The LA Break-Up Guide: Where To Go When It All Falls Apart

"Be honest with yourself. You weren’t ready for a serious relationship and they were leaving print-outs of Tarzana real estate listings on your windshield. Sometimes you’re just on separate paths. And while their path was straight to the home loan office, you’re grabbing the crew and hauling ass to Sky Zone. This indoor trampoline park in Van Nuys is a mecca for anyone seeking zero-gravity highs and low-grade ankle rolls. At Skyzone, it’s absolutely acceptable to throw rubber dodgeballs at teenagers. All in the name of stress relief, of course. " - brant cox

🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫Bro this place doesn’t even deserve a one star , worst sky zone I’ve ever been to . To start off I was charged online for the Elite membership-parent add on and once I got here the staff told me I only paid for my child but my transaction said I did paid for the parent add on . When I showed them my receipt he went on saying that their system was down (ummm okayyyy) The staff 👀😑🫣 just stand there . The only zone that being held down right is the zip line because it’s always CLOSED . Basketball area if there’s 30 high schoolers playing tryna look cool you best believe they’ll be attentive to that . Dutch ball area is a mess . There was 4 staff members fighting for who was going to hold it down for that area .YOU GOT KIDS (employees)TAKING CARE OF KIDS HERE!. The place is dusty and dirty . Bathrooms are a mess , no toilet paper no hand soap . The employees are rude and not professional. I don’t recommend!!! 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 Check out the sky zone in other areas because the prices are different too for the membership. I paid less at the Alhambra area . I love it over there .

my son wanted his 10th bday here, I got the VIP package, money well spent, the kids had a great time. I loved that each party room had a designated person for setting up serving everyone and even cleaning up after the party. overall a great experience

Google
I had my son‘s 14th birthday here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The space was clean. The bathrooms could be cleaner, however, but I understand it was a busy weekend. I’m taking away one star because it’s a little confusing how they add the gratuity when you host a birthday party. They take 10% or 15% of the entire birthday package when in actuality the person helping you with the birthday room is really only helping you for the one to two hours that you have the room. They should be tipped for the time that they worked not for the entire time that you were at sky zone. But they kind of slip it in when you’re giving your final payment. So it seemed a little slick.

Google
It was a great place for both the kids and I to burn off all our energy while spending quality time together.

Google
We came here since the Sky Zone in Valencia closed a while back (hoping the new one in Santa Clarita opens soon though) We have never been to this location and I want to believe that because of it being a weekend and birthday parties it was super busy, the wait to enter was about 10 or so minutes maybe more. There staff should be more aware of the cleanliness, and the restroom cleanliness as well. The parking is horrible too.

Celebrated my son’s birthday with family! They had so much fun!

We came here on a Friday and it was pretty empty. But their wifi was down. So we had to pay in cash for everything. This complicated things a bit. The WiFi was down all day I’m told and so if we didn’t have cash we couldn’t buy food. We paid for all day but only spent about 2 hours. We did try to buy some snacks but nobody was working the snack area. We waited 15 minutes and gave up. Decided to leave early and pick up food on the way home. For 2 kids it was $140 after buying socks. For the price we paid and our overall experience It didn’t meet our expectations. Had the wifi worked and we could buy food with our Credit card or played some of the video games it would have been a better experience.

Google
Some one stole my water bottle and my arcade card! I specifically placed the card under my two water bottles someone had to physically remove the waters and take my card. And they only took one of my waters? Why leave the other? Parents are clueless and allow their children to run wild with no respect towards others and their belonging. Not to mention prices are over priced and service sucked!! Added bonus the bathrooms where not working the entire time we were there. Never coming to this one again.

Yelp
Went here last weekend. VERY busy, way overcrowded. By the time we left they had an employee at the door turning away regular walk ins. You could only come in if you were part of a party. Trash overflowing onto the floor in the bathrooms. The employees were trying to keep up with the crowd as far as cleaning tables, floors, etc . Wife went to the counter to voice her complaints. They apologized for the issues and gave her some passes to come back.

