12 Top-Notch Rooftop Bars in Phoenix | Eater Phoenix

"Sitting 18 floors above downtown Tempe, aptly named Skysill in the Westin Tempe is the Valley’s tallest rooftop bar and restaurant, offering spectacular views in every direction. There’s a shaded bar as well as a sparkling pool (buy a day pass or rent a cabana to use it), but for watching the planes glide into Sky Harbor or catching a vivid Arizona sunset, grab a seat along the restaurant’s glass-protected perimeter and relax over craft cocktails, local beer, or even mulled wine, should the night be chilly. The all-day menu includes lobster corn dogs, fried chicken sliders, stone fruit salad, and, for a splurge, roasted branzino with brown butter plum sauce." - Nikki Buchanan

The view is truly breathtaking, good music, but poor organization, you have to go to the bar to order what you want, the waiters are there, but they sit comfortably at the bar, they only come to bring the orders. few tables and placed a bit randomly, many sofas that face the pool and not the view. Too bad, because a better service would have led to a much higher rating.

Google
Great location. Staff at skysill is less than satisfactory. I would have fired them all. Guy from corporate showed up undercover and they put on their smiling faces for a minute. He left, they went back to discount employees. Music was hype elevator music, food was better at Filibertos. Mind you, this has nothing to do with staff/food in the actual restaurant. They were all on point and restaurant downstairs was absolutely 💯 along with staff.

Google
The food was absolutely disgusting. The drinks were not good as well, and served in plastic cups. I think it was a complete waste of money and should’ve went to another rooftop bar, or to Chili’s or Applebees even. I never write reviews, but honestly I’m upset I wasted money here.

Massive view from here Air-lee super nice bartender, knows how to pour any drink you want, tequila specialist. Westin knows how to treat their guests Perfect birthday, thanks!

Great view and quick service at the bar. DJ Thursday night, great jams. So far my favorite rooftop bar! Will visit again.

Skysill Rooftop Lounge is such a vibe! The views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and the entire space feels chic but relaxed. The cocktails were delicious and thoughtfully made, with just the right balance of flavor and presentation. The service was excellent too, everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Whether you're there for a date night or just to unwind with friends, the ambiance is perfect. Definitely one of my new favorite rooftop spots in the city!

Google
I was there on a Friday night...it had a nice crowd but not too crowded...the food, the ambiance, and the 1st cocktail I had was amazing! 2nd cocktail not too good..I threw it away The service....terrible...from the managers down. Rude...no smiles at all ...like none of the employees wanted to be there! If you want really great food and the amazing views go give them a try, maybe they all just had a bad evening 😉

Amazing views of Tempe and Phoenix. Very nice pool and big screen TV. Drinks are $$$.

Yelp
This is located at the top of the Westin in downtown Tempe. We were able to find street parking. The hotel is very pretty. The service and view were perfect. Zia made the experience so fun. The seating is dirty, not cleaned, lots of torn furniture and little crickets and bugs at night. The pizza was generic and bland but the wagu sliders were so good! They also have a great mocktail list with a beautiful sunset view.

Yelp
My friend and I were staying at the Westin Tempe for Innings Festival and during my stay here, I had received coupons for 2 margaritas or 2 mocktails that I could use at either Terra Restaurant on the 1st floor or here at the Skysill rooftop Lounge. My friend and I decided to come up here just to check out the pool and hang out while having a couple of margaritas but our experience here was just meh. When we first came in and walked up to the bar, the bartended had a very douchy attitude toward us after seeing that we were trying to redeem our coupon. He still made the margarita, but he was acting as if he didn't want to serve us. Plus point: the margarita was good and smooth. While we were chilling, another staff member (I guess the server in the seating area of the lounge) kept checking on all the guests if they needed anything else. This dude was great; not a douchy bone in him at all. During this time, I decided to head down to my room to take a shower so I could be ready to head out to the festival. When I'd come back up, my friend had ordered more margaritas for the both of us and some nachos. He then proceeded to tell me how the douchy bartender was pretty much ignoring him while he was trying to get more margaritas and even at one point refusing to make him two margaritas since I wasn't there. Long story short, he still got the margaritas made but the whole douchy attitude was not necessary. Anyway, when we were ready to close the tab, the douchy bartender was too busy talking to a couple that was in front of us (we were right behind them) and then a long line started to form behind us because the douchy bartender was too busy talking instead of doing his job. It took so long that the people behind us actually started complaining before the line would finally move. Nice setup, super crappy bartender, mediocre food. Meh

