One of my favorite coffee shops with some quirks Drinks: the coffee here is fantastic and the food is pretty darn good. Service: staff are fantastic and super chill. Arturo is a great barista. Atmosphere: the interior is lovely and one of my favorites among Houston coffee shops. Theres plenty of natural light from the giant windows, bar-style seating by a pretty bookshelf / cabinet, a variety of seating along various tables from 2 person to massive 8+ seaters. When it’s nice outside, the double doors are often open and let in plenty of fresh air. The downsides are most of the seating surfaces are hard and therefore uncomfortable to seat for prolonged periods. Downsides: there’s only paid parking. The shop validates for a couple hours but the parking garage has malfunctioned on me several times. There’s free WiFi but only for a couple hours per purchase.

Superb chill place. Highly quality food and delicious coffee. I highly recommend especially when the weather is nice. Close to the part of you are interested to grab coffee and chill by the park

We were a bit early for a meeting in River Oaks, so we stopped off for a coffee. I LOVE a good cafe and this place is a great cafe. The coffee was superb, and the pastries looked delicious (I couldn't justify a second breakfast on a Monday morning 😉 I am keen to go back and try some "all-day breakfast" items. It is a great location, too, opposite Levy Park. WATCH OUT for the parking restrictions, though!

Loved the service and atmosphere here! The baristas were so sweet and gave us some good recommendations! We wanted the strawberry matcha but since they were out of strawberry the barista recommend raspberry syrup and it was just as delicious! The matcha was just powdery at the bottom of the cup. The Spanish and cheese kolache was also delish! We got a flatbread and salad as well but in my opinion they weren’t anything crazy. I would return for the Spanish and cheese kolache.

Google
Really enjoyed the atmosphere - great place to meet someone and/or work. My cold brew was great, but I was really disappointed by the breakfast taco—it was surprisingly plain and lacked flavor.

I've discovered a fantastic spot that caters to different vibes! Whether you're seeking a visually striking ambiance with high ceilings and dramatic lighting for a solo coffee break, or a charming outdoor area perfect for catching up with friends, this place seems to have it all. And the coffee is delicious to boot! The only caveat is the parking situation, so be prepared to factor that in when you visit.

Nice small café with cute decor. Friendly service and good coffee.

Google
Such a cute spot! Great customer service and atmosphere 🥰🫶🏼✨ I ordered the Lavendar Latte ☕️ And that was delicious. Diego and Emi had the best customer service and vibe. They were so upbeat and positive. I’d definitely come back just because they were so welcoming and friendly.✨ They even have wine 🍷 if that’s what you’re in the mood for. The atmosphere was chill. You can be inside in the AC or outside under the umbrellas. WiFi is available. Def a place where you can get work done 💻 Parking available in the parking lot. 🅿️ $5 parking but Slowpokes validate it 🙌🏽 Again another plus for customer service and thinking about how to care for the customers needs. ❌Don’t park on the street because you will get towed. Those spots are for Levy Park visitors. Overall, this was a great experience, Levy park is near by, and I’ll be back. 😊🙌🏽

Yelp
So this location is nestled within close proximity to the cutest park with lots of surrounding places to check out too. Definitely somewhere I plan to revisit when I'm in the mood for a nice, relaxing day. As far as ambiance is concerned Slowpokes itself gives a quaint, subtly sophisticated coffee spot vibe. Just a disclaimer it does get pretty packed in there! So if you come with intents to dine in or do work, be prepared to share a table with someone or wait for the next available seat. Food was so good and paired so nicely with my coffee. My friend opted for the breakfast bagel and it looked soooo good. Coffee/Lattes truly stole the show. Literally 5/5! I can be a matcha snob but that one was soooo good. Not only was I REVVED UP after having my latte, but it was actually so good that I sat and ordered another drink just to explore their menu more. Only thing I didn't care for was the customer service for my second order (mind you this is the same day). For my first order I was helped by a young lady who was super sweet and suggestive. By the time I placed my second order there was a guy and I was puzzled when he didn't ask whether I was dining in or not and automatically made my second drink in a paper cup. Also it didn't help that this same person didn't really greet my friend or I. Either way though I fully endorse this spot and love it to my coreee! If you're in the mood for some specialty crafted coffees/lattes, look no further! I left there sooooo satisfied. Cheers to one of my new favorite Houston coffee spots!

