Bad experience we went for our wart removal treatment on evening session on last week doctor consult us in same time we requested doctor to provide us a cream for darkness in face she gave a prescription and we bought in her place but we went to consult her for wart removal treatment same time she said come on next week days 3-4pm so this week we went to wart removal but again she ask us to pay consultation fee we ask why she said that day she did for that fee she did give me medicine for darkness on face I have a doubt so one treatment one consultation fee means it’s unfair I can pay but other Sri Lankan I have a doubt cz we a not in middle of Europe so please stop earning this way …

Went for a consultation yesterday. It was my first time. I walked in through a beautiful small city garden with shady trees. The reception was so welcome - neat, comfortable, tastefully decorated with ample space and good ventilation. The walk up the steps to the consultation room was not a hassle; it was an enjoyable walk through a virtual " open art museum". The Consultant Dermatologist and the attending nurses were absolutely professional, kind and helpful. In my book of experience with medical consultations in Sri Lanka, US, UK and the continent, this was in the top drawer; most certainly in the top 5th Centile.

This skin center sucks.. a terrible place. I’ve got so many complaints against them. I had to travel from far, visited twice and once I had to turn back home without doing the treatment as a result of not informing the accurate time. And they aren’t even admitting their mistake, they simply don’t care. A simple apology will do, but no they act as if nothing happened. Its nothing for them but for us its a massive time and money wastage. Plus the treatments done had no effect at all, just blank after its done. And they didn’t even tell a proper time period where I could reap the results.. I’m truly baffled by all the stellar comments on this page. Moreover the prescriptions provided aren’t up to the mark. (Unknown names are addressed). And they don’t charge the exact amount they promise, they charge more than that after the session is over. they just waste our time , money, effort and so on. Please don’t get caught! You might also fall into trouble. Never recommend this

I was there one month ago for a laser treatment. The doctor is friendly. But her staff is not. The first week they gave me some creams and asked me to come in 2 weeks. 2nd time when I was there, they started laser treatment. They charged me Rs12,000 for full-face and an untrained girl did it in 30min 😁 and refused to do my nose area. It was useless and a waste of money. If you want to waste your money go there.

Excellent Service 💪👍👍 Acually.. this is a very good place. The staff is also very friendly and kindly... My long-standing illness got better after taking medicine from here. That's why I recommend this place as the best place....

I made my appointment a day ago. But the hospital failed to provide me a proper timeline for my treatments. The clinic needs proper patient management. They get all sort of people together and run around each one in different ways. I had to spent over two hours inorder to reach the doctor. Clinic management, try to arrange treatments on one day, procedures on another and have another day to perform triage between two.
