I went to Slowpokes and I loved it. I tried the salmon bagel, the breakfast bagel, and the one that truly won me over was the breakfast biscuit. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well made. It was pretty busy, but the service was quick and totally worth it. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommended!

Slowpokes is a cozy neighborhood café with a relaxed vibe and great coffee. Their drink menu offers everything from solid espresso to creative seasonal options, and the food is fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s a great spot to work, catch up with friends, or just unwind. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours, but the atmosphere makes up for it.

Lemonade Milkshake

Located right in the middle of rich people neighborhood central, so can be easy to miss & expect the waited catered crowd to fit the demographic. Decent line of people today, though staff were friendly & accommodating. Otherwise, nice little hidden gem of a cafe w/ a pleasant, dog friendly patio. Salmon bagel 🥯 & breakfast sandwich were pretty good! Had the chicken & beef empanadas 🥟 also. Thanks for brunch!

This place is so cute and quaint - it’s tucked away in a residential neighborhood. They’ve got about 10 parking spaces in the lot but plenty of free street parking. I got the iced ube latte (Purple Rain?) Not too sweet! Lots of outlets and indoor and outdoor seating. Different sized tables for groups big or small. Wine is 1/2 off on Wednesdays, and they’ve even got some board games and books available!

This was my second time trying this place. The atmosphere is nice. The breakfast taco was decent. Staff was friendly. Only removing some stars due to the fact that as I was drinking my iced latte, I saw a floating white thing in my drink and it turned out to be a milk cap. I ordered my latte with whole milk but the cap looks like an alternative milk cap (maybe I’m wrong tho, I’m not quite sure what kind of whole milk they use). It was no fun finding that in there.

I can't say how delighted we were to discover that we had a neighborhood coffee shop when we moved to the area in February. Slowpokes has been my go-to treat after yoga classes next door and the vibe is chill enough that I can generally get a few hours of work done. Love the pretzel, breakfast tacos, and sandwiches. The coffee is great too!

Has a refreshing and welcoming local feel. Love that it's also a roastery! We really enjoyed the breakfast options. Good light roast cold brew that felt well prepped, quality beans but a little acidic. Seemed like a good community location for relaxing any time of day.

Wow I must come back and stay a little longer next time. Matcha latte and oat latte so smooth and delicious. Also got almond croissant that tastes like the ones at agora ! It was cozy and teeming with people in there but still spacious. They have happy hour deals too! Update 2/1/25 came back for longer to do work and gosh I love the chill vibes here. It’s soooo relaxing and the food and drinks are great. Ashlee (?) at the front was so nice and helpful . Cute vibes with tons of space and florals Update came back 2/16 and they are as wonderful as ever even when the whole place is packed and busy! I think ash is so hardworking and kind and amazing !! I love this place cause food and drinks is delicious and the vibe is sooooo chill

Yelp
I REALLY ENJOYED THIS PLACE!!! I ordered The Slowpoke latte and it was amazing! I never know what to get when I try a new place out, but one of the employees recommended it and it turned out to be a great choice. My friend ordered a drink that she thought wasn't sweet enough for her taste. They had no issue providing her with some extra honey to sweeten it up. Amazing customer service! The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The weather worked out so we sat outside on the patio and soaked in some sun. They have plenty of locations to choose from, so if I you can't get to this particular one, I still highly recommend you finding one close and checking them out.

Yelp
Staff is always nice and my favorite location in the garden oak location. I have a usual order which is purple rain extra shot iced. Not sure if the syrup was a little off today ( they make it in house) but shots were watered down and there was too much milk not sweet at all it was a pretty drink that was not good and that never happens Grabbed 2 cookies and one alfajores - they get it from Michael's cookie jar- snickerdoodle and sprinkle cookies great and usual but the alfajores was probably the worst alfajores I have ever had unfortunately. If it wasn't labeled as alfajores I might have liked it

Yelp
So came to this location for the first time. I made it clear that this was my first time here. The issue I had was not with the food, (which was good) but the fact that there's only a two hour limit on the Wi-Fi and I didn't know. Had I known that I definitely would've just stayed or a short period of time with no real intention of working, but the Wi-Fi stopped right in the middle of me working I thought something was wrong with it. Went to the cashier asked her about it and she said it should say on your receipt that it's only a two hour limit. Regardless, that needs to be stated upfront somewhere in the restaurant. It's not a big deal that it's a two hour limit. I get it you want to have other patrons be able to come in buy food and also and not have others take up table space with ppl not making purchases but I was literally working on something important. Also the attitude of the cashier wasn't good when I asked her about it. Normally, I would express my opinion, but I just decided to walk away and she says as I'm walking away "oh, it's like that" fine ok". She's lucky I didn't turn around and say something, but I'm working on myself personally and I don't have time for things that don't serve a purpose in my life.. My advice to you would be to put small signs on all of the tables that indicates that there is a two hour limit on WiFi to make that clear , especially to people who are new to your establishment so that it is clear. Regardless of whether or not, I had a receipt. I did not see that part.