Yelp
Germ zone trampoline park. Went there for a birthday. They didn't notify anyone the main jump area was going to be closed. Everything was dirty. The "toddler" / under 7 area has literal trash in it. If you look at the area at the bottom of the double slides there are food wrappers, straws, literal dirt. So gross. Has it ever been cleaned? Unclear. Employees were openly coughing without even covering their mouths. Germ zone. Go here to get sick.

Yelp
I think people should join forces and initiate a class action lawsuit against this place for fraudulent practices. We had a play date scheduled @ sky zone today. I tried getting tix last night but the website kept reloading so I figured it would be ok since I planned to be there early anyway. We get there and do the waiver and then they tell us the place is at max capacity (at 10:30 am) even though my friend entered 5 mins before and it was NOT at max capacity 5 mins ago. They apparently decided it was sold out BUT don't worry because you can get a membership and for some reason the space isn't too full if you get the membership but it's full if you want the standard pass! Does this sound fishy to anyone else? This is one tactic they're using to get people to sign up for a membership and pressure them and I'm sure yoube read the horror stories on here about how Impossible it is to cancel your membership! I was not going to deal with the headache that followed from getting the membership so we spoke with the manager who was rude and abrasive and couldn't explain to me how my friends entered 5 mins prior and how it's not full if I got the membership but it's full when I only wanted the standard pass. I think this place needs to be investigated for fraud especially as so many people shared how they sign up people for membership without their consent or knowledge and then have issues trying to cancel it. In the interest of fairness and ... the law, I may actually report them to the consumer agencies. This isn't right. We thankfully went somewhere else and had a blast. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars and not 1 is because I've been here before for a bday and it truly is a good time. Despite it being filthy, it's a good time for kids.

Yelp
I really don't like to jump on trampolines... but my son does. This place is great... for him. Please don't tell him that I can jump WAY higher but I never will. Too many ACL reconstructions makes me jump just barely off the ground in the corner. If you catch me in the dodgeball room - you'll find me on the sturdy parts of the tramps. He also loves this giant maze / jungle gym they have here that has a big swirling slide in it. Me? I enjoy the claw machines and the pizza.

Yelp
I attended a birthday party here recently but it wasn't my first time at a Sky Zone! I will say the jumping area seemed clean and a lot of staff on the floor working. There were SO many kids, I'm guessing Sunday 12-2 is prime time, so I don't recommend coming then. It was so overcrowded and chaotic but my siblings still had a good time. Checking into the party was so hectic. It took 30 minutes just to get wristbands and socks even after signing the waiver online. For a party experience, they should definitely improve a smoother process or at least add extra time for the jumping time they lost. The line just for parties was so long, everyone was upset because of the time they lost jumping that was already paid for. Overall, maybe I'd come back to this location but definitely at an emptier time. The prices have definitely gone up since my last visit, so I'd expect more for sure!

Yelp
Very small for a sky zone. The playground area was closed so my children under 5 got very bored quickly. Wouldn't come back. Overpriced for only 90 minutes, but we left after 30. This is also filled with expensive arcade games which try to get more money from you. Go to the other Sky zones

Yelp
Came here for a kid's birthday party. This place is, in a word, chaotic. When arriving, the parking lot is chaos. Parking across the street says "no parking" but tons of cars park there. We didn't want to risk it so parked a health walk away. Entering the building, there was a line. Why, I do not know. When we got in, the parents of the bday girl were trying to corral all guests so we could go upstairs together to check in. It didn't seem like much help was provided from the staff for birthday parties. Once checked in, the kids go to jump. There are about 10 birthday parties happening at the same time, plus kids of just come to play so there are TONS of people. Not all sections were working. After 2 hours of jumping, we went to one of the rooms and the kids had pizzas and drinks. This was better since it was our own room with a balcony overlooking the chaos, but still loud. Overall the kids seemed to have a good time.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! My cousin spent a LOT of money renting this place out last night for a PRIVATE event only for his car AND MINE to get broken into. Both windows shattered. Both of us were ROBBED. When we asked about the cameras, these KIDS you have working there said "oh they don't work that well". I am convinced this was an inside job and I have already filed a police report as well as contacted corporate. Of course, no call back. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. These people do not care about the safety of the customers.

