Slattery's Pub & Grill

Ordered a cup of the New England Clam Chowder and Fish N'Chips. Chowder was good and the breading on the fish was excellent. Looked great and had a nice flavor and crunch. The fish however. Was rather soggy and mushy which ruined it for me. This was a fish quality problem and not a miscook problem The fries were a tad salty for my liking, but that my preference. I've been here several times before and enjoy having the Irish fare on the menu bthe service is always fast and friendly and I will come by yet again.

Decent food in a convenient location to Comedy Works Landmark. When we mentioned to our server that we had tickets to the show she made sure our order came out quickly and that was very appreciated. They've got a nice patio here and its a good choice for happy hour.

I came to Denver from Colorado Springs on a Sunday for an appointment. So I decided to stop here for football beforehand. The lamb are was fantastic. I'm a chef, and usually pretty critical of food. The salad was also fresh. So important. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was comfy, and the games were on. I'm glad I picked this place.

Very busy and loud, but the food is amazing. Don't let the term Pub fool you. One of our party got a salad with tuna on it, it was amazingly done. I got short ribs. Delicious and big portion. Another friend said it was the best burger ever.

I love this place! Great sports bar vibe and excellent food and service. They also have a lot of tvs, so if you're trying to watch your favorite team, they'll likely have the game you're looking for. I had Daniella as a server, and she was fabulous! Despite being pretty busy, she was sweet, cute as a button, and checked on me often; if you are lucky enough to end up with her you will be in great hands! Just don't forget to tip your server, they work hard ❤️. Thank you Daniella!!

Great place to grab food and a drink before a Comedy show! The corned beef egg rolls are a must try and the shepherd's pie is delicious. Will be back!

Great sports bar with good food. Strange that the menu includes prices if you pay cash vs if you pay by credit card. Lots of TVs and plenty of seating.

Enjoyable easy atmosphere. Excellent service. Plenty of big screens to watch. Enjoyed the pretzels and cheese.

This has stayed a solid place over the years and still has pretty decent food too. I have never had any bad service. Also love coming here for St. Patricks Day. They throw a great patio party each year.

We arrived for drinks & apps after a long week. Met a friend & the waitstaff was prepared pointed us to said friend and the night began. Ordered some drinks had some laughs caught up for a bit & then it was time for some apps. We ended up with sliders, fried green beans & wings. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted great. Our server paved her visits to the table perfectly and by the time we left there was quite the crowd. Clean place, fair prices & intuitive staff.

The ambience makes you feel like you're at home comfortable to watch the game and eat fresh scratch kitchen, breakfast or any item on the menu.

We always hit Slattery's when we come to town as we stay not far, and it hits the spot! Super friendly service (thanks Riley), with great options for both drinks (love the new fall flavors menu!) and food! We started with a beer and one of their fall drinks, a Mule. Delish! TONS of loud diners this trip, as there was a table of about 15 older men enjoying themselves. Thankfully the noise dissipated once they left, but otherwise, I love all the weed and pub-like atmosphere. This time we had the Fried Green Beans, Beet Salad, and hubby had Tomato Bisque and Salad for lunch. The green beans were super crunchy and hot and the provided sauce gave them a delicious tang. My beet salad was delish. I usually bring my own Balsamic vinegar or ask for it, but forgot this time. It comes with a dressing that is quite tasty! Hubby must have loved his tomato bisque, cause he slurped it up super fast! We Weill def be back, cause I need me some Irish Nachos next time!

We come here for the fish and chips, which is always reliably good. One downside is you get only two large pieces of fish in a single order of fish and chips. Today we learned that you could get extra fish pieces for five dollars each. This enabled my wife and I to share a single order. The cod is downright delicious and the fries are really good. Cost is about $30 for the augmented fish and chips with two extra pieces of fish. We really liked our server Eva. Ambience is that of a sports bar.

What happened to this place?!? This used to be a nice little neighborhood Irish pub with decent food. Honestly, this place is a disaster. Over the years and across the globe, I've spent quite a lot of time eating, drinking, and working in pubs, and this place is a joke now. They've turned it into a sports bar. There's giant TV's all over the place blaring American football, the staff looks like they've just arrived from Coachella, and the food was a greasy, salty mess. If this pub is owned by an Irishman, you should be ashamed.

