Slater's 50/50 - Lake Mead Blvd

We had an amazing server, Julie, and tried the vampire cheese bowl and the turkey thanksgiving burger and s’mores shake. They had an option to split the burger and give us separate sides which was awesome. We could even eat our burger we were so full the the cheese bowl was amazing and the s’mores shake is blow torched right before you eat it and is amazing. I’ve had regular burgers there as well and it’s amazing. Great place to go for a fancy burger

Food was delicious. We got wings to share and I got the 24k gold burger which I highly recommend. Lots of good drinks on tap, friendly staff, and plenty of TVs around. Great place to watch a game with friends.

Checked out Slater's 50/50 for the first time on December 27th, 2024 (late posting my review). We took our out of town family to check it out, too. Everyone loved it. The Vampire Dip was amazing, and so were the burgers. My husband got the all you can drink craft beer ($20 for 90 minutes). The waitress Drea was efficient and friendly and got our order right. We were too stuffed to try their fancy milkshakes, but we definitely will next time. Highly recommended.

This was our first time visiting Slater’s 50/50 and it was a great experience. Aly was our server and she is truly a rock star for your company. Aly explained the menu, advised of her favorites and told us of the restaurants signature dishes. She was very attentive to us which is one of the main reason people go out to eat vs. cooking at home. The food came out quickly and looked delicious, you eat with your eyes first. The food was delicious and we left clean plates which confirmed that fact. Definitely recommend Slater’s 50/50 for a great burger with great atmosphere and a clean restaurant.

What a fantastic restaurant, this place is top notch. Let’s start with the service. Richard was our server, he was truly amazing, I don’t think I have ever been this impressed with service at a restaurant. He was so accommodating and offered us a few samples of beer. The food was fantastic. The 24k burger was actually dusted with real gold dust. I will definitely be back to see Richard and enjoy some more tasty food and drinks. Five star service all the way!!!

Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly! Came in for lunch and the all you can eat is such a great deal! We asked for substituted things, and they helped us out. Lettuce wrapped burgers were great! Will be back! Thanks!

The food was pretty meh 😒. I got the 24k burger it wasn’t worth it. My husband got the chicken buffalo sandwich that was literally the best chicken sandwich. The service was great I do think the waitress was over selling the place I made reservations and there was nobody there. Just over staffed. The birthday cake selections were okay. I have it 4 stars for the server she was really nice but the food is not worth the prices. The vampire bowl was not what I expected I thought it might be like spinach and artichoke dip but it’s not it’s just a bunch of cheese in a sourdough bowl with pita chips! The garlic and Parmesan fries literally had no seasoning whatsoever just flavorless. The other fries can’t remover the name the bacon and cheese ranch fries I’ll call them is literally tasteless. But overall the place wasn’t bad. Good service not so good food.

glad I went, but I think I came in toward the end of its glory days. The decor and sports-bar vibe are great, with plenty of TVs and a huge beer selection 50 though my favorite, Zombie Duck Hunter, wasn’t available. We tried the Lonestar burger, mac & cheese balls, onion rings, and Caesar salad. Most items were lukewarm, and the burger didn’t stand out better options exist elsewhere. The Caesar salad had a unique twist, but I had to mix it myself. The mac & cheese balls were tasty but lukewarm. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful which really saved the experience. I hope the team takes this feedback, elevates their game, and gets back to greatness — the location and atmosphere have great potential.

Came in for lunch on Father's Day and got seated right away. It was restaurant week, so they had some specials. We went with their pre fixe restaurant week menu for $40. It included an appetizer, a burger, and a dessert or a beer. I got the vampire dip, the bacon burger, and the Reese's peanut butter chocolate cake. My husband got the tater kegs, wagyu dip, and a lemon cake. Everything was SO good! We loved everything! I was too full by the time the burger came out and only had a couple of bites. I really enjoyed it though! My husband also had their bottomless micheladas. He definitely loved it! Our server, Tarek, was attentive and nice. Kept our drinks full and came by to check to see if we needed anything. We'll definitely be back!

