Sizzle&Crunch Vietnamese Grill - Bellevue

So glad Sizzle&Crunch open the first store in eastside. We ordered the signature platter and slurping noodles. Overall, the meat is well cooked, they taste much more tender, flavorful than other similar brands. Pork belly is a must try if you like spicy food. I am also surprised by the texture of the rice - I am not a rice lover but I want to finish all rice in a bowl for the first time. Definitely worth a try if you are nearby and look for quick bites.

Great location and the food is excellent! My favorite is the sunny egg and pork belly(must try!). The portion is so generous that I have to wrap up unfinished food and save for my dinner. Will definitely come here again.

Signature pork bowl is my favorite!!! I’ve been to sizzle crunch’s UW location couple of times. This new location is so convenient to me. Coffee is good too.

Got the “build your own bowl” with the grilled chicken and pork belly, the Vietnamese iced latte and some matcha cream puffs. The pork belly was my favorite, great flavor! The chicken was nicely grilled. The matcha cream puffs were a nice sweet (but not too sweet) treat after our meal. The Vietnamese iced latte was a nice light version of Vietnamese coffee. Overall a great place for a quick bite that satisfies in flavor and fill!

I wish I could say this was good like the other reviews but honestly, quite disappointing. For being Vietnamese food, it didn’t have authentic Vietnamese taste or flavors. I also don’t eat sauce and had made a request for no sauce to be added at all. Instead, my dishes were coated in sauce and I’d asked for an egg, no egg. It’s disappointing when a restaurant doesn’t follow your request, especially when it was in writing and on the receipt. Makes the food not good when it’s not made to your request. Won’t be going back.

This place just opened and had a tofu banh mi. It was very tasty. Because of proximity to work, I will definitely go there in the future. Only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be about being careful touching meat and vegetarian options with the same gloves.
