Slim & Husky's Pizza Beeria

Slim and Huskies is my favorite pizza in Nashville. Lots of flavor served hot. A feast for the eyes and easy on the wallet. I highly recommend this spot. Build your own option available. The cinnamon rolls are a yummy dessert that are surprisingly light treat to finish off your meal.

In Nashville for work and decided on pizza for dinner .. found this place on Broadway across from Bridgestone Arena before a Preds game .. place was empty but I decided to give it a shot .. quick and easy ordering process on a kiosk .. pizza was done in about 13-15 min and it tasted pretty good and restaurant was clean .. gentleman behind the counter was very helpful as he saw me trying to read the menu above hung from the rafters and brought me a printed menu .. I'm surprised that it didn't get more busy as there were a few customers while I was eating my pizza

Was here for a work trip, wound up getting pizza with our group of 25 or so mid night. The staff was so nice and accommodating and got us our pizza so quickly. I’m vegan, and their ‘nothin but a v-thang’ was SO good. We also had a gluten free crust one and it was delicious. Wish I lived here so I could come back regularly, 10/10 recommend.

Why this place isn't busier is beyond me. I had originally planned on eating across the walk way at Hattie B's but the line and wait was absolutely outrageous so i decided to try this place out and It was so good, the staff was extremely helpful as well as friendly. The pizza here is absolutely fantastic. I had the Nashville hot chicken pizza with a soft drink, absolutely incredible. The atmosphere is great, but I was shocked it was not busier.

I love the concept of making your own pizza. There are a few places in the DC area that do it but Slim and Husky’s was unique. The ingredient quality is great and the selection of toppings and sauces is awesome. There are two size options for the pies. You can select your sauce, protein, and load it up with veggies. You can add as much or as little as you’d like. This was one of the first times I’d seen smoked salmon as an option for a pizza topping. It was really good, just a but salty. I did like the added protein. Really good overall. Would love to come back to try different combinations of ingredients on the pies.

I highly recommend this place! Loved the food! Loved the atmosphere! Loved the service! Everything about this place was excellent. The food came out hot and ready, and the cheese was cheesing! They have a slim size (personal) and husky size (for more than one). You can create your own, or select from the selections on the menu.

Great location for people watching as it sits right in the assembly food hall area. We were helped through the ordering by one of their employees who made great suggestions. We made our own pizza with toppings and ordered the stuffed cheese bread- it was just okay. Definitely better than waiting in line for everything else in the area as there was no wait/line.

This place came highly recommended to me by some friends. I dropped in for some pizza and if you are in the vicinity, I recommend you do the same. Great pizza and an awesome atmosphere. Everyone was very kind and awesome! We'll most definitely be back in the future! We had the Cee no green, Got 5 on it and SH Nashville hot chicken and one of every kind of cinnamon rolls they had. All very highly recommended.

I know this is a pizza place and I'll get to that later, but the cinnamon rolls were the star of the show. We ordered 3 flavors to try. Each was delicious, but honestly they all tasted like really good cinnamon rolls. The flavoring was subtle and didn't change the foundational cinnamon flavor. OK, now pizza. Yes, it is very good too. The crust was thin without being too thin. The toppings, sauce and cheese ratios worked really well with the crust. So each bite have you enough of everything. We ordered delivery so we didn't get to experience the restaurant ambience. But we were extremely satisfied with the food taste and quality.

Wanted to try this pizza after seeing it. Food came out quick and hot. Service was welcoming and friendly and will help you place your order at a walk up kiosk. I ordered SH Hot Chicken Pizza... it had unique flavor, but seemed greasy and a little doughy.... Could've been the honey sauce melting, causing it to be very drippy and soggy... but the flavor was fantastic!

This is located on in a busy shopping center area in the downtown area. They have a variety a piece of flavors that you can choose from or you can make your own when you enter. They have a lot of 90s and 80s artwork and music from the hip-hop area. It was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pizza was good and it came out within a good amount of time. The taste and texture is was on point. You place your order on a screen, which was a little bit confusing for me and took some time. There was no soap in the bathroom however, the staff let us use their sink and let others use their sink to ensure that people had their hands clean. I think they just need to order a big cases of hand sanitizer. I hope that you enjoy your experience.

