Their steak is so good and I love their salad bar. They constantly refill it and they check it's condition and temperature and that's great! The staff have always been so kind and they love to help.

The last time I was at Sizzler, I had one kid and was in my 20s. Two decades and two kids later; I was convinced to dine at Sizzler An improtu visit with my friend and mom. O boy! Let's jump right into this review. What did we have - Infamous Salad Bar - UNLIMITED - Make your own creation, as healthy or as indulgent as you want, at the original salad bar 8/10 Consist of: Hot Bar Where else can you find unlimited wings, a taco bar, and a pasta bar all at once. Dessert Bar End your meal with soft serve ice cream. Prepared Salads Enjoy a variety of seasonal prepared salads. Steak & Jumbo Crispy shrimp Signature steak perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Includes choice of side (we went with baked potato) - 4/10 Pros 1. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. 2. They have an adjacent lot at this location. Valet service available if you choose. I don't recall if there is a charge. 3. Salad bar has many options and is relatively good. Given price point and the variety offered, it is a win. Cons 1. Sizzler needs to refurbish the entire restaurant. The chairs/booths, flooring (carpet), and decor ain't change in all these years. It screams dated and run down. 2. Entrees (Steak & Baked Potato) didn't appeal to my palette. Meat was tough. Shrimp overcooked. Bake potato dry. Sizzler ain't for everyone and those who love it, they love it and for others, like me; food quality is a hard pass. Overall, two stars, one for good customer service and two for the salad bar and cheese toast. For three people, food total was just under a $100, including 3 non-alcoholic beverages.

Incredible service as well as the food. It had been a long time since I tried such yummy food with great service. Pretty often restaurant lack in one or another. Everything was spot on. The steak, the shrimps, the salad bar and even the ice cream! I’ll definitely come back here whenever I get a chance.

Found actual mold in my Mac and cheese right before I took a bite baked into it. Absolutely disgusting. I can imagine how many people ate mold infested food. This is a genuine and concerning health code violations. To their credit I received a full refund, however the lack of care for the customers health is evident. I hope anyone thinking of coming here is able to see this and recognize that they simply do not care about basic health codes nor your heath as a consumer.

I mainly had unlimited salad bar, can't really ruin salad (that was the 3 star) the hot food area of the salad bar could always be better, flavorless meatballs, okish dry chicken wings and under seasoned beef for the tacos.

So I went to Sizzler. The waiting was a bit long, but they've offered me a free salad, which was very nice. I had a New York strip (or what is it called) and it was a big piece of meat, more medium then medium-rare I have ordered. The thing is, that I would anticipate it to be more spiced. Like some rub or something. The meat was good but I expect the taste, otherwise cooking a steak is quite easy. If you want solid piece of meat and not looking for well seasoned, then it's great price / value.

I visited here and ordered the salad bar to go. Once I started eating the salad the lettuce tasted EXTREMELY DIRTY and was un-eatable. Once I returned to the restaurant & requested a refund i was denied that by a manager. She told me that she couldn't refund me by $19.01 I spent but that she could give me something else off the menu. Why would I want something else from a restaurant that clearly doesn't even WASH THE LETTUCE!! DO BETTER SIZZLER.

Steaks and burgers were better than I remember and great value. The classic burger was best value at $11 and was huge with fries. 8oz Sirloin was good w fries for $17, Classic Steak Trio w crumbed shrimp tails and chicken $21 was great steak, ok shrimp and not keen on the chicken cheese and ham combo. Cheesebread was good but I remember it being better but still tasty.

All the Sizzlers in Hawai'i had shut down many years ago so we were pretty excited to have lunch here since we were staying in the area for a concert. Cashier was extremely friendly and very efficient with handling the pretty long line of early bird diners. We had both ordered steak entrees with added on salad bar with lemonade, total came out to around $70 not including gratuity. Salad bar was pretty basic but kept well replenished and clean, there was soup and taco bar, including a separate desert bar off to the side. We definitely could have just gotten full off the salad bar alone but like i had mentioned, we haven't been to a Sizzlers in a while so we did want to experience more of the menu. The steaks were decent, flavor was good but a tad bit overcooked. The Server himself was wonderful. He seemed to be the only one tending to the entire Floor but everyone was well taken care of, drinks were never empty, and he did offer more Cheese Toast. As it may be a typical chain restaurant, we had such a great visit and thought the World of the staff.

