Memberships were the best thing that happened to this place, and I didn't even know they had them til yesterday! The food discount is the best part of the membership. You also cannot wear another trampoline parks socks, even though the grip is the same. Good thing is, they let you trade them in for free.

Makayla was a very professional person, she was very attentive and helped us in every aspect. The birthday party flowed smoothly and very organized, the kids had a blast ! And I was so happy with the whole experience especially Makayla’s help.

Christy O.

Google
Kaila was a great host. My 10 year old had a blast at her party. It was so great to have scheduled it for 1145. Not too crowded and the kids had plenty of space

Nicole

Google
Worked with me very well to set up the party room and took care of the children in every way. Such a great hostess!

Rose W.

Google
Exceeded expectations! Booked within 3 weeks of the party date and loved the hassle-free ordering process. I was able to add additional kids to my party a few days beforehand. Kaila was our event coordinator and made everything run smoothly. The kids had an absolute blast on the attractions, and Kaila set up the cupcakes and snacks like a pro. Really great experience that I would recommend to other parents looking for a fun and easy way to host their kid’s birthday.

Lynn ;.

Google
Today’s experience in celebration of my daughter’s 6th birthday was totally amazing! Our host, Kaila, ensured my party was well taken care of throughout the day. This was not only an incredible experience for the kids but the manner in which she took the load of me as a parent tending to each child was hands down second to none, thank you Kaila!

Jennifer G.

Google
Awesome and easy experience! Kaila was our party host and made everything so easy and seamless! Totally worth having a party here! Awesome time and awesome party hosts!

Google
Janiyah was super attentive to my children! They got stuck on some of the obstacles and she helped them out so much! Wish all staff members were as focused on the children’s safety!

Yelp
My 9-year-old son and I are fanatics when it comes to trampoline parks. Before the pandemic we had a membership to Skyzone and came to this specific park all the time, at least once a week for an entire year. We love it here. So many different activities to try. Pick up games of dodgeball (which are closely monitored by two staff members), two ninja courses, one for little kids and one for bigger kids/adults, a basketball/soccer court (which replaced a climbing wall), a big foam pit, plenty of regular trampolines, and a small arcade and a snack bar. As a 42-year-old adult I love it just as much as my son, if not more. The place definitely lets me tap into my inner child. We were last here on a Sunday afternoon in February and the number of people swelled to the size of a small country, but never did it feel too crowded in any of the activity areas. My only gripe is the price. It's way too expensive for a membership now ($324 for a year's membership for one person). If you pay for just the day, you have to pay for a minimum of 90 minutes which is $58 for my son and me. We would come back a lot more often if not for the price.

Yelp
We have frequent this sky zone with granddaughter for two yrs. We finally purchased a monthly pass in July for the month of July only. So we thought. Sky zone charged my credit card for August, September and October before I finally caught it. They also charged my wife for visits after July and did not inform her that she had a reoccurring membership. We were paying twice for entry into sky zone per visit for one child. Sky zone refused to reimburse my card for over payment to the tune of approximately $363.00. Sky Zone charged my wife for 3 other children that are friends that we were treating for the day. Those were also reoccurring memberships. Sky Zone is a rip off using deceptive practices. We will no longer go to Sky Zone and advise other families that intend to use sky zone to read and reread the fine print and use a magnifying glass. Totally disappointed in sky zone deceptive business model.

Yelp
The management is amazing and everyone is so sweet!! They are friendly and care so much about the facility... it truly shows . All three of my girls have memberships here, they all have had birthday parties here and we spend ALOT of time here. My review should count for a lot... my kids are super energetic and for some reason LOVE coming here and never get sick of it.. my oldest stays at dodge ball for the entire time, my youngest goes to the main court (could get busy and hectic but just stay in the corners and you you will be ok) and my middle bounces around. With our memberships my kids have made alot of friends and now it feels like a club or something more intimate then just a public jump place. Oh and my kids Love the pizza they say it's very cheesy ‍

Yelp
I was honestly iffy about coming here after reading negative reviews here and on google, but I was pleasantly surprised. I reserved a time early in the day right at opening on a Sunday to avoid crowds. There was plenty of space to social distance since there is currently no mask mandate in NJ (or it's not being enforced). I'd say about 50% of families were wearing masks. It is a little on the pricier side: a little over $50 total for an hour of jumping for the two of us. Lockers were $5 for the day. There were vending machines and a snack bar ($2.25 for a bottle of water and ~$5 for a small slushy). These prices are current for Jan 2022. Everyone who was working there was very nice. This location is a decent choice for a rainy day...just make sure you bring extra money for all the little games, snacks, etc.