Yelp
Cute little coffee shop in the long point area. I loved the interior decor and the outside seating. Keep in mind it can get packed and there's not a lot of space. Parking is limited and we had to street park. There is a two hour wifi limit and you have to pay for it afterwards. The drinks were delicious and the service was good. We sat at the big long tables but it was quite messy and we had to clean the food residue off before we got our work laptops out. The big tables have stool like chairs which don't have a back, making it hard to sit for too long.

Yelp
Like most, I had no idea that this location of Slowpokes existed. Tucked in the back of the shopping strip, on the far side, I felt like I'd discovered a secret spot when I arrived... if you walk from The Blond Goat, you're in for a treat. IYKYK. Similar to the other locations you'll find a menu full of coffee, snacks, sandwiches, salads, wine, beer on tap and (the new kid on the block Italian Sodas). This trip, I chose two new to me items. One Monster Mash Italian soda and a Cali sandwich. While I usually go for the pesto chicken panini, this sandwich is a new favorite. Is it something could make at home- yes, probably. Is it also something I'd rather buy from a spot that makes it right, yep! The sandwich itself feels homemade, and I personally wish more cafes prepared their food in that way. The customer service this trip had both hits and misses, but the most notable part of this location is all of the students! It seemed like middle and high school students filled 50% of the tables. While it's personally not my vibe, it does bring a youthful energy to the place. Since I'm in this area semi frequently, I'll def have to keep this location in mind if I need some caffeine!

Yelp
Wow love this cute little coffee shop! They have coffee, wine, matcha and really great choices on the food menu. I enjoyed reading here

Yelp
My go to items to order: Lazy latte, purple rain, berry parfait, ham & Brie croissant, salmon bagel, bagel dog. My favs are the parfait and croissant! Menu is pretty extensive and there's something for everyone. I've been here several times and it is very consistent. Staff is nice and very quick with orders. Great place to catch up with friends, study, or work.

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times, just to stop and get coffee because my go-to spot closes early. It was pretty packed both times, with not much seating left in the afternoon and evening on a Saturday. I love the decor and ambiance. It feels very modern and clean, with plenty of seating and space for work, studying, or just hanging out with friends. My bf even remarked how nice the unisex restrooms are lol We got the same two drinks both times, the PURPLE RAIN and WHITE MOCHA LATTE. They required a bit of a learning curve because we like sweet coffee drinks, and we had to have them add vanilla both times. That's even after we requested them "extra sweet" (for an extra $0.25) the second time. They were shockingly not sweet at all, despite us requesting them to be. Thankfully, the baristas have been very friendly and helpful both times, checking with us after making the adjustments, if we'd like them even sweeter. Just great attitudes all around! One barista even commented that their drinks aren't very sweet, so I'm assuming this is a common issue with customers. Both times, after the sweetness level was adjusted, the drinks were great! I think we'll just have to request an extra 3-4 pumps of vanilla when ordering, and hopefully that'll do the trick!

Yelp
I never knew about this location. it's definitely ducked off. It is very nice on the inside. A good study place if you need it. Menu is full of all sorts of things to try and you know I did! I tried the beef dog, the chicken empanada, and the egg potato and cheese kolache. Let me tell you about this beef dog! My goodness! The sausage is great but what's really important is the croissant wrap around it. It's flaky. It's like and everything bagel. It really is perfection. It was a hit I needed to savor. The hibiscus lemonade is also good too! Part tea and part lemonade. The chicken empanada and kolache weren't my favorites but they are a decent breakfast item. The menu is expensive and the service was stellar! I'll definitely be back so don't hog the table!