Yelp
We have had a few birthday parties here and were very happy every time. They make it very easy for the mom (or dad). Freddy and Abigail took care of everything! They set the table for us, served the food and drinks to everybody, brought the cake out, lit it up and sang with us. They even made sure the kids washed their hands when the kids got there before the adults. And they also played games with the kids! All of us were very happy with the party and I would highly recommend having a birthday here! And of course all the jumping and play is always a top pick for the kids!

Yelp
I came to this sky-zone to take my kids out for a fun afternoon only to find out the main jumping area was closed for a whole week due to maintenance and repairs. They still are charging 34.99 full price for a 90 minute jump. The manager Serena came over to talk to another angry guest and said they cannot offer a discount. She offered NOTHING to rectify the situation and we still paid 34.99 for a 90 minute jump because my youngest son still wanted to stay. I told her what happens when the area that is open for Jumpin gets full? she said there is no kids right now. I guarantee later on there is going to be a lot of kids trying to jump. DO BETTER SERENA. YOU ARE NOT A MANAGER.

Yelp
Sky Zone's popularity as a go-to family entertainment venue is overshadowed by its blatant disregard for basic cleanliness and safety, with the state of its bathrooms being a particularly egregious example. These facilities are consistently neglected, filthy, and a clear health hazard, reflecting poorly on the establishment's management and overall operational standards. The overcrowding issue at Sky Zone only compounds the problem, with the venue often packed to the brim, creating an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous environment for patrons. This disregard for capacity limits not only detracts from the experience but raises serious safety concerns. The apparent negligence in not maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests points to a concerning level of greed and mismanagement by the owners. The absence of a dedicated cleaning staff, particularly during peak times, is inexcusable for an establishment that reportedly earns substantial revenue. The suggestion to employ at least two full-time porters, especially on weekends, is not just reasonable but a necessary measure to ensure the facility meets basic hygiene and safety standards. In summary, Sky Zone's failure to uphold fundamental cleanliness and safety standards, coupled with its disregard for visitor comfort through overcrowding, paints a picture of an establishment that prioritizes profit over patron experience and welfare. The owners' reluctance to invest in adequate staffing for maintenance is a testament to their greed and lack of commitment to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. Patrons deserve better, and until significant changes are made, one might question the value of returning to such a poorly managed venue.

Yelp
BEWARE!!!! ZERO star!!They charged my son twice and made us do the work for a refund. They asked me to email van_nuys_membership@skyzone what a lousy customer service!!! They're the ones who made the mistake but I have to do the work to get my money back???He said we will get refunded in 24 hours but NOTHING!!!! I have seen a few reviews too about unauthorized charges in their credit cards ugh!! Never again will go back to this place!! Skyzone you should be ashamed taking my hard earned money!! Money down the drain!!

Yelp
We held a fundraiser here for our senior class for a local high school. Never received the check for the funds raised. Multiple emails. GM says the check was sent and then another check was sent. No way 2 checks were lost in the mail. Completely unacceptable to basically steal from high school students.

Yelp
Too expensive. Food was undercooked. Toilets dirty!!! Paid a full price pass for my 5 year old because they don't do under 6 passes anymore?!

Yelp
don't even get me started on this place. i came here on may 24th with my friends as a last day of school celebration. when we first came there, the whole place was practically under construction. the main area to jump? under construction. the foam pit? not even a foam pit. and not to mention, the safety guards on the sides of the trampolines were literally falling apart to the point that it was a safety hazard. my friends and i would sit on the sidelines while our other friends were playing dodgeball and the safety padding was literally not attached properly and was sliding off. it was so bad that while my friend was playing dodgeball, she mis-stepped and got her leg stuck, hurt herself, and literally none of the workers felt pity for her or anything. they just watched her cry and gave her an ice pack and a bandaid that helped NOTHING. not to mention, they also seemed extremely understaffed. the line to just get a wristband to go in was extremely slow, some employee operated things (i.e the zipline) were constantly closed. the customer service of these employees could have been way better. overall a horrible experience. if your park is going to be in this horrible of a condition, close down and open up once youre done with construction, because there was barely anything to do. outrageous.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Many staff but not cleaning the place, they just stand and Chay with each other while pees all over restroom and kids going in the restroom barefooted. I emailed customer service regarding my account and never got back.