Visiting the food hall and decided to give this place a try as I had seen it several times across my tik tok feed prepping for this trip. There was a kind young lady passing out menus and answering questions when we entered. The restaurant wasn't too busy, maybe two guests ahead of our group. I ordered a slim Rony, Roni, Rone. I loved the pizza. Very flavorful and filling. My only complaint is how hot and Smokey the inside of this place is because of the ovens. There is a good amount of indoor seating to accommodate guests. I would definitely return on my next visit to Nashville.

Stopped by here with the GF and her family before hitting up the bars of Broadway and was pleasantly surprised with how good this place was! I got the S+H hot chicken pizza and thought it was very good and got the Buffalo soldier wings that were the best baked wings I've ever had! Normally I'm not a fan of baked wings but these wings were just so heavily seasoned I didn't mind not having that crunch factor that fried wings give you! Would definitely go by this place again. The service was great and the place plays hip hop music to vibe with while enjoying your food.

Subway is the O.G. of assembly line-style, totally customizable, fresh, fast food. After Subway, we saw a proliferation of burrito and bowl joints that emulated the model. Now, we are seeing the concept applied to pizzas and apparently, pizza's cousin the Flat Bread. We wondered over around midnight on a weekend. There was no line. While there is a menu of pizza combos, I think that most people do build-your-own. I only wanted pepperoni and mushroom, which really makes the pizza feel extremely overpriced. I think that I would have felt that the value was better had I loaded on the toppings. After building your pizza, it is slid into a conveyor belt-style oven. The cookery was perfect and the wait was really short. Overall, they make a tasty late night pie, but in my opinion, it's only worth the price if you like loads of toppings.

The build your own pizza was delicious! The staff was great since I've never been there before, they helped me figure out what to order and I appreciated that so much!

Good for late night eats off Broadway. Custom your pizza with whatever toppings you like or choose from their menu. The Rony, Roni, Rone and P.R.E.A.M were a little salty from all the pepperoni but the pizza came out quickly and piping hot.

Took an hour to order and another hour to get the pizza. Not because they were busy, just because the staff didn't give a sh*t.

I loved this spot & it's a black owned pizza spot. You can either pick one of their creations or create your own. We half & halfed it & chose S&H Chicken & Pream. These were great choices because they were so good. You can actually watch them make your pizza they add all the toppings & put it thru the oven. Wish they had it in NY. We also bought dry rub lemon pepper which was super tasty. 10/10 recommend

Got to try a bunch of these pizzas at work, the pepperoni, pesto tomato, and bacon / chicken. The pepperoni was a bit oily and too salty, and funnily enough, the other two had the opposite problem in that they didn't have much flavor. Crust is really thin, somewhat chewy but probably eaten best right away, not a great choice for delivery.

Ordered delivery from this restaurant approximately 1 in the morning after a very long day, food arrived when expected, was hot, delicious, and loaded with toppings. Highly recommended.

very disappointed in my order. I ordered vegan cheese with extra spinach. 1) There was like 2 pieces of spinach. && the extra spinach was an up charge. granted only .50 but I obviously ordered more bcus I wanted spinach. 2)the cheese was NOT melted. 3) the pizza was cold :/ I got home & had to put it in the oven. I am disappointed bcus I was really excited to try the food && support local Nashville restaurants.

I stopped in to Slim and Husky's back in November on my trip to Nashville. I really loved the option to choose an artisan pizza or a build your own. The flavor was excellent. And it came out piping hot. And after a long day it really hit the spot. The portions are plentiful. My pizza was enough to serve 2 -definitely worth the price. The staff was friendly and helpful - I needed a lot of napkins. LOL. The location on Broadway is close to many local attractions including the Ryman Auditorium and the NMAAM. Highly recommend!

AMBIANCE Take out tables and benches. Roomy and airy. More up keep and cleanliness required. Our table needed wiping off. Lots of young workers standing around joking with one another., SERVICE Immediate. Cashier friendly. FOOD Excellent. Ordered the slim as we wanted something light before going to bed. It was full of veggies and the cilantro ranch fulfilled my condiment addiction.

We ordered a salad as the primary meal. And extra dressing. And we tipped well. (We also ordered cheese bread and cinnamon rolls so it was a decent order) The salad wasn't delivered. When we called to let them know, we were hung up on. More than once

Our flavor choices were the Wet Lemon Pepper Steppas for the wings and unique toppings for the pizzas - Nashville Chicken with Pepperoni for me, and Spicy Pepperoni with Red Peppers for her. The anticipation built as we marveled at the artful surroundings, and within 15-20 minutes, our feast arrived. The heat emanating from the food was so intense that it added to the excitement - a testament to the freshness of the dishes. The pizzas stole the spotlight with their thin crust, providing the perfect canvas for the flavorful toppings. My Nashville Chicken and Pepperoni combination was a spicy delight, offering a kick without being overwhelming. Do not come here unless you order over an hour ahead of time. Wait is way to long and staff does not seem to care.