I used to love this place. Not any longer. The staff is fantastic; the problem is the ownership. They've instituted a cash/credit card two-tiered pricing scheme, coupled with a point of sale, hand-held credit card reader that is a disaster. So, when you get the bill and want to pay, there is an upcharge for using a card. This nickel and dime crap is infuriating. Goes in the same category as a mandatory gratuity for the kitchen help that is now common at many restaurants. I'd rather the ownership just price all of these annoying, petty charges into the pricing on the menu. Slattery's was my go-to place for St. Patrick's Day; I'll be going somewhere else this year.

I will NEVER go there again!!!! I would highly recommend that NOBODY that's going to, or is leaving, the Comedy Works go there either!!!! The staff is ridiculous, immature and is more worried about their friends who are drinking there than they are about their ACTUAL PAYING customers!!!!!!

This place is absolutely fantastic. We had a group of about 20 people that we called in ahead of time about and they were so awesome and accommodating. Grace and Cora were our waitresses and these two young ladies were hustling and they were amazing the manager on duty I believe his name is Sal was really cool as well. The food was so good. Everyone in our group loved it. And as far as people complaining about the extra charges on credit cards? It's here to stay. it's not going anywhere. It's that way everywhere you go now.

I stopped in here one evening with my family and the service was pretty good. The waitress took all of our orders in a quick and precise manner. After a short while the food arrived and it was hot, fresh, and tasty. I had the ability to taste several different dishes and they were all very well prepared. One thing that I found rather odd was that the waitress didnt leave a bill and then come back later, which is customary, she stood there with a handheld credit card reader and wouldnt leave until it was swiped which felt awkward. Good food but service needs some improvement.

I asked for the Greek salad and asked the server if the dressing was dairy free and she said yes. So I ordered the salad with no feta cheese. They brought the salad out with feta, which I asked if they could possibly remove it. They brought back a new salad with no feta. The only problem was, the dressing did indeed have feta (dairy) in it. I opted not to send back another time. Luckily it's not an allergy, just a preference but I would hope the servers learn more about what they have on the menu. This could be bad for someone with a food allergy.

Dropped into Slattery's for Happy Hour after a movie (Horizon). Glad Slattery's menu was less convoluted and confusing than the movie . Ordered a Juicy Drop and a Chardonnay before ordering from the Happy Hour menu. Neither of us was that hungry so we ordered Sliders and Green Chili Cheese Tots. The Tots are almost addictive!!! They are what great appetizers should be ... dang tasty with little long-term nutritional value . I love 'em! The Sliders came with fries and were just what my wife wanted. We left happy!

Lose the credit card fee scam that some of you restaurants seem to think makes sense!!!. What are you ....the airlines? Are you gonna start charging extra for a nice seat?? maybe cover charge to get in ??maybe extra to watch the TVs?? I won't be back and I know others taking the same position

Whenever I am down this way I always find myself back at Slattery's. Super cute pub with a beautiful bar. Could post up there all day. The bartenders are great and attentive. The food is hit or miss, this time it was a miss. I usually get the egg rolls (Monte and Corned Beef) and they usually hit. The Brussels were good but they put all the sauce on the bottom and I was wishing they were tossed. Lots of TVs here no matter where you sit so great place to go watch the game.

Came in on valentines night. We were in town for business and needed something quick and easy. They were dead which was fine with us. Food was ok at best.

Slattery's is a solid option for both bar and food. While I wish they had additional veggie options, the food is consistent and is always pretty good. Every time my parents come to town, they insist on going and we always have a good time. Service is great and we always feel attended to and welcomed. Over vibes are good and would not hesitate to come here to watch a sports game or hang out with friends.