Sizzler has its nostalgic moments. One of them is the flavor of that steak, there's a particular taste in the char. Gotta say the meal was decent for the price. 6oz with side salad and a loaded mash for 19 bucks is pretty good these days. Quality was decent and the food was definitely satisfying. Quick kind wait service, had to tip properly. Place was packed - busy crowd for a Sunday.

Hadnt been here in years but needed a bite before a Forum concert that was walking distance. Got a lot of food for my $ 29 - salad bar was stocked and my steak was made to my specs - WELL DONE ! Only negatives : no discount for local workers and I never saw nor was I offered the complimentary cheese toast pictured on every table.

I've only had Sizzler's twice - the first time was at different location a couple years back, but I recall they served a passable ribeye. However, after my most recent order, I'm certain I won't be getting food from here ever again - no matter what kind of promotion they're having. For context, my partner and I felt like having a movie night and we decided to just stay in and order delivery for dinner. We found a Doordash deal for Sizzler for 20% off and we decided to treat ourselves with a lobster and steak dinner. Don't make the same mistake - it's discounted for a good reason. It was easily the worst meal I've had in recent memory. To start, the lobster. The presentation actually looked pretty good and they way they took the meat out of the shell made it really easy to eat, which was nice. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else nice to say about it. It was incredibly dry - even dunking it in butter didn't help. It's also quite thin, which is disappointing when lobster tail is the main reason why this entree is as expensive as it is (my photo is probably kind of flattering since it's a top down perspective). Things get worse: the steak. This is definitively one of the worst steaks I've ever had. Small, dry, chewy, and extremely lacking in flavor. We also ordered it medium rare and - perhaps due to the pitiful size of the steak - got something between well done to medium well. It was so incredibly tough that my knife couldn't cut it, and when I tried to chew it, it balled up into an unswallowable meat mass. I actually had to spit it out and didn't even make it halfway through before giving up on the steak. It's the first time I've ever left a steak unfinished while still feeling hungry. The slice of toast was the highlight of my meal. Incredibly buttery and crispy. I felt tangible disbelief when munching on my toast thinking "wow, this is best thing I've had all night!" when I just spent 35 dollars on lobster and steak. But I'd give Sizzler half a star for their toast, though it's no secret that a ton of butter and bread in a toaster is rarely a losing combination. Overall, my meal left me wondering if "terrible food" was a valid reason to seek reimbursement for Doordash support. I guess I'll just consider this meal the cost of a lesson well learned.

I got sick eating the endless shrimp , as I'm going home I keep on throwing up on my drive home.My steak was not cook as requested and they was unable to cook it properly as requested because the kitchens was close .Pls be careful

Sizzlers never fail. The food is always fresh and tasty at a great price. Our server was courteous and upbeat. The atmosphere was quiet. But the bathroom was filthy. Overall we had a good lunch. I would love to have given you a 4-star but the bathroom was unsanitary. Management, please please keep your bathroom clean.

1.21.2025 I've been going here for a few years now, it's *very* handy being catty - corner from The Forum . Unlike *some* Sizzlers it's HOSPITAL CLEAN, always . this includes the bathrooms . Even the carpet is nice and clean and freshly vacuumed . Good service help, they're polite and get you ordered and seated quickly then someone always comes by every ten minutes or so to see if you need anything . Even the grass and landscaping outside is top notch . -Nate

So I'm from Illinois I visited Sizzler bc of the nostalgia and it didn't disappoint. The serving staff are super helpful and the restaurant in general is clean. The bathroom needs an update but it's clean. I specifically wanted to come here for the self serve ice cream bar, but that salad bar "slaps" as I've heard the kids say. I made a taco , I had fried wings, there was pasta, there was homemade style chicken noodle soup, plus all the fixings of a salad bar. I ordered chicken and steak with fries. The chicken was so good unfortunately my steak was cooked well and I asked for medium but it was fine. My man ordered a bacon cheeseburger he loved it. It's worthy $8 for the salad and ice cream bar bc I had steak and chicken a la mode I'd go back!

Such a family favorite from back in the day I'm so upset that they happen to lose most of their locations across the East Coast but it's good to know that every time I come out west I have a familiar favorite. The service was amazing. The food was on point just like I remembered in the ambience was very true to sizzler culture that I remembered from back in the day.

