Stick with me here and I will explain the Three Star rating. Our bartender/server (Leslie) was without a doubt a FIVE STAR PROFESSIONAL, where the experience lost some of it’s lustre was with the food. I had the Bison & Beef Burger with the upgraded “garlic fries”. The burger lacked flavour, it was just “meh”, and over time it became quite dry. I did not pick up any of the cilantro slaw let alone the smoked gouda and aioli. Its description on the menu makes your taste buds tingle, unfortunately it doesn’t make it to the plate. The fries were not hot, lukewarm at best, which really killed the reason for the $3 up-charge! My wife had the Southern Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes. Her meal came out hot, and they made it gluten free for her (just salt & pepper), that was nice. Unfortunately my fries were breaded so she was not able to partake. The BEST part visiting during HH were the wine prices. A glass of Chardonnay (and it was decent) was $5, OR you could get a bottle for $10, deal! We came in to watch the Seahawks playoff game, the TV’s were plentiful but the acoustics were abysmal. You would think the owners would ensure that if you are going to put a game on your TV’s, with sound, that you would ensure the patrons could actually make out what was being said by the commentators???? Sometimes it’s the little things, hot food, flavour and audio that doesn’t sound like a generator humming. Will we return, probably.
