Went for the Songwriters Showcase (shoutout to Ceci Nguyen who told us about it). Comfortable outside space with fans (a bit loud) to keep us cool and mosquito free. Good amount of seating. The pizza took forever but was definitely worth the wait—it was delicious! There was only one person tending the bar so there were (understandable) long waits for the beer. We tried several different beers and all were tasty, unlike other draft beers we’ve tasted around the city. Clean bathrooms. Friendly crowd. Fun evening. We’d definitely go back!

Go to this brewery!!!! Right on the trail if you wanna bike. Laid back, but not too laid back. & the beer (& seltzers) are excellent. Loved every sip. We were lucky enough to have Sean as our bartender. He planned our whole weekend in New Orleans for us. Couldn’t recommend this place more

Google
Super awesome Czech style brewery. I did a liquid lunch after stopping at Flour moon next door. They have a patio, but being a July afternoon I stayed inside. Again they brew mostly Czech style beers, so their menu mainly consists of pilsners and lagers which I'm perfectly cool with. I had a couple of both, including their new brew which was a mix of both. The highlight may have been the Czech style foam pour, which was interesting and delicious. It's exactly as it sounds and gave their regular Pils Dorgenois a nitro pour quality I really liked. I spent way more time there than I planned to, hanging out with the owner/brew master Aaron and some day drinking locals. The free emulator arcade game didn't help with my time management either. I'm ashamed honestly that this brewery is so close to where I normally stay but has been open +1yr without my patronage. They close somewhat early so it's a good HH or to pregame before a night out. He also mentioned making it an unofficial B1G bar cause his son goes to Oregon. I'll be back to talk smack for the UM game Nov 2nd!

Stopped here for a quick pint and the service was very friendly with reasonable prices. However I didn't really care for the beer I tried but sitting outside on their covered patio was relaxing.

Google
Great little brewery, they also have pop up street good vans and live music. Loved it whilst staying in the area. They were super friendly to kids too.

Google
Skeeta Hawk Brewing is a great place to hang out. They have awesome beer, a cool spot to relax, and different food trucks all the time. Plus, trivia night is a lot of fun. Definitely worth a visit!

Google
Rented a bike from BuzzNola Bike Rentals and just 2.25 miles of pedaling later I’m drinking a terrific fresh brewed Belgium (7.75 ABV), next to the greenway. Was hoping to find an IPA, but a good Belgium is a close second favorite style of mine. Cool vibe and the bagel place attached has a massive Sunday lunch line full of local young people, so it’s probably fair to say it’s decent if you want to pair some good beer and food.

Google
I swear, I was walking to get coffee. But here I’m at one PM 🤷🏼‍♂️ supporting local business! Awesome rustic space with lots of seating, great staff, and most importantly delicious beer. Tried their unfiltered lager, very nice!

Yelp
Great service at Skeeta Hawk! Sean (sp?) behind the bar really knows what he's talking about. I suggest getting a mliko pour of their amber and taking in the local art on the walls.

Yelp
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly with a a great selection of craft beers. The patrons of the bagel place makes it hard to get a seat but so I would recommend

Yelp
A pleasant surprise of a brewery during a stroll around my AirBnB's neighborhood. Very much what you imagine with a small, local brewing set up. But, a bonus, outlets under the bar! As someone who enjoys working from a brewery occasionally, this is a huge asset. A nice rage of beer styles and ABVs. So a little bit for everyone. I tried two beers, one Belgian and an IPA. Pretty tasty! I love an open brewery where you can see the brewing process as a customer. There were only two customers when I arrived, but not long after a few couples began to drift in. I loved the chill and relaxed environment. It was also a cozy spaces. Not overwhelmingly large as some breweries can be.

Yelp
I have to remember to leave a review right on the spot because it was months ago when I visited so my apologies for the delay. I forgot the bartenders name but she was so sweet, enthusiastic, stern, yet gentle, knowledgeable & funny. The beers I tried were ok but one stood out which is the one I shared a picture of. Winter is coming with that one. They also had someone making fresh pizza during the open mic, pizza was amazing & so were the performers. I'll definitely be back for sure!

