Honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this experience and every other experience with these two workers always rubs me the wrong way. First and foremost the front server Cedric always seems like he does not like being there, always huffing and puffing, not being patient and respectful to his customers and pretty much never properly greeting anyone. No “thank you,” no basic customer respect, just attitude. If you don’t want to be there, why even be there? Then there is this other worker who works with him, which is a ginger hair girl who stands by the front kitchen window, never saying hello, and even being rude in most cases. There was this one time where I asked if they could add avocado to my bowl since they forgot to add it and all she said was "uh huh we'll get it to you". I honestly would give this place a better review if it weren't for these two, I don't know if they need to get trained on basic customer service and human decency, but for the most part their attitudes is what makes the experience unenjoyable. If you’re working in a service setting, your attitude is your job. The vibe was off, cold, and honestly kind of dismissive. Not once did I feel welcomed, and I’m not about to excuse that behavior just because someone might be having a bad day. If you don't like working there then don't let others suffer and make their experience unenjoyable just because of your attitude. There are always other jobs in the market.
