Worth a visit!!!! We went first thing in the morning and started with feeding the animals. This ended up being my favorite part because I just love the animals so much! We spent time with the goat in the pen by the parking lot and they were so friendly!! Did the coaster first thing and it was a highlight for the kids. Once we got up the mountain we spent time at the barns, and took in the scenery. The food was SO good and they had some unique picks! Live entertainment filled the courtyard area and the band playing was really great! We walked up the tower and let the kids play in the net in the middle. The views were awesome here and such a cool spot to spend time. This space would be awesome for a big group, or what enough for a single couple to spend some time. I highly recommend making a visit and planning to spend as many hours as you want.

Google
Staff are all super kind and helpful. $45 for one coaster ride and have a chair-lift up to the ranch! Well worth the money. You can see adorable farm animals and ride a tall swing ride that gives you a great view of the area. There's also a little playground area for kids.

Google
Our visit to SkyLand Ranch was truly memorable. The scenic chair lift ride, exhilarating mountain coaster, and petting zoo featuring miniature horses, goats, highland cows, and other animals made for an unforgettable experience. Families searching for quality time together will find SkyLand Ranch to be an ideal destination. This amusement park offers a family-friendly environment with live entertainment, food, playgrounds, and spectacular views, all complemented by a friendly and accommodating staff. Wristbands are good for 3 days! Thank you!

Google
Our family had a wonderful time at Sky Land Ranch! We did the hayride and fed the animals , the Longhorns were so fun to feed . The sky coast. , the music shows . We spent all day here and had a wonderful time!

Google
Fantastic experience! We brought a large group and everything was amazing. The Coaster was a great ride, the safari was wonderful. The animals were well taken care of and accessible. We enjoyed the entertainment...Biscuit was friendly and the Monroeville Band had our group active and engaged. We enjoyed the views from the upper farm. We cannot say enough about the food! We had the best meal of our entire trip...fantastic BBQ and the baked beans and macaroni and cheese...delicious. The brownie dessert was out of this world. Everything is homemade and Gidget from the Ranch does an amazing job. Thanks to Shane and his crew we can't wait return!!!

Google
The Coaster down the hillside was very nice. The Sky-lift took us over some amazing Lil spots ok our ride up to the ranch at the top. The ranch up top was just amazing. You could spend a lot of time entertaining small ones up there. Beautiful views from up there also.

Google
We were able to get $15 adult tickets as guests of the Five Oaks Lodge. Wristbands good for 3 days. Took the skyride up to the top, it was a beautiful view. Live music, live animals, the highland cows were adorable. Walked around the entire place and took in the views. Gift shop a bit pricey but items were nice quality, clothing, western wear etc. Cafe was nice and spacious everything was very clean. The entertainment was good. Whip display, acoustic guitar and more. Tower was cool to climb. Definitely worth it. We rode the mountain coaster last year at night, so fun!

Google
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this place. I bought the season pass without even visiting first because it's only $40. Yes, the mountain coaster and hayride are still additional, but you get the discounted rate. I started off with the hayride. I love animals, and while they were all fun to feed, the longhorns were very impressive. I never thought I could be so close to them. I rode the chairlift up. It was pleasant. At the top are some miniature animals and stables. You have your entertainment stage, cafe and restaurant, a merch shop, and a food truck. Also is a lookout tower, all with ramps so easily accessible. They have a high swing tower that had a soft opening, but they are still constructing, so I was not able to ride it yet. For now, it's included with the main ticket and not an add-on. I was ready to go back down and ride the coaster, but a heavy downpour came without warning. I jumped on the shuttle truck and decided to save the rest for the next visit.

Yelp
A good stop. + Pricing structure. General admission includes the Skyride, giant swing, lookout tower, entertainment. They do not build the coaster price in. You may however gaze upon the coaster from the skyride and see it is something that you want to do, as we did, and add it on. + Miniature horses up top. + Staff all friendly + Nice crowd, no line cutting, mayhem seeking city types. + Gorgeous views.

Yelp
I had an amazing time with my family I definitely recommend this place 10/10 The sky lyft was insane even a little scary for myself if your scared of heights I don't recommend but one of my favorite family attraction in the area

Yelp
Great entertainment! Great bluegrass music! Loved the whip cracking show! So many sights to enjoy! Loved the mountain coaster!

Yelp
Such a great place to visit. The hayride was my favorite. Was given so much info regarding the animals. Bri our tour guide was amazing!!!!! Overall a great time and educational. Will be back!