Awesome burger bar with unique, deliciously crafted burgers and brews on tap. It's like a high end burger joint you'd find at any of the Vegas Strip properties, but instead, it's Vegas' own and off the strip in multiple locations. Why's it called 50/50? I had to ask. It's because the burger patties are 50 percent ground beef while the other half is 50 percent bacon. Who doesn't love bacon?! Now, not all burgers are 50/50, but it'll be indicated on their menu. Speaking of their menu, they've got a ton of burgers! Chimiburgao, Pizza Burger, an Original, Jalapeño Jackpot burger, Bison, and that's not even half of it. All their burgers range from around $18 to $28 with substitution options. At these rates, it's gotta be quality, and it was! It was tough for me to decide on this visit, but I went with the Wagyu Dip ($22.99) and it did not disappoint. Extremely juicy, perfect bun, and paired with a beer or three, this made for a satisfying meal. On a final note, be on the lookout for the secret burger. So secret and mysterious, it must be ordered in advance. (hint: check photos attached to this review)

We love this restaurant, the food and drinks are top notch! We've lived in LV for about a year and a half now and have been here a few times when we want a burger. Today our waiter was Sergio. He seated us immediately. Upon arrival. We always appreciate he gave us a moment to look over the menu, then came for our drink order and our food order. Sergio was friendly and efficient. It got very busy, not long after we arrived. He took care of all of those tables, including us. We never waited for anything! Our food arrived exactly how we ordered everything and was delicious as usual. Cocktails are really great. My favorite is the Watermelon Splash. They have an extensive menu for beers and specials for locals, w/ ID of course, to have dollar beers the 1st of every month according to the website!!

The food was amazing! Our waiter, Jercio, was very attentive and helpful! I ordered the Jalapeño Jackpot Burger w/ Chili cheese fries and they were perfect! The burger was juicy and full of flavor! I got the double patty. They have a separate clipboard full of drinks. Different types of beer and cocktails. We sat by two TVs. One was playing funny videos and the other was ESPN. They host trivia events on Tuesday nights at 7pm! I saw a paper stating that you could win up to 25% off your whole order I believe. We will come back here soon to hang out and have a drink for sure! Everything was delicious! The burgers were good, but our favorite bite was actually the cheese fries. Service was good, drinks were good. A nice, fun ambiance.

Burgers! Burgers and more burgers! They have some great mix of bacon, cheeses, and types of meat (also veggie burgers) The milkshakes are fabulous and delicious! Was kid's bday and the milkshake made the meal special!

We were here with the Elite group and to be honest the food wasn't very good. The burger was cold and the bread was very thick. We really wanted a burger but not a fast food burger so we came here. I ordered the Bacon burger with a wheat bun. I wasn't expecting much but I gave it a shot. Ordered the burger medium rare and it came exactly medium rare. To be honest the burger was Absolutely delicious with grilled onions and nice thick bacon with a thousand island dressing. You get to pick a side and I picked fries. They were outstanding. I can honestly say that their meat is delicious & we will be back. Also their craft beer was also outstanding from a Brewery in Henderson called Lovelady Brewing.

Good was great service was good. we ordered the Hi Brow and Patty melt with the vampire dip as an appetizer. Ambiance was a feel of like a sports bar which is very nice to enjoy a meal and watch games

Food is always consistent. Service was nothing short of amazing. Gentlemen working more of the bar area helped everyone quick and was so apologetic when they missed a few things on order!

We ordered 1 Mother's Day 3-course meal!! What a great idea!! The glass of champagne, the rose and the food....perfect!! Will keep in mind for next Mother's Day. Also the other food was delicious!!!

Run, don't walk to Slaters 50/50. The food is ultra delicious. Fifty beers on tap! Creative, whimsical cocktails. A friendly, efficient waitstaff. We started with mozzarella discs. Hot , breaded and delicious dipped in your choice of marinara or Alfredo. Our flatbread was vampire (spicy) inspired and loaded with vegetables--this could have been a meal for two. Hands down, the chicken lettuce wraps were our fave. Chunky meat, fruit and vegetables piled high on iceberg lettuce "rafts". They didn't forget the cilantro--so Asian! We will return. These people know what they are doing!

Burger spot that also offers a nice variety of pub / Americana style dishes. You can't go wrong with a burger and fries. The sweet potato fries come with a delicious sweet mustard dip that is to die for! I had the BBQ pork belly flatbread and it was actually amazing!

First timer here Loved the laid back atmosphere, easy seating, and quick service. We tried a few beers they had on tap the one made in Vegas 10/10. I had no complaints

The food here is so good. I've had the burgers before but never came to an actual location. The service was good as well. Very friendly. I came in when an employee was clocking in and she got right to it. The vibe inside is pretty cool too. Neon lights, a bar, lots of tv screens and pretty cool art on the wall in the seating booths. Gotta try some of the appetizers next time :)

Ian truly made this family dinner so enjoyable! His recommendations along with his attentiveness to our requests were above and beyond. The food was so delicious and the cookielicious milkshake was my favourite so far! I love the vibe of the restaurant and thanks again to Ian for making our family enjoy our first time at this restaurant!