Yelp
Perfect spot to grab a quick drink for date night or with a friend! Highly recommend making a reservation around sunset! The most beautiful views of downtown Tempe. Food is average so I'd stick to drinks and enjoy the view. Pictured are drinks that were a part of their holiday menu.
google avatar

Grace K.

Yelp
It was a chill event. A decent place to be at. Poop super small , bar is small. A nice view on the roof top. Drinks were meh but that's expected it is on top of the hotel.
google avatar

Yelp
Fun rooftop bar for Sunday funday or watching games. They have many TVs around the rooftop. Their cocktails are a tad pricey, but very tasty.
google avatar

Yelp
Let's talk about how beautiful the sunset is from this point of view. Our waitress Alyssa was handling the whole floor on her own & did a fantastic job at it despite them being short staffed! Love her energy & hospitality !!

Yelp
This place is located at the top of the DT Tempe Westin. Just walk in, go right, past the gift shop and take the elevator to the rooftop, don't need to check in with staff or anything. I thought I had already reviewed this spot but I must have kept forgetting. So, I really think an accurate rating sits at 3.5. But I lean towards 4 because I give this place 5 stars just for the view alone!! It's all ambiance here. This is a hotel bar and I've noticed it's mostly hotel guests up there (based on chatting with people) which makes sense but it's also a nice spot for locals to check out, we are local and go here every once in a while. We recently stopped by on May 4th for Star Wars themed cocktails. The drinks were cute for sure, but weak and not worth $18. I'm still glad I went. I've been up there a number of times and caught some beautiful sunsets. I have never tried to order food so I can't speak to that. However like I said, their cocktails tend to look better than they taste, given the price tag of $18. Final verdict, for sure go here and enjoy the beautiful view/sunset with a cocktail and then be done with it. It's not a place I would hang out for hours. Then I move onto another place in DT Tempe. Sometimes they have a DJ and it's a fun vibe. To the point of some other reviews- yes, the service is slow and drinks are just okay. But that view tho....

Yelp
Had a great Sunday funday with friends at this location. We stopped in for drinks and to catch the views. I had a few margaritas and thought they were pretty tasty. I would definitely come back but maybe once the weather is done cooling off. It was fairly warm but they had plenty of shaded areas.
google avatar

Cesar M.

Yelp
Just for the drinks ... food was mid & waiter was slow ‍. So I recommend you just go for drinks and the views realistically
google avatar

Yelp
Ambiance was amazing. Service was okay, but required a lot of effort. Managers were not helpful.
google avatar

Yelp
Obviously the views are great. No matter where you sit, you'll have a nice view of part of the Valley. But like others have stated, the service level is pretty awful. We were initially sitting at high tops in the bar area and never got waited on. We moved to the bar itself and still waited for a good while before the bartender came by. And unfortunately the pours are awful. My wife's marg cost $14 and had maybe an ounce of tequila. Based on our visit, the best strategy is to go there and enjoy the view in the seating area and leave when someone finally asks what you'd like!

Geoffrey K.

Yelp
Lovely view. Otherwise a very ordinary bar. Lots of activity around the adjacent swimming pool. Music was awful; intrusive, disrespectful, and nasty.
google avatar

Alexandria D.

Yelp
Food was bomb. Drink were good but overpriced. Atmosphere amazing (come for sunset). When we came there was an event going on that has amazing music. Service is truly lack luster and the bartenders are overwhelmed. If you are in a rush for drinks, don't bother. Just come for the vibes to be honest.