Yelp
It was super super fun! And soooo much to do. Yes it's a little pricey but worth it. We got to see a ton of animals to play with and we tried the new swing spinning machine thing and it was really fun but super fast. Jay was really great there too! And the mountain coaster was fun and way faster than I expected.
google avatar

Bjana C.

Yelp
We had a blast on the mountain coaster! You're able to control the speed and stop if need too! It's super smooth!

Yelp
The SkyLand Ranch was a nice place. 3 adults and two children under 3 went. We enjoyed the SkyRide lift; and the kids both enjoyed petting the cow and taking pictures with the cow. My expectations were really high for this place of business; and I came back extremely disappointed. We had pictures done with the cow and my husband's Great Uncle's face was really dark in the picture. It didn't turn out well at all. So that money was basically wasted. The photographer should have noticed right away and asked if we could take his hat off or push it up higher to see his face clearer. I expected to have some kind of petting place for kids, but all I saw were animals in cages with water spraying on them and water to drink and that's it. No one was there tending to them. Then we went to the playground area for kids, and because it was a hot day, the kids couldn't really go down on the slides because it was really hot. My kids were too young to go on any other rides and they didn't really want to walk around anywhere. All in all, I most definitely would not come back here.

Nyla H.

Yelp
First of all, there are no miniature animals. They are ordinary Shetland ponies and potbelly pigs and a small breed of highland cow that was suffering in the heat. The petting zoo was closed which is what my granddaughter most wanted to do. There is music up top and a good view but nothing else except a shop. The coaster was okay but Definitely not worth the money

Yelp
Just a review for the Wild Stallion coaster: It's not the longest or tallest Mountain Coaster ride in the region, but we did see live horses and goats while on this one. The ride's a decent length and you can get some good speed on this one. Also nice, you can ride this ala carte, without going up the chairlift or to the larger SkyLand Ranch complex - something that Anakeesta, to draw a comparison to a similar attraction, is not set up for.

Yelp
The best value attraction in the Smokies! It's incredibly fun at a great price. We love that you can go for 3 straight days.

Abby G.

Yelp
Amazing!! Love jay everything was clean and ready especially the food. Super yummy. We also road the sky lift and looked at the mountains.

Jeff S.

Yelp
Great place for kids to see and pet some animals as well as enjoy the chairlift ride up and down. The mountain coaster ride was fun too! Pretty good (if a little basic) food at the top too. Some live music and nice views from the top of the ridge.

Lindsay S.

Yelp
Really pretty area and kind staff. If we came back, I'd purchase the full package. My kids (1.5 and 3.5) absolutely loved seeing the animals so close. And the climbing gym was a big hit for my 3.5 year old along with the gemstone sifting station. I gave only 4 stars because I thought it was a little too expensive. But that's kind of expected I supposed for the area
google avatar

Yelp
Like it so much, we purchased year round passes. That's when it becomes cost effective. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Highly manufactured experience that seems like false advertising . It's advertised as an amusement park but....it's ..not. Here's my impression : some developer bought some hilly land and threw some poor animals up on said hill , laid some FAKE grass down and put up a store full of overpriced and low quality China produced goods and added some food trucks . This developer then expects you - the consumer - to pay to get up the hill either by chair lift or shuttle so that you can then buy their China products and highly processed , fast food . They say they have entertainment shows but we are literally sitting here now at 11:45 for an 11am "western show" that has yet to occur . Oh and none of the employees know why the 11am show hasn't happened . They say there's supposed to be live music . Nothing . The employees don't seem to be able to answer basic questions nor do they seem to enjoy being here. Also , the barn is closed and the few animals they have look depressed . They have the poor animals on fake grass and black tarps . Down by the mountain coaster loading area they have them on dirt/rocks with no shade and barely any grass. They do have a "mountain coaster." If you've never ridden one , basically riders sit in a cart, similar to a bobsled, that is attached to a fixed track. Mountain coasters use the natural elevation of the area and gravity to transport riders down the mountain. The mountain coaster was the only thing that was entertaining for our group . Buying a ticket up the hill does not get you access to the mountain coaster . It was an additional cost to ride it . They do take a photo of you mid ride on the mountain coaster but don't think of pulling your phone out to snap a pic of the proof in the gift shop . I noticed they had someone standing by the photos shaming anyone that had a cell phone out lol . I could not figure out the value in the price of admission because there does not seem to be anything to do once on the hill other than eat & shop . Make it make sense . The business seemed new so perhaps they will improve the experience . However , they should lower the admission price while they work out the kinks.