One of the only places serving food late on the weekends on Broadway! They have pizza until 3am Fri/Sat. Love that you can order as many toppings as you want and it's ready in just a few minutes. The crust was delicious and the workers were very friendly. Inside and outside seating options. I'll be trying this place out again for sure!!

Pizza was very good- toppings fresh and plentiful. Service was ok not friendly at all. There has to be a better method for picking up your order when ready. The screaming is loud and unable to interpret.

I really want to like this place but I think there are some issues with wait times that need to be resolved first. I might have just come in on a bad day so I'll come back to try again. Overall the food was ok. I think the wait time for to me hindered my appetite so it didn't taste as good as I wanted it to taste. The aesthetic on the inside is beautiful. I think the artists that they commissioned did a good job on the interior. I think this place deserves a second try so I'll come back when it isn't as busy.

This place just never disappoints. I tried a new location today and still had the same great taste. At this location, individual kiosks take your order and you have ample seating to wait in while it cooks. The pizza was hot and fresh in about 10-15 min. We also tried the cinnamon rolls and they are a must add dessert!

Everything and I mean everything that I have heard about Slim & Husky's is true!!! Superb pizzas!! Amazing vibes. And great staff!! Worth the money!!

Delicious pizza. I created my own with pepperoni sausage, fresh jalapeños and fresh basil on the pesto base. I really liked the dough and the topping a were fresh and plentiful. I had to order my beer separately which was annoying. There are kiosks to order your food but since it was my first time the young gentleman working walked me through and ordered so that might have been why. Casual communal place but clean. They had a big fan going to keep it cooler inside than out. Reasonably priced very good pizza! Would totally come again

The only spot to get food that didn't have a huge line at 11pm...for a reason. The pizza just isn't that good and it took a while for one flatbread to come out. It worked for a quick drunk snack but I wouldn't recommend going here if there are any other choices available.

We went to this Slim & Husky's prior to a comedy show at the Ryman, and we were not disappointed at this location at all (despite being downtown). We are no stranger to S&H's speedy, kind service and delectable fast casual pies, and it has always been a Nashville favorite in our family. Authentic, north Nash, home-grown business? Check. Amazingly generous open hours? Check. Fantastic murals from local artists? You already know. This location was surprisingly quiet in the midst of a Taylor Swift concert delay, and the bar seating allowed us a safe haven in the utter downpour of rain. The respite within the well-lit and cozy restaurant was in stark contrast to the meltdown outside and within Assembly Hall. Absolutely no shade to Assembly (those restaurants are lovely as well), but upon walking through the food hall after a speedy meal to our show on time, I have no regrets. Parking is paid nearby as with most downtown locations, but if you don't mind a walk, you can park in the city's secretly discounted lots. I wouldn't be a very good local if I revealed those locations here, but do some digging and you'll be rewarded.

We walked here after a concert because we read it was a James Beard nominee and they were open late. It was chaotic, the tables were dirty, and the pizza tasted like upgraded dominoes. It was also $80 for two people to eat. The insanity. Would not return. The peoples were making the pizza were incredibly kind and it isn't their fault, just a terrible model. Also, 100 degrees inside in line.

Made-to-order personal pizzas -- a bit expensive for what you get, and while the pizza has good flavor, it's overly salty. We ended up really thirsty for hours afterwards. So, only 3.5 stars. At $13.68 for a slim (small) pizza, which is more than enough for one person, but not enough for two, I found it a little pricey -- just to be clear, that's $35.54 for two "slim" pizzas (with tax & tip, but no drinks), which is a lot to pay for a serve yourself pizza restaurant for lunch for two. We probably should have gotten a "husky" (large), but then we would have had to agree on the toppings, which eliminates much of the benefit of personalized made-to-order pizza. The nice thing about the restaurant is that they had outdoor seating. They have a variety of interesting standard pizzas (see the menu and the many photos for an idea), you can also customize your own. So all-in-all, they have decent pizza, made-to-order with lots of choices for ingredients. 3.5 stars (because of the saltiness, and relatively high pricing if you treat a slim as an individual pizza). Hint: if you have more than one person, a "husky" (large) is a far better value.

