We only stayed one night. |We arrived before the official check-in and luckily our room was already available and we were allowed to check-in early. |The beds are very comfy and they offer different types of pillows. Very quiet as well. |We went straight to the SkyTower (because we had a dining reservation for the evening and stayed at the hotel we paid a cheaper price for the SkyTower) and had a hot beverage and cake up there. We didn't do any of the activities but you can watch the other people. ||Later that evening, after dinner at the Orbit 360, we went to the casino. ||Unfortunately if you are not member of the sky city you can't buy tokens from the cashier. So either have to be member or cash. It also seemed like that there is no dresscode and anyone can get in. ||Also they have a system in the parking lot that's supposed to tell you where you parked. Glad I wrote mine on the paper because the system couldn't find my car. ||Experience with the hotel 5/5|Skytower 4/5|The casino 3/5

Stayed at skycity with our daughter for her first concert. The service was awesome. It was super busy but all the staff took great care of us. We left a message when we booked that it was a present for our daughter and they left a balloon and chocolates and we were picked as guest of the day and upgraded rooms. My husband on crutches also struggled and all the staff offered help and where awesome.|Thank you sky city !!

Just went there to see the lunar new year deco 2026 the year of the horse. Love the Chinese deco. Liked the lucky draw. On the way catching the bus 22 ..... Lots of interesting restaurants and convenience store around ... Very near the wharf and souvenir shops and maritime musuem and art gallery.

Very well located hotel with restaurants around. Spent a night there but we will come back for sure. We were staying in an apt but I mistakenly forgot a night. So i booked at sky hotel. The check in time was 3pm. I asked for an early check in as we had checked out from the other place at 10am. At 1pm they called us to tell us the room was ready, right as we were finishing lunch. I recommend this hotel.

CASINO REVIEW Don't know what happened to the memberships but the parking has changed - used to be able to park free a few times a year with your membership, now you have to spend atleast $40 on gaming to get half price parking and $100 for free parking. Food is good, enjoyed that. Live band the Friday night we went and that was pretty cool. But yeah, the parking thing throws me. Probs won't go as often now, rather play online where parking is free no matter how much you spend.

Looked like a nice room on the top floor, a bit worn out. Door Minibar was hanging and scratches the wooden floor, but the rest was oké. Except one big problem during the night: mice or rats where running through the walls / on the ceiling. I couldn’t sleep because of it. Wouldn’t book again.
