Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I bought the memberships for For each of my grandkids. And they love it, they can go anytime. They can stay there all day. If they want to my grandson, had his birthday party there, they had a blast. The employees there were fantastic. They were wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I've never seen employees go out of their way to make sure that my grandson had a great time.

I visited the trampoline park recently, and I have to give a massive shoutout to Dylan. From the moment I walked in, he gave me the best customer service I’ve had in ages. Super friendly, genuinely chatty, and he had me laughing within minutes. Being from the UK, I’m not always sure what to expect when I go new places over here, but Dylan made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. You can tell he actually enjoys his job and cares about the people coming in. Honestly, employees like him make the entire experience 10 times better. If you’re going to the park, hope you get served by Dylan — he’s an absolute legend. I wish him a very very good life and future

I came to Skyzone on 1/3/26 for my partner's birthday party and we had the best experience, all thanks to Dylan. We were immediately welcomed with warmth and positivity. He had the most wonderful attitude and it truly made our entire day! This man needs a raise!!!

I had an awesome experience at Sky Zone thanks to Dylan! From the moment we walked in he was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cool to talk to. He really made the whole experience fun you can tell he loves what he does and wants people to have a great time. Customer service like that is genuinely hard to find in most places, and Dylan absolutely stands out. If you’re going to Sky Zone, ask for him he’ll make your visit 100x better. Amazing experience every time we visit. Dylan, has made my family feel welcome every time we arrive. The space is always clean and well cared for. This business has become a consistent resource for burning off that extra energy and getting extra work done every day. Love this place.

I went with my two daughters, ages 5 and 8, and I’m very disappointed. We arrived at 7:07 PM, and the person at the front, Dylan Nguyen, told me they close at 8. I explained that I work at Sky Zone in New Hampshire and had driven an hour just to try this place out for my kids. He told me to do the waivers and said he would “see what deal” he could give me since they were closing in less than an hour. However, he still charged me full price for both my daughters for an hour and a half, even though we could only stay for 48 minutes. He offered two free pairs of socks, which I didn’t really need since we already had our own, but I agreed so my kids could still have some fun. The place itself was also disappointing. There weren’t many things for younger kids to do, and there were lots of teenagers playing roughly. My daughters were scared to jump and ended up staying in the small kids’ corner with me for about 35 minutes before we left. Honestly, I will never go back again. I would never treat customers like this at my workplace. Charging full price when the place closes in less than an hour feels like a total rip-off. Very disappointed overall.

Customer service was whack I tried ordering a overpriced small slushie and because they didn’t have any small cups they told me I had order a large when asked to speak to the manger she made it such a big deal about inventory. So I proceeded with my purchase of 3 cheese slices and a large slush.. as I sat and ate I watch the same worker who originally served me give multiple water cups of slushies to kids whose parents said they couldn’t buy it .. no sweat to me but the simple gesture of customer satisfaction for the issue of not having item properly stocked could of been suffice for my situation. But duly noted .. don’t expect great customer service from a mediocre place with an overpriced menu …. 🤷🏽‍♀️

This Sky Zone in Everett was quite disappointing. The price is $28 per child plus socks so each child was a total of $31.00. The place is understaffed in the summer because according to staff they don't have as many customers coming in as they prefer to be outdoors. This meant that since they had only 3 staff members on the floor, half of the activities were closed at any given time. The manager suggested I let them know if we wanted to do an activity and he would get a staff member to that area. Unfortunately, that was not reasonable as the staff members were already supervising other areas and would not be able to leave that space while people were there. Aside from that, the place looks worn and nothing new has been added since our visit a couple of years ago. The staff was nice and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances. I would not recommend anyone waste their money on this place. It is way too pricey and doe not deliver.

Super fun! We've been going to Sky Zone since my son was a toddler. He's now eight and we still love it.

It was the best time ever! Sky Zone is the perfect place for both kids and adults to have fun. Anyone giving it three stars must not have actually been here! The staff are incredibly friendly--especially Dylan, who was the best and super nice. I hope you have as much fun as I did. FIVE STARS!

I was taking my son for his 5th birthday the location is unfindable. Very sketchy and we saw a homeless man squatting in a bathroom. The children were very upset to see that there was no sky zone zero stars do not recommend.

Had a terrible experience with management. This location is extremely under staffed and really struggles to manage hostile behavior of kids who go there regularly. Be prepared to be reprimanded if you bring your own food even after you ensure it's ok with the front desk. Don't try to purchase drinks, food or snacks there because it will take way too long and is ridiculously overpriced. My family used to be fans of this skyzone, but now we don't plan to ever return.