Love this concept! My husband, son and I split 2 slim pizzas: Rony, Roni, Rone and a Cee No Green (such clever names!). We were on vacation and didn't need any leftovers so that amount worked out well for us. They were so tasty. I have never been any place that had 3 types of pepperoni so that was an added bonus. I'm from New Haven so I know my pizza and while this isn't that, it's probably one of the pest pizzas I've had down south. The young man that greeted us was friendly and helped us with the ordering kiosk. It's casual but nice inside-there were a few communal tables, a handful of counter seats facing outdoors and some tables outside. It's right next to the Assembly Food Hall.

I throughly enjoyed the vegan pizza. I enjoyed watching them add the ingredients to my personal size pizza which I could have eaten by myself but I shared it with a friend. They have oil drizzle to add as well so we selected the garlic drizzle which was delicious.

Good service. The employees got people in and out as best they could. The pizza was tasty but a tad salty. I had the smoked herb with chicken and the pepperoni/sausage pizza. The crust was cooked well but the ingredients were on the salty side. I also had two cinnamon rolls. One was supposed to have bacon but that was missing. The cookie monsta was yummy though.

Time: Tuesday Evening between 7-830pm-ish Pros: Location Ambiance Flavorful food and drinks Cons: Employees wearing different uniforms sitting and standing around both inside and outside. Difficult to distinguish who was working and who was on break. If you are on the clock and working, maybe open your mouths and greet customers and help with the menu instead of leaning on furniture or the walls? Love the vibe and music, but the music was so loud that customers cannot hear when their orders were being called. This turns into 4 employees in sync yelling names and making disrespectful faces and hand gestures trying to get customers attention over and over again. (Gentlemen, please don't work a customer service job if you want to scowl and look down on customers that patronize your business and pay your paycheck, it won't last long.) Touchpad menu was a bit quirky, but we figured it out. The food was tasty but about half the size of a normal pizza for around $16. All very thin crust, so if you split a pizza among two people you may be left hungry. All in all since we felt generally unwelcome and I won't be going back to this place for any reason. Quite a shame because I can tell the owner put a hella lot of work into this place but the employees are going to scare patrons off with good $$$ off with the mad dogging, scowls, and disrespectful actions.

everything about this establishment is above and beyond beginning from the location and straight to the excellent service! The pizza, it's OUTSTANDING, was a bonus. All the staff are so pleasant.

WHAT? Can this be one of the most fun places on Broadway without being a Honky Tonk? Maybe just maybe..... Came down here to have some pizza (because Tuesday's are Pizza and beer night for us every week) and boy was this a great find...Buckle up Folks... Ambiance: nothing to scream about - it's fast food meets cafeteria style bench / stool seating...but your not here for that! Pizza joint smells and all kinds of stuff on the walls. Service: Super entertaining staff making you feel at home and making sure you know Tuesday's are get a husky for a slim price! What? Say that again - yep a HUSKY for a SLIM price...$4 off - NICE!!! Greeted with hoots and hollars and great energy! Food: Pizza is thinner crust but looks like a skateboard served in a skateboard box- love this place and it's unique vibe and style. Pizza was a bit on the greasy side but flavor was AMAZEBALLS! Price: Seriously go Tuesdays - $4 off making your individual Husky pizza $12 and if you like beer it's also 2 for Tuesday night on beer - so 2 bearded Iris home style or other that they serve and wow your set! Prices are high ($16) for an individual pizza not on Tuesdays but when it's Tuesday it's not any worse than any other make your own pizza. Summary: You'll have a great time / great people / great atmosphere / and for the price on Tuesdays - we'll worth it!

Who would have thought to put salmon on a pizza?! Slim & Husky's did and it was absolutely delicious. We had a group of four and split 3 pizzas between us. We had the Nashville Hot Chicken, the Red Light Special, and, of course, the Smokin' Herb. Nashville Hot is exactly as it sounds. My only complaint is it could have been hotter. But I do like fire. My other friends thought it was the right heat. The Red Light Special is their take on a Margarita Pizza. They did a great job! The mozzarella was perfect, the sauce a little spicy, and the basil was great. The tomatoes were little ones, which is nice if you don't want a lot of tomato in a bite. They definitely stepped up their game with the Smokin' Herb. It has white sauce, blended cheese, spinach, red onion, and mushrooms. You can either choose smoked chicken or smoked salmon. Or you can leave it vegetarian. It was perfect and is my new favorite pizza! When I come back to Nashville I will be having this again!

