Response to owners reply:
My personal item, a credit card, fell and was immediately brought to the staff’s attention as belonging to me. However, when I arrived at the designated area to retrieve it, the card was no longer there, which is my primary concern. I apologize for the incorrect floor level of the ‘drop-off’ area. Following the incident with the credit card, I noticed that no staff members were present in that area for an extended period to assist the rest of our group. This lack of support only added to the overall frustration.
Review:
I booked the Sky Gym as a surprise for my niece, and she absolutely loved it. We opted for the first time slot, which was a great choice because there was less foot traffic early on. However, as more people arrived, the space became busier, and it seemed like the duration of each session wasn’t well regulated.
During the initial training, we were instructed that only three people were allowed per totem base. Unfortunately, when the second wave of people arrived, they didn’t follow this rule and started using the same obstacles as others, creating some confusion and overcrowding.
There was also an issue with a personal item that was dropped and initially picked up by the staff. It was then lost but somehow “magically” reappeared later. After this incident, the staff’s attitude toward our group noticeably changed, and we were treated differently. For example, on the third level, there’s a drop-off zone where a staff member is supposed to assist. When our group reached the point, the staff member left to help someone else and never returned. It wasn’t until another guest arrived at the drop zone that assistance finally came.
Despite the frustrating experience with the staff, the Sky Gym itself was fun, entertaining, and challenging. I would recommend it for the activities, but the staff management could definitely be improved.
