this was an overall pretty great brewery even though they didn't have as many IPA's i had hoped for (only 1 on tap) i went with their wheat beer and it was strong and tasted really good. we came around lunch time so it wasn't too busy inside and the outside patio was empty. we sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine while relaxing seated at one of their tables. i would definitely like to return and see their outside patio area in action because there was a small stage so i am sure they have little bands come through and play. i would also like to give a few of their other kinds of beer a shot because their take on the wheat beer was not too strong or harsh of a flavor i might just have to go back and have that one again.

Beer - my choices: •La Vida Buena •Honey Blonde •Vienna Lager Service: Just on complaint. The bartender asked the guests to form a line... but then started to skip people in said-line 🙄 Created confusion between customers and a "little tiff" started. Other than that, the girl was nice, and the owner was even there to talk with customers. Last thought: Clean place, outside and indoor seating, food trucks, tasty beers, humble owner...coming back 😊

Google
Skyland Brewing was a blast the vibe inside and out was great. Good crowd who enjoyed each other's company and the music and food truck enhanced the atmosphere for St. Patrick's Day. Thank you Brad & Roxanne Nixon (Familia supporting Familia) 1st X but don't expect to be my Last.

Google
Great place to get drunk Good beer and pretty good vibes... Lugar recomendado para visitar si o si en Corona..

Google
Came here for Wednesday trivia and it was not insanely difficult, and slow paced enough to allow for chatting during rounds which was nice. Gift cards are the prizes! Beer was also pretty tasty, $7-8 a glass, but food truck didn't have vegetarian options. The reduction in stars is because the bagged candy was on the beer counter for $2 each and had definitely been soaked/splashed before. Candy coating was dissolved and leaked through on multiple bags, it was soft/mushy to eat. Hopefully they can put the candy and chips somewhere that doesn't get wet.

Google
Great variety of on site brewed beers, sours, and seltzers. The staff and owners are super friendly. They host trivia on Wednesdays at 7.

Google
Gotta love this hidden brewery! They have original craft beers that can't be found anywhere else! And they are worth drinking... Every single one of them! They owner/brewer (displayed in the pic) is almost always their too! He practically lives their and the beer selection definitely displays his expertise in the art of brewing! UPDATE: We revisited #SkylandAleWorks i October 2018 and have produced this video for your viewing pleasure. This is an excellent local brewery that you MUST visit... It's Awesome!

Google
A great hidden gem to have a few beers and listen to live music on its patio! Great crowd and the owner who also tent the place are pretty amazing to hang out with!

Yelp
Friday the 13th has 100% become a memorable day of exciting festivities! Visiting with some friends, Thank you friend! Welcoming atmosphere, large space with bays open to the outside air. Bar area in the center. Tv screens throughout. String lit Patio has a nice stage area for live music performances. Misting lines keep it cool. Alternating food pop ups and trucks throughout the month. Easy parking right in front with overflow towards the back. Great venue for a jolly time!

Yelp
Great brews and pretty good live music! Friendly staff. They do snacks and have a food truck there. Didnt eat from the truck but we were with friends who said the food was excellent! Good vibes for sure!

Yelp
Friday night we decided to check this place out but unfortunately they do close early so we were there for just one beer. The beer was good. They also had a food truck outside so we were able to enjoy a couple of tacos while we had our beer. Skyland is located in a commercial area so they had a lot of parking spots. The service was all right, she seemed like she was kinda in the bad mood, or like in a rush, and it could have been because they were almost going to close . But we still had 30 minutes and there was still people at the brewery. They have an out side area where it looks like. They also have live music, but the stage was empty this Friday night.

Yelp
845-9 at night on Friday. Kids running everywhere bumping into you and throwing stuff. Couldn't even get in the door cause they where holding it shut for the other kids outside. Couldn't even get a drink cause server was talking too much. Sad people bring their kids to a brewery so they can drink. I don't do reviews much but that was bad

Yelp
Beer is good , seltzer smells like cough syrup. Skyland's decision to let "a mi manera" aka "my way" food truck was not a good one. I was okay with ground beef on the "carne asada" nachos. I put it in quite because that's not carne asada but it tasted okay -- 14 bucks for fries is not great though. We tried the shrimp ceviche and it had very little shrimp . The guy made the ceviche with artificial and cheap lime and lemon juice. It was so off putting we had to toss it. Inedible. To top it off, I was starving and so I had to make the hard decision of getting more food. However, the person running it decided to take a 45 minute to 1 hour break to watch the dodgers game. This was all at 6-7:15 pm on a Friday, when most people are hungry and need food to keep drinking to prevent the brewery from over serving alcohol. Skyland, get a better food truck. This food truck makes their food with cheap ingredients and still manages to charge an arm and a leg . Ground beef is not carne asada and fake lemon and lime juice are not a replacement in ceviche. I can't believe this is a sea food truck, they need a food inspector to come thru!

