Slim & Husky’s

Pizza was excellent. We had the S&H pizza I believe and also the one with pepperoni. The S&H one was spicy with jalapeños and banana peppers and a little honey. Pizza and bottled drinks were a little pricey but wasn’t horrible for airport food. Quality was great. Wanted the garlic knots but they were sold out. Seating was comfortable.

The aroma wafting out of this place at 9pm was heavenly. They're AMAZING! The pizza was great, not burnt, great cheese and pepperoni flavor. Id missed my connecting flight, so this pizza made it all better. Like a warm cheesy hug to my soul. The folks there were kind. I'm shocked at the negative reviews, my experience was perfect.

Hygiene needs to be improved for sure! It's just my luck that on my last bite I notice a very coarse hair sticking out of my crust... 🤢 It's a real shame too because the over priced pizza wasn't half bad.

Great pizza , real seasoning and flavor , amazing atmosphere , so good you forget your in an airport . Good selection of pizza and 100% fresh . This is the best place to come for pizza in the bna.

This was some of the best airport food I’ve had. The pizza was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the crust. My pizza first came out with no basil (they were out up front), but the manager (presumably) went to the back to find me some. It definitely made the pizza better. I appreciated his attentiveness.

Costumer service was great and the team was very accommodating with my food allergies and restrictions. I got the PREAM and substituted for plant based meat. SO GOOD!

Food is always fabulous. Unfortunately at the BNA a lot of the Servers cashiers are very rude - today the cashier was very rude almost like she didn’t even wanna take my order or mess with me but the lady working the pizza machine is always fabulous for the many times. I’ve been here. The black girl back with long hair is super kind. Super nice. I enjoy interacting with her.

Airport food is a miss more often than not, but this was a hit! Slim & Husky's is a fast, casual pizza place with several locations in Tennessee. This one is in the Nashville airport with a smaller menu than the standalone restaurants. I ordered at the counter and it was ready in under 10 minutes. They had tables and chairs in the airport restaurant, but I took my pizza to go to sit at a concourse. The pizza was still hot and fresh. This was a great experience and I highly recommend if you're looking for a decent meal at BNA airport, stop by! Make sure you grab a ton of napkins because the pizza can be greasy.

Pros: Kind staff, quick service, quiet restaurant for being in the airport, veg options To note: Even though you get eight pieces of pizza, it's pretty pricey for that amount. Overall score: A-

Airport food is usually terrible, but this place is not! Glad to find something other than hot chicken for dinner - portion was great and the pizza came out piping hot from the pizza oven. Service was friendly and pizza came out fairly fast. This place was convenient to get to from security. Would come back!

We came here while at the airport to pick up some food before our flight out of Nashville and from the several vegan options throughout the airport, we opted for some pizza. This place has many other non-vegan pizzas, but their Nothing But A "V" Thang Vegan Pizza has a Classic Red Sauce, Vegan Cheese, Fresh Spinach, Plant-based Pepperoni, Plant-based Sausage, Mushrooms, and Red Onions, and you can modify it if you don't want something on it, like I did; I opted to skip the onions. They make the pizzas fresh, but they come out fairly quick as they are individual size; it can take about ten to fifteen minutes or so to get the pizza and it was really good! The pizza was about $17, but it's a decent size for a typical person. There is a good amount of seating at this location. I would definitely recommend as a really good vegan option at the airport.

I had a 3 hour layover in BNA and was happily surprised to find a Slim & Husky's location in Terminal C. After chatting with the young lady at the register, I ordered my usual pizza of choice (P.R.E.A.M.) and an order of garlic knots (2 pieces). What I love about Slim & Husky's is the wait is due to orders being made fresh. There were about 5 people ahead of me which led to a 10 minute or so wait but I made time. The restaurant was clean and although it was busy, the tables and counter area were bussed well. I will definitely return my next trip through Nashville Airport.

Decisions, Decisions! Found a surprising number of good places to grab a bite while waiting for a flight out of BNA. Grandson chose pizza (of course)! So Slim & Husky's it was. A rather concise menu of options from which we picked 3 different individual pizzas for our group. All were delivered steaming hot after about a 10 minute wait. Yes...hot, loaded with flavor and just the right toppings.

5 for their Vegan pizza! It was delicious. Fast service for the airport, delicious flavor, the crust is fantastic, the faux pepperoni was good, I used real vs vegan cheese and got the garlic sauce. Highly recommend it. Worth every penny! Nowhere to sit tho.