HORRIBLE in Everett, MA. We paid for 5 kids without warning that a busload (over 150 kids) would show up in 10 minutes. The place was mobbed. We couldn't use anything without waiting, and our younger kids were under constant threat of inadvertent injury from big kids. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. When we asked for a refund when we saw the busload, they said, "our policy is no refund." The place is dirty and lots of broken down equipment. Very difficult to find, as well - it's located in a gritty, dingy, unsafe looking industrial park with lots of broken glass in the parking lot from break-ins. STAY AWAY!!!! All the positive reviews on Yelp must be faked by the company. There's no way this place could get 5 stars. It's a literal dumpster fire (check out the parking lot, and is a truly scary place at night).

I took my kids yesterday the prices are expensive for nothing! The customer service is very very bad. Outdated everything looks bad and dirty. I will never go there again. And I dont recommend this place to no one. I have been to trampoline in revere it's much better and the prices are cheaper. When you go there you will see what am talking about

Everything could improve! The staff sucks! All teenagers who don't give a shit all on their phones, place is filthy, trash everywhere on the floor, absolutely no supervision in the park area. It's like a free for all with absolutely no rules! We were only there for a birthday party! Then what happens! My poor daughter fractured her ankle because no where in there is any supervision!!!

Sky zone is always a great "go to" when funds permit on a rainy day. The ninja warrior style additions are awesome! Kids and adults enjoy them and people generally respect the lines and everyone gets a chance. Volleyball should be monitored by two staff members to limit possible injuries as much as possible. Food, snacks, drinks are pricey. Unless you plan on spending the entire day (very pricey!) you should eat before you go or pack your own food. **I am not sure if they allow food from outside**

First customers of the day should not experience no toilet paper, sticky floors, trash on the floors. Also, you shouldn't have to pay full price if ALL of the trampolines are not available because of staffing. Plan accordingly, especially on a rainy Sunday.

Brought my 3 year old to the Junior Jump section for 90 mins and though he enjoyed it, it wasn't worth the $22 + $4 socks. For the amount of stuff to do and the size of it, I'd say $10-15 max would make more sense. The main issue was the smell!! The whole area smelled like a port-a-potty, no joke. The toilet in the area was out of order so maybe that was it but it was unbearable. Also bring your own snacks.

Horrible first experience, where the place is located is horrible i mean not an area where a kids place should even be located at. Parking lot way to dark needs more street lights. went for a kids party that started at 3pm didn't get into the party room until a little after 4ish because the other party went over there time. The area where you do the waver at whatever they have in that corner smell wise has to be cut down cause it was way to strong! And also fix the computer so others can come in and sign the waver. As this being my very first time in this place i was a little disappointed on how it looked dirty tables where not clean at all trash on them and on floors. women's bathroom had a horrible smell. As i walked all the way down the other end with my kids i noticed that the temperature dropped completely it was like you was outside in that place. the ceiling was leaking water. and let's get to the part where i as a parent was very DISAPPOINTED with the staff. Other places i went i always seen two staff in the areas watching kids today i as a parent had to get out of my character cause i seen kids bullying the party i was with kids throwing balls at kids face not playing the game dodge ball correctly and then speaking to the manager he definitely was backing the kid up who thought it was okay to disrespect me yeah no one thing i don't allow is someone kid/kids talking back to me disrespectfully if you dish it out then you can take it right back as me being a mother i definitely asked the smart ass little boy to get your parent i rather speak to your parent but as the smart little boy said he's there alone now i know for a fact that in those place you need to be with a parent but this boy wasn't so yeah horrible. MANGER WAS HORRIBLE AT THAT how do you let kids get away with being there without a parent and to talk to adults in that type of way. today was the first and LAST time i will ever bring my kids to that shit hole of a place!!!!! And please manger don't ask me to call you to fix what happened today I'm good fix your place/ staffing and all those other problems!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!

I do not recommended this SkyZone for birthday party. Below are the 3 things my kids listed for not ever go back and they love to jump. 1. Highly disorganized, we were for my child's birthday and the party organizer was not around most of the time, and Staff at each pit area have no idea what's going on. 2. Equipments are old and they see holes in some of the trampolines. 3. Limited things to do - especially compare to other parks. Our party was pushed back because party before us was delayed, as result we got a bunch hungry kids. Kids party are chaotic but as event place with staff that's supposed to help, I feel like it was poorly done. We paid premium to have a hassle free experience and that did not happy. We will not host another party there.