The atmosphere and vibe in this restaurant is absolutely relaxing. We were greeted, seated right away and our order was taken in a decent amount of time. The service was laid-back and professional. Our food was served hot and surprisingly fast. The burger was juicy and delicious. The onion rings were hot and delicious. I tried the Lovelady brewery Neapolitan for the first time with my meal. If you've never tried that, I highly recommend it with a burger and onion rings.

As for the service no thanks. After glancing the menu (table menu is different from QR code menu-which includes seasonal specials). Sergio was the server and he made the experience of dining in feel very rushed, non welcoming and as if having customers was more of an inconvenience for him. He came to check on table prior to ordering then told us to holler for him when ready to order (confusing). I get that there was literally one other table in his section and there was no one else in the entire restaurant customer wise. But why would I holler to be served? Nonetheless, placed the order. He came and heavily handed placed the beverages on the table. At one point his service was needed, made eye contact with Sergio, motioned that his assistance was needed. He looked away continuing to do whatever he was doing, before making his way over. At the end of the "experience" he came to table with a card with his name on it and yelp review QR code to rate the experience. Hmmm- interesting. Will not return to this location. As for the food. Meh.. Tried the chicken ranch sandwich with fries and bacon ketchup. It was ok. The bacon ketchup was actually the highlight of the dish. Tried a cider as well. It was flavorful and semi fruity. My kinda jam.

I wanted a burger and this place has been on my list. We stopped in around 4:30 pm on a weekday. It had a few other tables but mostly quiet. They have some tv's in the bar to watch sports, bar seating, tall tops and booth/table combos. The server was also the bartender and he was attentive and friendly. They had a descent beer selection. The food was good and perfect sized portions. Not gigantic. I had the PB and J burger and my boyfriend got a slater 50/50 burger (50% beef/50% bacon patty). Both burgers were excellent. The beer cheese sauce was good too (side for tater tots). We also received mystery envelops to open in house after the new year so that is an interesting marketing strategy to get us back in. I liked my experience.

It was kind of a quite bar but the food was great and so was the staff. Sergio was wonderful and we will be back. The vibe was vibing.

Slaters 50/50 is awesome! I had been to the location in California many times, so we have the Vegas location a try. It was great! Service was amazing, and made it a nice birthday celebration for my sister. All the appetizers and drinks were served correctly and quickly! The meals came out and everyone was very pleased with their order. The server made plenty of suggestions and didn't rush us out at all. Awesome burger place in Las Vegas! Tons of TVs everywhere with all different sports on so you won't miss any games.

Slaters 50/50 is sooooo good!!! Tarek was our server, not too talkative but quick to the point on info & food/drinks came out quick! This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! The appetizers were amazing!! (Fried pickles & fried cheese... yummmmm!) I did the custom/BYOB, couldn't be happier! The food quality is great here, everything comes out hot & fresh! I added the chips option on my burger & they were crispy & crunchy with every burger bite! So good!! I love the decor here- bright lights, large variety of tv/sports games playing, cool paintings & beer handles when you enter. If it's your bday they bring out a special dessert with a cool sparkler. What a great place!

This place was pretty good for my first time. I ordered the 24k burger and everything was gold made me feel like King Midas for a second. We got a little appetizer too but everything made us so full that I didn't have space to order the dessert. The place was somewhat dead. And I believe the host was just the only guy working being the food runner etc. I told myself I'll order the dessert next time I go. Check them out next time.

Nice place. Cameron was a great server. The drinks were good, too. I just thought that the menu was slightly limited. There were a lot of burgers and bacon, but what happens when you don't eat bacon or burgers? The Kona lettuce wraps were pretty tasty, but they were difficult to eat because they were on a wedge of lettuce an inch high. Pretty funny. Will I go back? Yes, and hopefully Cameron will be my server because he was great!

The service is amazing! Seriously, I'm having a hard time coming up with a place with places offering better service. Shout out to Cameron and Selenna! I love the vibe. Super chill, best draft beer selection in town, and pretty laid back. You can eat at a booth, table, or at the bar. The food is really great too! The biggest reason for the ratings drop is because of the big upcharge for Impossible patties. Burgers run at about $15 with an okay-sized side, so when you add on the Impossible "substitution," you add on $5 per patty, making it a $20/person meal. It's just a bit steep compared to other places offering plant-based alternatives. And when you do this per-person needing the substitution, that add-on stacks up quickly. Another big reason for the ratings drop: excessive texting. I only shared my number via Yelp to secure a reservation. I was messaged several times to fill out a review after our visit. I don't recall opting in to receive messages like these. Other than that, love it! I'd be inclined to eat here more often if the plant-based alternatives were more price competitive and readily available (no vegan buns or cheese). I get that it's a meat place, and I'm here for it. Believe me. The 50/50 burgers are delicious. I'd just like better options for those in my family who aren't able to eat meat because we love coming here, especially during trivia nights on Tuesdays.