Yelp
As a self admitted Beer-aholic and craft beer aficionado you cant help but love Skyland. Its the pefect little brewpub tucked away in an industrial part of Corona, service was very friendly, the beer was excellent, but there was no real food other than jerky to be had which sucks. Any place that serves beer should be made to have some snacks available. Or a food truck nearby.

Yelp
Nice place with amazing beers! Plus, a taco truck with so much more than tacos. One of my favorites now!!

Aaron C.

Yelp
I went there and had a few beers. The beers profiles taste up to par with the category. I had a Belgian strong and a German Pilsner. Both were great!

Yelp
On Sunday we decided to check out a brewery before heading to brunch. We enjoyed a double and triple IPA; both had great flavors and very smooth. The beertender, Samantha was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable of the menu and gave great recommendations to our liking. Next time we're in the area will definitely stop by.

Yelp
This review is not necessarily about the brewery as a whole, but more specifically their "Trivia Night". Let me start by saying this place looks like a really cool place to listen to music and enjoy some good beer. However, we went their for Trivia Tuesday as we heard our old trivia host and friend Chris was doing trivia there. Several of us enjoy getting together during the week for drinks and dinner and trivia. We were met with a taco truck as our entire dinner option. My friend had just picked up an order of delicious fries and I saw a cheeseburger on the menu so we ordered that with some loaded fries. $30.00. My fries had been buried in some horrible seasoning and were inedible. The burger wasn't much better. Then we asked for drinks and we're made to grab canned soda out of a fridge. No biggie. The fireworks began when a different trivia host began "his show" as he referred to it. Obviously not wanting to be there, he began complaining about people talking. God forbid we talk in a bar. He asked the first question and we all turned in our slips. When he revealed the answer, it wasn't exactly correct and my friend proceeded to correct him to which he yelled "BITCH, I'm not finished". Everyone was obviously taken back by this. Long story short, I would look forward to enjoying a delicious beer and listening to some music here some other time. But as far as this trivia Tuesday, you would have more fun pouring acid on your face. Worst trivia night ever. This guy should never be allowed to host anything anywhere ever.

Yelp
Went there last night for the first time. Awesome Selection of beer. Sam the bar tender was such a sweetheart. Highly recommend

Yelp
I have gone to Skyland a a few times and this brewery is great. Theres a good amount of seats inside, and the patio has a decent amount of seats as well. We actually went to their Oktoberfest Celebration and it was a good time. It was busy, and I noticed it was an older crowd. The beer was good, they had a good food truck (Meat Up BBQ) We purchased our tickets ($25 beer stein) ahead of time and the day of the event they were completely sold out. The first beer is on them! We sat inside for a good portion of the time and listened to the band. I had missed a good portion of the event, they had some props to take photos at and it was a pretty lively crowd. Everyone seemed to be having a great time, and they also had very nice port-a-potties in anticipation of the large crowd so that was awesome. Staff was friendly, and we had tried a good amount of their beers. I stuck with the Golden Blonde I believe. Great little event and fun band.

Yelp
Best brewery ever! The owner and the staff are amazing and accommodating. They allowed us to host our baby shower here last minute. They have 2 huge water misters fans and water misters spraying from above the outside seating area which was a big help keeping the guests comfortable in 110 degree weather. One of the workers brought out water buckets and squirt bottles for the kids to play with, that kept them entertained for hours. They don't serve food here but there's a Mariscos food truck that came by around 3pm. They have a good amount of beer options to order from. Their honey blond was my favorite!! They also have a live band that comes around 5pm. 10/10 would recommend coming here!!!