So me and my pals came here to enjoy a nice evening to escape the heat wave that was going on at the time. only to find that the AC was broken and it was hotter inside than out. The only reason we came was to play dodgeball. Guess what! the Court was closed. Paid $30 to not even touch a dodgeball. We asked the front desk to open it and they said once they finish cleaning Up a birthday party room. We wait patiently for 25 minutes then check the room. Perfectly clean and yet no dodgeball. We notice that all of the employees are just looking at their phones. if I could give it 0 stars I would.

This is a pretty big place and spacious enough for a good number of kids, or a small birthday party. The Junior section had 4 out 5 things to do, but kept our little one occupied for more than an hour. The biggest downside was that their air conditioning isn't great on hot days. I'm unsure if that's the exception or the norm. But considering the reasonable prices and the fact that it was clean, we would mostly come back again.

Very dirty facilities. Employees seem confused and generally unhelpful. Sometimes certain rules are enforced, sometimes they aren't. Had a Groupon for 3 visits this winter, but will not be returning after our last.

The facility inside is decent enough but being located next to a well used bike path you would think they had bike racks or a place to lock bikes up which they do not. As others have mentioned the parking situation is horrible which doesn't make me want to drive there so looks like we won't be going back unless they get a bike rack.

We had a party here from Downeast. It was our first time ever having a shindig after a long cider season. The staff and crew welcomed us and kept our spirits high after a grueling morning of team breakout sessions. And if it wasn't for the good vibes provided. It wouldn't have been a successful session for our company for our later events. Way to keep the momentum going with such a solid place to entertain ourselves in such a stressful world! Thanks again.

I wish I had looked at reviews before going. As soon as we stepped in things were wrong. The employee who sold us the tickets didn't know anything. I asked about the different options and I barely got a respond. We ended up getting all day passes. The place is so dirty and old. Two attractions were closed. The place wasn't that crowded but it was chaos. Most employees are on their phones and do not really talk to you if you have questions on how things work. None of them were actually watching the attraction they were stationed at. The kids went to the foam pit and got jumped on by other kids because the employee didn't ask the other children to wait and would let kids do whatever they want. When I told him that it was dangerous, he just shrugged. When we went to the junior jump area we were told that our time had expired and could not jump anymore....I pointed out that it had only been 45 min that we were here and that we had all day passes. The employee rolled his eyes and said well I guess you are fine then. We were charged for "combos" at the food court even though we only ordered popcorn and pizza. When I inquired the employee was confused and said that's how it works. We spent about $145 for one adult and two kids and were left disappointed and one of my kid hurt. Not worth your time or money.

Junior jump area has a awful smell that's been that way for a couple months now when I asked what the smell was a few employees said it's sewage which is extremely hazardous and disgusting especially for toddlers to be breathing in.

We went during the week right before closing with our family and there was only one other group of young boys there. Staff was super friendly and helpful from checking in to supervising The dodgeball was closed and is usually for games with similar group sizes (we had two adults and a bunch of kids) one of the employees was nice enough and agreed to let our family play a mixed game of dodgeball for a bit. I saw there was a separate section for little toddlers. The main jumping trampoline has two sections depending on age but there is a see through screen so you can still talk, laugh and bounce with family members . They have plenty of food and drinks as well for post jumping fuel. We come here a few times a year and love it and will for sure be back!

Tom D was great during our party. He really went out of his way to make sure that we had a special time. The entire facility was nice and clean. The bathroom could use a little cleaning. I appreciate the music is not too loud. There was plenty of parking and the ambience is positive and uplifting.

This place is very old, dirty and smelly. I was surprised how busy it was considering that it looked very unsanitary. Many of the sitting area couches are all ripped and slashed. There is trash laying around everywhere and some of the kids just walk around spitting on the floor. Will not be going back.

I came for just an hour play but ended up upgrading it to a month pass. It's amazing fun plus workout together...I'm in love with it. Experience urself.

Most attractions are typically closed during the week, staff not friendly, 50% of the attractions are for 12+ not to say they are the priciest trampoline park in the area.

We went to a Toy Story themed event there today for toddlers and my kids had SO much fun. I dont usually write reviews, but every single staff member was so kind and they did such a great job with everything that I had to give them a shout out. Thank you for the fun and for wearing my kids out lol !