We went there Saturday afternoon. The server was double sat with a large table before us so it too here a while to get to us but in the mean time 2 servers and the manager walked passed us not saying anything. When we got to order, I got a Ruben which was good with French fries which were ok but I asked for ranch dressing that just tasted like just mayonnaise and the ole slaw needed vinegar badly. My daughter got the chicken tenders she liked them but their barbecue sauce was not good. My grandson got a burger which he enjoyed. It is a typical sports bar with lots of televisions and because of the basketball game it was quite noisy

Slattery's has been busy every time I have visited, which speaks to its standing as a go to spot in DTC/Landmark. However that also makes it INCREDIBLY loud. At happy hour it is genuinely hard to carry on a conversation. Outside of the decibel level the service has always been outstanding and the food comes out surprisingly fast. The food itself is above average (I recommend the monte Cristo egg rolls) and I haven't had a bad item on the menu yet. The cost is a boarders on unreasonable for the food they are serving even if it is great. We are not talking about a steakhouse here, but a pub and grill that charges like a high end steakhouse. There is plenty of parking in the landmark garage and a ton of stuff around it to keep you entertained if you choose.

Fantastic food! Fantastic service! Lots of TVs in every direction. We were there for the football playoffs and we were still taken care of like we were the only ones there.

We were staying at a nearby hotel for the weekend and ended up visiting this place twice. The first time I got a great Bloody Mary (nothing fancy, traditional, but tasty) and the fish and chips. Wow that fried fish! Such a thick cut of fish but the breading held up really well. I'm usually one of those people who order fish and chips almost more for the breading than the fish itself (I know I know) so when I received my plate and saw that huge piece of fish I wasn't sure if I'd like it. But it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly white and flaky inside. So good. My husband got the shepherds pie and equally loved his food. We also got the Rueben eggrolls, really crispy exterior. The second time we came for drinks and apps and got the monte cristo egg rolls- those were great too. Next time we're in the area craving this style of food this will be where you'll find us.

Really superb casual food and great service! I don't know why we don't go here more often. Have never been disappointed with their various offerings. Did have a couple of disappointing first dates here years ago, but totally do not blame Slattery's for boring dinner or drinking companions. The vibe here is great. Bustling and friendly. Service always comes with smiles, and food is served promptly and hot. This is a good and hearty pub food, and actually much better than what I've had in "real" pubs in Europe. The "Irish nachos" on waffle fries would surely cause outrage, but they're yummy. Toppings were ample. The sweet potato cheesecake was AMAZING and oddly reminiscent of carrot cake. Yum!

I brought my kids in here for dinner the night before Thanksgiving. Fortunately my kids only had chips, but I ordered the fish fry, and I now have the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had. I know it came from Slattery's because I literally fasted all day yesterday and this was my first and only meal of the day. The patio was nice and it's at a pretty cool location. The server was extremely nice and knowledgeable and very easy to joke around with. The food was very delicious and overall a great experience.

Great atmosphere , especially for sports watching and very friendly staff. Just know that bar is open til 2am but Kitchen/food is done at 10pm

We hosted a team happy hour here. The restaurant was great and worked with us to reserve a small area for us to set up in. They were flexible and it was easy to make a reservation without any commitment. Audrey was our waitress and she was very helpful and attentive. We ended up ordering a ton of appetizers and people could order drinks. She came around consistently to help us. The rest of the staff was also very nice. The only recommendation I would have is that we kept having to ask for things such as silverware for the dishes and water. It would've been good to have this set up in our area throughout our evening. Overall, it was a great location for us and our team enjoyed a nice outing.

We attended a premiere movie event in the area and came in for a late night dinner afterwards. Plenty of parking. The vibe of this restaurant was my favorite of the bunch in the surrounding area. The music was a little loud for my taste with a lot of energy. However, we were able to sit in a area away from the extraverts. The host was nice upon arrival. Our server Stacy was exceptional. She brought us out a variety of hot tea options and kindly refilled our glasses during dinner. And she brought a thoughtful side of honey too. She gave a variety of wonderful recommendations. We ordered the Monte Cristo Egg rolls. They were my favorite item of the night. We also ordered a Pastrami Sandwich with a house salad side. It was enjoyable. My wife enjoyed the salad and I regretted not getting a Caesar or keeping the fries. Plenty of TV stimulation, if your interested in watching sports. This night was about listening to my beautiful wife. After eating our meals, we enjoyed a couple scoops of Vanilla I've cream. Our server asked about our preferences, and we said go wild. She thoughtfully made us an amazing ice cream sundae. It was above and beyond. This establishment plus the awesomeness of the service really left a wonderful impression on our first experience. We definitely chose the right restaurant in the area. Thanks again for everything.

