I lived here for almost 2 years. My condo was wonderful but with the ongoing lady’s of the night visits. Nothing works in the building. The pool was broken for 2 years. The HOA fees are crazy for no amenities. The staff not professionally dressed nor is there 24 concierge. If you get locked out of your unit at 10, pay a lock smith or get a hotel room and wait until the staff get in. The elevators are constantly broken due to the Fareinhet use. You pay $150 out fee to reserve the elevator. You have to share with the hotel and Fareinhet while moving out. Then why take out money if we can’t reserve it. This building is a joke .

Beautiful view and spacious room. My only issue was when I got there. It was 3am and I didn't know where to park so I apparently inadvertently parked in the resident spot in the front. Instead of advising me that there was an option of self parking for free in another location, in their garage for a very small fee, or valet for $25, the guy just told me I was fine to leave it where it was and it would be left there till I left (which was only going to be a few hours later since all I needed was a nap), but I was required to give him my keys and info. I asked him what for and he told me it's a mandatory valet service. I was so deliriously tired that I couldn't even think straight and just gave him my keys and info. After getting to the check-in desk they then informed me of the charge and I was quite perturbed. I explained what transpired and the desk attendant was nice enough to take the charge off the account.

Great place to visit, the staff was very accommodating, clean and enjoyable atmosphere.

Great location , clean property , office staff was friendly , affordable. If you're wanting to tour an apartment make sure there is one available prior to visiting .

We really enjoyed our time here. Food was delicious and everyone was super nice.

There pool was a wee bit small but the restaurant there is amazing
