they were able to accommodate me picking up the pizza. All the staff was nice and helpful. The garlic knots were not my fav, but who goes to a pizza place for sides?
google avatar

Yolanda L.

Yelp
I ordered a pizza and had it delivered. There was a hair in it. I tried to call and let them know multiple times but there was no answer. Its also burnt. Super disappointed, this was also my first pizza from sizzle pie. :(
google avatar

Shane W.

Yelp
It's just a standard thin slice, good but not great, and probably not worth it for the price.
google avatar

Elyssa S.

Yelp
What a joke! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I literally just paid 32$ for Air!! When I grabbed the pizza off the counter I almost threw it through the ceiling it was so light! If he hadn't opened it and showed it to me before handing it to me I would have thought the box was empty. The toppings were also surprise, surprise almost nonexistent, the entire large pizza had less than 4 tomatoes on it and each slice maybe had a single piece of the soy curl and other vegan meat it was supposed to have on it. The crust itself is thinner than a tortilla!! I will never be back to any Sizzle pie location ever again. Really I want my money back!!
google avatar

Nathaniel J B.

Yelp
Second efforts since local and wanted to try and support but based on cost and tát best I can offer is 3 stars!!! Sorry but definitely not a good recommendation for any level of pizza lover, especially at the cost....! Doe not match the taste or quality