We loved Slater's 50/50! My husband and I dined at Slater's 50/50 on our most recent trip to Vegas and could not have been happier. The restaurant itself had such a fun vibe and we received excellent service! Let's break down the food, shall we? The vampire dip was delicious. I mean seriously talk about the perfect garlicky cheese pull. The crispy pita was the perfect pairing. My husband opted in on the Lone Star Smoke Burger. It looked and smelled delicious. And I know he really enjoyed it because he didn't offer to share! I couldn't resist the 24k burger. I mean a wagyu patty with a bun dusted in 24 karat gold, truffle cheese and perfectly crisp bacon?! Sign me up! It was delicious. The patty itself was cooked to a perfect medium and the burger as a whole did not disappoint in flavor. The Ferrero RoSHAKE was just okay, in my humble opinion. The hazelnut flavor was a little too artificial tasting for me. But not so bad it wasn't worth drinking. My husband's Strawberry Deluxe Cheesecake milkshake, however, was delicious. I highly recommend it. My only regret is not knowing about the secret Whale Burger sooner! I may decide it's the right choice the next time we're here - but be warned - you need to find the hidden QR code to order it and it comes with a hefty price tag.

Food is great. Michael took care of us. He was on his game. Very clean establishment. This is the 5th time I've eaten here. Definitely a must eat in your life. This is the rose I made for my server.

I was looking for a new spot to watch sports and decided to try Slater's. Always looking for a great Happy Hour, this place fits the bill. I started with the Kona Chicken Lettuce Wraps which were delicious! Uniquely, the chicken is a breaded fried chicken chopped with pineapple and other vegetables. It had nice texture and awesome flavor. I also tried one of their flatbreads (HH) - tomato Basil. I prefer a more crisp crust but the pizza was very good still. Nice fresh ingredients. Lastly, we tried the Reese's dessert and this one is a good one to share! It is a dense price and you will get pretty full going at it solo. I suggest sharing with at least one more persso

I had the pleasure of dining at this place, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. This gem of a restaurant specializes in burger and beer among other dishes, and it absolutely delivers. The ambiance is wonderfully laid-back, adorned with a charming display of beer labels that sets a comfortable tone. The staff were not only polite but also efficiently informed us of our seating time, adding to the overall positive experience. We started out with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, and they were nothing short of delightful. The generous portion of bacon in the dish was a delightful surprise, truly enhancing the flavors. As a fan of bacon, the B'B'B' Bacon burger was another delicious dish. The double patty took it to the next level of awesomeness. To complement the meal, I chose the classic Blue Moon beer, which paired nicely with the flavors. In summary, Slater 50/50 is a standout restaurant for anyone in the mood for a scrumptious burger and quality beer. I'm delighted I have it a try and recommend it to others seeking a similar experience.

Amazing. Besides what's included in the photo, my boyfriend got the B B B Bacon burger with fries, fried Mac and cheese balls appetizers, the mango madness cocktail, mermaid water cocktail and a slice of lemon cake. Food and drinks were delicious and clearly, very big portions. I definitely rolled out of the restaurant after putting this meal away. Delicious burgers cooked to your preference. They also offer vegetarian patty options! The cocktails were delicious and had a good buzz to match. Tasty and doesn't taste like you're going to breathe fire?! Yes please. They also have options for bottomless drinks for a set time limit. I'll definitely be trying that out on a weekend. The cake was also delicious and not overly sweet. A perfect way to end the meal. Our waiter was super friendly, and made us feel welcomed on our first visit there. :) We'll for sure be returning to try more things from the menu. I highly recommend this place for some solid sips and delectable greasy noms~

Food was good, no doubt about that. But the service was miserable. The hostess took a phone call and left us waiting to be sat. In person customers should always take priority before phone calls.

I've eaten here before, and the food/atmosphere/staff are always fantastic, but this past Tuesday I went for one of their trivia nights and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was even more fun than usual! Great food, great neighboring trivia teams and our server Jergio (really hoping I spelled that right) was amazing! Kept our drinks full and our bellies happy. 10/10!