Yelp
Nice view of downtown Tempe and beyond at this rooftop lounge. The space definitely needed a touch up and cleaning, there were several broken cement tiles on the ground; paper wrappers and trash were on the ground. Ordered the Razzle Dazzle cocktail, drink was good and not overly sweet. Bartender was friendly and welcoming.
google avatar

Randall K.

Yelp
Food was very good, drinks are like everywhere, expensive but decent. Awesome views of the sunset and city though. You usually expect pretty slow service at these types of bars but service was pretty swift actually so a nice surprise
google avatar

Mike K.

Yelp
Terrible service. Put the wrong order in. The $18 "smoked" turkey sandwich is packaged turkey from the grocery store on over cooked sourdough that cuts your gums. The Buffalo chicken pizza was ice cold. Epitome of hotel food. The views and ambiance are the best part about it. The pool is right there which is kind of weird, you don't need a key card to enter. Place needs a lot of work, go for a drink or two, but stay far away from the food.
google avatar

Chelia S.

Yelp
I just dropped in for apps and a drink. It was close to Halloween so they were featuring a movie on the rooftop as well. The food was decent. The drink was flavorful, but not enough kick. Service was super slow. However, the view was lovely so it balanced out while I waited. I would return to try another app & drink in exchange for the lovely cityscape view.

Aly D.

Yelp
Truly one of the worst bar experiences I've ever had.. went here from social media recs. Def all hype on instagram and TikTok. When you get up to the rooftop it's also the pool so you either need to use your key to open the gate or wait for someone to let you in. We ordered our first round of drinks, the Tempe Margarita - 4/10 and then ordered our food. I wanted another round of drinks and my husband wanted just a basic soda. Waited forever for the bartenders to even come our way and when they did blatantly ignored us. We finally got our food which was freezing cold and ridiculously spicy. I ate because I was starving and was hoping the bartender would at least acknowledge us following the delivery of our food. Still nothing - after my husband had to get his attention he rolled his eyes and laughed. I ended up with a flat Diet Coke and again no water that I asked several times for. The couple next to us was ordering two drinks at a time since they also figured they wouldn't be able to get his attention. Skip this place, overpriced, over hyped, and over all bad attitude. We had to go to another hotel bar down the way if we wanted drinks which is super disappointing.

Yelp
My flight back home from Phoenix was cancelled so I had an extra day to explore the Phoenix area and decided to take a trip to Tempe. The skysill rooftop lounge was a top suggestion when looking up cool spots to check out in Tempe and for good reason! The views from the rooftop of Tempe are absolutely breathtaking. We had considered taking a hike earlier that day but honestly got too lazy with the heat but this view definitely made up for it and we're sure we would've gotten the same views from our hike! They had good drinks and a lot of seating options! Definitely recommend if you are in the Phoenix/ Tempe Area!

Yelp
Beautiful views!! Boyfriend & I decided to check this spot out on a Friday evening. The bar was giving "we in Miami", but wasn't super busy if you know what I mean. The bartender made me a good mezcal Paloma. It's a self seating type of bar, so we waited for a table to free up to watch the Suns game. We order some spinach dip & it took a while for it to come out. The bartender saved the night by comping some beer/wine for the long wait. Overall, the vibe was bomb. The auto DJ was crankin. I would def come back for the sunset views for sure!

Yelp
Recently stopped in for happy hour at this bar located at the Westin Tempe. We arrived on a Friday around 4:30 .. when you get up to the 18th floor you're greeted by a locked door into the bar & pool area. The bartender has to leave the bar to walk over and open the door. You would think they should be able to buzz you in, especially considering she was the only person working the bar. When we were leaving there was an employee at the gate checking Id's. A lot of the signature drinks are made with ginger beer & they were out of it. They also didn't have Jack Daniels, Baileys, kahlua or coffee. It was a chilly evening .. perfect for a boozy coffee drink. The bartender made several recommendations and we both found something we liked. You can't order food until 5pm.. we ordered the nachos, hummus and ahi tacos .. all of the food was good. Plenty of food to share. The ahi tacos were delicious, but it's still bar food. The views are amazing .. the sunset did not disappoint that evening. They have heaters for the lounge chair seating areas. You're shielded from the wind in the lounge chairs by glass partitions. They have lots of seating options for different group sizes, including around the pool area. The pool light changes color Take your valet ticket and receipt to the counter on the first floor and they will stamp it for you. I'd definitely try this bar again.. even if it's just to watch the sunset.

