Yelp challenge 2016. 39/116
Worlds largest Sketchers outlet and club at your fingertips. Home of the BOGO 1/2. Home of free popcorn, balloon man, DJ, and sometimes a taco man. Located off Vermont between the 405 and 91 in Gardenia.
With a recent remodel this place the is definitely your one stop shoe source for the entire family. Shoes in every size and color with discounted prices 30% up to 80% off. The clearance section in the back is where the discontinued things are. Tons of kid shoes for cheap. Light up tennis shoes for boys for about $15.00. Kind of want to plan ahead and buy some just in case I need them later.
The good stuff ranges from $35-$75. Not exactly cheap. It is a little cheaper than mall prices if you find something on sale. Then the BOGO seals the deal. We picked up a pair of tennis shoes for $65, then some Mary Janes for $17.99 after the 1/2 discount.
The layout is inconvenient. In some sections they have plenty of little chairs to try on your shoes and some sections there is nowhere to sit. The staff is helpful but there are so many of them that they often get in your way. I like a little space and a few times staff members were unaware of their own space and invaded mine several times.
Shoes are organized according to gender, type, and age. Work section offers steal toes, construction type, non slips, ect. Mens section has the largest variety from casual, walking, running, dressy, ect. Womens section offers slip ons, walking shoes, sandals, boots, ect. Not a whole lot for us ladies. Kids have their own little room of shoes. Back wall also has crazy cheap kid shoes. Tons of accessories. Lots of socks, clothing, ect.
Pretty cool place.