Yelp
This coffee shop that has multiple locations throughout Houston. This place has an extensive menu and is a great spot for coffee, beer, wine, and food. I came here to work and enjoyed the Purple Rain Latte, a delightful blend of ube and vanilla. If you plan to stay for a while, bring a jacket or sweater as it can get quite cold inside. Be aware that there is a 2-hour limit on WiFi, starting from the time you get your receipt. After the 2 hours, you'll need to make another purchase to continue using the WiFi. A delightful plus was the bathroom wall filled with pictures of sloths and turtles, which I thought was very adorable.

Yelp
Great latte! Cozy little coffee shop nestled in the heart of Spring branch. The server was very informative and recommended that Ube and vanilla latte. Only four stars because almond milk cost an additional dollar which is above the norm considering most other coffee shops. There seemed to be quite a few highschoolers there doing homework, but they were quiet and not a distraction to other guests, which I appreciated. I'll be back to try other lattes and enjoy the cozy ambience.

Stephanie K.

Yelp
A hidden gem, literally, it is tucked away in the back of a strip mall. The chicken pesto panini and churro donuts did not disappoint. We had a purple rain latte (vanilla and ube) so good if you do not like sweet coffee, and the slowpoke latte, so good if you do like very sweet coffee! Servers were friendly! Can't wait to come back!!
google avatar

Yelp
Super cute hidden gem ! Parking: It is part of a shopping center so there is plenty of parking ! It may be good to note that it's sort of behind the shopping center though (there is a walkthrough back to it.) It does have a few parking spots in front as well as plenty of stree parking Seating: There's indoor and outdoor seating. They have several long shared tables. Outdoors there are patio chairs as well Order: We ordered a kolache and 2 coffees. Everything was very fresh. My hazelnut latte was extremely sweet ! I'll definitely not be adding any flavor next time Overall a cute place and I could see coming here regularly if I lived nearby. They are pet friendly too !

Yelp
Very cute little coffee/ brunch spot in the back of a small shopping center. Plenty of seating and very nice outdoor vibes. Menu was plentiful and very creative coffee drinks! Great service and beautiful restrooms!
google avatar

Yelp
My husband and I needed a pick me up in the area so we found Slowpokes on Yelp. We had our fur baby, Jade so we needed a dog friendly spot. We got the honey cinnamon latte, cold brew and salmon bagels, which were pretty good. We'll be back when we're in the area again.
google avatar

Tracey Z.

Yelp
While I love the concept of the cafe, being slow and lingering, the cafe itself could use some work. The chairs are not very comfortable, nor good if you want to stay and study. However, you can't stay too long because the wifi times out after 2 hours. I got the purple rain to drink. It was really pretty in color, but it did not taste like ube at all's I also got the brie and pear flatbread, this was good but too heavy on the brie chunks and very oily.
google avatar

Krista H.

Yelp
A hidden gem...it's in the back of a strip mall with not obvious signage pointing to it. They call themselves a coffee bar with beer and food. It is a nice little coffee shop with a pretty detailed menu, making them more of a cafe in my book. It's also got a 1970 fern bar vibe. The girl at the counter did a nice job of upselling our group. I was very happy with my Brie, Proscuitto & fig on pretzel sandwich & side salad. The side salad is not on the menu, or I didn't see it. We got empanadas to share as a group. The beef was solid. I'd pass on the chicken though. Not much flavor. The empanadas were baked, so healthier.
google avatar

Mariel T.

Yelp
It's fine. I got the slowpoke latte which was $7 even without alternative milk. You'll need to ask for a printed receipt to get WiFi, which lasts for 2 hours (and will only work 45 minutes after you order). The place is cute, and it has a ton of wine/beer/food options for during the day.
google avatar

Yelp
My friend and I came to Slowpokes on a Sunday morning - even with plenty of seating inside and outside, it gets pretty busy during this time so just a heads up! We ordered the Purple Rain (ube and vanilla), lazy latte (lavendar and honey), and the Salmon Bagel. The drinks were both wonderful but the purple rain took it away. I've always enjoyed ube and ube- flavored treats but I never had it with coffee so this was a pleasant surprise. As for the salmon bagel, the presentation was done very nicely and each bite was delicious! The service was okay, we did have to wait around 30 minutes to get our drinks and food but my friend and I were not in a hurry and granted, it was during one of the busiest times. Overall, the quality of the drinks/food is great and the setup/ambiance of the store is beautiful. Hope to come back another time

Yelp
A nice chain coffee shop. Coffee was great and service was good. I like the ambiance and you can also have food and drink here.

Kavitha T.