This place is open late and has a variety of options for any pizza lover. The line always is out the door, but they keep it moving in a timely manner so you're not having to wait too long to enjoy a delicious warm pizza. They have many options to customize your pizza and dessert. Pizza experience. It's all made to order fresh and comes out piping hot.

Very extensive menu, There was somebody at the door to help explain it to us. It was sort of like the pizza at home where we design our own pie. Slim is a smaller portion and husky is a larger portion. We shared one husky pie it came to $18. It was very noisy and difficult to describe how we wanted our pie prepared. We waited about 10 minutes until it was ready. Pie was okay, a little salty, enough fit us both.

The vibe here is cool and community. The service and food EXCELLENT. It's more flatbread style but with extra loaded toppings. We tried a few different items and everything was delicious. Get there early because they sell out of the cinnamon rolls fast.

I have visited Slim and Husky's many times in Atlanta (both locations) and this location in Nashville was not impressive to me. It didn't feel clean, the only person that spoke to us was the gentleman that gave us our order. The pizza was great, I continue to love the ability to customize our food. I do wish they would employ some kind of microphone or something when announcing orders, especially on a Saturday. I had to go to the front 3 times over a 15 min time period to keep checking the status of our order.

I'm glad that some people like this place enough for them to have so many locations but I can't help but wonder how did they get on any top pizza list?? It's really not even pizza...it's like a cracker with some cheap toppings. Thinner than flatbread. Greasy. Gross. Only downtown food place open after midnight on a weekend night so it was busy. It took a while to prepare so definitely not fast food. I had to give them 1 star for being open and 1 for being somewhat friendly.

Slim and Huskys is a staple part of my visits to Nashville. One of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had on this planet. The staff greeted us as we entered and helped my friend decide on her pizza. Ingredients are fresh and tasty. Good vibes all around. Relaxed and chill atmosphere.

So I have tried a few locations in Nashville Atlanta and Murfreesboro. This one was pretty cool because if you're going to predators game, SEC tournament game or anything happening in Bridgestone Arena is the perfect spot to grab something before the game and I love that you guys have added the kiosk It makes it easier to get the orders right and the food gets out fairly quickly. Good as always can't wait till you guys open a location in Birmingham, Alabama.

My friends rave about Slim & Husky's, so I had high hopes. I finally had a chance to try them after a night out in Nashville; it was one of the few restaurants still open that wasn't a hot dog stand. There was an understandably long line, so we patiently waited. We ordered the red light special, which is basically a margherita pizza, except with 5 quarter sized slices of mozzarella. The worker was nice and added some shredded mozzarella for us after we asked. When we got the pizza, there was so much sauce that the flatbread base was soggy. The cinnamon buns were a bit undercooked; these must be ordered in pairs, so we had two slightly raw rolls to eat. I doubt I'll come back, at least not to this location.

Pizza was just eh. Stuffed cheese bread was good. No sauces given that I paid extra for. Will never come here again. It's like buying a car and it doesn't have the sunroof you just paid for.

Everybody needs to take a second and visit Slim and Husky's! Pizza was AMAZING!!! And I'm from Jersey we know pizza! I love the attentiveness of the staff on top of answering all the questions we had! Now to the pizza, I loved my Hot Chicken pizza (which was Nashville hot chicken). It was very tasty and it was also not very greasy which good pizza could be. I also was very satisfied that the bread was not crazy because I am trying to watch my break intake so that's a nice surprise. I love supporting black businesses but people sleep on this place! OFFICIALLY ON THE NASHVILLE ROTATION!!!

One of my favorite pizzas in Nashville! I love the fresh toppings and thinner crust (not too thin but not too thick, just the right amount of breading). I had two of the signature Husky's. California Love: very fresh, good for pesto lovers! Added shrimp which goes so well with the sauce. Rony Roni Rone: calling all meat lovers, this is the pizza for you. All of the meats combined make this pizza so great with flavors. They have beef pepperoni which is unique at pizza places. Next time, I want to create my own pizza. I believe it's as many toppings as you want. I want to try their salmon as a topping as that looked good. Additionally, I heard a lot about their sweet House rolls so I definitely will come back to try these. Don't forget to ask for some of their drizzles that you can add on top of your pizza. I usually get them on the side but I love the pesto and bbq one. Seating: long tables indoors, nice patio seating
