What a beautiful little gem of a restaurant. Clean, inviting, and the service was great! I ordered a supreme slice and my husband ordered a pepperoni slice. The pizza was delicious!! Great crust and not soggy. We went to ask for a lid for our drink and the owner Tony was so nice and we let him know it was our first time. He and Vito were very kind and were grateful for our business. We are excited to order again from them! Go support small business.

Let's start with... I'm a pizza conasour. When I say this was the best pizza. Even though it was a call in to go order, right before close, it was still divine. 😋 I called about 10 minutes to close because I didn't pay attention to what time it was.🤦🏾‍♀️ They person who answered asked me how long it would take for me to get there? I told him, Maps says 13 minutes, he said ok. I make my order and, as usual, have questions- sigh.🤣 He takes my order and has the pizza hot and ready when we arrive. 🤩 I noticed it was a BYOB, so I will definitely be back with the hubby. 😍 He was patient while I used gift cards, gave these garlic knots that are to die for, free, and some cheesecake. That cheesecake was perfect. 🤤I got home, and the order was right!🙌🏾 Made my plate and started eating, I know I involuntarily closed my eyes from such grand flavors. This is my new, pizza go to spot! I just gotta make sure my husband remembers. 👀🤣

Slice City Pizza has some delicious pizza! I loved their 2 slices and drink combo for just $10. The pizza is thin and crunchy and well done. I ordered pepperoni and supreme slices, and both were very good. This isn't your traditional pizza, this pizza is what I would describe as authentic! I would definitely recommend this pizza place to any pizza buff.

Excellent everything! The staff is friendly and interacts with the customers. The pizza is fresh and the it’s not loud inside. They offer a variety of pizzas. The shop is nicely set up and clean!

Service is top notch! This joint reminds me of getting pizza in New York. They have lots of neat pictures and decor. DH and I got slices. I topped my slice with mushrooms, pepperoni, onions and meatballs. Those meatballs are on point!!! The whole slice was yummies!!! DH got the Italian slice and he said it was delicious. Stop by I don’t think you will be disappointed.

The Food, service, atmosphere was just INCREDIBLE! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and friendly conversation. We ordered the buffalo wings & an XL half and half pizza. The wings were sauced to perfection. The pizza was cooked with the perfect amount of sauce, toppings, and cheese. After we were about done leaving they gave us a slice of AMAZING cheesecake on the house. I would highly recommend. 10/10 PERFECT!

I'm a HUGE NY pizza lover as I've traveled all over & I wouldn't call this NY pizza . It's way too saucy . The dough doesn't taste like much either. It's like there's something missing. It looks very appealing but fell short.

So I read the reviews and had to try it. The owner was a very nice guy. The staff was very friendly. Ordered a bunch of food. Started with the XL Pizzas had a Half peperoni, Half plain & A Meat Lovers. They were very tasty. Could have used a little more tomato sauce, in my opinion, but the crust was fabulous! It wasn't soggy. It was foldable with a crunch the way a good slice should be. The toppings were plentiful and tasted good. I also ordered the garlic knots which by the time I got them home they needed to be thrown into the toaster. They had gotten soggy on the ride home. But were also very good. Ordered a couple of Cannoli's wich were hand filled to order. Enough said. For the finale I got a piece of the black forest cheesecake. So altogether, a little over $60.00 bucks for everything. So if your looking for a good slice of pizza that puts alot of other places to shame this is it.

Food is excellent, staff is excellent! Just need more booths to handle the "traffic" in there, though many people order and take home to eat! Five stars plus!

Stopped by Slice City Pizza while we were dropping off my mother in law for a doctor's appointment. When you arrive there is plenty of parking in front of the building. There is seating inside just in case this restaurant gives the appearance of a to go only spot. Additionally, there are lunch specials that we were able to take advantage of when we stopped by. I believe the special I ordered was 2 slices of pizza and a drink which was okay. The price point was good and it was a nice restaurant inside. The pizza had good flavor but just needed to be heated up more. The pizza was put into the oven after we ordered and unfortunately arrived cold. If I'm in the area and looking for a quick bite I may be back but will keep an eye on the heating of the pizza next time.

Love the pizza here! Great sauce (I order it "heavy"), crust is thin and the pepperoni has enough spice to stand out from the other extras we add. Tony is very customer service dedicated. This is our "go-to" for pizza!

So I've been to this location when they were near Central Market off hwy 30. They moved and I just happened to want pizza and saw the location. This establishment is Albanian and Italians aren't the only ones that make great pizza. While I had my food for takeout, I am definitely looking forward to coming back and dine in. The pizza and the garlic knots were delicious. The only thing is, I wish that the garlic knots had more garlic, but we're very tasty.