Yelp
It's a nice place to study. It does get surprisingly busy for being tucked away in a neighborhood. The food is decent. You do get a code on your receipt for 2 hours of internet.

Yelp
I've been a longtime fan of Slowpokes and I'm happy to see them grow. This was my first time at the Spring Branch location and I loved it way more than the one in Kirby. It's far more spacious and has ample seating and outlets. Parking is also very convenient. I came to finish up some work and the noise level was low enough for me to stay focused. I ordered the churro donuts which are my favorite snack to order here. The dough of the donut is super light and fluffy. The cinnamon sugar on top pairs really well with the apple butter. I also ordered the purple rain latte, which has ube and vanilla. The espresso was delicious and the ube and vanilla didn't make it too sweet. Overall, it satisfied my craving for an afternoon snack. Will be coming back for sure!
google avatar

Jacob D.

Yelp
I'm all aboard the Spring Branch gentrification train. Slowpoke's is another welcome stop towards progress. Parking by the front door which is in the back is a little sparse, but in the main lot on long point there is plenty. Walk up order style, they give you a number and you find a seat. There's a coffee shop feel interior and a backyard type atmosphere with seating outside. The coffee here was surprisingly good. They have beers on tap and a bar, not quite sure which meal the target more between the breakfast or dinner crowd. Salmon Bagel was tasty, but not mind blowing. Bagel was a little over toasted. Additions of dill and cucumber worked for me though. Chicken empanadas were a dud. Not really worth ordering, not sure why my wife got these. Dough wasn't right and the filling wasn't either. Nutella croissant was and absolute banger. Normally these types of pastries end up having terrible croissant and lack filling, worst of both worlds. Totally opposite here, overflowing with Nutella and super flaky and fluffy croissants dough.

Yelp
Great respite located off long point behind a strip Centre proving excellent coffeee good service delicious food a nice beer & wine selection and eclectic crowd a first choice. You can chill or meet a new friend at reasonably. Ambient vibes recommended. I have been coming forever and in a metroplex of 6 billion if I return any where it's good.

Yelp
So happy to have Slowpokes in Spring Branch. It's located behind a local plaza. Parking lot only has a few spaces but you can do street parking in the neighborhood or park at the plaza and there's a pathway to get to Slowpokes with a short walk. Service is always friendly and they do have a good menu. I love the bagel sandwich and their churros donut. An iced chai latte is my go-to. The interior is pretty spacious with plenty of tables. They also have a front patio with a few tables and another patio area through the side doors. Very chill vibes. Great for studying/work or catching up with friends.

Yelp
What a neat and aesthetically pleasing little coffee shop! The vibes in there were perfect for studying or getting work done. I wish Slowpokes was around back when I was in college and needed a place to study. We got the honey pea latte (honey + peanut butter + cinnamon) and purple rain latte (ube + vanilla). The honey pea was delicious! I love all the components so it was a no brainer that I would love this drink. You taste the cinnamon, slight sweetness from the honey, and a light nutty undertone from the peanut butter. I know this will be my go-to drink. The purple rain latte was underwhelming to say the least. Once I read "vanilla" on the menu I knew it wouldn't have much ube flavor and I was right unfortunately. All you can taste is milk and espresso. If you really really try then you might be able to convince yourself that there is ube in there. If you like ube then I would advise to skip this drink.

Yelp
Our son surprised us with a special breakfast treat that Uber Eats delivered for our 53rd wedding anniversary. Mind you, he lives in Paris, France! He selected Slowpokes based on reviews. OMG, so delicious! Tea for him and a lavender/honey latte for me was hot and amazingly good. The salmon bagel, breakfast flatbread and churros type donuts were full of flavor, hot and just tasted incredible. The sauce with the churros tasted like apple butter with honey and cinnamon. We just wanted to let you know how happy this treat was for us and your food presentation was clearly a testament to how much you care about your customers. Thanks to our son for finding you.

Yelp
The name may be Slowpoke but the service is anything but that! Okay so my GPS took me on quite the tour of the neighborhood trying to find this place. It's tucked back behind the strip mall. The parking lot is small but there's plenty of free street parking around. This place is A WHOLE VIBE and I was ALL ABOUT IT! First every single person I interacted with was so nice. From the guy who took my order, the woman who made my drink, and the guy who delivered the food to my table- all of them wonderful people! The line went from literally the counter all the way to the door but they kept the line moving quickly and the turn around time from placing the order to getting the order was impressive! There was PLENTY of seating between the bar seats and multiple tables both inside and outside. The breakfast biscuit is PERFECTION and it comes with spicy jam on the side!!! You need a fork and knife to eat it. I got The Slowpoke Latte- iced because it far too hot for hot drinks right now. It was so smooth. The cold foam was truly just the cherry on top. Also the bathrooms are adorable with all the art work plus LOADS of shelving so if you have your backpack or something you don't have to put it on the floor. This is probably my new favorite spot.