Yelp
Went for a kid's birthday party. This time wasn't nearly as bad as last time we went. The party started at 10:30 which was nice because it wasn't too crowded. Around 12 though it started to get packed so we left at 12:30 before it got any more crowded. The family hosting the party brought their own pizza and drinks so can't speak to Skysone's food. We did hit the snack bar for water and Icee's. Just like last time some things were unavailable or not working eh the waters were room temperature even though they were in the fridge and they didn't have cherry Icee. Didn't have to visit the restrooms so can't speak to that. One thing that bothers me when visiting here are the adults who choose to jump around. Some of them have 0 awareness. I saw adults bumping in to kids, knocking them down. Saw 1 grown man in the dodgeball area just pelting little kids with the balls. He didn't target my children and if he had, I would have had some words for him. Grown-ups acting like buttheads at a children's themed play park. Pathetic. All in all my kids had fun. Just go early or late otherwise it's a disorganized zoo.

Yelp
Don't be fooled with the VIP package!!! They show pictures of party rooms but throw you on the sides with 1 bench and party carts and traffic all over your space!!! The worst experience ever and paid for VIP room!!! Not once was i told that we are getting a side space! If that was the case i would have just gone downstairs for Free!!!! Not only that, the manager NESTOR in help was even worse and no help at all!!!! When I booked online and talked on the phone with a rep I was told i was going to get a ROOM!! Not one bench on the side!!! The flyer says "ROOM 7!!!" I did not have a room and ruined the birthday! In anyway or form did they tell me it was going to be a open space on the side next to party carts and people all over my space!!! I did not get a VIP room and spend so much money!!!!! To make matters worse your manager in charge Nestor did not do anything to help us out!!!

Yelp
Thoroughly DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED by the vicinity!!! Scamming customers is NOT OK! Came there with my family of 5 and the employee signed us up with a monthly subscription. THAT WE SAID NO to!!! Afterwards he was like oh you can just cancel it online. We'll we tried! They billed us for 3 billing cycles! They said you signed a contract, when we thought it was just a waiver to use the place. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF! What a SCAM! Just cause they get something in return, doesn't mean you can SCAM your customers! BEWARE!!!

Melissa T.

Yelp
I came because my son wanted to do the free area jumping , noone notified us after paying $200 that areas to play were closed , then I buy a Gatorade $5 and the guy owed me 8cents and sayed I don't have change is that ok, whatever ok ,the bathrooms were disgusting urine everywhere

Tara G.

Yelp
Our church group went here and to get in they said we had to do a membership and then just go online and cancel a week later. I've been paying for this membership for four months! I've tried canceling online - nothing. I've tried calling and no one answers. Now I have to drive down there to take care of this!!!!! Don't sign up for the membership
google avatar

Yelp
Get employees that actually can work! Bathrooms are nasty all the time, food is horrible! just a few boring snacks Tables are always full of trash! Overall the whole place is nasty
google avatar

Jessica K.

Yelp
I booked tickets for 6 teenage boys far in advance, and yet they closed their main jumping area on the day we visited but they hadn't notified us. If people have bought tickets for your business on a specific day AND you have their contact information, it's the most basic of decent management to inform the people if a major part of your business will be closed. We didn't get what we actually paid for. The parents of some kids in one section tried to keep my group out by saying it was full, so that their kids wouldn't have to share or take turns, and there were no workers around to police such affairs. I had to stand there and advocate for the boys since they were too polite to push back when adults were telling them to go away. The wait for ordering and receiving food at the snack bar was unacceptable, also. There are some fun things to do here and I appreciated that they gave us the full 90 minutes even though we arrived after our booked time, but overall, this is a low-quality experience especially when contrasted with the cost. It's way overpriced, not a good value. Sky Zone has a monopoly on this type of business in the area, and they take full advantage of that, providing a subpar experience because here's nowhere else nearby to get anything similar.
google avatar

Sandy H.