This is the best pizza I've had since living in Fort Worth. Only regret is not having discovered this eatery earlier. Service was courteous, prompt and helpful, and felt they highly appreciated me as a customer. Restaurant was also very clean, and had a cool set up if you choose to dine in. I'll be back for sure!

This was a couple of times a month stop when they were across the street. We don't make the drive nearly as often as we should. I think this is the best pizza in town. We only buy cheese pizza and theirs is outstanding. It also reheats better than any other pizza so we buy an extra large for meals the few days. We have actually frozen leftovers when we have gone out of town and reheated. Still amazing.

One of the best pizza restaurants I've ever tried. New York style, delicious crust, fresh ingredients and fast service! Highly recommend! New place is great with a new look and updated layout! 10/10

The Stromboli is the best in the world. 100% serious and I would bet money on it. The owner is also amazing and super attentive to customer requests, I would recommend highly as I visit at least once a week

We checked this place out because it had rave reviews. A Wednesday afternoon must not have been when the reviewers checked this place out. For starters, I'm never a fan of flies in a restaurant. Ugh. The pizza by the slice looked as if it had been there since Saturday night. It tasted like it had been also. Even sitting under the warmer, and then tossed into the over, the cheese was thick and cold. There was no real flavor in the sauce, and it was pretty watery. The wait staff really didn't seem to care if we were there or not. After reading the reviews, this must be a locals place where every knows each other, because the 5 star ratings have very little to do with the pizza... maybe it's the "super secret reverse osmosis magic water imported from NYC by 3 members of the witness protection agency, who were former mob bosses" etc. or whatever the line is. I've been to NYC dozens of times, and this is NOT NYC reminiscent at all. It's a crispy crust, with no flavor, and a wait staff who wanted to go home in the middle of the afternoon. 2 STARS

I was craving pizza tonight. After reading reviews about this joint, I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, I noticed several locals enjoying their food and interacting with the staff. I ordered 1/2 Mediterranean and 1/2 Chicken Alfredo. Service was quick. Took it home and prepared for the football game and pizza. 1st bite, I wished I had ordered a Stromboli for tomorrow as well. We were pleasantly surprised with the flavor. We found our new go to pizza place. Thanks go out to all the staff for dishing out great product.

Great pizza and very friendly service. We often get the slice and salad, both of which are great. We took 2 pizzas and 2 salads to go and they were delicious! We love this place!

We dined in this evening and loved the festive lights, the jazz music playing, the next door liquor store for BYOB, the ambiance. Delicious pizza and amazing people who work here!

Customer service was great, bathrooms were very clean and the pizza was amazing if you're looking for a great place to have a good time with your family, I'd recommend this to anyone. by the way, it's BYOB and there is a liquor store, right next-door!

Meh...Born in NYC and raised in NJ. Not a great space to start a search for good pizza in DFW. I came to SLICE with high hopes. Left with 2 slices and ended up with a plate of disappointment. The pizza is dry and lacking real flavor I'd expect. The price for these 2 slices was definitely not worth it. Service was okay, definitely not friendly. I won't be returning nor would I recommend it to you. 2 stars for easy parking and clean store.

The pizza was the best that my husband and I have ever had . We have lived in CT,,,Detroit,Boston and Kansas City so we have tried many! The service was wonderful and all the. guys were so nice and they treated us like family. We told them how much we loved it and they brought us a slice of cheesecake that was very yummy as well!

I cannot say enough great things about Slice City Pizza on Hulen Street. An unassuming, cramped, and unpretentious hole in the wall, capable of seating perhaps 5-10 parties, mostly this is a place to go to grab a couple slices or a couple pies to go to bring home. I found Slice City surprisingly full of seated parties last night at 6;30 after arriving 15 minutes after ordering 3 pies, 2 salads, 2 sides of marinara, a side of ranch, and an order of pepperoni rolls to go. As always, my full order was prepared on time and perfectly, with no omissions requiring the dreaded return trip. Nope. Everything perfect, hot, and delicious. New York style pizza by the pie or slice is what they do here. All attention is paid to what they do best, with zero distractions, such as ambiance, games, singing waiters (there are no waiters), or dancing animals playing in a band. Yes, they have great pizza rolls, salads, and a couple desserts, too, but the star attraction is the traditional NY style pizza. My favorite is the supreme, generously topped with "everything"!

Service and food were just ok. Not far from the museums so that is why we came here since the museum cafe was already closed. There is a special posted on the window of one slice, salad, soft drink for $8.50 but there is no mention of it inside. There are caricatures of celebrities inside but I doubt David Spade, Oprah, Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt has ever stepped foot in here.