Yelp
Great food! Lovely atmosphere! Really appreciate what this business is doing and what they bring to our neighborhood

Yelp
Such a great neighborhood gem ! Great vegetarian options : we had avocado flat bread and hummus and veggies . Make sure to try the lavender lemonade ! Yum Service was great N

Yelp
On a Sunday afternoon, my daughter and I stopped in for lunch. It was our first time hanging out in the area. The gentleman at the register was pleasant and the staff seemed nice. We enjoyed the patio, my daughter is two so she had enough space to walk around. I ordered her a breakfast taco and I ordered a pizza...turned the brie and prosciutto sandwich into a pizza! It was delicious and will visit again! There was ample amount of parking and not packed which was a plus with a small child.

Yelp
I loved this hole in the wall!!! Such a cute spot and very roomy so you can certainly do remote work here. They have a great menu and many vegan healthy options which I loved. The service is fast and friendly too! I ordered the hummus plate and the cauliflower pita chips where absolutely delicious! I was so impressed I'm literally still craving them. My coffee was made with love too it was yummy and I appreciated their diverse milk options and replacements. At first it was a bit hard to find this location giving the parking lot looks sketchy too but it's down a hall and you'll see it. I overall just can't get over this place I really loved it and would say this is my top 5 for fav coffee shops and a new go to place for me to work remotely :) your doing a great job slowpokes!
google avatar

Yelp
First time trying slow pokes. When I walked in I was greeted right away by staff. They were very nice and helpful with navigating the menu. I got a hot latte and the salmon bagel. The salmon bagel was recommended to me and it was awesome. The cream cheese to bagel ratio was perfect. I really enjoyed my latte, I know next time I really want to try the honey and lavender latte. There is plenty of seating and it was super clean. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
LITERALLY THE BEST. I come here way too freakin much. I very quickly became a VIP customer -- or at least FELT like one -- as evidenced by the speed with which the counter LEARNED MY NAME. Let's rave for a moment. I love the fresh-roasted coffee. The beans are acidic, but in a good way -- not overdone/oversteeped. Roasted fresh about twice a week and aged. One last thing on the beans: They're top-tier. I'd even pick them over Katz's fresh coffee from their HQ. Quiet and tucked away between a business hotspot near Jersey Village and a nice neighborhood, Slowpokes hides from large crowds. I'm pretty sure they rely on their crazy amount of satisfactory Yelp content to bring in so many loyal customers. This is the best place I've ever found to study. And I'm a student in Austin. This beats every single cafe experience I've had in Texas. Get the Ube coffee, the new hibiscus lemonade, or the espresso for maximum returns. Pro tip: ask for the counter's HONEST opinion. That's how I learned to love this counter, they knew the menu and were totally honest and even humorous. 10/10, a must-try if you drive through the area on a commute.

Yelp
Everything is delightful. The people, ambiance and character are simple fantastic. Everyone enjoys their time here.

Kate H.

Yelp
Overall okay. All food items had extreme flavors (i.e citric salad , salty sandwich, etc.). I get some plates have distinguished ingredients , but if you have a salted pretzel bun don't salt the chicken so heavy. Left having a light stomach burn
google avatar

Mynika C.

Yelp
I enjoyed my visit to this location. I've been to another Slowpokes, but it was my first time here. Went around lunchtime and while it wasn't packed when we arrived, the line to order ended up extending immediately after we ordered. Perfect timing I'd say. I ordered the B. S. T. Sandwich with no bacon and it was so good. Unless I was really hungry? Well two things can be true at once so yeah. The wine was wine, I'd return and order another glass of the Sauvignon Blanc. The process to order was quick and easy. We didn't have to interact much with anyone so the service was fine. All in all, I'd return to Slowpokes. They have outdoor seating on the patio and I can see this being a nice place to stop by and get some work done. Chill vibes.
google avatar

Rachel C.

Yelp
Such a cute space! Small menu but nice place to enjoy a coffee with your pup on the patio!
google avatar

Natalie A.