Yelp
This location is always so dirty and lots of things were out of order including arcade games and play structures. Party check in is such a long process too. The staff working there don't seem to care and there is no parking.
google avatar

Max P.

Yelp
The only reason I'm not giving it a single star is because my son enjoyed it (back when he used to go), but after 3 months of him not going back, I tried, numerous times, to cancel my monthly membership to no avail. Finally, after countless annoying emails to different representatives, my membership was finally canceled. It honestly soured what was otherwise a decent time when my sons went. And if the customer experience was better, I would have honestly considered signing up again. BEWARE OF THE MEMBERSHIP. They make it frustratingly difficult to cancel it once your card is linked to it. And forget about trying to reach a live representative. This establishment (it seems) solely relies on emails, and each time with a different person asking you the same damn question as the previous representative before him! If we ever go back, I will ONLY get a single ticket. Screw the membership.

Yelp
This place is not the ideal place to be at. I am extremely upset about the situation that just happened to me. I was hosting my sons bday party here and I thought it was a safe place to plan a party but I was extremely wrong. While we were celebrating our sons bday party my car and my cousins car were broken into. We had multiple things stolen from both cars and both windows were broken. Crazy thing is one of the employees said they heard the alarms go off and they failed to even go outside to check. I wasn't even parked far away from the front door. The employee was literally 20 steps away from my vehicle. And I can't lie in my head I think it could have possibly been a inside job. Especially after the employee said that they usually have a break in atleast once every other week. The items stolen from my car can be replaced but the fact that I wanted to have a good birthday memory for my sons bday was completely ruined by this incident. I'm extremely upset about the situation and I will never recommend this place to anyone in the future. I have a few pictures of the car that we saw lurking in the parking lot and I have already made a police report. Don't ever go to this place.

Yelp
Dear Reader, I urge you to not come to this place. It is with great care that I type this note to you yes you the person reading THIS review. This place is an f***ing nightmare. This place is like going to hell willingly. Its so crowded and I'm pretty sure no one is counting heads and it is past max capacity. It's a filthy cash grab jungle made solely to torment adults, anyone on the spectrum, and anyone who hates people. The waiver they make you sign is laughable and is about the same size contract you sign when you buy a car. The poor staff are all frazzled and tortured souls. Clearly they need money and found this place and are too afraid to leave. The music is so loud and obnoxious you will want to shoot yourself. Children are bouncing and swinging and screaming while zone out parents stuff money into dirty massage chairs for a bit of solace in this tornado of children. I will never come back here and I warn you all this is not the place to come you may as well buy tickets to Disneyland because at 34.99 plus 4.99 for socks it's just not worth the cost. Part of me wonders if the price is so much because they fear that each weekend will be their last. Don't come here if you like calm, sanity, solitude, happiness.

Yelp
Second review! Came in and didn't know it was Glow Night/Day so we had to purchase special shirts. Associate said I can bring them the next glow event and not have to repurchase shirts. It was fun to see all the glowing colors but of course it's super dark in every area of the trampoline park except the arcade maybe making things slightly more dangerous. My daughter hurt herself a couple times and an associate did check on us which was nice. If you are bringing younger elem school children, be careful on EVERYTHING in EVERY zone!!! Yikes. Zip line was not open when we went which was a total bummer! I appreciated the coin machine by the arcade the most! It accepts card and was the perfect distraction from all the times my daughter got hurt and burst into tears. Mario Kart for the win!
google avatar

Wendy G.

Yelp
I ordered my tickets online I get there they tell me it's full capacity!? Only members could get in , I had to purchase the membership just to get in. It' was way too crowded in there. Bathrooms were dirty sticky floor.
google avatar

Christine A.