Can here on a Friday night around 8pm. This place is in the same shipping center as Central Market- so if you don't like to shop hungry, this is a great place to stop. There are tables to dine in, which we did. Different pizza by the slice selections and a really good menu. My spinach and ricotta calzone was really good. It was pretty big so I took half home and ate it for dinner the next night. It reheated well Everyone else got pizza and managed to eat it all. New York style pizza, so the slices are huge

So I was really trying to order from Parton's Pizza as their owner has reached out to patrons to help try to keep the doors open there, but I tried 10 times calling and apparently they're getting a lot of support right now and that's awesome. So I decided to look around to try a pizza place I have not tried yet and slice city had some really excellent reviews and as I am a fan of New York style pizza I decided to give it a shot. I was definitely not disappointed! I ordered online and they had a deal for extra large one-topping pizza for $10.99 which is already a great deal but the quality was awesome, you can tell they use premium ingredients. The cheese had really good flavor and the pizza sauce had that little kick of zest that I'm looking for when I go for New York style pizza, the crust was thin but not overly crunchy so you're able to do the classic fold. I'm definitely recommend in giving this place a shot if you're looking for a quality pizza at a reasonable price I'll definitely be going back

I'm a pizza snob. I like trying different styles and flavor combinations on top of a pizza. But for some good old-school pizza, this is the place to go. I've never been to a New York Pizza restaurant, but this is what I imagined what it would be like. The guys were so nice and courteous. We got the Margherita pizza, and I hate tomatoes on pizza. (Well, I hate tomatoes in general, but that's beside the point.) But the tomatoes were delicious, perfect size, good amount of basil, and not overpowering. It was nice and quiet when we got there, but then the high school across the street let out for lunch, so it got busy fast. Now, while we were there, the high schoolers were not loud and obnoxious. We did leave shortly after only because we were almost done, so I don't know if it got louder. But I remember the guy at the register telling us to have a good day as we were leaving, which meant something to me since he had 5 teenagers in line for food, giving back change, passing out drink cups, and all that jazz. Honestly, my husband and I will be back more frequently.

As you walk up to Slice City Pizza painted on the window is a special stating A slice of pizza, salad and a drink for $6.95. I was taking a quick lunch stop so I didn't want salad. It didn't matter, when I placed my order for just one slice and a drink the young, curly headed male cashier didn't bother to mention the special anyway. I like the pizza here and I appreciate the thin crust which I definitely have a strong preference for. The sweet tea was delicious but entirely too sweet so I used both tea urns so I could use the unsweetened to cut that sugar. I withheld a star because of non existent customer service from the three young guys working while simultaneously playing on their cellphones and watching NFL on the TV across from the counter. This pizza is good though,I would definitely go back.

Had a great experience here! The service was awesome and the people were fun to talk to. They helped us figure out the menu. I got the slice, salad and a drink option ($6.95 + tax) with a slice of margarita pizza! It was delicious!! He threw in an extra slice of cheese pizza Bc he felt the slice I had wasn't big enough. And let me tell you.. that cheese pizza alone won me over. Sooo. Goooood. My husband ordered 2 slices of his own creation. Pineapple, jalapeño and pepperoni. He loved them!! Had to take the second slice home. Also ordered cheese sticks and a small French fry which was a huge plate of fries. My daughter was very pleased! All so good. Great casual place to come and get some delicious, fresh, and affordable food!! Spent around $25 for a ton of yummy food! Ton of people were in and out for carry out while we were there. They're very busy and popular. Def stop in!

I had a really great experience here! It was so great that I gave it five stars! My very first five star rating! Let me explain why. I love how Slice City Pizza is located in a shopping center strip. I love the red decor. Pizza slices were super large. One slice was like two slices! Our small group dinner club was given a free appetizer! We were blessed with a free Spinach Wheel! It was delish. We loved the tomato sauce and the freshness of the dough. Our server had the biggest smile when he delievered our food. He brought so much joy to our table! Later when, he brought our pizza he asked, if we needed anything else? They way he said, it was like he really meant it. He asked, if we wanted ranch dressing so, my friend and were like, sure. Ranch tasted a little too much like Mayo. Oh well, there was no charge. So, Im not complaining. Our pizza was crispy, filled w/ lots of pepperoni and photgraphed well too! I loved how our table was right next to the kitchen. Pastor Steve blessed our food and he prayed for the people who prepared our food. Im sure the kitchen staff heard our prayers. Since, it was New York Style Pizza. I expected New York style service but, that was not the case at all. I was real pleased. Prices are really good too. 2.75 for a slice of Cheese Pizza and 1.00 can sodas. Various appetizers from 3-5 dollars! Do me a favor. Show this place some love and check them out. Came to eat here on Monday. Ordered a medium meat lovers pizza added mushrooms. Didn't wait too long for it to come out. Had a crispy bottom good amount of toppings and cheese. Overall 10/10 I will be back.