If I could give zero stars I would give it to them. Poor employee selection. We were buying a 7 day pass but the cashier told us it would be better if we bought a 90 day pass, so we did. None of the people over there cared to explain what the do's and don'ts or terms were. We went the first time and were told that our toddler can't jump because it was glow time. We were like okay our bad we should have looked at the schedule. Today we went again and were told to come back after 5 and that the trampoline park was already full and that they can't allow the pass holders. Like WTF! I called the customer care and a really shitty Francisco answered. I told him about the situation and he asked me if I had the receipt. I said no, the cashier didn't give me because he said I just have to come back and tell my toddler's name to get in. He said yes that is correct and the terms are on the receipt for booking in advance for the passes. He did NOT say sorry my employee didn't give you the receipt or sorry you were NOT educated when you bought the pass. Instead he told me that I shield have researched before buying the pass. What a great customer service. I told him if he wasn't even going to apologize and he said NO he works in a different department and that it was not his fault. I told him it was a shame he couldn't help me. Unbelievable. I am for sure that I am never taking my toddler again. Such a shitty place with shitty employees. I will not recommend this place.

Terrible terrible awful awful and that's even before I walked in the door. I had to bring someone over to a birthday party number one location itself is horrible but that being said they shouldn't of potties when there's big huge trucks going in and out absolutely no parking absolutely no turn around one way in and then they don't give you even enough from the turnaround to leave and block the road job from a race on a Saturday no rush Show you stood in line to eventually get in and then when you get in there's no place to turn around I would not plan I recommend this location or sky zone to anyone I spent my whole day being frustrated. If I could give it -10 I would awful awful terrible terrible awful I can't say it enough

Granted, we had a blast at Sky Zone and it was something I had never experienced before......it's what happened weeks AFTER our visit that lowered the review along with a few other minor things. It is VERY hard to find, and as others have said......make sure you use the Yelp address in your GPS. Even then, I had to ask at the rock climbing wall location where Sky Zone was. There needs to be signage on the other side of the building as well as the road leading in, like another two or three signs would do it. Be very careful here! My lower back hurt for weeks after leaving our hour long session, now I see why they are so adamant about the health waiver. Maybe I'm just getting old and all of that pressure on my lower back is an activity I can no longer handle. Either way, be forewarned if you are in your late 20's or older. In fact, we stopped about 45 minutes in because we were all exhausted and running out of activities to do which I will get into in a sec. Frankly, I also wasn't a fan of the staff. I'm not a child and don't need to be treated like one. We couldn't play dodgeball with a bunch of teenagers, really? I don't see how I could hurt someone by throwing a ball maybe 10 - 15 mph faster than they could. I also got uuuhhhmmm, yelled at a few times for not getting to the center of the trampolines and instead bounced just a handful of times on the outside. Lighten up buddy! I'm trying to gain my balance and go FORWARD to get off the "starting trampoline". I'm not doing this on purpose so leave me alone! I don't think my body can handle this place again and I just didn't feel like there was enough to do to warrant a repeat visit. The basketball section is an extra fee and if there are no adult dodgeball games going on, you can only handle so much bouncing up and down or jumping into a pit that is almost impossible to get out of and makes you feel slightly claustrophobic. This was a novelty idea, now on to activities that won't require surgery in the future.