I came here right before a concert at the Kia Forum for a little dinner so we didn't have to pay for overpriced venue food. It was a great experience and I would do it again for my next concert here. I got a steak and it came with a make-your-own side salad and a side of mashed potatoes. Everything was super tasty. Lots of seating, and it wasn't crowded at all which was convenient for us. The staff were very friendly as well. The only improvement I'd say is to have cleaner bathrooms. Other than that, everything was great!

All the Sizzlers in my area closed 20+ years ago so it was interesting to find this one. Not bad. Just like I remember.

I would reduce this review to a 3 if not for the excellent service and that is sad because it used to be our favorite Sizzler. Things have changed and they need to bring back what made them special. The first issue is they now insist you valet park. This is because the Kia Forum is across the street and they don't want people parking for a show. I know, put up signs and tow away the cars after two hours and all those after closing. It costs Sizzler nothing and the City makes money. Problem solved. Instead they expect me, not at a fine dinning place, to let someone park my car and then tip them. Just no. Don't punish the patrons for the bad behavior of others. I was going to the Forum that night and I would never park at Sizzler to go to a show. As to the food, I had a burger with mashed potatoes and the salad bar. The burger was great. A 5 for sure. The mashed potatoes were wonderful. But it all went downhill when we all went to the salad bar. They used to have the best one. They had corn bread and mac and cheese and other cool stuff. Not anymore. It is now boring and bland. They have the pasta bar, one choice only, the salad ingredients are nothing special, they used to be. They still have the taco bar and the meat is bland and not kept warm enough and the cheese is not great. Get it together or we won't be back. The place could have been cleaner and the soft serve ice cream was not even close to ice cream, it tasted like ice milk. It was not a great atmosphere this time. The service, however, was great, as always. We were checked on several times, brought fresh plates when needed and they gave us 3 garlic toasts which were amazing. My grandson loved it. He ate 2 of them. I really need you, Sizzler, to bring back the great and stop with the boring. My rating of 4 is a gift. I won't be so kind next time. And thank the servers, they are the ones that made this Sizzler a 4.

My family has been coming here for over 25 years. The food is delicious. The price is great. The parking situation is a little bit tricky the location allows street vendors to park here which does not allow customers to find parking and the surrounding streets are constantly being patrolled by parking enforcement and you cannot park there so it's unfortunate

burger was not done, fries tastes like lime, they kept having to bring us back our food. looks nice but overall 2 stars.

Nasty attitude by the cashier/manager when ordering. Only came here because my father likes the ribs. Also, because it is my birthday. I also work in the industry. The cashier had a nasty condensing attitude towards me. Anyways, tipped 20% will never come back Ruined my birthday. Only good thing was the server. True service. Hope he gets out and goes somewhere else. Cheap drinks though.

I am not understanding why 2 sizzlers i called didn't know if they were open on thanksgiving and serving the trimmings without asking me to hold on to find out. I feel they should know their work scheduled for the entire month to see if you have to work that day . Culver City was the only one who knew their schedule and said their serving the thanksgiving trimmings all week. I thought I was talking to a person I had RSVP with they were so professional

Everyone is kind and attentive. The server always made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service! The buffet was fully stocked and clean. The food was prepared well.

This review is for the Sizzler in Inglewood near SoFi Stadium. We were waiting for the traffic to cease to catch an Uber to our hotel after a game at SoFi Stadium, so decided to walk away from the stadium to see what was nearby. Came across this old time Sizzler Restaurant. What a treat! There was a crowd, but the wait wasn't very long. The line to the bathroom was longer. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good, as I remembered it to be when there was Sizzler in Hawaii. Will definitely return here. I hope they're around for many more years!

Salad bar is what I remember from college. Great value. You can't get much better quality for the price!

Decided to have this for lunch. Service has friendly although the lady In the front did misheard me and was rather aggressive when I told them my little brother was a kid, The selection was wasn't a lot but the food there was good, however the staff took forever to refill an option. The space was pretty clean with a nice view of Kia forum and sofi stadium