Staff were nice. The pizza was probably the best thing we ate all weekend in Nashville. Got the Rony with hot honey and the chicken one with the jalapeños. We both really liked it.

Finally got a chance to try something from this place. It was early am in the airport and I wasnt in the mood for pizza . I opted for the OG cinnamon roll. 2.5/5 for being almost $5.50 I would have expected but to be.a little bit bigger I mean it was called the OG. Noticed I said was expecting it to be a little bigger and not much bigger. ( I took the location being in the airport into account.) Warm not hot. the icing was good . the brown sugar made it a tad bit too sweet but the cinnamon in the roll was the right amount Look fwd to trying their pizza in the future.

Tasty pizza but sloppy service. The person handing me my beer was touching the rim with his bare hands. Over-priced like everything at the airport but that's to be expected.

This was a great personal pizza for two or 1 with a big appetite. It took less than 10 minutes to come out and was piping hot and tasted excellent. Definitely coming back again when in BNA.

I loved the pizza I got. I forgot the name but it had chicken, peppers and hot honey. It was sooooo freaking good. The customer service was great and my food came out quickly and fresh. I highly recommend.

My little one wanted pizza, so we stopped in before our flight. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. Many customers were left waiting at the ordering counter with a growing line, while the male employees chatted loudly behind the pizza oven about women. Some words quote, "Man look at her (viewing phone), she fi.." making comments that felt quite inappropriate given the situation. There was no one managing the line for over 15 minutes, and after ordering, we still waited another 10 to 15 minutes for our food. My husband stood in line while the rest of our family waited outside with our luggage. I credit the patience of everyone in line, even though their frustration was on their faces. When an employee finally arrived, there was no warm welcome or sense of eagerness to help. I genuinely want to support businesses and love pizza, but this experience fell short.

I have passed this place so many times while walking through BNA, but we decided to stop while waiting for our flight this weekend. There were three of us and we split the smoking herb and the hot chicken husky pizzas. The hot chicken was my favorite, it was packed with flavor and the jalapeño ranch dipping sauce was the perfect addition.

I was so excited to see this in the airport because I wanted to try it downtown, but ran out of time! So at 8:30am, I ordered a delicious pizza called house party and added a jalapeno cilantro sauce. Weird breakfast for some, but absolutely delicious for me! They did have some breakfast options that looked great, but I was craving pizza! It's themed so well inside the store. And seating was good. And the best part was our cashier was so nice! It's extremely rare to find friendly airport employees, but he was wonderful.

Stumbled upon this cool pizza shop while in the airport. I wanted something different than the normal Nashville hot chicken and this delivered. I kept it simple with the "Got 5 on it" pizza. Pros: Quick and sophisticated ordering system & charges at the table stations Cons: Hot Honey drizzle is only available for the Nashville hot chicken. This would've elevated the taste. Music was a little loud but hey, it's music city!

Nothin' But V Thang was good. Good service and they went as fast as they could at lunch. I even got a table.

I stopped by here since they had a vegan pizza on their menu, and I was too tired to search for a vegetarian/pescatarian food place at the airport. The place was pretty decent and clean. The pizzas come in two sizes; I picked the small one. Pizza's are made to order; hence, expect a 10-15 minute wait time. Your name is displayed on the kiosk screen once it is ready and they also call your name. The pizza was pretty good. Portions were decent, and the toppings were pretty generous. It's definitely good for an airport pizza place.

I've heard about this place from family that lives in the area but I usually don't get a chance to hang around Nashville on visits much lately. Great food and drinks, especially for a breakfast at an airport but what was even better was the service. Mr. McDonald was super friendly and welcoming with a genuine smile. This will be my new stop for my early morning flights out of BNA.

Very bad pizza. Ordered the Red Light Special. Crust chewy and dry. Almost no cheese. Very bland. And top it off, a hair smack dab in the middle of it. All for $16.

The worst pizza I ever ate. You charge $16.00 for this garbage. Not cut. Not completely cooked. All stuck to the parchment paper. Soooo salty. You should be out of business.

Their pizza is some of the best I've had and the staff is phenomenal. I will make this my new go-to at BNA. Recommend the Smokin' Herb - a white pizza with their special twist and Hubby had the Rony, Roni, Rone! The food is fresh and tasty and hits the spot. Excellent crust as well - for crust snobs like we are. I highly recommend this local business from young entrepreneurs with a mission. You will not be disappointed.