Yelp
We had my sons birthday there and had over 40 kids in attendance. Most of the staff are young kids themselves and have little knowledge of customer service. I asked for a cup of ice water and they said no they were not allowed to give out free ice water. This didn't make sense to me as I was spending a lot on a private party and I just thought it was a little rude. We had our sons party here two years and we will not be returning.

Yelp
Pre-Covid I loved this place. We even had a membership for a few years. Definitely a completely different experience this time around. Buyer Beware: You pay $16.99 for open jump per child (plus socks $3, if you don't have them). Non jumpers are $5 a piece. Here's my first issue: Adults have to pay a non jumper fee to stay with the kids. Which is understandable, however when we got to the platform they said we had to stay in the downstairs lobby even though we paid the non jumper fee. They said we had to pay an additional $3 each for socks then we could stay with the kids. However I saw other parents on the platform with no socks or stickers/bracelets. Also there was parents downstairs waiting for their kids who didn't pay the non-jumper fee (yes I asked them). So there's no point to pay for the non-jumper fee. A lot of unnecessary fees when there isn't consistent rules or management. Second issue, I saw "employees" who weren't in uniform -helping themselves to slushees and snacks, while my family and I were waiting in line with others to be helped. A lot of teens chatting not really working or watching the kids. Out of everyone I encountered there was one employee named "Ant" (at the ninja challenge section)very good with the kids and understanding ! Besides him all the other employees : bad attitude , rude & unwelcoming. Other trampoline parks in the area like Launch have a much better atmosphere, friendlier employees & the prices are more reasonable. No unnecessary fees for no reason!

Yelp
I really wanted to give it at least a 3 star rating because the front desk customer service was good and overall the kids had a good time jumping. We came last weekend for my daughter's 13th bday. There was 14 of us altogether. The person giving wrist bands and socks was superb. Unfortunately my best friend ended up with food poisoning. The kids also complained about the food. My daughters pizza tasted horrible, flavorless with looked like the old school cafeteria cheese, I took one bite and left it alone. I played it safe and got a pretzel but my brisk tea taste like water with a hint of tea, someone needs to shake up that flavor bag before it goes in the machine. My best friend got the most food, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets and fries. Right away I noticed her mozzarella sticks were very light in color and not a golden tone. She had waited a while for her food and was told it needed to be reheated. I really think they forgot to start cooking them to begin with. The next morning she woke up not feeling well and vomit, this lasted for 2 days. Another kid threw up as soon as we pulled up to home, I spent the next day cleaning my back seat. The kids enjoyed jumping though, thankfully they did this before eating.

Yelp
I had a groupon here that was about to expire, so I quickly rallied up my best friend and her fiancé to take to Skyzone (we are all between the ages of 27-29). The groupon doesn't include "sky socks" which are basically socks with a grip on them. Skysocks genuinely make no sense to me. Growing up, my friends all had trampolines and not once did I wear socks, and when we did, it's not like they made a difference. Plus they are $3 a pair so pretty expensive in my opinion. Anyways, the only two areas we were able to go to was the free jump area and the foam pit. Both parts were awesome, and we genuinely had a good time. The free jump area had this basketball trampoline portion that was tough to get a hold of because kids just stay there with no conscious of other people waiting for it. I get it, they are kids. But, if people are waiting to use it, there should be a time limit and the only people who can do a time limit, is the staff on call in that portion. The foam pit is really hard to get out of if you're short. I'm 5'4" so I was able to push myself out by grabbing the edge of the trampoline. But, my friend who is 5'1" literally was stuck and too short to pull herself out, so the staff had to bring her a ladder (lol). It was funny, but she didn't want to go back after in case she got stuck again so we just hung out in the free jump area for the full 45 mins - which can get boring after a while. I liked that the staff doesn't hover over you or yell at you for sitting on the trampolines (some places do). Would I go back on my own? Definitely not. But, it is a great time consuming activity for kids of all ages. Would definitely recommend for kids :)

Yelp
Had my son's 10th birthday party here and it was absolutely phenomenal. Nessa was our party host and she knocked it out of the park with her kindness and attention to detail. The party was affordable too!