I'm really glad we left home three hours early because I spent one of those hours circling Norman Street, hunting for Sky Zone. Where are you, Sky Zone? I consulted two GPS devices, and Google Maps mobile, and pressed up-down-up-down-left-right-left-right-B-A-START, and scoured every inch of the industrial area within which Sky Zone is located...and then I found it. Trust me when I tell you that you will need an entire truck full of breadcrumbs to get into and out of this place - there was one tiny sign on the main road, and then tiny signs at the beginning of the labyrinthine complex of rock-climbing, marble-cutting, and general industriousness wherein which Sky Zone is located. Their ample parking lot is dark for the most part, which is creepy, but the building itself is well-lit. I was unprepared for how large an indoor trampoline park was going to be. Wow! Picture a patchwork quilt with squares bordered on all sides by thin strips of material: that's what the trampoline layout is like. There are about fifty square and rectangular trampolines in one big swath, separated by these hard, padded dividers. You don't want to land on one of those dividers, but it's not like they don't tell you in the training session beforehand. The training session consisted of a staff member going over rules and procedures in front of a video in an area where there were lots of seating options. I was surprised at the fact that one of the jumping zones (there's at least four of those "quilts" - one is a kiddie zone) was designated as a place where you could do mid-air flips. Mind you, they don't encourage anyone to do them, and say specifically not to do things that are above your skill level, plus you sign a waiver at the beginning that holds Sky Zone harmless for anything that happens to you. It felt fair and balance, is my point. A trip to Sky Zone goes like this: sign waiver (unless you've signed one electronically online in advance), pick up your orange sticker ticket (you wear it and it tells you your scheduled jump times - either a half hour or a full hour) and your blue jumping shoes (the most fun anyone's had in a pair of blue shoes since Elvis Presley), stash ALL your stuff in a cubby or (paid) locker, and head over to the trampoline areas. Pick a trampoline area - do you want to play dodgeball or airball, or are you going to do some flips, or maybe just bounce freestyle? There's minimal or no waiting, and it's one person to an individual trampoline. It is impossible to be in this space without smiling - and I looked at everyone's faces, so I should know! There were people bouncing off of the walls (which are also trampolines), leaping like mountain goats, doing aerobics (they have classes that are an hour long), and everyone was smiling. My face hurt at the end of the night! I have fibromyalgia, which means I was very concerned that I would be booted off of the tramp-field for "resting;" they have a strict policy of no sitting down on the trampolines, and if you saw how some folks caromed around in there, you'd agree with the policy wholeheartedly. Anyway, nobody gave me any flak for how gently I was bouncing/bobbing, or how many times I got off of the trampoline field and went to sit on one of their nearby orange couches. There are six or so stairs up to each field, so it's not, to my knowledge, a truly accessible space (unless there's some kind of ramp or lift that I missed somewhere), and because the stairs are powder-coated metal with holes in it, I would exercise extreme caution using any assistive devices on these stairs, in case of getting stuck. It's not just young people and kids, either. I saw plenty of grey hair catching air out there! For safety, cleanliness, innovation, sweet tunes, and way more exuberant fun than I could've ever imagined, this place definitely rates four stars. A complete hour is, I believe, $18 per person? $12? I didn't actually understand their pricing schedule, but someone else may be more adroit at it. You can apparently buy a ten-hour pass for $100. A half hour of bouncing time was definitely enough for me. Oh! And bring at least two quarters if you want to use the locker; they cost $0.50 for a small one.

Woah. So much to say. Let's start at the beginning. Driving here... Not hard. Look for the big orange and yellow signs. Give yourself extra time to get there. Also, the directions from Yelp were better than my GPS. (Nice job Yelp!) Check in... Pretty easy. Complete your waiver in advance, tell them your shoe size and you're off to the rules review and then Boyce away. Clearly trampolines are not the safest invention ever made and you are knowing taking a risk so there really isn't a surprise if people get hurt. The place is spacious and the staff is pretty good at crowd control. I liked that they keep same sized people clustered. There was never a time I saw a young kid with older teens or teens with adults. They are very strict about the height requirement. Good job on that. We were there today for a birthday party so we got a private bouncing area. That was nice. After one hour of jumping, we went into the party room and the guy assigned to our party room worked his butt off. We offered help numerous times to try to give him a break, but he was not having it. All in all, the adults worried about injuries, the kids had fun and a good time was had by all. My kids didn't make it out of the parking lot before they crashed.

It's a nice place but the customer service needs to improve a lot!!! They also need more staff in, we shouldn't wait too long to play in each courtroom.

This place was definitely not COVID safe. There were so many people, many unmasked and it was uncomfortable. However, even without COVID I would never come here again. It was sooo dirty, the parking lot was a joke, and it was being run by teenagers who were super disorganized. Awful experience all around.

Read stars as: 3.5 stars I went with a bunch of friends to SkyZone for their SkyJam 18+ event where they are open from 10pm to 12am with many different activities open. Overall, very fun time! They had 2 games of dodgeball open, a slam dunk activity, a foam pit, and open trampoline areas. However, I am taking off 1.5 stars for customer service. First, the person at the counter couldn't be bothered with us and basically ignored all our comments as he rung us up. More importantly, my boyfriend was doing one too many flips, eventually landed on his face, and got cut by his glasses. It was not too serious of a cut, but there was a good amount of blood on his face. The guy supervising that area barely made any efforts to help out, just asked if there was any blood on the trampolines. Though it wasn't serious, I would think that seeing a fair amount of blood on someone's face would prompt some sort of first aid. All they did was give us band aids and some paper towels and my boyfriend cleaned himself up in the bathroom. I just hope they are a bit more helpful/vigilant during normal hours when little kids are jumping around.