The pizza was very good especially considering I was in an airport. The crust is thin and crispy it almost has a lightly fried texture and taste to it. Toppings were good I had the cheese. The sauce was not bad but could have used a stronger flavor. Service was very friendly, she even asked me about my flight. Ambiance was what to be expected at a fast food place in the airport. They did have a place to sit down and eat.

Good pizza with a great all vegetarian one! You have a choice of pork or beef pepperoni for the meat eaters. They hand make the pizza right there. Healthy portion, I couldn't finish the small one.

This was UNBELIEVABLE! The place had a really cool vibe and the guy that helped me was wonderful! I can't wait to fly early again so I can get this masterpiece!

Was kind of disappointed in this location. My love for S&H started in Atlanta even though the franchise began in Nashville I later learned. Atlanta menu has some additional options that this location did not. Not sure if it's because it's located in the airport and they have to work with a limited, simpler menu or if menus vary from city to city. My fav Atlanta menu option is the Cee No Green which is basically your meat lovers pizza and I do the white sauce. I don't recall seeing the white sauce or it being offered at this location. Also the guy at the end of the line who received the pizza from the oven and boxed it, was very offsetting. I felt I was interrupting him because he was on his cell phone talking through his earphones or airbuds. I had to ask him for my included jalapeño cilantro ranch which he forgot. The lady at the front was very nice and I appreciated how she started my order before I got to the cashier. THANK YOU! I am sure that's why I didn't have to wait too long for my pizza to be ready which worked out for me because I had already requested my ride share. I would come back because it is a blessing and super convenient to have S&H in terminal C but I just won't have high hopes like my multiple experiences supporting their Atlanta locations.

Now I had this overnight back to back!! And i said one of these overnights I am going to Slim & Husky's. Now it's been a couple of years since I've been here and they definitely have upgraded the menu. I like the combos with the wings. Now I intentionally made sure i worked out hard 2 days in a row because I knew I was about to take in all this deliciousness so now they have kiosks where you place your order and then they'll call your name. While ordering one of the co-workers came over to just simply ask if i needed anything. She was very pleasant and sweet. I ended up getting the house party (pepperoni & Italian sausage) and i added mushrooms! A side salad and a little drink. Now i wanted to indulge in an adult beverage and they only offered beer but the choices they have I'm not a fan so i just got a regular drink. I've always Loved the concept of this place because it's just dope to me. I love how the workers are always making sure things are clean wiping things down. Throwing things away. I do wish there were more seating & a better adult beverage options. Other than that! I love eating here! I'll see yall soon!

Pizza was great, service was kind of slow I don't know why because it's pizza. Really should have some at the register who can spell as the names are posted up on a screen. It's called slim and husky but only the husky was available.

I don't typically leave reviews, just wanted to grab some food before boarding. They made it to order fast..and it as SO GOOD! Flavor AND thin crunchy crust. If ever I'm back in the area I will FOR SURE be back!

Make the food proportions better. The sales lady didn't even let us know how it'll come out in that size. Not good, really upset, this was very disappointing cause I was really excited to see them in the airport but definitely not like the normal location experience.

Flying home from a work conference and needed to grab a quick bite before boarding. Was greeted with a friendly smile and not only was the food delicious, but the employee kept coming out from behind the counter and walking amongst those dining asking if everything was OK... I have never had that kind of care and service at an airport restaurant!

Although the breakfast pizza was not working out, the staff and service was great! Antonio brought the vibes and the manager accommodated us with a cinnamon roll and coffee. We appreciated feeling taken care of.

very rude and disgruntled employee. The opening time in the cards is 3:00 but he said that at 3:30 in a very rough manner. It was clear from him that he didn't want to work and was doing it so that we would leave!

Worst service ever! The girl at the register was basically telling us to leave by saying no changes no add on even tho they are on the menu! Out of beer too!

Worst pizza I've ever had- specifically the Airport location. Was undercooked and crust was so stale and thin, not raised like it is in their advertisements.

This is for the Nashville airport location. Absolutely pathetic team of staff works there. Ordered pizza and waited about 40 minutes. Asked them few times about the wait and they said it's coming. After about 50 minutes, it was time to go to the gate so we asked again and they said can we will cancel your order. We forgot to put it in. No apology, no customer service. Down right pathetic.
