Skinny's Bar & Grill

I have visited Newnan several times but this is my first time here. Surprisingly this small restaurant offered very good wings, delicious, and crispy. The price was very reasonable. Customer service was excellent. Erica and her team represented the Southern hospitality, friendly, and respectful. The decoration was simple and classic. They also had karaoke. We really enjoyed our wings while listening to country music. Definitely will come back next time.

It's seat yourself and there was no waiting. Our drink and food orders were taken quickly and both came out quickly. The wings and fries were so good! It was Friday night and they were doing karaoke. It was good, just a lot of country music.

We saw an ad on Facebook and decided to try this place. This was our first visit. We had the chicken filly combo. It came with fries, and a cookie. Would have given 5 stars if there was a little more chicken in my Philly, but it was tasty. We also got a very good size kids meal with 5 honey BBQ wings, fries and cookie. Our server, Brooke, was very fast, friendly and had great customer service. We even ordered more chicken wings to go.

Updated my review. Came back in for a 3rd time. We ordered the queso and chips, it has a mild kick to it. The dip and chips were delicious. My wife had a philly cheese steak and I had the cheeseburger it does not come with a side. I ordered a side of onion rings for $6.99 but it also included my tea. Service was excellent. Great local place to grab a quick bite. Overall very satisfied.

First time at Skinny’s today, and we were pleasantly surprised! I had a delicious cheeseburger with tots—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. My husband went with the chicken Philly and fries, which he really enjoyed. The service was friendly, and we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in. Big thanks to Howard for the great service and attention—he really made our first visit a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!

I love it here! They have gone out of their way to accommodate us Bill Backers.Their food is absolutely fantastic. And you couldn’t get better service anywhere everyone is very welcoming. It has that neighborhood bar feel.I keep trying to get up here to go to karaoke one night, but it just hasn’t worked out. But guaranteed I’ll be here next week for that..

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Skinnys the food is good the service is great my favorite dish is the fried rice so delicious!!!! I also love the Philly cheesesteak and the onions rings !! It’s really good food and the staff is so accommodating!!! They gave daily specials and daily events too and of corse Sundays are for the Buffalo Bills!!! I’m here weekly and never had a complaint!! Please support this family owned restaurant and bar !!

Sandwich was absolutely disgusting. See, photos! For 22 bucks?? Really!?! This sandwich was supposed to be toasted, but no indications of toasted bread. In fact, the sandwich was very soggy, as you can see by the picttures! I ordered extra cheese.Do you see any indication of extra cheese in the picture? The meat was questionable as it smelled AWFUL! Brunswick stew cup cost 5.99 VERY SMALL 'Cup' good, but absolutely not worth the money! I will never go there again.

Can't say enough good things about Skinny's. If you are looking for a large restaurant with lots of seating, go to a chain restaurant! BUT if you are looking for that small town vide, fun atmosphere, great bar food, friendly staff and entertainment....then put Skinny's on your list. So thankful they are so close by!

I want to like this place, but the food is mediocre at best, while the staff try to serve the customers, they never get it right. Unless you just want to get drunk on Miller Lite, I would definitely pass.

We had a great time at karaoke Friday night Wings were great and fries was delicious also. Great atmosphere staff seems real nice. First time going and will be back again.

$22 for a soggy sandwich ordered extra cheese. It did not have much at all. The sandwich was so soggy, I could not even pick it up without it falling apart! The 'cup' of stew was so tiny, and absolutely not worth the money- it was five dollars and ninety nine cents! The meat on the sandwich tasted questionable and it smelled awful first and last time dining here! After reading other reviews, they had the same complaints about the sandwich being soggy. Do better.

Went to try out the restaurant (not the food truck) to see what all the hype was about. Too damn loud! At least it was when we were there! My gf had the chili cheese dog and I opted for the fried rice. The chili dog looked good but she didn't eat much of it. Too much food maybe? My rice was way too salty from too much soy sauce. We should leave fried rice to the Asian restaurants. They do it pretty good. This was a Thursday night while they have love music. We didn't stay because my ptsd from the noise was just too much to take. Wish you luck in your new place!

Having just moved to the area and hoping to find a location we could consider our local, Skinny's is not it. Service was very good, but kitchen , bar and management let them down. Kitchen product barely edible. Had a pulled pork sandwich, $9.99, that tasted as if it just came out of a can. Bun, nothing special jut a plain old hamburger bun. And, where are the dill pickles. Ordered fries as a side, will address that more in a bit. Good sized portion but terribly undercooked. Catsup on the table, watery and a brand that no one has ever heard of. Chicken wings must have come from the smallest chicken in the world. Tough besides. Drink order included a Moscow Mule. Bad mix and overpriced at $9. Have been nickeled and dime'ed before but Skinny's could give lessons. Pulled pork sandwich comes with nothing, not even pickles. But a side of bad fries was $4.99. Blue cheese sauce with the wings, $0.50. Three spears of celery, $0.50 All-in-all still looking for a good place but Skinny's will not be it.

Kept seeing this place on FB. The sell is phenomenal. Had an appointment around the block so figured give it a try. Bibimbap was on the menu so we were attracted. Wifey got the fried rice (absolutely (nothing like Bibimbap) and I got the Philly. Food was average at best. Service sucked. Ordered okra appetizer..... got no fork to eat it with. Philly came....got the Philly and had to ask for a knife to cut it so I could eat it. They're buying a coated fry from their supplier but they were drastically undercooked and limp. The coating is suppose to add to crispiness but these needed at least 5 more minutes in the fryer. Never saw our server after the food was delivered so I ate the entire meal with no sweet tea. At one point she went outside for awhile. BTW.... Wifey and I owned and ran our own restaurant. There was not a lot of people there and no excuse for what we got. If I was a beer drinker I would definitely hang out/drink here. It would go with the group from Yamaha dropping the F bombs every other word while my wife and I tried to enjoy our meal/time.

Family owned restaurant the staff is very friendly. The owner made me an espresso martini. I think it was his first time making one and he nailed it. Family friendly environment. We went for karaoke and loved seeing the kids get up to sing. We also went for trivia night. Lots of fun. We will definitely be back again.

We love some Skinny's! We come for Karaoke every Saturday and have an absolute blast! Pizza is good and so are the beer prices

Okay the location is random for a bar. Most of us had wings and tots, don't miss karaoke night

Highly recommend Skinny's bar & grill! 911 dispatch team made a HUGE order and were highly pleased with not only the food but the FANTASTIC service. Skinny's is the definition of a home town business, the manager even called to make sure everything went well! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I also absolutely love the first responder decor and the fact that the owner himself is an officer! We love supporting one another! This 911 team will be back to Skinnys ALL THE TIME ! THANK YOU!

Friendly atmosphere, staff are welcoming and attentive. Owners are very invested in creating a great place to eat, gather with friends, and enjoy a variety of activities each day! Selection of foodstuffs will keep everyone in your party happy.

Good atmosphere. Philly cheesesteak and onion rings were great. Beer was cold! Server was good as well. I recommend this place, give it a try!

The food is excellent. Fried, yes. Fried properly...absolutely Service, the owner is quite proud of his food. Rightfully so. Can absolutely see how they are wanting to make this a bar, which includes family Either way, a must for all to try

Love Skinny's they have the best lemon pepper wings. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's like going to Cheers. A place where everybody knows your name.