Yelp
The staff have the best recommendations! They're such lovely people! We ordered a grilled cheese and the best pizza ever. There's plenty of outside sitting and inside as well. You can come chat with friends or work peacefully. Great place, I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
(3.5 stars) I enjoy coming here to do work or read with my friends. While the back parking lot has very few spots, if you park in the parking lot near Long Point (the lot that shares space with Feges), there's ample parking. There are a lot of tables with very comfy cushions which allow you to study for a long period of time. It's not noisy at all (no background music if I recall). Lighting is alright, definitely not dark like some of the cozier coffee shops but I did struggle to read my book a bit. Not sure about the outlets- I didn't see many but I also wasn't looking very much. As for their menu, they do have some specialty lattes that I've tried - the flavors were pretty unremarkable in my opinion. Their drinks are definitely pricey compared to other shops and also for their size- definitely not worth it alone but you're also paying for that study spot! I'd come here to hang out with friends or get work done. Wi-fi is free but they do ask for your receipt #. Also, staff is very nice!!
google avatar

Mariah N.

Yelp
Great work from home place. The food and coffee is delicious and the staff is kind. I go about once a week and there's always plenty of seating and other people also working.
google avatar

Christine L.

Yelp
Cute place by Hilshire Village and Long Point with ample parking, generous outdoor and indoor seating, friendly and fast service, good music, nice vibes. Coffee adequate for caffeine fix and the croissant sammies ok- it lacked flavor and the texture was crunchy on the outside and not flaky, more like toast on the inside. Recommended for outdoor hanging out and plenty of plants!
google avatar

T J.

Yelp
Exactly what we were hoping for.... Charming ambience, yum coffee, and excellent service. Camryn made an otherwise wonderful experience even better. We will definitely be making Slowpokes part of our routine.

Yelp
I've lived in the Spring Branch area for practically my whole life, but have never heard of this neighborhood coffee shop until my good friend from church told me about it! This place has a great mix of dine-in, bar, outdoor and mixed seating! Definitely has a chill vibe with board games to play, a TV to watch some games, good internet to do your studying/school work, and great staff to help make the experience more memorable! I've only had two drinks there, it was the Lavendar (or Ube) Latte and Iced Vanilla Latte, and I am very impressed by both of them! They are certainly delicious and would definitely get those items again!
google avatar

Lili T.

Yelp
Service: Outstanding Speciality: Exotic Coffee Ambiance: Boho vibe (which is my favorite) Food: Delicious! Sometimes the simplista words give the best reviews, and this definitely is on my list of one of my favorite places. Bonus: They are open longer than most coffee and brunch places. They are open until about 9pm
google avatar

Malek B.

Yelp
One of my favorite coffee shops. Laid back ambiance, great coffee, I'll even order their avocado toast since it's high quality. Baristas are passionate and knowledgeable, will talk your ear off about different roasting and preparation techniques. Helps that their prices have been kept reasonable. Thnx to Afif, Mazin & family. H-Town locally founded, owned, operated.

Yelp
Pretty much boycotting this place due to its new internet rules that are not posted anywhere in the shop. There is a 2 hour limit on internet use. Not only is this ridiculous considering we are in Houston and not New York. They do not make u aware when you show up and when you do make additional purchases the timer starts after you bought your additional items to keep internet. I knew I had a conference call that would last longer than my Internet was lasting so before my meeting I purchased an additional item to be proactive. Only to lose service and not be able to reconnect because I had to enter the details within 45 min. Why the hell am I spending 15 dollars just to work at this coffee shop located in this developing part of town when I have tons of other options where this is not a problem. Never coming here again to work or study.

Yelp
One thing that will quickly make me dislike a place and never return no matter how good it is... is the SERVICE! First off what's with the ignoring people? You work in customer service how hard is it for you to not treat your customers like they don't exist? The people who work here act as if you shouldn't be here. How dare I come into a business and actually want to spend my money!? I will NEVER come back here today after the way I was treated. I waited at least a half an hour for a latte! Apparently it was made but no one could be bothered to tell me that. So instead they let me stand around while the place was empty and ignored me until I had to ask. When I did ask where my order was the server gave me a response as if it was my fault that I didn't hear my order called out. I like slow pokes but this spring branch location isn't worth it.

Yelp
Staff was rude, and that really just does it for me. It only takes one time and makes you not want to come back.