A D.

Yelp
Too many rules and the cost is too high for what you get. Poor and unfriendly customer service to top it off. There are other trampoline parks that do it far better.

Yelp
Went to this location for my nephew's birthday party and we had a good time! Very large and open.. seems to be pretty clean for a bouncy place (meaning no smell of feet LOL). Registration for waiver seemed easy enough.. no lines for that. Got our socks quickly and went on to play! The only thing is.... it was boring after awhile... I guess since we were there for a private party and it was a 3 year old's birthday, it was safer for all of us to stay in one area.. so, the kids jumped up and down on the trampoline and we watched... for an hour. LOL. But, they seemed to have a lot of fun, so that's all that mattered. Next, was pizza and cake. My favorite part of any kids party! :-) It was a smooth enough transition and decent amount of time in the "cake room". The birthday boy really seemed to enjoy himself!
google avatar

Tricia G.

Yelp
Great big clean facility and the kids had a blast. You buy time in increments and electronically sign the waivers as soon as you enter. They have you by the XXXXX with having to purchase the special 'grippy' socks like 'High Elevations' does but what can you do? There are drinks and snacks on hand to purchase. The kids already want to go back!

Yelp
I bought a groupon here and it definitely was a great idea. There's a ton of parking. I came here on a Saturday around 6 pm with three of my little cousins and they had a great time! Come prepared to buy a locker gor I think $5 unless you want to leave your belongings out in the open. A little funky in here but I guess that is to be expected because every has their shoes off. The dodgeball part is always a huge attraction but people reserve this space (and other spaces)...so the dodgeball area was closed for half of the hour we were there, so I would say maybe call to see availability of all attractions. Overall we had a great time. My little cousins were happy so that's all that mattered.

Yelp
Don't pay me no mind.... I walk in and I'm instantly focused on this foam pit that's screaming with germs, the flu, and any other illness that use kids as a vehicle. So I look at my kid, tell her to stay away from there, and have a great time!! This is pretty nice place, and a good change from.bowling and roller skating. I did like how they keep the younger kids separated from the older kids and adults jumping around. We ate prior to coming, so I have no clue of what their food was like. There were several video games there, but not too many. Entering this place isn't a cheap date. But it's fun and exercise for the kids... I'd gladly bring her back whenever she ask...

Yelp
Toddler time is wonderful! My two toddlers go every week for toddler time. The staff is very friendly and will usually make time to play with the kids if given the opportunity. The place is usually well maintained. When there is an issue one week, it is usually fixed by the next.

Yelp
Okay so I'm reviewing this place as an Adult without kids.- A group of 8 of us mid-twenty somethings came here for a friend's birthday. At first I was overwhelmed by the huge amount of kids. I'm 6'2" and 235lbs so a collision with a 40 lbs kid would not end well. Luckily the staff did a great job of keeping distance between kids and adults. After we got our waivers in (you can do this on your phone at www.skyzone.com! Beat the line!) You can purchase time. Once you do, head right out and get jumping! The general jump zone is great, but I think the Dodge ball was my favorite. They also have a basketball zone and foam pit to practice your aerial maneuvers. Dodge ball was so fun. Our group of 8 was able to do a few 4on4 games, and later we mixed it up with some 10 year olds. They kicked our butts My girlfriend & I had a lot of fun... We plan on coming back to try the fitness classes. Just casual bouncing was a workout so I can imagine the fitness classes are intense! Any ways if you're a group of millennials looking for wholesome fun that's actually good for you, check this place out and don't get upset if a kid roasts you and calls you an old man

Yelp
Awful experience from the start. We called a day prior to see pricing & if the facility was air conditioned (we have someone with asthma in our family & like to be sure) we were told the facility was kept around 65 degrees. We were NOT told we had to purchase skyzone socks (only $3 but adds up when you have multiple people). We got to the location and the front was kept somewhat cool, we assumed it was just warm because it was next to the door and it was 90 degrees out, that was not the case, we went to the jump zone in the back and after 5 minutes of jumping our 7 year old was bright red and sweating buckets, soon after that our family member had an asthma attack and had to rush to get his inhaler. The staff is awful, children well under the vaccination age bounced without masks, children were pushing/shoving/fighting and staff didn't say a word to them. The entire place was dirty ( there were shoes and masks tossed all over the floor, benches sticky with what I assume were spilled drinks, a bandaid on the back trampoline. The spots my nephew actually wanted to use were closed off. We paid for 5 90 minute sessions, and within 15 minutes I went up for a refund. The only nice staff member we had any interaction with was the female manager who came over and gave us a refund immediately after hearing it was due to asthma and the insane heat in the building. Truly an awful experience all around, our 7 year old was so disappointed and so were we. Will not be back.