Yelp
"When you pour out the filtered beer of the collector vat, It is [like] the onrush of Tigris and Euphrates. Ninkasi, you are the one who pours out the filtered beer of the collector vat, It is [like] the onrush of Tigris and Euphrates." -Hymn to Ninkasi I respect the simplicity at Skyland Ale Works. This business tries to put good beer in the hands of those who want to drink good beer. The bar is dead center in Skyland Ale Works because the focus is on the flights, the suds, the IPAs, the flagons of magic cereal grains. Why not. It's a brewery. Skyland is utterly unpretentious. Not a hint of gaudy decoration, or signage promoting a silly or artificial promotion. The layout of the brewery is exceptionally open. I more or less felt like I was sitting in an oversized garage, which I think is all part of Skyland's effort to maintain its reputation as one of the best low-key watering holes in Corona. People can actually talk at Skyland if they want. No blaring TV. No mass of people surging around the bar trying to get another pint, etc. Sky land is a good place to go to leave behind all the strange complications and dopey distractions of life, and try an eerily smooth Vienna lager. Even if nothing else is going that well in one's day, Skyland has beer. People change. The weather is unpredictable. Pets get lost or escape depending on the owner. Not beer. Skyland's beer is always beer for all. Waiting on tap.

Yelp
WOW, great brewery with over 20 selections (guessing the number) Outdoor shaded area with picnic tables for consumption and listening to live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Ice cold beer! A new place for us.
google avatar

Erik P.

Yelp
Good beer! Especially liked the Raspberry sour. The girl pouring beer was great. Nice music playing too.

Yelp
I would like to give Skyland a huge thank you for allowing us to host a birthday party at their establishment on a very busy Friday night. It was such a great turn out! They allowed us to bring in our own appetizers/small bites. Our guest had an amazing time and really enjoyed enjoyed the nice cold beers! Brad and Michelle, thank you so much for the hospitality! Despite a brief power outage, we all had such a great time! Again, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to host a birthday! Such a great turnout!

Yelp
Skyland has easily become one of my favorite breweries in the IE! The beer is great and I love the patio area. It's a really cool spot in Corona. The patio area is nice and large and dogs are allowed there (yay!). Customer service is great and the overall vibe of this place is awesome. I brought my own take-out food and enjoyed a beer on the patio. Can't wait to come back and bring my dog next time! :)

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday evening. Band sounded great, beer was awesome. Unfortunately, they let kids run wild around the bar. Very annoying. If I'm dropping this kind of money I don't want to listen to 5 year olds run around the bar screaming.
google avatar

Yelp
Great atmosphere, music and of course, beer! Love the Honey Blonde. Happy New Year!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is so awesome! Great brews! Live music! Family and pet friendly I'll be back.!
google avatar

Dave D.

Yelp
2017, we live in a different state (Nashville) and this place is still a must stop when in town. The beer list continues to grow and with their new big location with outdoor space around the corner (same industrial park) this place is even better !!

Daniel V.

Yelp
The drinks good variety The owner and works are great Music and food are always the best .
google avatar

Luis M.

Yelp
Skyland is the ish! One of the better breweries in Corona for sure! We will be regulars here, no doubt about it. There is playing of seating when you arrive and an awesome outdoor patio area where you can play corn hole, jenga, or just lounge underneath beautiful lighting. The owner and head brewer Terry is an awesome dude who makes amazing beer! Try their IPA, Fools Gold, or CitraDipity; those are just some of our favorites! They have awesome merch for sale and always have a food truck and live bands on Saturdays. This is definitely an awesome spot to kick back and drink a beer! Enjoy fellow yelpers!

Yelp
Loved the atmosphere at this place. It's quite big and located in an industrial complex in Corona. Great indoor and outdoor space. You can easily fit over 100 people here. They have a small outdoor stage, I guess they have live music sometimes. They have a good list of beers however don't provide beers flights due to Covid restrictions. They don't have food, however they have food trucks onsite. I spoke to the pizza truck guy, he stated they come there once or twice a month. Really a fun laid back place. I will definitely be going back to this place.
google avatar

Adriana M.

Yelp
I am so glad that we have so many amazing breweries in the Corona area now. Skyland is right up there. They have great beers, which is the most important thing at a brewery, right?!?? But they also have a nice outdoor patio (super important at this time) and they always have a food truck available for some eats. Service is super friendly too. They have adapted so well with all of the changes that have occurred this year and it's nice to be able to have a place that you can just go get a nice cold beer and hangout for a bit. The location is in the industrial area of Corona, pretty near the 91 freeway, but you can easily find it as there are signs from the street. A definite recommendation for anyone to check out if you enjoy a great brewery.

