Liz and Mars are top notch bartenders! Really unique experience of country vibes meets east Nashville dive. Fun atmosphere with beer and shots deals. I can't wait to go back and beat my friend on the shuffle board. He really hurt my spirit by winning so hard, but the staff can really bring your spirits back up by serving you top notch spirits.. or miller high life.

I’m so grateful Skinny Dennis came to East Nashville! It’s 5 times the size of the Brooklyn location but still has the same heartbeat. I ate some deliciousness from the Little Miss Mao kitchen that I can’t even begin to explain. The flavors were off the charts and I wish I had two stomachs. Caught a band or two and it sounded so good but wasn’t so loud that I couldn’t hear my friends. I am going to be a staple at this place, PS) its a great place to take your parents/family if they’re visiting

I didn’t eat any food, but it took a solid 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge my existence… during a very mild Sunday shift. (And I was sitting right in front of her?) 10/10 on bathrooms. Always so nice to have more than 2 stalls in a women’s bathroom. Not a fan of $7 high life’s(12oz- not even a tall boy! 🥲) As an industry girly in Nashville for the last 15+ years, my opinion is that it’s fine. It’s exactly as it’s marketed. Because I also work at a venue,I probably won’t be back for the snobby service I received.

We had such a fun time at opening night- authentic laid back atmosphere, great cocktails and beer selection and live music from some of the best local bands. The food from Little Miss Mao is a surprisingly refreshing juxtaposition to the traditional honky tonk vibe. 10/10

Great local spot. Layout and atmosphere were nice. Like the country music.parking is tricky but same at other places close by.