Alfredo Chicken Pizza - Miss seeing Tony up there, he truly makes the place enjoyable but the pizzas are absolutely delicious! Always a top choice when choosing where to go for great pizza

From the indoor ambiance being something from Don Corleone's imagination. With classic style and overflowing flavor. This is easily one of the best places for a slice or a whole pie. If you live in Fort Worth. The owner is incredibly generous and kind. Don't fuck up. Get a slice at least.

SCP is most definitely the best NY pizza in FW, and probably all of DFW. The owner, "Tony," gets 6 stars out of 5 for being the coolest, friendliest, most caring, and most generous shop owner you could ever desire. Tony took the time to let my daughter knead out her own pizza dough, and then he surprised her by cooking it in the shape of a heart. She LOVED it! The rest of the staff is also rock solid with great service and care. What more could you want from a business than a top notch product you love, incredible service, and an owner you actually love to support?!?

First time here, but man this is great! 2 slice and a drink for $7!!! Great tasting pizza, very similar to nizza pizza.

Amazing!! The crust was really thin and airy. We even ate the crust! Edges of crust was crunchy. Pepperonis weren't super greasy and a good size. There was also plenty of stretchy cheese but not to the point where I could choke on just cheese. Sauce was exquisite. We also got the Tossed salad which was also great. Do they make their own ranch? I don't know but that one was really good. Just an amazing experience overall. New top favorite pizza place.

Service was good, restaurant is clean, decorated nicely, and restrooms were clean. Pizza was just ok. Sauce was pretty plain and I was disappointed that they do not make their own ranch dressing. Also took longer than expected to heat up the slices. Overall this place is good but don't expect to be blown away.

We went to Slice City Pizza after going to a kids activity near by. We had some hungry kiddos who decided they would live a slice. I had not heard of this place before and tried it out on a whim but I'm glad we stopped in and gave them a try. The restaurant is set up more like a northern pizza place than the typical Texas pizza restaurant. I'm from NY so I really prefer when you can see all the slices and various food items out vs in the back, makes me think it's made daily and fresh and just gives a more authentic feel to it. We ordered a medium mushroom pizza to eat there for lunch and added a spinach stromboli and a meat calzone for take away for dinner. As stated previously we had some hungry kiddos who had been playing hard all morning. Pizza always takes a while to make and I prepared the kids that we will need to be patient. As I filled up our cups I returned to the table and saw one of the employees had given my kiddos some raw dough to play with. You can tell he must have had kids because he knew exactly how to keep them calm and happy. They worked so hard to make their pizzas and it gave me a moment to just sit and breath without having to entertain them and keep them from disturbing other guests with their wiggles and hunger. I must have told the employee "thank you" four or five times because I truly appreciated the fact that they did that. The kids devoured their slice, so did the rest of us, we liked the crust and sauce. It had very good flavor and is more of the style of a NY pie with the crust or what Texans call a "regular" style crust. I don't like the cracker style and I need to be ready for the mass amount of dough on a Chicago style (I love them too but it's a totally different pizza style). For myself, I like the "NY" or "regular" crust the best. The stromboli and calzone were also very good. I loved the different types of meats in the calzone. Often times when you order them in Tx they put 1-2 types of meat in them and it's more of a hint of a calzone vs actually one, if you like your calzones how they are traditionally made, like I do than don't miss out on this one, it is worth your time and money. One last observation, while we ordered and ate a young man who was high functioning special needs came in and ordered his lunch, he told the men what he tried last time and that he liked it but wanted to try a new thing, I appreciated how kind they were as the went through various options with him as he asked a lot of questions. I could tell he was very excited and the men were incredibly kind and patient with him. The special needs guy was so sweet and at the end promptly told the employees his review of his food (he liked it but liked his other dish better:) the special needs guy brought them his left over and said "next time I'll try something else" as he smiled and waved as he left. I could tell he was a regular and saw his the employees took care of him. My dad has had over 20 strokes and functions on a 5yo with autistic tendencies so I am always protective over anyone who needs some extra help and these employees did a superb job, I would have zero issues dropping my Dad off for a solo lunch here. I know my Dad would have a great time and I am confident the employees would be just as kind with him as they were with my young kids and the special needs man. This place has heart, great food, more NY traditional styled food, I'm a huge fan. Excellent job!