Yelp
As mentioned by Gabriella in a previous review - I would have to agree that this is a NO fun zone. Took my two year old son here to enjoy some family jumping fun to only be told that as adults if we wanted to jump we have to jump on the OTHER side of the room. That makes no sense, but whatever. I ended up purchasing the pad pass so that I could have my son jump and I'd just help him out. When he saw that everyone else was out in the open and he had to go in a netted area, he started to freak out. Not understanding why he had to jump all alone. He didnt understand what he was supposed to do. So I stood there with him in the middle (NOT jumping) trying to get him to jump. I get yelled and was told to stand on the side. When I move to the side he started crying - so I went to pick him up - yelled at yet again! bc i wasn't on the side. Tried to take a picture (bc another employee said I was able to do so). Yelled at AGAIN! to put away my phone. Since I wasn't allowed to help my child, take pictures, or do anything, I decided to sit down for a second on the side. Yelled at again!! And that stupid whistle!! Will not be returning - I understand they have safety concerns but to get a whistle blown and yelled at? Really? Is that necessary??? We are adults, stop treating us like we're in a bootcamp!

Yelp
This was such a great way to spend 2-3 hours with the kids. They were wiped out and I felt like I also got a great work out just bouncing around the freestyle area. For 6 people over 3 hours we spent upwards of $150, which was certainly pricey. But it was a great time. The place was clean and well staffed. There are lockers, but you could easily leave your valuable in the car. The one suggestion I would have would be to have a baby/toddler area where parents can bounce with very little ones. No one is allowed to hold hands with any one, so for small kiddos or kids with disabilities/special needs this policy is challenging.

Yelp
I took my daughter today for toddler time. As you can imagine the crowd was mostly toddlers, moms, and a few dad's here and there. My toddler had a great time and I will definitely take her again. As someone has already stated the more people you bring the more fun you will have. We made the best of it but next time will definitely bring along some people. To describe the experience when you walk in through the doors and on the left are the registers where you pay. I was instructed to sign the waiver as I hadn't already. There are about 4 or 5 computers to the left of the registers where you do this takes about 5 minutes. I then paid ($5 per toddler) I received stickers one more me and one for my daughter.Mine said "pads only" I was confused until I went to the trampoline area. Also. Paid $1 for each pair of socks but they are reusable. Before heading to trampolines there is a quick orientation on the bleachers to the right of the registers. Lol! My daughter tried jumping but mostly just had fun toddling around. After a little over 30 minutes she was exhausted. Overall great experience with all of the staff and the venue. I want to come back for their fitness classes. Check out their website for more info!

Yelp
First time here. Ear plugs a good idea. Well organized and clean. Go figure! Young energetic staff eager to please. Well designed and affordable. Not smelly or sticky and kids everywhere. I'm tempted to try this another time. Seems like a blast for kids and adults. My grandson had a great time so it must be good. You and the kid will enjoy it.

Yelp
The children I brought to Skyzone had a good time and the facility was clean. They took particular interest in the Ninja Warrior course that has recently been added. The pricing is reasonable and overall the place seems to be well kept. Only negative part of the experience was the staff. a bunch of young adults who are clearly disinterested in supervising the children, or the job itself for that matter. The staff is predominantly made up of high school students and young adults who were constantly of their cell phones of standing around talking amongst themselves. Better quality employees would greatly improve this place!
google avatar

Yelp
A group of friends and I did the sky fitness class. It was 60 minutes and a TON of fun. In the beginning I was skeptical if I would actually get a good workout, and I did. The instructor was fabulous!

Lynny L.

Yelp
My kids love it here, but be warned, you are seriously doing everything there at your own risk and that is why you sign your child's life away when you enter. Most employees are not attentive here, you have to watch out for your child's safety and most adults do not watch their kids at all. Kids double bounce, they run in front of other kids, kids throw dodge balls at other kids faces. The foam pit is a mess and tiny pieces of foam WILL get in your child's eyes and mouth. Employees will be looking on their phone while your kid is dangling from a rock wall. Just know these are only a few of many reasons why you sign those waivers. I go because my kids really do love it and it is great exercise, but I thank God every time we leave there with no major injuries!