We had a great time, entertainment, very good service, the place is family oriented, lots of nice people

Yelp
This was our second stop at Skyland Ale Works since they moved to the new building. For anyone that hasn't been there before it's to the Far East side of the complex. (I notice that the Yelp app automatically capitalized "Far East" as if I'm talking about the Silk Road or something. No Yelp, it's just directions.) Nice big tasting room but kinda a bit too sterile for me. They have a big outdoor patio area with plenty of seating. Ok beers, since we hadn't been here in awhile we did a full double flight of eight beers. There are another four that we will decide if we are tasting today also. I'm writing this as I taste so I'm in just as much suspense as you are... (I know the tense of my reviews wanders from present to past. I can't help it. It's part of my charm!) The Gaslamp IPA was a nice American IPA. Smooth with good hop flavor but not a hop bomb by any means. La Vida Buena, this Mexican lager seemed perfect to go with the Mexican food we picked up from Miguel's Jr. For any Skyland noobs, like many breweries they have no food most of the time but are fine with you bringing your own in. Hey, I got sidetracked there. Mexican beer... The La Vida Buena was good but not outstanding for me. I would have liked a little more sweetness on this one. The Cardinals Royale is a double red ale, which didn't really work for me. It had a little bit of a "bite" towards the end that I don't attribute to hops but can't really place. "Get your motor runnin', Head on down the highway, Lookin' for adventure, Or whatever comes my way" Oh, sorry...I was channeling Steppenwolf. The Highway 31 Pale Ale is a good little pale. It's not as adventurous or memorable as Born To Be Wild but it's a solid little beer in my book. The Agave Wheat didn't excite my wife or I but I think it is just the agave provides a slightly odd sweetness. The beer is good, the agave just isn't my style. Ah, the Skirt Lifter! I was watching carefully when my wife tried this one but it failed to live up to its name. Of course the fact that she was wearing pants kind of negated the possibility of any excitement...sigh. Oh the beer, yes a fruit beer. I'm frankly not sure what fruit is in it. We are thinking cucumber and guava from the flavor but I'm going to have to check then update once I know for sure. Update: The fruit was honeydew melon. I'm not sure if that just showed how bad my palate is or not. At least it showed I'm not dishonest enough to go back and edit my tasting notes! Circle City Saison. This was a dandy saison, it had that little funky fruity flavor you expect but finished pretty clean. I enjoyed this beer! The Coro Pils is a Czech Pilsner. Good but had a bit of a funk that I could quite place. Might be the hops. Day Spa is a saison with the cucumber flavor I thought was in the skirt lifter. Damn, where are those lifting skirts! Anyway, I could drink this beer. It was quite good with a lot of cucumber aroma and flavor. The Honey Blonde was a nice tasty beer. Just a good example of a blonde ale without any foolishness. Brut(ally) dry IPA is a decent IPA nothing brutal about it to me. Light on the hops with a low IBU. It had a bit of a fruity note though. Last for us, as apparently they close at 9 tonight, was the Orange Cream Sik-le Ale. I had just bought a 6-pack of Garage Brewing creamsicle Ale a week or so before. That one tasted just like a creamsicle. This one just didn't have that sweetness that you need to make that flavor work. It tasted more orange peel to me. This one didn't work for me, but might for you. Skyland had no dark beers, which if I recall correctly, and I rarely do, they were sparse on dark beers the last time we were here. The darkest they had was the double red. I would have liked to see a porter, stout, or a brown. I seem to recall that was the case when we were here before. Skyland has some tasty beers but overall I wasn't super impressed with them. The location is great for bands, get togethers, etc. We will be back when they have a food truck and have a couple pints of the Day Spa saison. Sorry but I took no pictures this time. I failed miserably and humbly beg the forgiveness of the Yelp gods... Please, follow my brewery reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! https://www.yelp.com/collection/-8iscFkpiiCI563-FDfwGg?utm_content=Collections&utm_source=ishare

Yelp
Pretty cool brewery. This is my second time here. I had their "Raspberry Jam Session". The color of the sour was a beautiful pinkish color and it was delicious! I would recommend this place as a great hang out place for big families or a group of friends for their outdoor seating. The beer pourers were super friendly as well!