Yelp
Fun place to catch sunset and enjoy craft cocktails and food. Beautiful views and large screens all around. Bartenders create craft cocktails using local ingredients and offerings.

Yelp
Lovely new rooftop bar in Tempe. Sunsets are picturesque and vibe is inviting Drinks were yummy (had prickly pear beer) and the food was okay. M Went twice in one week!

Yelp
I will start off by saying what a disappointment this place was. The hotel looks beautiful as you walk through, but what a disaster when you get to the rooftop. The place was packed and there was only 1 server, the poor girl was running around in every direction. No one came to serve our table or give us a menu. We stood at the bar for 15 minutes just waiting to get someone's attention. There were soo many tourists, it wasn't enjoyable if you were a local. We had people pushing past us to take photos of the sunset, I had girls next to me kicking my chair. What a crappy experience on my birthday to say the least. Words of advice, get your act together and get more staff. You shouldn't open a bar/restaurant if you can't keep up when it starts to get busy. We had 1 drink and left. The views are gorgeous, but there are plenty other rooftop bars with much better service and less rude guests.

Anna T.

Yelp
I celebrated my birthday with my husband here and everything was wonderful! The view, weather, servers, hostess, bartender and the food were fantastic! We had the Jalapeño hummus, caprese salad, vegetable lasagne, and the branzino. The chef did a great job! Thank you all for a wonderful time, I felt very special.

Yelp
This review is for Skysill Chalet at The Westin Tempe. Food: mediocre. Service: the staff tried hard but were set up to fail. Ambiance: loud, not at all private, seating is not overlooking the city, the crackling fireplace is a station on a television. Cost: ridicules. In my opinion management to trying to make extra bucks with a storage room.
google avatar

Javier E.

Yelp
Unbelievable. Food was decent but not the best for the price. I nearly spent $200 and not once did I have a server and when I asked for service.. all they brought me was limes.. no one checked on us, which was rude considering the amount of orders. My table was over $400+... The only good service I had was from the hired DJ. Thanks but I won't be back. I gave it two stars for the views and the DJ

Yelp
Yesterday I had a reservation at 7:15pm and when I arrived there was no staff around. I finally managed to enter the eating area and sat myself down at a random table because there was no clear indication on where to go. I waited for someone to offer me a menu or even acknowledge my existence but no one did. I sat there for about 2 hours. I eventually left because I got way too hungry to wait some more. 0/10 recommend!
google avatar

Ashley R.

Yelp
Great bar but really only open to hotel guests. Drinks and food were wonderful! Beautiful views of the skyline and sunset.
google avatar

Yelp
If you want your food or drinks in a reasonable time, this place is not for you. Probably the worst service I've gotten anywhere. Came to this place for an early dinner with high hopes. We tried to grab the attention of two workers who kept telling us to wait for the bartender to take our order. Waited 30 minutes for the bartender. She shows up and ignores us the whole time... serves other people before us. There was only 2 other couples there, we were the first arrived but last served. She didn't even take our order, someone else did. Everyone was just standing around talking while we went through this for hours. We got a menu and waited another 40 minutes before we got our order. Waited again for our food. After eating we had to ask 3 times for our check. The food was good, but not for the price and service. The view was pretty, but definitely not worth it.