Yelp
Just celebrated my daughters birthday party here. We did it on a weekday to avoid the excessive crowds and had the best experience. Our host was Johely, she was so sweet and helpful; Never made me feel bad for asking for things or updating me on guest counts etc. We even somehow forgot some stuff behind and was able to come next day and pick it up. Absolutely wonderful experience, considering doing my sons birthday here too! Thank you to our wonderful host and her management!
google avatar

Cristina L.

Yelp
They like to use fraud charges and won't call people back when a fraud charge happens here. AVOID. Can't get anyone on the phone and was charged $200+ fraud charge. Never been here or knew it existed. Be careful.
google avatar

Ashley E.

Yelp
Horrible service! I was told they are at capacity u til 6pm unless I buy a membership. Contradicting himself.

Cynthia W.

Yelp
My friends son had a birthday party. It was awful. They never announced when our area was ready. When we got here, they made us wait. They told my Friend that we were going to be in a private room. Instead, they stuck us in the corner. The workers are very unprofessional. Rude, and not helpful at all. I've been here several times. I will not come back. My other friend is canceling her party. The regular staff was fine. Some were just super rude. Kimberly did not accommodate anything. And Sarena very unprofessional.
google avatar

Cole J.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! The main trampoline section was closed, the foam pit was closed, the zip line was closed (70 mins of our visit) and when it opened the line was too long before our time was out. The staff is rude but most importantly this place is extremely overcrowded making it NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR KIDS. DO NOT GO HERE!
google avatar

Fatima G.

Yelp
The membership is a Total!!!! Scam do not agree! They will charge you! And argue with you that you signed contract and nothing can't be done. ! Even if you cancel they will use "you didnt cancel it 3 business days prior"..... DO NOT COME HERE!
google avatar

Ofri A.

Yelp
They have a lot of people to watch around which is good . Not too many kids . The trampoline was awesome it's also good activity excersize for adults ! Lovely place to hang out for two hours

Macey D.

Yelp
Good trampolines the whole point but the most to all the games in the arcade including the photo booth don't work and most of the employees know this but dont do any action towards it. Most of the machines not working are made from the same company "Sunstar Vending Inc.".
google avatar

Tammy C.

Yelp
Management doesn't bother to notify customers ahead of time of closures. We came specifically for the newer climbing structure with slide instead of going to the much larger, cleaner, and nicer Thousand Oaks location only to find out after checking in that that section is closed. Management should put a sign up front when checking in or let guests now while checking in of closures especially justify the expensive prices for facilities that are not fully operational. Also cafe is always generally out of majority of items and tables are left dirty with trash everywhere.

Nohemy A.

Yelp
Our experience at this park was so amazing! They made my son's 10th birthday extra special by having immaculate attention to detail. From the moment I arrived Alex checked us in quickly and efficiently & always with a smile on his face- doing whatever he could to help. Valerie, our host, was so nice and accommodated all of the adults and kids. She did everything possible to make our time run smoothly! I wouldn't think about it twice to come back and host another party here! I highly recommend it
google avatar

Kelly L.

Yelp
So the minimum about of time to choose now js 90mins, they removed the hour option. The floor in this entire place is sticky and be prepared to wait in line to sign waivers. If you do a a memberships it's on everyone that signs a waiver. So if you go to cancel you have to add everyone's name on otherwise you'll still get charged. I'm so happy I read the reviews here ahead of time. The staff on the floor honestly doesn't pay attention and the upstairs area for younger kids was closed. Also be prepared for loud noise but the kids love it.
google avatar

Naya R.

Yelp
Make sure to call first! Since they don't bother to send an email/text to let people know that they have a party going on. For over $100 monthly I expected a heads up but I was wrong. I drive half an hour to this place at least twice a week since I have a three-year-old and an autistic five-year-old who really enjoys the trampolines. I try to call a few times as I'm heading down here but seems like they are too busy to pick up the phone, although once I get here I see multiple people walking around chatting with each other or on the phone. SMH the only reason why this makes me so angryis because finding out we can't come in once we're at the door makes my oldest have a very bad day. Only those who have or know a person on the spectrum can truly understand where I'm coming from..

