Slaughterhouse BBQ & BREW

s is a fantastic location to go for southern barbecue done right and at a great price. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and pulled brisket sandwich which were both so tender and flavorful. We had hash and rice to compliment the sandwiches and it was delicious. The half rack of baby back ribs were excellently prepared and the meat slid off the bone perfectly. We paired it with blueberry cornbread that was moist and the perfect texture. The final dish we sampled was the barbecue wings that had a desirable crunch and amazing sauce. Certainly a great place to stop in when visiting the Ladson area.

After visiting this restaurant for the first time with my family, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and service. We plan on returning in the near future and recommending this establishment to our friends and family. During our visit, we tried a variety of dishes including the pulled pork BBQ, green beans, pork and beans, Sloppy Joe Sammy, Mac and cheese, blueberry cornbread, pulled pork Sammy, bread pudding, pulled chicken Sammy, and wings. Overall, we were very pleased with the food and we're looking forward to our next visit to try more new dishes. The experience at this restaurant left a positive impression on us. We highly recommend giving this place a try!

It's Crazy but for me the Green Beans take the show for me! Best sides ever. The ribs were huge! And perfectly Smokey and render. This place will more than satisfy any cravings for bbq and more. I don't drink but they also had a cooler full of different beers. You don't want to miss out on this place. Customer service always is a step ahead and ready to meet all needs before you even ask. This establishment has amazing managers and owners and you can tell they train and have high quality standards for the food. THIS IS WHY THEY ARE WINNING AWARDS AND HAVE 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place was amazing! They are the same people as Nigels Good Food (get the oxtail there). We got the 2 meat combo, geechee wings, a kid's Mac n cheese, and blueberry cornbread. The brisket had that perfect spring, and the pulled pork was flavorful. The hash and rice was by far the best I have ever had. The wings were of course perfect. The most surprising thing was my daughter's Mac n cheese and cornbread. The cornbread was flaky and sweet while the mac n cheese had the right amount of cheesy goodness combined with a little smoky flavorful. Needless to say, the place is phenomenal. Harry was also the most friendly person I think i have ever met. Will recommend to everyone!

So, I looked up restaurants, because I wanted to try a local place, but something new. I called, but there was no answer. However, much to my surprise, Harry called me back. So, we mosied on up there. There dining area is small and unimpressive, but the smell from the kitchen is off the chain. The food is incredible, the sauce is homemade, and the staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable.

Went here for lunch on a Tuesday at lunch time. Walked in with a group and there was only one person working the counter and what appeared to be one person working in the back. The cashier took our order promptly and then the waiting began…and we waited…and then we got our food. Our food was fantastic. I had the Brisket Sandwich and it was very good. There was plenty of meat and the BBQ sauce was tasty was well. The fries were fantastic, in fact they were some of the best fries that I have had in a long time. I’d recommend if you are in the area.

Nigle and Louise have out done themselves with this place. The BBQ is on par to Texas BBQ. Take it from a Texan. They did amazing. The sauce could be a little thicker, but thats not really the main plate. The brisket was the best I've had in years, possibly a decade. The fried okra was so good we had to take it home, and then the cornbread! Who would have ever thought to put blueberries in corn bread. It was so scrumptious I had to take it home too. I wish I could come back again and again but unfortunately I can't afford the 5 hour drive from Atlanta every weekend. But I can't wait to come back next time I'm in town.

We stopped in for lunch, expecting a decent meal. Wow. The sevice, for one, is amazing. The gentleman working the control greeted cheerfully immediately upon entering the store. He helped us navigate through the menu, and the results were amazing. The golden geechie wings are some of the best I've had. Heres looking at you rodney Scott. The alabama white sauce was not needed, but boy does it add a nice touch. Ribs and pulled pork were equally greet! Get some of old nigel's famous blueberry cornbread. And you'll be happy!