Yelp
Such a vibe! I've been to Skysill multiple times and they always attract a great crowd. Unlike other hotel rooftops that can get out of hand (W Scottsdale comes to mind), Skysill is more serene and sophisticated. The views of downtown Tempe from up here are spectacular. Being so close to Sky Harbor Airport, it is cool to see all the planes arriving and departing. It adds to the traveler vibe of Skysill. While you probably aren't coming here for the food, I would recommend not eating here. The food is overpriced for what you get and the quality is lacking. I tried the BBQ rib sliders on my most recent visit and was underwhelmed by the three small sliders that were presented for $18. I also tried the new BBQ that they offer on Saturday afternoons and was unimpressed (although the griller was a great guy!). You'd do better to dine before or after coming here. The cocktails are good. I think they could use to expand their draft beer options (only a hazy IPA on draft? Fail). I also don't like how the only wines they offer are canned versions. I understand not being able to have real glasses near the pool, but at least expand the choices of canned wine or even some bottles that could be poured into a different container. As of now, I mostly opt for the Tower Station IPA. Service is spotty but well-intentioned. They seem to rotate through employees quite often which is understandable these days, but everyone tries their best. At night, the bar area can get crowded so they recently removed some of the chairs that were at the bartop. I wish they hadn't done that as before it really made the bar a place where you wanted to stay even longer. They do have one large screen TV on the rooftop. In my opinion, they make some odd choices with what they broadcast. Recently, it was desert images that kept passing through. On that note, make sure and snap a photo next to the giant mural near the pool. It's cool. For being a hotel bar, Skysill is unlike others that I have been to. It manages to tap into Tempe's youthful energy and the dynamism of the ever-growing Valley. You could be anyone or anywhere up here.

Yelp
service was great, food was good but they didn't have many options to eat which is fine, but overall pretty yummy just a little pricy which is fair !

Yelp
Great choice for drinks and views, snack size food portions to pair with cold drinks. Two friends and I came here this evening for a belated birthday celebration for myself. Overall we had a great experience! I'll break this down in to a few categories. Parking: Parking wasn't great but we found a lot across the street that was about $3.50/hour using the ParkMobile app. Establishment: When you walk inside you can immediately tell it's a higher end hotel and the ambiance from the lobby restaurant was nice. Was immediately greeted and directed by a front desk staff member. The rooftop itself has a couple TVs, great music, pool, hot tub, bar and plenty of seating. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness, amenities and decor. Drinks: Beer was cold and my Malibu Coke was perfectly mixed. $8 for a tap beer and $10 for the Malibu coke. Food: Short rib sliders were delicious but lacked a side dish. For $18 3 little sliders left me hungry for more but my taste buds very happy. Carne Asada flatbread was good but was also a fairly small portion for $16. The food was served in to go containers which I found odd but I'm sure there's a good reason behind it I'm unaware of. Service: We had a main server but also another gal who kept checking on us. They were persistent and made sure we always had something to drink and water to pair with our alcohol. There was an error in the computer where our food wasn't sent to the kitchen right away but she was very clear about the mistake and because she made us aware and apologized I won't dock stars for the longer wait. Amenities: There are misters, umbrellas and shaded areas to help with the heat along with a pool. The bathrooms were clean. View: This was by far the best part. A panoramic view of downtown Tempe during sunset is absolutely stunning. There's plenty of places for great Instagram photos or Snapchat stories to share with friends. Overall I give Skysill a 4/5 because of the good view, decent food, good amenities and the unique vibe you get when hanging out there. Thanks for a good night I'll be back!

Yelp
Skysill = super cool, could use a few tweaks to make it amazing. It's apparent that there could be some staffing issues, which is completely understandable. I came up to the rooftop soon after The Westin opened. Absolutely fabulous time, drinks, and service during then. At that time, there was separation between the pool deck (reserved for hotel guests only) and the other space. Plenty of space though for all! I like the variety of seating and views at Skysill. During the "cooler" months, they'll pull out space heaters if you ask. Recently I met friends upstairs and it was apparent there was some miscommunication between sales staff and Skysill staff, leaving them 1-2 people short upstairs. I believe during busier nights, they'll pull help up from the downstairs restaurant, which, if you are aware of groups in advance (you can make reservations for space), shouldn't be a thing. But during my recent stay it was a bit of an issue. Skysill a little pricey. Both food and drinks are great though. Granted it's a hotel bar, but in all fairness, it's surrounded by ASU/Tempe and college bars whose prices are cheaper. And if they want to pull locals upstairs to offset tourism season, it wouldn't hurt to set up some happy hour prices, even if just for an hour! This is probably the one place in all of Tempe that doesn't have a happy hour, including fancy places as well.