Oddly enough, I've been craving sizzlers. The fact that they have the salad bar for only $12 for lunch (which runs till 4pm btw!) reaffirmed I made the right choice in coming here. The bread was what I came for. Their cheesy toast with butter is great! The salad bar is what can be expected from a buffet...it tastes like school lunch (as confirmed by my brother and my distant memory). I had the clam chowder and it was delicious! I've been to Boston, and honestly, it is pretty great! Now, the premade salads (pasta, potato, etc.) lacked flavor, but nothing some pepper can't fix. I was beyond shocked at the taste of the imitation crab!!! I know, seafood isn't safe everywhere, but I risked it anyways, and it was safe and delicious. The food was pretty solid too. They had mini tacos, a taco/nacho bar, spagetti, chicken and fries. It's definitely a small variety, but it gets the job done! The desert is ice cream, toppings, jello, and BANANA PUDDING!! My absolute favorite! Overall, it gets you fed, it's budget friendly, if you don't like one thing you can get something else, and even if it's buffet style, it's not a full on buffet, so you don't overeat, and the quality isn't as bad. The people who ring you up are nice. They have servers that bring you new plates and utensils along with the bread (they have two kinds). I sat in a different spot and got a different server from the usual. This one was nice, but not as attentive and would walk by our table without checking in, even if it wasn't busy. I would probably go back to the older server to be honest, but it is not a dealbreaker. I would go again!

I usually go to Sizzler in Culver City but tried this Sizzler across the Kia Forum in Inglewood. So gross when suddenly when I pulled a long rubber/plastic out from my mouth while I was chewing my burger. Yuk! Sorry don't want to come back here again.

The service was awesome. Very friendly cashier and the servers were very kind. Very clean location and the salad and taco bar had so much fresh food. Very delicious and affordable. Great place to stop before a concert or event at the Forum or SoFi! They serve beer and wine too plus they have ice cream

Stopped by as it's RIGHT across the street from the Kia Forum and we wanted a few beers before heading into the Springsteen Concert. Thought it would be mobbed with concert goers -- but only a short line so we got some Modelo's for 6 bucks and sat at a table for a half hour enjoying our suds before the show. They didn't seem to mind we didn't order any food which certainly was WAY cheaper than what you get at The Forum. So you can pay 20 bucks for a can of beer there or 6 bucks a bottle at Sizzler -- your choice. I hadn't been to one since the late 80's but the food looked decent -- so might give them another try next concert.

The food was great, I had the steak & chicken a baked potato which was really good z& my girlfriend had the steak & lobster tail with mashed potatoes which she enjoyed, the service was great & the ambiance was chill as I remembered it when I was last here many years ago, the only thing that was wrong was that the cheese bread was not unlimited.

the cashier was perfect! the servers refused simple assistance such as locating Tabasco. they very rudely said "ask your waiter "we still had trays attempting to eat our salad bar n soup before receiving the emtres only to have the older bald man flip his hands n stated "you just have to wait " as he waved us off! I finally went to the cashier after 15 minutes n the same man ignored her request n she stated " they are ignoring me too". so I waited as she asked another four time n they handed her a bottle of watered down Tabasco. I asked the sever for the Manager n he / she never showed before I left. Lessons should be taken from the Manger in Carson at South Bay excellent custom service n competeny! MANY KUDUS TO CARSON! This Sizzler is next to The Forum, so if you are in the area to see a concert it's the most convenient place to eat before going in. There is a lot of nostalgia eating at a Sizzlers, we took our kids there in the 90s as the food was good and affordable during those days. But, that's it for me food that had great memories. We ordered that steak and shrimp as well as the grilled salmon. The only thing edible was the all you can eat cheese bread the rest of the food, we didn't eat. The steak was ordered medium rare but came out well done and the grilled salmon was so dry it was really hard to eat. Nevertheless this may be the last time we will try this Sizzlers.

For a "steakhouse" the quality of the steaks is awful. Low grade and tough. Now I know why there are so few left. Salad bar is ok but not as good as it used to be.

Its a nice quiet place but go during lunch if you don't like crowds Salad bar is gread except for the salad dressings. They need to put the name for each kind of salad dressing if you have more than two to choose from.

Back to back orders via delivery. The first order didn't end well as I was delivered the wrong person's order. The second go around was even worse. Didn't pack the banana pudding I ordered- it just felt like the items were all just smashed together in the bag but the grand finale was the medium steak being rare on the inside and burnt on the inside. Had we actually been at the restaurant it would have been a situation where we would have sent it back for another one. It's a lesson to remind me that it is not the Sizzler of my youth.