I took my son here for toddler time during the morning hours on a weekday. The place was pretty empty save for a few employees. This location is in a random lot behind a bunch of warehouses and smells like trucks farting diesel fuel all day long. Aside from that, there's NO heat?!?! It's JANUARY in New England...the temps are regularly in the teens. My 18 month old was at least wearing fleece lined pants and a heavier sweater but his hands were freezing. I wasn't allowed to jump, but I had to purchase their socks anyway so I could watch to make sure my kid didn't run headfirst into the metal gate blocking off the court. Overall I paid $15 to freeze my @$$ off for an hour and a half. It was an okay place to let him run around and burn off some energy, but I would not come back between November and April.

Been here twice, the workers need to get their rules aligned...some say adults are not allowed to jump during toddler time and some say It's okay. Otherwise, it's a decent facility, clean, plenty of tables and chairs for your personal items. I also noticed in the foam pit area that the Zip ties (excess flange) on all the signs are cut at a very sharp angle. I've seen plenty of toddlers and kids jumping at eye level with this accident waiting to happen....YIKES!

Fun for the kids but just not clean enough ( would recommend them to put out some sanitizer around for the kids) & of course over crowded.. the line to get into the place was a little to much however I car understand that. Staff was nice to ok but I can't give more that 3 stars.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Such a terribly run birthday party. We had the 310 slot and they let the party before us run 30 min late causing our party to be late. The result was the kids in our group were hungry and thirsty and the parents were grumpy that things weren't over at the time noted. The party planner or whatever she is called was nice but ended up spending Half the time trying to figure out what to do to fix this instead of you know guiding the kids around. It was chaos. They did apologize but I can't get that birthday back. Do NOT have your birthday here today unless you want to have a stressful and unenjoyable time

We did our son's 7th birthday here. It was fairly priced, they provide everything and they keep the kids moving. I would definitely do another party here. Plan on being asked for a tip. That caught me a little off guard and I wasn't sure how much to give. It was $300 for 12 kids on a weekday, pizza, fruit and favors. We jumped for an hour and the staff was very attentive.

Really unfortunate - sent my own kids plus their friends for what should be a great rainy day activity. Instead - theres one single activity - an obstacle course - open. So after 20 minutes they are bored and done. Paid for 90 minutes, what a waste.

It's all fun and games until your ACL contracts so hard that it snaps off the top of your tibia... Or something like that. Sky Zone is a great idea for children's birthday parties and high calorie burn workouts. The location is a little sketchy, hidden among some warehouses in scenic Everett. Our group of 10 twenty-somethings arrived in 2 vehicles for my younger sister's birthday party. After much arguing among siblings/friends whether or not we were going to be tortured and killed in the abandoned parking lot, we finally located the entrance. Inside, after signing a waiver longer than Anna Karenina and just as difficult to understand, we took a group photo (the BEFORE) and wandered through the facility to check out our options. As it's targeted to children, it's full of the screaming demons everywhere you turn. You can free jump, jump into foam pits, play trampoline basketball and try your luck at trampoline dodgeball. Maybe some other stuff. We tried the free jump and foam pits, where we all discovered that we need to burn calories more often. At that point we spied the trampoline dodgeball area was empty, and immediately scrambled to claim it. My team was crushing it. It was the 10 of us and some random kids who were total bullies, but we showed them who was boss. The foam balls don't hurt although they can surprise/stun you, especially when you get one to the face. The worst thing they can do, though, is throw you off balance. Which apparently is what happened to me. I valiantly took a shot to the face, and while off balance a ball rolled under my foot, and we're still not really sure what happened but the game came to a screeching halt as I landed in the fetal position, clutching my knee in agony worse than I've ever felt, totally silent. Luckily I was there with my 3 siblings, best friend and other friends, so they had major sympathy for my situation, right? After I was helped off the playing area and into a chair, supported by my older sister, best friend and a staff member, the rest of them continued the game at my urging. So what if I couldn't speak from the pain, couldn't un-bend my leg and was rapidly watching it swell to twice the size of the other knee? I wasn't going to be the one to take the spotlight on my little sister's birthday. If I went to the hospital, 4 people would have to leave and go with me. No way. The show must go on! The manager, assistant manager and 3 staff all crowded around, anxious to help however they could and frequently urging ice, tiny bottles of water and to call an ambulance. Someone went back and watched the security footage (which I wish I could see, more than anything in the world) and said that yes, it was an epic-takedown. But no, I adamantly claimed I was fine. Just don't touch me. Or look at me. Or talk to me. I refused medical treatment, and waited in agony through the rest of the day until we were finally headed home and conceded that yes, I very much needed to go to the hospital. After some massive medical failures, they informed me that I needed surgery ASAP as my ACL was dangling inside my knee joint with the top of my tibia attached to it, no longer attached to my lower leg whatsoever. Long story short, if you're 10, go here and have a blast. If you're an adult, think long and hard about the benefits your work offers for FMLA and salary continuance, as I got a crash course when I unexpectedly had to take off 4 months for my recovery. Don't be that girl who has to explain multiple knee surgeries by saying, "I broke my knee playing trampoline dodgeball." Just don't.