Yelp
This was one of the worst food and beverage experiences of my entire life. Literally. Just everything about it is awful. From the moment I walked in. There is no hostess or greeter of any kind. I walked over to the bar where I was confronted by no less than 4 employees lounging against the bar, none of whom greeted me. I walked over to what appeared to be an empty seat. I asked if it was taken. It was. I walked over to the four employees who all studiously ignored me. I wandered out to the area with couches and sat down and was completely ignored for 20 minutes despite the fact that it wasn't busy. Finally, a server approached us and took our order. The drinks were $15 and terrible and appeared to have no alcohol whatsoever. The menu is extremely limited, basically bar snacks. We ordered Ahi tacos and Short Rib Sliders, both of which were $18. They were served in a tiny cardboard box with no garnish or side. My companion said the ahi tacos were ok. My short rib sliders were dreadful. Three tiny hard disks with a less than an ounce of meat, no sauce and the slider buns tasted like they had been microwaved and dried out. Really sad. It was like something you would get at a happy hour for free. Out total bill for 2 watery drinks and 2 tiny little snacks was $71. I can't believe a Marriott property would serve food like this. In addition to the terrible food and drinks and service, I really have to comment on the ambience. This is an absolutely gorgeous space. 18th floor rooftop, spectacular views etc. They have absolutely destroyed it by putting a giant TV at one end of the patio that is a) super bright and b) super loud. It's so bright that you literally can't see any of the gorgeous view and the deafening volume makes it the opposite of relaxing. MARRIOT, why in god's name would you take this beautiful space and destroy it with this stupid big screen TV and turn it into a lame, expensive sports bar? Why would you serve this disgraceful food? And why would you staff it with employees who are openly contemptuous of the customers? Unfortunately, I can see by the reviews that our experience was more typical than unique. That's tragic. I've stayed at and patronized Marriott properties all over the world. This is literally the worst run Marriott operation I've ever seen. Nice view though.

Yelp
Halloween party with horror movies and their iPad is broken. STUCK WATCHING FOOTBALL. Halloween songs every 20 mins at BEST! Drinks are harrrrddddd to get. This place is not great.

Abrann L.

Yelp
Just gorgeous! We've tried every rooftop bar ever and this is my fav! Amazing staff and vibes ! Thank you!
google avatar

Amber M.

Yelp
If you're looking for a relaxing bar to have a drink with amazing views, then this is the place. 360 views of Tempe that extends out for miles. If you're coming for sunset, get there an hour early as it gets pretty busy.
google avatar

Jennifer T.

Yelp
Was recommended by a fellow Yelper to come see the views and was definitely not disappointed! The pool is very small but they have a decent bar selection - I hesitantly requested a coconut mojito and the bartender actually said they could make it so I was pleasantly surprised until it turned out to not taste like coconut much at all, but still good! Definitely a good spot to relax and enjoy a dj/lounge with some friends. Will have to come back to try Terra downstairs!!
google avatar

Hunter M.

Yelp
Unfortunately every review or comment on this roof top bar within the past 4-12 months is spot on. The bar is slow, the food service is slow, I am sitting here waiting for Hummus plate and it's been 1 hour and there are a total of 10 customers. Not one offer to take it off the tab, just seems like business as usually for most these servers. This place needs training as there are over 15 employees behind the bar and walking around. Obviously the owner or ownership company has to read these reviews and should make some serious changes. Now we are at 1 hour and 5 minutes with no food after ordering a starter.

Aryana M.