Jennifer K.

Yelp
Here right now-- come to this location all the time. Place is completely mobbed and they're letting more people in and yet they keep closing attraction after attraction right now there is zero dodgeball courts open because they're fixing one and refuse to open another one - Rock climbing area still closed Covid cannot be the excuse because it is wall-to-wall people in here they have no problem taking peoples money, there's kids milling around with nowhere to go absolute waste of money
google avatar

Yelp
Great place to take the kids. They have toddler time on Sunday mornings 9:30am-11am. Fun for all
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
Horrible staff. Terrible for younger kids. So many rules. Was unable to jump with my 2 year old and he was nervous to jump alone. Any time there was an opportunity to help my toddler I was told how it was unsafe and I wasn't able too. There is a point for rules, but there is no common sense applied here. The not jumping with someone else is for people that do dumb tricks. I was clearly just helping my child jump and was told it was a safety issue. Get real. Launch is way better and more understanding.
google avatar

Tom P.

Yelp
Me and my son love this place. He's three years old, and we attend the toddler session on Sundays. Great atmosphere, safe, and we get to join in and jump with him. The last time we went they had a major registration issue in which it prevented us from applying our waivers to registration that prevented us from jumping. However, they handled it PERFECTLY. The staff associates were understanding and empathized with a toddler's lack of understanding, and why they couldn't jump. Management offered us complimentary passes to make us whole. Kudos to staff and the manager on-site. However, my gripe that I have and why they get only four stars is for the following reasons. 1) the registration vendor 2) lack of adequate QA to deal with this scenario 3) lack of manual paper form back up procedures in case of failure. You guys should seriously reconsider your contract with this vendor cause from what I could ascertain, they appear subpar.

Yelp
Overall, I was disappointed. The website makes it seem like there's so much to do there, but we only had 3 options: 1.The free jump, which you get a whistle blowed at you if you need to take a break. 2.the foam pit, which you get a whistle blowed at you if you have a hard time getting out which embarrassed my sister so she didn't want to get back in line to do it again 3. The basketball nets, which we couldn't even use the lane we wanted to because of some reason that wasn't even explained to us. The arcade games were also a disappointment. There are 3 claw machines, and 2 were completely off and the 3rd had an out of order sign. We came to play dodgeball but there were no open courts. I had already bought the tickets when we found out as a birthday outing for my little sister. Of all the options I gave her, this is where she wanted to go because a friend had a party there. Unfortunately, nearly half of the place is under construction and shut down. So not only did I pay full price for half of the attractions, we had to listen to the loud bangs and noises coming from right next to where we were actually allowed to jump. It's not right to not even alert a customer of renovations that would take away from your experience. Had we known, we may have made other arrangements. Overall, very disappointed. I spent a lot of money to bring my little sisters in as a birthday gift, and I KNOW she was let down and that's what upsets me.
google avatar

Michelle K.

Yelp
I had my daughter's birthday party there. I got the largest package which included 2 private trampolines and 35 jumpers. The party room that came with package wasn't included during the jumping time which is absolutely ridiculous. There was no space for the parents and non jumpers to hang out and munch on some food. Once we were allowed into our party room everything was very rushed. I paid $900 for a hack job.
google avatar

Yelp
I brought my nieces and nephews here. They seem to like it a lot. I personally wouldn't do it because I see the safety hazards. Which is why they make you sign that Bible of paperwork before anybody jumps. I haven't eaten there yet so I have no clue what the food is like.

Yelp
I was with a small group of mates and had a bomb time playing doggeball with one of your employees his name was like Alex or Alice either way i hate all your employees that were working that day and all my mates agree only reason I'm giving this a 5 star is because of that asain kid. Mate was funny, treated us like other human beings and gave us that happy positive energy that skyzone seems to promote. Overall your teaching and TRAINING SUCKS! From what me and my buddies experience but my asain mate was fabulous. Thank you for being asshole everyone else

Yelp
Oh man, the gymnastics camp memories that this place brought back! My friends and I came here for a 22 birthday party, as Aria S. mentioned. I don't care how old you are, if you still have the ability to run around for 30 minutes, you have to try this place! You are really able to unleash your inner child, and not be embarrassed. It is seriously massive here! We came on a saturday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. My favorite spot was the dodgeball arena. Awesome for those passive aggressive people, hehe. $16 for an hour, which was seriously plenty. I thought I was dying at like 30 minutes haha. Big groups are great for this place!