Yelp
A fun afternoon! We rode the coaster and the skylift and then spent much of the afternoon up top. We enjoyed the bakery, the mercantile, and most of all, the music by Monroeville and the whip show by James Whipper. This coaster is much better than others we have tried. Many twists and turns and some good, long rides between the climbs. The views are amazing and the animals are fun.

Yelp
I think... I don't understand this place. Inevitably, it would seem this spot is not for me. It is billed as a theme park - there is a chairlift (fun!) that takes you up to the ranch. There are sitting and picnic areas, a couple of miniature horse pens, a snack shop, a gift shop, and a skywalk of sorts that leads to views across the Sevierville region. They were definitely still expanding the area. I could see the construction vehicles clearing new areas and the mock food trucks were still in development. The sitting and picnic areas occasionally brought out some live entertainment (lassos, singing, whips, etc). There were some outdoor games, firepits, and rocking chairs. But what is value for the price of admission? The views? A place to sit? Maybe if there were more animals? It's strange because it's really in the middle of a resort/tourist town. You can head over to the Island of Pigeon Forge (no admittance cost) or spend $$$ at Dollywood. I don't understand it's identity here. If it were in the middle of nowhere, it would succeed (right?), but there plenty of other places to sit and spend $ at a gift store. I think Anakeesta is one other place that sort of competes in their space. I've never been to Anakeesta, but it seems like their angle is more gardens and stuff like that. I know the passes are multi-day, but I can't spend all that time here - I have the rest of this tourist town to visit! The staff, as others have mentioned, are all very nice though. The mountain coaster - one of the newest in the area - is pretty fun though! However, you don't need to access the ranch to ride.
google avatar

Denese W.

Yelp
The best thing about this place is the skylift up to the ranch and back down! Also the mountain coaster was a blast! That's it! I don't necessarily consider this a ranch per se. There were about 3 mini horses, a few sleeping bunnies, a drooling snotty nosed cow and blazing sun! We did enjoy the overlook to see the mountains. It's not worth the price.
google avatar

Kayden D.

Yelp
Can't speak for anything other than the basic admission ticket, I can tell you though that it sucked. You get to the top of the mountain on the ski lift, only to see maybe 15 total animals which were lame and only city folk or a toddler may find interesting. Other than that, you can waste money in their food trucks or stores where you can get "SkyLand" themed merchandise and random other Chinese junk items. Many of the things the park had were not in order, which is a big deal considering it's peak season and there's already so little to do here. If you're coming here with your large family; bring the youngest kids. Otherwise, it's not fun for anyone else.
google avatar

Savanna T.

Yelp
We purchased general admission plus Wild Stallion coaster tickets. I'm giving three stars because the staff was friendly and the lift was nice. We have a 5 year old and thought she'd like to see the animals and that we would have a few hours of things to do. It was a HOT day, and the animals didn't want to approach us, so that was a dud. We went when they opened, so no food trucks were available. We were probably there for 45 minutes ($115 later). (I believe this is more of a night life kind of situation. Bands, beer, etc). For the price, I would say to skip out on the ranch and just go with Wild Stallion (à la carte ). Even then- there are other coasters in the area that are much better priced, and have longer (and faster) rides. I'll admit that even a local told us that this is a waste of money. Good luck on your trip!
google avatar

June T.

Yelp
Well we went last year there was more animals and more things to do .This year you have to pay to see the cow and get a photo.Nothing to pet anymore. It seems to all be about a buck now

Everlee E.

Yelp
Overpriced . 02/26/25 Cannot actually pet any animals all you can is look at them. Staff didn't really say anything about the animals they were talking to themselves. Coaster was closed and nothing really to do for 30.00 per person. I would not recommend coming here in the off season. Let down and waste of money.
google avatar

Trenton S.

Yelp
We did the Festival of Lights and their mountain coaster. The mountain coaster was very fun! I would say it's our second favorite (maybe tied for first) mountain coaster in the area. It really lacked any holiday light for the Festival of Lights. It was very underwhelming, I think we were done with all activities in about an hour. Very small compared to anakeesta or Gatlinburg skylift park. It is their first year so hopefully they add to it and make it bigger. They also have cinnamon bread, it's no Dollywood cinnamon bread but it was decent.
google avatar

Lindsay W.

Yelp
Sharon at the ticket office is super nice and accommodating. Excellent customer service. It's a really cute and peaceful place. The kids liked it a lot. The staff members that did the Safari ride were very very, very nice.

Lori L.

Yelp
Beautiful clean friendly fun great views great drink and food options loved everything about it
google avatar

J V.