Yelp
I find this place to be such a hidden gem... I know people who have lived in Arizona their whole lives that didn't know this place existed. I've never tried the food here but whenever I take friends up for a quick drink they absolutely love the view!! Giving it four stars because there's nothing special about the drinks they could work on jazzing up the cocktail menu a bit! It's most valuable and fun for it's a great view! Just walk right through the front hotel lobby and take the elevators up to the rooftop super easy to find but won't be tons of signs!

Dominic P.

Yelp
Great food, cool vibes, superb service!!! Ask for Madylin. I'm very big on customer service and she exceeded all my expectations. Very knowledgeable, down to earth, and all around a great vibe.
google avatar

Frank D.

Yelp
This place was a last minute decision that gave us lasting memories and an eagerness to go back. I've been having dreams about the short rib sliders since we left. The place may seem a little pricey but it more than makes up for it in quality food, pleasant service and an ambiance that can't be understated. The view, the vibe. Definitely a strong recommend!
google avatar

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Was looking at the old reviews and was pretty unsure about it, but we had to check out the view. When we got there we were pleasantly surprised. The food was good, the drinks were nice and of course the view was amazing. With the new ownership and new staff, the service was speedy and overall we all had a great experience. Thanks! Looking forward to coming here again.

Connie F.

Yelp
The bartender was very rude. She tells us that we all have to have a seat for her to serve us. I am handicapped and on a scooter and she wanted me to sit in a high back bar stool to be served. This was impossible for me . No apologies when I pointed out I am disabled. Proceed to another area and had a cocktail. Too expensive drinks that are not well crafted. Music is too loud and not good. Great place to go up and see the Tempe skyline and then leave.

Michelle K.

Yelp
Good food. Good service. Great views. I would recommend this hotel and this restaurant.

Avoid Connor at all costs. He is a terrible bartender and treats you like you're the biggest inconvenience. Ironic when you depend on tips to make a living. Even the hotel guests behind us were baffled at his lack of professionalism.

Yelp
Bartender grabbed and served my drink by holding it where I'm supposed to drink out of. YIKES. Spinach artichoke dip was served like soup at a renaissance festival. It was barely warm. Full of 20 something fake influencers taking pictures from the view. How is this part of a Westin? Will not return.

Yelp
I was blocked by this lounge on social media for adding a negative review. I think that the level of (lack of) professionalism is just terrible. Potential future guests should be able to see the good and the bad reviews from people who have actually experienced this place. They also blocked a friend of mine who was there the night of the Halloween party (10/29/22) after she left her honest review of the event. Just incredible. Do not recommend.

Yelp
The first thing that caught my attention in wanting to come here is the fact that they're currently the highest rooftop bar in the valley. With 360 views, you're definitely getting eye candy of the city and surrounding mountains. Views are great from up here, there's no denying that. However I gave this place 3 stars because of the service. When you reach the 18TH floor, there's a sign that says you have to wait until a host greets you. I waited a long time until finally a hotel guest badged me in to get access to the bar area. It was also my understanding that they were having a private event the same day I showed up. The signs at the lobby said rooftop will close at 6:30pm... I showed up around 5pm and had plenty of time of drink. One of the bartenders told me there wouldn't be an issue as long as I closed my tab before 6:30pm... at approximately 6pm one of the staff members comes up and asks me to leave, right after I ordered my drink. At this point I hate chugging my drink, especially after paying $15 for it. I told the person that I thought I'm still good until 6:30pm... the guy said no and unfortunately I have to hurry up and exit. I listened and went to close my tab, same guy comes up and asks again to leave not realizing that I'm waiting for my credit card. He apologized but I still felt like they didn't honor their word. I didn't get to enjoy my last cocktail so that was a bummer. I could tell every staff member was overwhelmed with the private event that had going on. Prior to getting kicked out, I felt like one of the bartenders didn't really know how to make a drink. He looked pretty confused and for what I paid for, I expected better quality drinks. Cool bar with the potential of being the best bar in the city if they improve: - service - high quality handcrafted cocktails - better communication