Yelp
It is very rare that I give one star reviews, but I couldn't get past the fact that this place was so dirty. First, let me just say that I was here for a kids party and had no problem with the service from the staff. The event's hostesses were very helpful and attentive, but I just can't get past the uncleanliness to give Skyzone more stars. Walking in, I got a whiff of sweat and feet from all of the bodies in motion on all of the trampolines. Before going to our party's section, I tried to get some hand sanitizer. Sadly, all the sanitizers out on the floor were empty. When we got to our private area, the area REAKED of rotten eggs. Not sure if it was the carpet or what, but everyone at the party commented on the smell. Next, the mats were not clean and I noticed they didn't sanitize or wipe anything down between parties. One of the kids at the party is asthmatic and began coughing and wheezing from all the dust particles. Finally, to top the whole experience off was a trip to the ladies room. The bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen in my life. I have been to third world country bathrooms (where all you get is a hole in the floor) and even those are cleaner than the mess that was at skyzone. No toilet paper anywhere, pee all over the stalls, wet floors and stalls that looked like they haven't seen a flush or clorox in days. I understand that clients should be responsible and clean their crap up, but it was clear that no staff member went to clean the bathrooms at any point of the day. I will not be back to this location.

Yelp
This place is amazing. AMAZING. Let's get a few "negatives" straightened out. If you temper your expectations and do it correctly, you're going to have a blast. The place is basically a giant warehouse filled with trampolines. There's a main jump zone, a few dodgeball pits, a basketball area where you can slam dunk, and a launching pad into a foam pit which is kind of a pain to get out of. The more friends you go with, the more fun you're going to have. If you go there with one other person, you're probably going to be bored quickly. So keep that in mind. The staff is a bunch of high school kids, which is to be expected, but they're friendly enough and do a good job. There's going to be a lot of small children there at times, so your best bet is to go after work through the week. Don't go on a weekend. It's $16 for the first half hour, and $4 for every additional half hour after that. That's so cheap! How many forms of entertainment out there cost less than $20 an hour? A go kart ride costs $8 for five minutes. The Wildwood Boardwalk charges you $6 to throw three balls at a stack of milk jugs. This place is extraordinarily cheap for the entertainment value. Also, it's a lot of work. You're going to be exhausted quickly. An hour and a half is way way more than you're even going to want to do. My friends and I had such a good time here, and we can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Had a bday party for my 8 yr old son on a Saturday. Woo............... it is very overwhelming with lots of people and other parties going on. However, Lisa made our party feel very welcomed. To our surprise, she was also our host for our duration that our party was there. She was very pleasant to converse with and had an easy going spirit. She checked everyone in very quickly so our party could enjoy their time on the trampolines. Pros/cons: There are separate areas depending on age group. A thru D. It's nice if you are the type of parent that doesn't jump and are just watching your child, but not so great when your separated by you group or child because you also want to have a little fun. Pros: had an area where you could buy beverages, food items, etc. party rooms were clean and easy to move around. bday patron receives a free shirt no matter the package. Its nice that they have attendees watching and making sure everyone is safe and having fun. Con: floor was filthy from the looks of the bottom of the socks couldn't play dodge ball due to-too many private parties. I think this is the lamest thing ever. Its better to play dodge ball with both people you know and don't know if you ask me. Overall, our party had a good time, however if you can, go to Get Air which is in the King of Prussia area. I feel that their jump area is well thought out and they also have an obstacle course which makes the experience even more fun.

Yelp
BEST PLACE FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY! I planned my boyfriend's surprise 30th birthday party at SkyZone, and it was, hands-down, the most fun and easiest party I've ever planned. Before booking, the manager (forget her name but super nice and informative) gave me a tour, and I even changed the party date to a week earlier with no extra charge. I dropped off all the food (you can bring anything pre-packaged) and decorations in advance, and the party host, Claire, organized everything and set up the room to my expectations. The party went super smooth, and everyone who came had a great time! We may have been the oldest ones on the court, but we were definitely having the most fun. Note: if you're with an older crowd, book your party for later in the night, so there aren't as many kids. Also consider just doing the lowest package-- I didn't see the value in reserving a private court.