Yelp
The ranch has a ton of activities and is affordable compared to other attractions . Tourists can ride a mountain roller coaster, where the driver can control the speed and is extra exciting at night. Parents can ride with little ones , and the coaster is a great intro to roller coasters. The air tram offers beautiful views, and goes quite a slow place so you can take in all the sites from the sky. There is also a farm with animals where you can explore and visit.
google avatar

Yelp
This place should be ashamed of themselves. We bought the Groupon for our family vacation months ago with the idea that it was a fun outing in a ranch style setting for our family to enjoy, with animal interactions and a fun interactive kids area. We purchased the mountain coaster on arrival (an extra $60 for our family on top of the entry to the ranch that was already $50). What we came into was pathetic. We were told the coaster was 10 mins long, it was 5, and it brakes you automatically when you try to go. The ranch itself was awful, the poor animals were housed on fake grass and they shied away from any humans that didn't have food, mind you, you weren't allowed to feed any animals, so it was like walking through an animal shelter. The miniature horses were cribbing on the fake grass out of boredom. It was 45 degrees out the day we went and bunnies were near freezing outside and the highland cow was drinking its own urine. There were some goats huddling for warmth on a cliff side. The TikTok we saw boasted a fake cow the kids could milk, but the teats had been ripped off. The giant peg game wasn't there. There was corn hole and Jenga with ripped bean bags and warped wood. We literally paid $110 to take our kids to a pathetic play structure (I've seen better public parks) and a coaster that cost as much as an extra day at Dollywood. Don't waste your money here! What an absolute rip off.
google avatar

Kushal D.

Yelp
Five stars for the alpine coaster! But you really don't need to go to the ranch unless you want to ride a ski lift for fun or pet some animals. The ranch portion is cool, but considering how everything up there is extra $$ you really don't need to go unless you're looking for a place to chill and drink/eat. Overall I'd yes go for the coaster but skip the ranch
google avatar

Shalaunte W.

Yelp
We tried the Mountain Alpine coaster and it did not disappoint. We tried it at night to add to the adrenaline rush . This ride is a dune buggy attraction feel. You get seated and learn your gears and you are your own individual adventure. You hear all frightening thoughts and feel the rush of anxiety in your mind . It's great lol. The cost is $25 and the ride is longer than expected. They also had alot of coasters going which made wait time quick. At the end you can go and purchase your pictures that they took on your ride or buy candies and snacks . Staff was professional and parking was close. If you are in the area give it a try . You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Brande Y.

Yelp
Loved the roller coaster. It had a beautiful view once reaching the top and great speed. It is a very packed place and will have to wait. I believe it's a 6-9 minute ride. You can do a package for the general admission, roller coaster and hay ride to feed the animals they have there for $55 which is pretty great since 1 ride is $19 and 2 rides is $27-$28. The tallest coaster ride in pigeon forge.
google avatar

Karen N.

Yelp
Love the skylit and the animals BUT the music is tops!!! Monroecity hits it hard and there is not a better banjo picker in the Smokies than Biscuit( Dixie Stampede lost a gem- a definite gain for SLR!!!
google avatar

Tara M.

Yelp
My kids had a blast here and so did I! We arrived late morning and didn't have to wait in line for anything. The workers were very friendly and we felt like everything was safe and clean. The coaster and sky lift were both fun. The highlight for us was the animal safari. Our guide was so friendly and my daughter loved feeding the animals. If you have animal lovers in your group, I can't recommend that enough, and you'll definitely want to buy a bucket of feed.
google avatar

Lindsay K.

Yelp
This was a really cool place. There are so many animals to see both up top and on the safari adventure. The animals seemed to be well taken care of. We asked the employees some questions about them and they explained what their day looks like and what the animals eat. They really care about the animals. The bakery was very cute and the food trucks up top had tasty food. I got a carrot cupcake, chocolate torte, chai tea, bbq nachos and a chicken tender meal. Everything was delicious just expect to pay like you would at dolly wood or other park. They also have a shuttle to get to the top if you don't want to take the lift up.

Payton P.

Yelp
Update: it appears they had second thoughts and refunded entire amount. This is of course appreciated, but doesn't change that this was not a great experience. Changed to two stars. We had tickets for the mystery theater dinner and it was cancelled with no warning to us. . We only received half the cost back as they charged us "general admission". This made us feel as we were trapped into admission. This place is poorly run and appears destined for failure.

Darek W.