This is my third SkyZone I have been too. This place is nice and a lot of fun. The adult areas are pretty small but I am sure they would adjust it if there were more people. The staff is very inconsistant with personalities but overall nothing to worry about. Why it is not 5 stars: You have to pay extra for the socks and the foam is so dusty, it get's in your eyes everytime you jump in.

This place is full of ignorant workers who yell and shout at parents and children. There was an incident when we came here as a family for the first time. We have two toddlers playing in the small jumping area as we were watching them, and there were other parents were also watching their children. One of our toddler fell down so my sister approached her to help her out (without jumping) and suddenly there was a guy screaming and shouting tat us saying to get out of the jumping area as it was jumping to him. He approached us and yelled at us with very bad attitude! He was claiming that my sister was putting other children's lives in danger!!! She didn't jump and if her intention is to hurt children's live, she could have hurt her daughter's life first! And why is the yelling ? We escalated it to the manager and he was defending his attitude also saying that it was danger to get into the jumping area. He also said that he watched the video of my sister jumping! We said Great show us the video then? He didn't agree to show the video. That means they didn't speak the truth and they didn't apologize for shouting and being disrespectful. If you really care about safety then you should put someone who watches the toddler jumping area, not someone who cleans the floor and suddenly glimpses the area and comes to shout at people! And also you should train your workers how to be respectful when speaking to people. I don't recommend this place at all!!!!!!!

This place is in the middle of nowhere. My Uber driver was hesitantly asking me if he had the right address because he thought I was taking him somewhere shady. (Sir... I should be more worried) I came for a SkyRobics class, and I really didn't come with any expectations. To-Do's: - Sign the waiver before class (either online or in person) - Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. - Get the required socks, which has gripping on it. - Put your belongings on the correct cart, which are assigned by each group. Nico was our SkyRobics instructor, and boy was he easy on the eyes. I had no problem watching him instruct us how to do things. But actually, all of the staff at Sky Zone were super friendly, always initiating a conversation while I was passing by. This place is super fun place to go in a group, whether you're a kid or an adult. The class went like this: 1) Cardio - Intense jumping variations on the trampoline. I was already tired after 15 minutes of this. 2) Circuits - There was TRX, push-ups against the stand-up trampolines, planks, PLACKS (plank jacks), squats, and medicine balls. This definitely targeted every part of your body, and you had to steady yourself on the trampoline while doing squats, so it was really working your core. 3) Abs 4) Squatting game 5) Stretching My inner and back thighs are now sore, meaning that this was a great work-out. It was new, fun, innovative, and definitely a great place to bring a group of friends to suffer together. Make the trek out to this venue!

Went to Sky Zone last night with a small group for a Meetup.com event. Had a blast! I'd been to the location in Dedham but this was my first time in Everett. A little difficult to find in a rear building of a warehouse park (similar to the Dedham location). They had two dodgeball courts and were often asking jumpers if they wanted to participate in a game. We never did but it looked like fun! They have a huge area for jumpers with plenty of individual trampolines. It was fun to grab a ball or two for our group to toss around as we bounced. They also have a foam pit to jump into. A little difficult getting out as the foam prices stick to your clothing and touching the bottom of the pit is also difficult. But overall, a lot of fun! Tips: ***Wear tall socks, they provide high top shoes for ankle support while jumping. They rub if you're wearing short ankle socks. They were happy to provide band-aids when needed! ***Do NOT eat before heading to Sky Zone! They do have plenty couches and chairs to rest of if you start feeling queasy. The bathrooms are also clean but it's better to be safe than sorry!