Yelp
I love the sloth themed shop. Nice gathering space. I had an espresso and it was quite strong. Ample private lot on site. A lot of people were eating so their food must be good!

Yelp
Came here on a busy Saturday but they worked really fast! It was very very busy - a lot of people studying and hanging out, really good natural lighting in the restaurant. Merch was also really cute and I loved the furniture and decorations. The drinks were a bit sweet but delicious overall! I added an extra shot to mine (like I always do) and my friends loved theirs.

Yelp
Absolutely love the aesthetic of this place. Lots of natural lighting being emitted from the entrance, and the view of Levy park adds a cherry on top. This is one of your go-to spots when it's a sunny day and you want to catch up with friends or study. Personally, it's a little too dim for me whenever I sit toward the back but if you prefer low light settings, give it a shot. Only other complaint is that you get a 2 hour limit on wifi access whenever you buy something. Got a little too trigger happy and forgot to take a picture... but I recommend the oh one eight flatbread for a nice snack. I find it to be one of the more unique and savory dishes of this place.

Yelp
Some of our class went to Slowpokes in upper Kirby to hangout during orientation week! This is a nice cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. It's next to a big park with plenty of attractions and seating as well. There's some street parking as well as a parking garage where your ticket will be comped with a purchase. I got the purple rain specialty latte, which is made with ube and vanilla. It was pretty decent at first but they put in a lot of ice so the drink soon became diluted and did not taste as good. The ube flavor was pretty light but the vanilla wasn't strong either. I was outside so the heat definitely contributed to the ice melting faster but it was not enjoyable to drink after that.

Yelp
My friends and I had dinner nearby and weren't just ready to go home yet. The trusty Yelp app said Slowpokes was literally right around the corner from where we were. Since we were all parked already, we just walked right on over. This Kirby Grove location is not their first location, but it is the first location that I visited. This location is located in what looks like an office building that has restaurants and shops on the ground level. Walking in I immediately thought this place looked like a coffee shop on steroids. It was huge! The coffee counter was right there when you walked in. Right behind it was a bar set up for all your beer and wine needs. There was also an ample amount of seating inside and outside and a beautiful park directly across as well. Customer service was great, especially for someone like me that never knows what they want. The menu here is pretty huge. You have quite a few options to choose from between the food and drink menu. The food menu consists of breakfast options (served all day), flatbreads, sandwiches, salads and shareable items. They use food options from other local spots as well. Great community atmosphere here. The drink menu consists of wine of all varieties, local beers, mocktails, refreshers and all kinds of coffee and tea options. I was here for coffee and coffee only, so I focused on that section this trip. Right away, the Reeses Latte stood out to me. I am a sucker for Reeses peanut butter cups so I had to try it. What I like about this place is that they roast all their own coffee and you can taste the high quality ingredients they use. My latte was delicious. It wasn't overly sweet, but the peanut butter and mocha flavors were definitely there. I savored every sip. If there were a Slowpokes in my part of town, I would be there all the time. This place had great vibes and I loved what I ordered. Can't wait till my next Slowpokes visit!

Yelp
Favorite place to study! Everytime I've gone they have such good music playing and their iced chai tea latte is my favorite. I recently tried their matcha latte and I'll stick with my regular iced chai latte instead. It was very milky and very faintly tasted like matcha I could tell by just the color it wouldn't be too good. What I did love was their prosciutto panini it was amazing! I think it's my new favorite food item they have. Sweet, savory and their bread reminds me of a pretzel, it's perfect. As per usual I will be back service is always great and seating availability is consistent.

Yelp
Everything about this place was outstanding. The location is epic. The first elections were great, and the ambience was quiet enough to where I could enjoy a conversation with my friends. The service was wonderful and the prices were reasonable

Yelp
This place is in a great location. The woman at the register was sooooo bubbly and nice and I just want to be friends with her now kind of vibes. I had questions about the pumpkin pie latte and omg it was everything I ever wanted. I also made dog friends. 10/10 recommend.