Great mix of different dishes to meet your needs all at a good price. Great indoor and outdoor seating and a great selection of mix drinks.

He wanted to have an after dinner drink so we headed across the street to this pub and grill. He decided on a Guinness and suggested I order a Moscow mule. We had spent a lot on dinner on I didn't want to add more to the bill. But he insisted since it was date night that we enjoy ourselves. So I ordered a Moscow mule. His Guinness hit the spot and completed his evening. My Moscow mule was not as good as the one I had with dinner but it also cost a third of the price and was acceptable to me. We had sat at the bar and the bartenders were friendly. Made for a pleasant after dinner experience.

I love this place! I'll be back for sure! I had the Irish nachos and added chicken. It was so much more food than I thought it would be! It will feed me 4 times! My boyfriend loved his fish and chips! The service was great! Very polite. TV's everywhere with multiple games on. World Cup on some, college footballs on others, etc.

The fish and chips were super yummy! I got the sweet potatoes fries. They have an aioli that was incredible! Highly recommend. YUM.

Came here for happy hour - we decided to sit outside. Restaurant was more crowded than expected for a Thursday evening. Inside seemed very spaced out with each party. Outside, tables seemed much closer than expected for distancing. I ordered Irish nachos and my friend got the brussel sprouts. Food was really good and a decent value. The happy hour drinks could have had more options - just house wines are discounted by $1 and the options are limited. Service was okay... Our server came outside a few times, but seemed to be in a hurry. Not sure if this was due to an unexpected crowd - it wasn't bad, just didn't feel fully attended to, compared to other days.

Not nice people. They kicked out a regular of 3 years - no reason given. And he was well liked by employees and customers. And a Veteran who would help anyone in need - and he did so many times with many of the servers. Slattery's wouldn't give a reason and hid behind the "right to refuse service" law. Rumor was a jealous employee. But who knows I'd think twice before giving them your money - there are other "real" pubs in the DTC

My experience at Slattery's was above average if you take away a couple of rude moments with another customer and with one of the bartenders/wait staff. Unfortunately, and I really don't like to stereotype but I'm going to in this instance, this is pretty par for the course when it comes to DTC/Greenwood Village/Landmark. It's been my experience a lot of the folks come off pretty entitled and rude. Not everyone by any means, but things like this (and I'll go into it in a minute) happen frequently in these areas. I took a seat at the bar to grab a bite before a comedy show. It's only fair to mention that it was a Denver Nuggets finals game night which is a big reason why I'm not giving 1-2 stars for my experience and because the female bartender I had was attentive and pleasant as anyone in the service industry should be. About 30min rolled by and a couple came up to take the 2 seats next to me, to which I politely let them know I was waiting for someone (and keep in mind there were 3 open seats in a row and I was reserving 1 and they only needed 2 so you can do the math). I would have thought that would have been it and they would say no problem we will take the OTHER 2 seats right next to the one I had reserved, but no. Instead the guy starts arguing with me about how someone sat them there, which would be weird as it's open seating, and this was ridiculous and I can't reserve a seat etc. It was like a child throwing a tantrum from a grown man in slacks and a golf shirt. So he goes back to the hostess and tells them I'm reserving a seat (mind you they literally pointed this guy to 2 other seats at the bar 10ft away from me). Thinking nothing of it I continue to eat my dinner. 5 minutes later some waiter/bartender rudely says if your friend isn't here in 10min we are taking that seat. Keep in mind it has now been open for 40mim with no problem and there were other available seats at the bar so why he chose to make an example out of me is beyond me. It was at this time I was done. I asked for the check, expressed how rude I thought this whole thing was to the kind bartender who had been serving me as this was not her fault and noticed the guy who told me he would take my seat in 10min was laughing with the tantrum thrower and certainly seemed to know him so I guess there's that. It was a very unfortunate circumstance as I was having a fine time until all this happened and the food was great and other employees walked by and said "hello" and smiled. I was having a pretty good time until this. Now look, I totally understand that the game was about to start and they were likely to get packed. However, it's all in how you ask/present it and the customer and the guy employee that talked to me were just ridiculous and uncalled for. At no time was i disrespectful to anyone and I even told the female bartender I understood about the game and the need for seats but the way it was handled was disappointing. Also to say, I asked 2 other employees if the bar was open seating and they said yes. When I left there were 3 people at the door, no one waiting so not sure what it was important that my other party be there in 10min. Would have understood if it was packed, no seats on the floor and nothing at the bar were available but that was not the case. Again, it's all in how you talk to someone and to be disrespected at an establishment is not something I will ever put up with.

