Slow Galerie

I was so excited to visit Slow Galerie while in Paris, and it didn’t disappoint! I’ve never been to a gallery wanting to buy so many pieces. They have a massive selection of curated, framed artwork from local artists, all hand-numbered with certificates of authenticity. You can purchase the pieces framed or unframed. It was so fun to look through all of the art, and I ended up choosing a handful of pieces to bring back to decorate my office.

My partner and I found this gallery in October, when we were exploring Paris together. After passing it a few times and having looked at the art in the windows, we decided to pop inside on our last day. We quickly found ourselves browsing all the beautiful artwork, but closing time was approaching soon, so although we loved multiple pieces, we left with only a small print of a lady bug. The gallery was truly so special- a standout place to get a memento during our trip. As Christmas was approaching, my mind went back to a work my partner had really appreciated. Feeling it might be the perfect gift; I e-mailed the gallery. Not having written down the name of artwork nor the artist, I could only provide a vague description of the artwork and of where in the store we had seen it. In what I felt like was no time at all, I got an e-mail back with information on what they believed was the artwork we had seen; and they were exactly right! Needless to say, this print was ordered, and has since made its way into the hands of my partner in the form of a Christmas gift. We want to send the gallery our shared appreciation and gratitude, not just for the help in finding the artwork, but also for giving us such a fun experience and memory tucked into a beautiful part of Paris! many thanks, Arjen and Emily

They have very nice limited editions prints supporting local artists! I bought 2 copies of the same artworks and most probably I will order more online as I was on a very short trip. But it is worthy to pay a visit to this place

Small gallery but with many interesting paintings, full of energy. The price is also very good (compared with NL). staff is very kind. Recommend!

Although I didn’t buy a painting this time, this place was a hidden gem. They got plenty of work coming from different artists. It’s really good to dig for treasure here. The paintings are affordable 👍🏽