Best things: 1. Pit of soft foamy cubes to jump into. (I was having ball-pit flashbacks.) 2. Jumping around! 3. Great workout! I didn't go for the calorie burn, but I was gettin' my cardio on anyway and barely noticing it because it was so fun. Alright things: 1. Only one person per square (trampoline). Which means you can't really play around too closely with anyone else. I understand the reasoning behind this, but as a huge fan of reckless horseplay, it was a bit of a killjoy moment to find this out. 2. Seems like it would be a lot less fun if the place was really busy, but when I went it was fine. 3. Having to wait in line to jump in the cubes. It's very structured. Other/Tips: 1. They provide shoes for you to jump on so don't worry about wearing sneakers or anything. These shoes are included in the cost of the jump time, which is nice. 2. You have to sign a waiver before you go, which can be a problem if you're bringing children you're not a parent/guardian of. I think you can print out the waiver forms online and sign ahead of time though.

Fun for kids and adults. Check in was crazy, they definitely dont have enough people working up front . Prices for any food or drinks was way to much in my opinion. They sell popcorn, pizza, smoothies, bagged snacks , and bottled juice/water. There is a water bubble available also. Prices are per person/few hours. They book parties as well and I was not impressed with the general flow of things. The party I attended was chaos. Upon arrival, they put everyone in a "private space" and 10 mins later said everyone had to get out because they had a party coming in. There was no private jump/game time for the attendees of the party so your with the general public at all times. After playing, you go to a party room; eat, sing happy birthday, have cake and your basically kicked out . They had brought in the next parties belongings while the party I attended was still going on! They cleaned up while we still had time in the room, they said so they could prepare for the next party. I mean shouldnt they have a block between the parties so they can do that? The kids had fun, but a lot of time was spent just waiting for skyzone staff to get the crap together.

I planned to have my son's birthday party here. He had never been (or heard about it) and it was going to be a surprise. He ended up asking for money instead of a party (kids these days), and I agreed.Then, because I tend to spoil my child, I decided that I was going to give him a big birthday weekend with Sky Zone being the final event. He had a great time, and still hasn't stopped telling me that I'm the best mother ever! Before you go: -Fill out the online waivers - it saves time -Book your jump time online in advance, BUT give yourself plenty of time to get there because you WILL get lost. -Give yourself extra time, you will get lost. I know I said that already, but it's worth repeating. This place is located way in the back of a sketchy industrial park and my GPS did not have an easy time finding it. -Wear loose clothing and high socks So the trampolines were fun, it was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pricing was decent too. My only complaints are that finding the place is a pain and the line to check in was long. We will definitely be going back - my son wants his party there next year and my friends and I are planning on going to an adult jump soon.

If you want a brief review... It's a room with trampoline floors. Enough said. If you're someone looking for something to do, go check this place out. Its not that expensive and totally one of a kind experience. Try and recruit some friends to go with you though, it probably isn't much fun by yourself. If you're iffy on trampolines: I can't do anything more than a 360 on trampolines and Skyzone is still a blast for me. My friend is a trampoliine guru and does things like Misties and 720 frontflips and this and that (I don't understand it any more than I understand Pit Bull's spanglish rap). It's mostly about the active experience that really is unmatched. Potentially you're a parent who's worrying about the waiver you have to sign to let your kid go: it's really not a big deal. So long as you make sure your kid knows to follow the rules for the most part, kids typically have enough sense in them to not try ridiculous aerial stunts if they can't land them. And the staff is pretty proactive about making sure everyone stays within bounds and isn't being reckless. You will work-up a good sweat jumping for so long, so dress appropriately. Jeans are a mistake. Biggest complaint is that sessions are only an hour long.

Came here for a SkyRobics event and LOVED it! The class was a group of 5 and one trainer. My roommate and I got an amazing workout from it! We both plan on coming back. I've been to an indoor trampoline place before and I'd say I definitely like this place better. The trampolines here have a stronger spring than the last place I went to. It's just an awesome feeling jumping here! You definitely go higher. It's easy to get carried away and crash into the walls haha. The SkyRobics workout was awesome. Who knew you could do so much on a trampoline? We had a circuit that included planks and TRX and this ridiculously hard half push up thing. Holy moly my upper body was so sore for three days straight! And the trainer only had us do each set for 30 seconds. So, it was hard but good to know that we didn't have to suffer through it for so long. But seriously, just take the class to try the 'popcorn' move :P The employees here are so pleasant! They were all really friendly and always smiling! Finding a place where alllll their employees are like that is a rarity. The only downfall is their location. It's in the cuts. And it's reallllly dark if you go at night. You'll see some warehouses and think you're lost, but keep going. It's just a little further back. I would definitely come back. Especially since your first time is only $6! I think you have to buy their socks though, but they're not expensive and you can keep them.