Yelp
This place defines what it means to be a tourist trap. All you pay for is the ski lift ride up. They've got a couple of bunnies, mini horses, sheep, and a fluffy cow you can pet. Mind you, being able to pet the fluffy cow requires you to pay an additional $25 since that's the "main attraction". You get some professional photos out of it though. Don't try to pet their mini horse 'Maverick' because he'll try to bite your fingers off. The staff didn't warn us and got pure joy out of watching my girlfriend almost lose a finger.

Terrie P.

Yelp
We took the grandkids the weekend after new years and there were people everywhere! I've never seen so many. However skyland was very quick and we didn't have to wait forever. The mountain coaster was so much fun and at the top you could see forever!

Khoi P.

Yelp
They really need to do something about that coaster line. They told us that the wait was an hour. It took a solid 3 hours and the ride was about 2 min long. They are not very transparent. I usually don't leave reviews but I wish I could get some of my life back. I bought the admission as well but didn't even get to use it.

Ely K.

Yelp
I was honestly disappointed. This was advertised to be much bigger and engaging in terms of attractions than what was here. There were 3 small pens of animals that seemed uninterested and the two ponies were munching on fake grass. There was a mini cow you could pay $25 to take a picture with. A lot of the animals were put away in their pens 2hours prior to the attraction closing and all of the vendors at the top were also closed. The light show was below par, you can see more lights driving through the streets of Sevierville. The mountain coaster was good, but you can get a similar experience around town for cheaper. Really feel frustrated that we wasted our money and did not get the experience we felt was advertised.
google avatar

Shelby K.

Yelp
We accidentally found Skyland Ranch when we were offered a promotional for the chairlift. W We have 3 boys (7,5, and 10 months) and they all loved it. We rode the chairlift to the top, and got to watch a whip demonstration that my middle cowboy loved! They loved seeing the horses, cows and pigs, too! Our two oldest got to ride the mountain coaster and loved it! We will definitely come back next visit!

Shea L.

Yelp
Nice experience, especially for families. The hay ride is short. The animals are NOT shy and they don't mind being fed or touched. Amanda was a great tour host and she's very knowledgeable about the animals.
google avatar

Beth H.

Yelp
Everyone was super nice! No line or wait, we went around 8p.m. The guys running the coaster were kind and funny. We had a blast on the coaster! We didn't get to take advantage of everything else there was to offer due to time!
google avatar

K H.

Yelp
This place was so much fun! We enjoyed the safari ride to feed the animals. Played corn hole by the fire pit while drinking hot chocolate from the cafe. It was a nice getaway from the crowds in downtown. Extremely family friendly!
google avatar

Sosun K.

Yelp
This place is such a cool find if your tourist! they have such a great Mountain View and a supper fun kart coaster! The ticket purchase process was supper quick and fun. They also have animals at the top of the mountain and I believe they do petting experiences too. They have the coolest walkway ramp to take in the view. They have a a cute store with merchandise and a really good bakery / food selection.
google avatar

Joshua H.

Yelp
Beautiful attraction very fun and inviting! Only complaint is the Buck'n BBQ food truck, my wife ordered a pulled pork sandwich without slaw, the lady confirmed and told the guy preparing it who replied, "well I'll just put extra slaw on it" whether to be funny or not it was definitely not necessary. When she got her food her sandwich was like warm at best and minimal meat, a huge disappointment for a $20 sandwich with fries... my food from the Chuckwagon was great. All in all, it's a neat place. Would come back but will avoid the Buck'n bbq!

Veronica P.

Yelp
Love it, love the farm style, coffee is great. The view is beautiful it's a must. Everyone is so friendly.
google avatar

Deb H.

Yelp
Very clean, friendly staff, and well planned destination. Very family friendly. We were there on a Thursday night during spring break so the weight was very short to get on the roller coaster. We got there too late to get on the chairlift. Lovely fire pit and picnic spot. Highly recommend.
google avatar

My L.

Yelp
Oh Diesel, I love Diesel, the miniature cow. Their mountain coaster here is a must try, super fun and fast! The chair lift takes you very high up in the mountain where you get to see Diesel. They have a very cute gift shop stores with a lot of cute merchandise. There was miniature horses and other animal as well. You would love and enjoy the view of Pigeon Forge. There were also rocking chairs and live music to enjoy with a little food hall area.

Janie O.

Yelp
Great live music, dancing and family friendly environment. Scenic overlook was nice.

Amy B.

Yelp
Very nice facility and has potential to be great. There are very few animals and you can't pet them. Food was good. Just not much to do for the price.