Yelp
Come only if you or your kids have a strong immune system, otherwise be ready to get sick. We joined the membership two months ago. My kid got sick 3 times. Once with strep throat. Passed the bug to people at home too. We used to go Friday evening. He got sick. It was too crowded with mixed age kids - older teenanger. The bathroom and floor was gross Friday night. We thought coming in on Sunday morning would be safer and cleaner since that time slot is young kids only. It is still packed. We got sick again. They need to reduce the occupancy by 1/2 and crank up the AC. The AC is not strong enough.

Yelp
Credit Card Scam! Do Not Attend! After signing up for a one and only one month membership, their minimum wage employee signed me up for a monthly renewal. They have since been charging my card without my authorization. After calling them on the phone to handle the situation, they were extremely rude. The girl (refuse to call a disrespectful person a lady or woman) kept interrupting me and refused to handle the situation. Now I had to go the credit card route and currently fighting them on it.

Yelp
What a fun experience! Today was our first time here and we will definitely come back. We came here from Santa Monica and it was definitely worth the drive. My son is 2.5 years old and he had a blast! We didn't reserve tickets online, we bought them at the spot. Paid $25, including the socks. The place is specious and there are enough space for everyone. Parking is easy and free. I bought the tickets on the spot, didn't reserve tickets online. Upon arrival you also have to fill Our a waiver for both you and your child(ren). You can also do that online and save you the wait time.

Yelp
This company lies by telling customers that they're at max capacity and that the only way one can go in is if you buy a membership. The company effectively forces people artificially to be members to get recurring business. Do not go to this place.

Yelp
- Half of the attractions closed, so very crowded. - Staff has WORST attitude I've ever seen. Sullen, lackadaisical, and arrogant. No sense of urgency, no matter how long the line. -No selection for food early other than ice cream, chips, and candy bars. - Insufficient staff to watch everything going on. Team members roam between four or five spots, which is massively inadequate. - "All Day" pass is only good for two hours, then you have to stop, get back in line, and wait for wrist bands good for another two hours. - No effort to separate much larger, older youth from even the youngest toddlers. Apparently, per the waivers, they have no duty of care at all. The greed-driven, milk the customer at the lowest possible service level, just because we can, turns my stomach. At least at Universal and Disney you get quality while you're being fleeced. We won't be returning and recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

Yelp
This was the first place we celebrated my son's birthday. The location is a hit with the kids. There is room to climb and run. If you are bringing anything special for the party, I would suggest giving yourself a little extra time to put everything up. I had to prepare it quickly because of time constraints. To bring out the food and arrange the plates, the party host is on hand. We had to begin cleaning up a few spills by ourselves because the person had consistently vanished. Because of parking concerns, I advise arriving well in advance.

Yelp
Took the kids here a few times and they genuinely had a good time. So they were happy. That said, the management needs to take some concrete steps to rethink their operations. My biggest frustration was with the overall lack of cleanliness. The rugs throughout are filthy, worn and torn in numerous places. The vinyl padding is also filthy throughout. It's just not hygienic. Next concern, the visuals are unappealing in the entry way and near the "food court" which only offers candy, sodas and pop corn - how about coffee for the tired parents? Also, the food court could not be more visually unappealing take a look at the photo and you will see what I mean. Next to the food court are stacked boxes, some barely concealed with rugs or tarps. Really? It's 2023. When we last were there, a mop and dirty towels were left out in the open right after they opened (see photo). Just... why? Next topic of concern is employee allocation. Some of the features were closed such as the zip line, yet I saw four or five employees standing next to each other for about half an hour, just chatting. Not their fault. Management needs to do a better job spacing them out and giving them clear and specific duties. I had to show one of the employees that there was a rip in the carpet where kids were running up a ramp. So, a tripping hazard waiting to catch a running foot. My suggestion to the management would be to take a look at the Thousand Oaks location. Cleanliness is prioritized and employees are strategically placed throughout in a logical and effective way. Again, my kids were happy but I probably won't be coming back here until they address these shortcomings.