Dalia C.

Yelp
Best beer always! Day drinker is perfect with @mariscosamimanera michelada! Service and beer is excellent!
google avatar

Yelp
Great beers for everyone. Although I am an IPA fan I know everyone else may not be and Sklyand always has great beers for all tastes. Can't wait to be able to come in and enjoy some beers with friends and our dogs. Take out is awesome also. Highly recommend the Gaslamp IPA, Vienna Lager, and Maibock.

Yelp
Great variety of beers as well as their customer service. Perfect for a late afternoon stop!

Yelp
Friendly service and a good vibe! Food truck was delicious, and a good beer selection

Yelp
Great beer, cool vibe, live entertainment, and a bomb food truck, if you're looking for a chill spot this is it.

Yelp
AMAZING BREWERY. We have been going to skyland ever since we moved to corona in 2019 and love the staff and the owner Brad. we have had two children since we've come and it feels great that our kids can come and play and enjoy the happy, friendly atmosphere.

Bebe D.

Yelp
Great Beer, Music ,Service and it's a Fun Place Everyone is very friendly and we are looking forward to going back.
google avatar

Yelp
This locally owned craft brewery recently moved into larger quarters with mega capacity as well as a large outdoor seating area. The selection is now more than double before, with many award winning options.
google avatar

Dave B.

Yelp
What a great little hang out. We had our quarterly meeting on the patio last night and it was perfect. The beer was flowing and the staff was friendly and attentive. With two big group events happening, nobody got in each other's way. They really took good car of us. Hint- Try the Anahammer!
google avatar

Steve L.

Yelp
Had a great time at Skyland last night. Enjoyed the life music and as always great Beer! We enjoyed the food from the taco stand the food was great. Its nice to start getting back to our past normal (not a new normal). Will be back soon to enjoy more of the great Beer.
google avatar

Christopher M.

Yelp
I love number 11 beer . People are friendly and the atmosphere is fun. Octoberfest always fun.
google avatar

Brianna H.

Yelp
This place is like a hidden gem. The outdoor area is huge and shaded + misters for the heat. Sometimes there are few options BUT there's always something for everyone. Last time we were there we got the hazy ipa and tried their seltzer. Soo fresh tasting and we got a second round. There's a stage there for live music and the staff is very kind. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Jackie T.

Yelp
Nice brewery. We visited for the first time today. Friendly staff, nice variety of tasty beer, delicious food truck, family & pet friendly and live music. Wins all the way around. I look forward to coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is so much fun!! Tasty beer and seltzer choices. Love the huge patio with love music! Perfect night out with all ages. The food trucks they bring in are so good.

Yelp
Dope ass place! I came here as a pit stop on my way home from a date with my partner. This was the Number 1 place on Yelp when i was driving through the city of corona. She didn't treat me here but she should've. LoL Well I got here maybe a little less than an hour till they closed their doors. The small crowd here was very friendly with the owner/bartender. They created a lively ambiance. This was a nice atmosphere to be around. I was able to join the conversation pretty easily and it just increased the joy of drinking my beer. A nice beer + a good conversation always go great together. I tried the "Gaslamp IPA" & my lady ordered the "Honey Blonde". The were both good drinks. We were given a taster of their "Strawberry Kiss", it's a porter. This porter was easily drinkable & I could taste the strawberries clearly! I would recommend that porter to any porter lover. The restrooms were clean & without a mess. The entrance had a sanitizer dispenser, which is always a PLUS during this time & point of our lives. If your reading this review do come in and try a beer here.

Bob P.

Yelp
It was like disneyland on a Saturday night. Parents that bring their children to a brewery are clueless. Get a baby sitter. A brewery should discourage children, but I guess anything goes to get more business.
google avatar

Veronica V.

Yelp
Amazing brewery in Riverside country. Great selection of delicious beers. Thanks Christina for the great service.
google avatar

Eric E.

Yelp
Beer was mediocre. Nothing inventive at all about it, just regular brews. More concerning - 2/3 employees had neck gaiters on their necks but refused to wear them.
google avatar

Mel E.

Yelp
Wow, talk about unprofessional! My son and I went there with 30 minutes before closing, and the owner rudely barked that they were closed, couldn't we tell?? Dude, you are not the only brewery on town, and none of us will be back. What a grump!