Because of the Forum and stadium traffic, you should totally be better staffed. Two cashiers at your registers. The line was out of the door and a few folk behind us walked away. THE CHICKEN.... burned.! Now I am dark skinned...the chicken may have been just as dark.! The lettuce at the salad bar looked "old". And may I add... THE DECOR.! Needs to be CLEANED or replaced. Right along with the dirty mop that was right outside the kitchen. Please this place needs a deep cleaning.! Fast.

This is my first visit since the pandemic. I ordered the Malibu chicken and salad bar, my husband ordered a burger and fries. The salad bar is now simply salad, Chile and chicken nuggets. The wings that I love are now on the regular menu to be ordered a la cart. Sadly no more tacos, nachos, Mac & cheese and meatballs. The Malibu chicken was blah. Definitely not what it use to be. It is a tasteless chicken nugget flattened into a triangle with ham & cheese on top. This trip was a bust for me except for the delicious bread & my husband liked his burger.

This place is a hidden gem in Kia forum and Sofi stadium area. The food is great and the environment is very soothing. I always stop here when I'm going to a show or a sporting event.

I have not been to a sizzler in many many years, and it looks the same (its time for an update on carpet and furniture). Salad bar was what caught my eye, looks really good. They had all the goods for a great salad and they had a pretty good tomatoe bisque soup that went well with the new luck luster cheesy bread. Its not the same cheesy bread I remember. I did appreciate the use of electrical outlet, I'm conducting field work and this is important for me. Not alot of people, was a plus. Right across the street to The Forum

I thought this place was ok until my husband pointed out something on our visit. The food came out within minutes, that only means they cook with a microwave. The food is edible but can't really say it was special.

The absolute worse sizzler ever do not recommend the drinks are nothing but syrup and they had people digging in the food trays with their bare hands and the employees watched and did nothing we even told the employees and they responded with insults and sas and a while buch of attitude and they tried to be smart and rude by fat shaming my little brothers by taking the ice cream flavor of vinilla and while trying to do so broke the machine the food arrived late and at first and they took to long to refill the food bin also do not taste the banana pudding it was made with old ingredients I also saw them spit in someone's food

I've been a loyal fan of Sizzler for years but never again. I got the tri tip steak and the quality was the worst I have ever had. It seems like they changed the meat for a cheaper alternative type. It's horrible that my Friday had to go this bad. I don't know if it's just this location. Prices also went up but quality went down. Do not come here. Maybe try a different location. Fortunately my mom was able to get a refund on her steak. She also noticed the huge difference in taste. Unfortunately I ate mine after a long day of work. I did not have the energy to complain.

Yes they brought the chicken wings back. Elena is the most professional, friendliest waitress. She is very attentive always coming around with extra napkins, she ask you is there anything else you need every round. Make sure you sit in her section she is the standard of EXCELLENCE.

Hands down one of the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. This place is terrible. Salad bar was a mess, booths weren't clean, and employees are not helpful. I ordered about $40 worth of food for dine in. First sign of trouble was the waiter "Ramon" giving me attitude when I requested 2 slices of toast. After he delivered the food he never came back to check on me and I had to leave my table at least 3x to retrieve things he should have brought. The food was subpar and seemed old and microwaved. I couldn't finish about 70% of the meal due to time constraints so I waved Ramon down to ask for to go boxes. He then proceeded to tell me how I couldn't take the remainder of my salad home. I've never been told this before but ok, whatever. He then gives me ONE tiny box to pack up all of the food I had left over. When I asked for a second box he again states I can't take my salad. I already said fine, I can leave the salad, but I still need another box for the rest of the food. He refused! I had to go to the front and ask for a manager! The manager wasn't very helpful either and all in all is was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I will never return to this terrible location and plan to tell everyone I know to avoid this disgusting establishment.

Good food for and budget friendly. The salad bar remains the best part of the meal. I enjoyed the ambience and the food.

Just went here about a month ago and I loved every moment of it, staff was very friendly and salad bar was great. Everything was freshly made. Shrimp was AMAZING! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !

Me and my coworker visited on Friday evening. The cashier names Simone is very rude and dismissive to customers. She's NO help at all. If you ask her anything she'll just stare at you with a frown on her face. She was more worried about her cellphone than helping customers. I waited 15 minutes for a baked potato and some shrimp. Finally she asks The kitchen and they told her they gave it to her . She had it behind her on the counter for 15. No apology or nothing just threw it on the counter to me. Simone shouldn't be in customer service with her bad attitude. She should be bussing tables and away from the customers. Worst experience I've ever had at sizzler.