Yelp
My trivia team and I wanted to try a new spot. I really liked the setup of this brewery. Lots of outdoor seating available. The guys running the trivia were really nice and funny. All of the staff we encountered were great. I do personally think the beers need more work. There are so many breweries now to compete with so your beer has to be pretty tasty. I would go back for the trivia and the vibe. Hopefully as time passes the beer gets better but I'm definitely planning on a return visit to support.

Yelp
Another new brewery in Mid-City!! Yes, please and THANK YOU!! They are in the soft opening phase as they brew more beers to add to the line-up each week. At this point they have 6 beers and are only open a few days each week. Looking forward to trying the next batch of beers as they roll them out. Welcome to the neighborhood!!

Yelp
Great time with Owner/Army buddy Aaron and his wife Judy. Always great to see them and the brewery is amazing. Folks are having a good time and there is live music. Highly recommend. Great place to hang out and meet some new folks.

Yelp
Oh my goodness! Great vibe great beer!!! I live round the corner and decided to stop in on a lazy Sunday. Tried several of the beers all delicious! Can't decide on a favorite, somewhere between Quest for Darren, amber, galexy brown ale or yacht rock. All so good!!! A ver welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Yelp
We were palnning a wedding rehersal party here. Aaron was prompt and extremly helpful in finding ways to accomidate a large group (approx 100 for a happy hour). In the end we had a family friend offer to host it at their home. We will be in town for Mardi Gras followed by the wedding the following weekend and we look forward to stopping in and enjoying the venue. Thanks again Aaron!

Yelp
Love the brewed beer and seltzer, the food trucks, the amazing bartenders and waitstaff. A breath of fresh air. Great food and drinks! Highly Recommend!

Yelp
This is a fantastic NEW local brewery. My wife and I stopped on our first night from out of town and found great local music. The seating is mainly for groups of 4+ with table tops and picnic tables. They have a great covered outdoor patio where you can listen to the live music. There are also free games for those who have the inkling to compete with friends and family. They also have a couple of TVs with sports for those looking for playoffs while having a night out with the family;) There is a good variety of brews although not a large selection. I'm glad they e focused on their initial release and wish them luck on expanding the list! I'm very happy to report the beertender was quite friendly and very gracious that we returned our own glassware (as a frequent brewery goer, I expect nothing less). Happy drinking!! PS at the time of posting, the owner hadnt claimed the business on Yelp but I hope they do soon!

Yelp
While in mid-city, took the opportunity to visit NOLA's newest addition to the robust microbrewery scene. Good service. Decent beers, although we did prefer the ones we had at Zony Mash. Relatively small inside space, but spacious covered outdoor area with TV, games and a food truck serving some good looking tacos and Mexican fare. Will definitely give them another chance after a few months of perfecting their craft.

Yelp
First time here. Loved this brewery off the parkway. Really nice staff, and even had a sandwich food truck outside for food. Also, had table games for people to play, really nice vibes.

Yelp
Having an open-air brewery within stumbling distance of home is dangerous, but it's damn fun too! Thursday night trivia has become a regular pastime for me. The trivia's not too hard, so anybody can have a good time. The first time I went we won 2nd place which got us a $50 tab. First place gets $100, but even better, the right to sign a beer keg! They make a fairly broad range of beers, and I've found two or three I really like, and they're very reasonably priced. They don't do food, but they have good food trucks on Thursdays at least, and today (Sunday afternoon) somebody was grilling on the sidewalk. If it matters to you, Skeeta Hawk is Veteran-owned. If it doesn't, he and the other guy that serves are super nice guys anyway. So I'm gonna keep coming until my name is on that beer keg!

Yelp
Cool Czech oriented brewpub. Lovely owner, nice setting near the Treme greenbelt. Try the all foam pour!

Yelp
I really loved this place- they have this low alcohol drink that tastes like a mimosa. So yummy! The outside area is spacious, covered, and adds to the chill vibe.. and they have an arcade game you don't have to pay for I mean, it doesn't really get any better than that?

Yelp
This is a really nice new brewery doing fun stuff with beer. We wandered in on a Wednesday afternoon and the founder, Aaron, was kind enough to talk to us for an hour. He is extremely knowledgeable and is making some really cool, inventive beers. I enjoyed the bananas foster "holiday" beer and both of the seltzers and my boyfriend tried a few different Czech beers including a special milko pour dark lager that Aaron offered us to try. It was a little cold and wet when we visited and we were busy chatting inside, but there was a nice big patio area in front as well.