Yelp
Came here for a friends 22nd (no, not really the normal thing to do) but hey, something different! Was not expecting this place to be sooo large. It was massive! So overcrowding, even on a Saturday afternoon, wasn't really a huge issue. All the staff, despite being like 16, were knowledgeable and efficient. Clean, nice, easy to understand facilities. Mostly 5-10 year olds I wanna say. Boys and girls. Seems like a fun place to go for a bday party! Definitely a bigger group seems more fun. $16 for an hour. I think 30min is plenty, I was exhausted and was able to try everything in 30min.

Yelp
We were at this location during toddler time. I paid for me and daughter tickets. We were on the trampolines to jump together, we were told it's against policy. We then went to foam pits, again were told can be in the pit together. They won't allow you to be in the same jumping pad but have to be separate ones Why do parents pay their fares when there's such strict rules. What's next from skyzone? You not allowed to sweat?

Yelp
Took my mini me and a couple of her friends for her birthday on a Saturday. We were a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of people when we into the place. We had purchased our tickets online the night before, which I highly recommend because they limit the number of people who can jump at various times. There were dodge ball cages, basketball dunk baskets, open bounce floor and the foam pit. We opted for 90 minutes and we were all exhausted by the end! Such a good workout and so much fun. And while it was busy, it wasn't so bad that we couldn't enjoy ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
We were driving past last night and decided to stop in with my boys. I was impressed just walking in... Clean and plenty of space for kids to jump and just unwind with dodgeball and the super exciting basketball jump trick dunks! 3 lanes for all heights so the little guys get plenty of turns. We finished the night with what my kids say "was the best Slurpie ever!" Definitely going back!!!

Yelp
This is a fun place for adult and for kids or toddlers. Took my grandkids here.! They never stopped bouncing. The staff was very helpful. I know there's not to much to do about it being g a indoor place that looks like it needs some Lysol because it's germs.. but like any other place that has bouncy things and sweaty kids. We had a fun time the kids knocked out on the was home. They really slept good

Yelp
I took my nephews here and they really liked it. It was a little frustrating that I had to buy special socks when I arrived. I felt like they should had been included in the price. There are a good amount of areas for the kids to play in, however, the foam pit doesn't really allow you with enough time.

Yelp
I don't know why I haven't learned my lesson with this place already, but I will NOT BE BACK here at all. So unorganized! Worst part? I paid over 100 bucks for my kids to jump, and obviously this place makes a good amount of money, however THEY'RE ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF FOOD?! How tf is this even possible? I was forced to wait over an hour for pizza to be delivered. As big of a company you are, why aren't there kitchens?! Unacceptable. I'm done with skyzone

Yelp
i lost my phone in the pit, and i would've been waiting until 8:00pm (when the park closes) and they would've start searching for my phone, thank the lord i found it my self and not the silly manager. but overall pretty fun, i would recommend putting your phone somewhere safe and not on you.

Yelp
I will NEVER be back. Trashy looking place with employees who can't tell right from left and look fresh out of high school. Both of my kids came home sick sniffling. They lost my kids jackets and shoes because they were put on the wrong cart and we had to interrupt someone else's birthday party to get them. Bathrooms were disgusting and out of toilet paper in every stall. Vending machines were out of half the product. Spoons at the food place were set out in a bin with crumbs in the bottom of the bin. If you like trashy disorganization this is your place !!

Yelp
This place is beyond GROSS! You walk in and are immediately hit was the smell of FEET and sweat. I came here to help my friend keep an eye on her 3 year old son while he jumped. We jumped along with him and while it was fun......the rules are beyond Nazi Germany. The entire time I was hassled. No sitting on the "resting"place No cell phones, No standing, No being near your kid, No helping your kid, no, no, no, no!!!!! Thats all I heard. Paid for two hours but stayed probably about 25 minutes. I understand I went on a Saturday and obviously that is prime time and Rules are needed in order to avoid chaos....BUT give the parents a break dammit we want to take photos of our kids, we want to help the little ones, we are OLD we need to sit for a minute on the side. GOOD LORD! (Also do something about that smell)

Yelp
Management and staff here is AMAZING! Thank you to Andrew for finding my cell phone that I so stupidly brought into the ninja warrior course with me! I truly thought it was lost in the 8ft deep foam pit. We have been coming here for years but today I was really impressed by how helpful everyone was. My little brother is autistic and the staff is always so patient and understanding with him as well.