I came here for my first time and Ian was my server. He was absolutely amazing and very hospitable. He was very knowledgeable in his field and absolutely deserves a recognition that he is receiving. *** This review is for the Restaurant Week 2023 Menu *** I decided to do a few lunches for Restaurant Week. I was to the original Slater's 50/50 several years ago in the South valley when it first opened. It was time to try the food again but at their location in the northwest. I was seated immediately. There were only a few customers. I asked my server for the Restaurant Week menu nad it was brought to me. There was a choice for each of the three courses. I chose the bacon mac and cheese balls (there are 5 in an order) with Tapatio ranch sauce for dipping. For course two, I ordered the Slater's original 50/50 burger. For dessert, I chose the Italian Lemon cream cake. I was perhaps on my second mac and cheese ball when the server arrived with my burger. I put the starter aside and cut the burger in half. I had asked for it to be rare but it was well done. The thing that was great about the burger--the only thing--was the chipotle mayo. There was some zing from that. As I was almost finished with the burger, the server asked if I wanted my dessert or did I want to wait a while. I asked to wait. When I was ready, I let the server know and was brought the lemon cake. I really hate it when a restaurant courses before the diner is ready. Bringing my burger when I had just started eating the mac and cheese balls was poor timing. As I said before, it was well done which is so far from the way I like burgers, with or without bacon. The lemon cake was very good. It, and the mac and cheese balls, were the best part of lunch. No plates were removed between courses nor after I was finished with my lunch. I filled in the cc information with all the dirty plates on the table. That's just poor service again. I have no need to come back here.

I went in yesterday as a first time customer. immediately blown away by the selection of draft beers... 50 handles! As good a beer list as I've ever seen. I don't eat meat so I'm always leery about eating in a tavern style environment. There is a sushi grade tuna poké on the menu that was simply fantastic. Ashley was our server; she was super knowledgeable and was very pleasant. Thanks Ashley! We will definitely be back!

If you're craving a good burger this place is the spot. Good atmosphere, good food, good beer, good service. Can't ask for much else. Our waiter Sergio was great. Will be returning.

First time trying this place. I have no idea how this place has good reviews. They were slow when we arrived, service is mediocre like the food. Asked one server for ketchup and she dodged us after saying she would bring some. The same server with twelve piercings in her face walked past us looking at the floor as she walked past every time. I always tip well but I cannot justify over 15%. Never coming back Slater's 50/50. You are better off going to Dairy Queen for half the price and better service.

We went for trivia on Tuesday and it was packed! There were only a handful of servers so the service was slow. We had to go to the bar to pay our bill. The lettuce wraps were fantastic and packed with flavor. Sweet potato fries with the pumpkin sauce were bomb and got me excited for fall time! They have a ton of different beers available too!

This is the Bacon Chili Crunch Burger with the pink moonshine drink! The burger was delicious!! Couldn't finish it. It was cooked perfectly and tasted so good! I also got the Shmanimal fries with it, which comes with cheese sauce thousand island, grilled onions, and bacon. Those were also really delicious. My husband got the BBB bacon burger. He was underwhelmed by it. Said it was okay. He got the bacon chili fries with it and said those were delicious we also had to get one of the famous Shakes so I got the bacon Oreo shake to go. No pictures because it doesn't look like it would have if I had ordered it in-house. But it tastes amazing and still comes with 4 Oreos and 2 bacon wrapped ones. Bacon Burger

I've had Slater's bookmarked for so so long and knew I had to come once this location opened closer to my house. My hub and I came on a Sunday around noon for a quick lunch at the bar. We were literally the only people there but I'm sure this place gets packed for dinner. To start I had the Bloody Mary made with infused bacon vodka. The bacon flavor wasn't too overpowering which I liked and spice was perfect. Food wise we shared the fried pickles and Nashville chicken sandwich. The pickles were outstanding, I liked the light breading and the homemade mustard sauce was super tasty. I also really loved the chicken sandwich. I know I know next time I'll try one of the burgers. Overall I thought this place was great and I'll definitely be back again soon!

Really looking forward to coming here as it won Las Vegas best of award. The 50/50 my wife had was suppose to be 1/2 bacon and 1/2 beef. Could not taste the bacon even with that much bacon. Not juicy even when pink. My patty melt was much better, though the 1000 island dressing overpowered the medium rare burger. Was on par with many other vegas burger, thought Mimi had a better patty melt. For $16 per burger it's gotta be great. French fries and onion rings and beer was better than the burger. Asked overworked single server if the beef was organic. She said she would ask the chef. Never got back to me. No napkins on table too. Beer here on tap was much better than burgers. Come for fried finger food, beer and watch the game.

I've never been to a Slaters so decided to check out the one on Lake Mead about 6pm on a Tuesday night. They were not busy at all but our server was too busy with something else to really give us the time of day. I had the bison and bacon burger and the food came out pretty quickly and was okay but I will not return to this one. It was trivia night according to the screen but they may want to redo it as it the letters are not all together comes off bad.
