Sky Bistro Review
Sky Bistro has potential, but the experience left me a bit underwhelmed. The vibe was decent and the music was definitely a highlight; top tier, no complaints there. It created a great atmosphere, and that’s what initially drew me in.
Service, however, could’ve been a lot better. The staff wasn’t exactly rude, but the attentiveness just wasn’t there. It felt like we were more of an afterthought than actual guests. Our food came out in about 10 minutes, which was surprisingly fast; but oddly enough, most of it was cold. That just didn’t make sense to me. The lamb chops, potatoes, and fried okra all looked good, but only the okra was hot;and it ended up being the best thing on the plate. Everything else was just… okay. Not bad, but not memorable either.
We also tried the hookah, which was decent, but again, the service didn’t follow through. The girl who set it up had a great attitude, but wasn’t really attentive after that.
Overall, Sky Bistro has a great atmosphere and music, but the food temperature and lackluster service brought the whole experience down. I'd go back for drinks and music; but not expecting much from the kitchen or service side unless things improve.