The queso was bland , didn't even wanna eat it. Burgers and soup also bland... honestly wouldn't eat here again, they apparently only do the bare minimum

Had a great time before the comedy show! Staff was great, on top of the food and drinks..very friendly place to chill out with friends. Great work folks, made us all fat and happy!

I made the mistake I'm going to Slattery's Pub & Grill on St.Patrick's Day. I will never make that mistake again. Too crowded, too noisy and the food was sub par. Apparently they ran out of corned beef and cabbage, and offered me a corned beef sandwich. The corned beef chips appeared to be processed, the coleslaw was slathered with I think Miracle Whip, and the bread was soggy. The Irish stew was acceptable, except for the toasted Irish soda bread, that was way over toasted. I ate half of the sandwich and sent the rest back. Overall, it was highly highly disappointed, and not typical Irish Pub food. Next time I will know better and go to a genuine Irish pub

This place sucks. They practice false advertising on this yelp app. It shows that they have half-price things every day of the week they do not they do not have five dollar apps on Monday. They do not have half-price fish and chips on Thursday. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for false advertising, do not go to this restaurant poor management

They have a great happy hour with basic drink options but lots of food options too. Their old fashioned is great! We had the corn beef egg rolls which were unusual and tasty, the pretzels were great as well. Gabby, our server was really attentive and the service was great!

I always forget that Slattery's is around. Its not the easiest place to find. But every time I come to Slats I think why don't I come more often. I love the beer and huge Whiskey selection. Really good bar menu with a late night happy hour menu. I will be back.

I love this place! Great location, amazing staff and delicious food and probably the perfect definition of a sports lounge. If you love Sports this is the spot for you, we were viewing four different Olympic events at the same time! Food was absolutely sumptuous, appetizers were delicious, portions were good sized and the entrees couldn't be better. I must give special recognition to our waitress Autumn who was an absolute gem, polite, efficient, professional. Really nice atmosphere, kudos to their management and owners for getting it right! Will undoubtedly return and highly recommend to everyone!

So I came in with my family tonight and sat down to watch the beginning of the Chiefs game. When our server Stephanie greeted us, I had to take a double look at her outfit and make sure we weren't at hooters. Her shorts or skirt or whatever looked like underwear, and her shirt was highly inappropriate. Like please! I brought my kids in here with me this is highly inappropriate. Along with her attitude and snappy remarks, i'm not sure i would plan on coming back here. Which is such a shame because the manager is always so nice and welcoming and the food is always great.

The service was very good, and our server had it right. Very first thing was the cola. The mix was off, and it left a seltzer aftertaste. Had the fish and chips myself and found it lackluster. It was oily and mushy inside. The flavor was nothing to write home about and the price was average. The fries were crispy and tasted good over-all. The coleslaw was fresh, but again, lacked in any memorable flavor. My wife had the corned beef and cabbage. The corned beef was thinly sliced and she didn't care for all the mustard. The mashed potatoes were just OK. Nothing to make us go out of our way, we will return if we are in the area, but we will be trying other establishments there as Slattery's was as my wife and I discussed, one small step above bar food.