Yelp
I love all Slowpokes locations, best cafe in the world. This one had a particularly lively city center vibe, as exhibited by these Bhangra dancers outside. They have board games. Though it may be in a good area, I found the seating at this location less comfortable than some of the others. Still love it though.
google avatar

Yelp
When I first walked in I was amazed how big the menu was. The workers were extremely friendly. I ordered Purple Yam affogato but was so sad because due to the weather and the hurricane power outage there was no ice cream available. The manager I assumed, insisted I pick whatever pastries and however many I would like. I grab their dulce de leche looking cookies which was very good! I also order a cali sandwich, BST sandwich, beef and chicken empanadas. The food was pretty decent for what it was. Overall a beautiful place with fantastic staff!

Yelp
Was very impressed with Slowpokes! The seating was plentiful to me, both inside and outside. It wasn't too loud, a good place to come and get some work done. I had one of their wraps and it was very good! Also the giant cinnamon role was delicious-- highly recommend! Would definitely recommend this spot if you need a place to come work solo, catch up with a friend, get a small group together, or just grabs a bite to eat or some coffee. You can't go wrong here! Took one star off simply because the service seemed a tad bit slow in the middle of a Saturday when there wasn't too many people there, but honestly it wasn't that bad!
google avatar

Pooja N.

Yelp
I like that they are open until 9! I needed a night warm drink so I came here for a decaf americano. Pretty good americano, cute vibe and right next to levy park - honestly a hidden gem!
google avatar

Jazmin T.

Yelp
Came in here for some after dinner drinks, and it was such a cute vibe! I love that they sell coffee, wine and beer, and then have some food for purchase as well. My friends ordered cappuccinos and a Reese's iced coffee and you could just tell the amount of love and patience that went into making the drinks, they looked delicious! There's indoor and outdoor seating, and surprisingly for a houston evening there was a nice breeze out, so the doors were open and we hung out and chatted for a while. While looking around the place, they've got merch for sale as well as games to play, which is always right up my alley! There's an amazing view of the park across the street, I would definitely come back here to hang for a bit and try the food next time too!

Yelp
It was an early morning, and I had yet another craving for chai. I saw that Slowpokes was nearby, so I thought it couldn't hurt to give it a try. Well, they really live up to their name. I walked in and two people were seated enjoying their drinks. The two workers at the counter did not acknowledge me for minutes (mind you, it's quite obvious when a customer comes in, as there's only one entrance/exit). I was quite annoyed that I had to approach them to order. There's nothing extraordinary about their chai latte. Is it worth $8? Absolutely not. Is it with returning? Nope. Side note: parking during the day can also be frustrating since closer spaces are for the park only
google avatar

Mary P.

Yelp
I tried out Slowpokes today and I was impressed! There's plenty of space to work or have coffee with a friend, lots of tables, and the decor was so cute! I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I got one of their refreshers which was absolutely delicious! I think it was the watermelon one. I will definitely come back again if I need to get out of the house and do some work, I'll bring a jacket next time because it does get pretty chilly in there!
google avatar

Madelina N.

Yelp
A fun spot on a nice sunny day! Extensive menu with lots of food and drinks for a long day of studying. Also had plenty of open seating when I came. Only downside is that wifi lasts for 2 hours and will have to get another item! Service was fast and the baristas were very friendly
google avatar

Thomas G.

Yelp
Make sure they put your cups securely into the cup holder, or else you will be starting your own coffee swimming pool in your car. Nice people, good coffee when it stays in the cup where it belongs.
google avatar

Sanaa C.

Yelp
Lovely place to visit after a workout class or walk around Levy park. They cater both to coffee lovers and wine lovers. They even have a happy hour! They have a few outdoor tables as well. Great place to study, catch up with a friend, or just people watch. I enjoy their pretzel with honey mustard, flatbreads, and hummus and veggies!
google avatar

Mimi T.

Yelp
This is my 3rd visit. I've gone with friends and alone. I love the decor especially at the bar. The indoor sitting area is not kid friendly because of the high table top for a high chair to reach. Sometimes sitting outdoors isn't always an option when it is too hot or cold or raining. I always enjoy my iced latte but especially the lazy lavender or regular lavender. The food items are really delicious and you can't go wrong with any option. I enjoy the salmon bagel & chicken pesto panino. The staff is always friendly. The restroom is usually clean! You have to park in the attached garage but they do validate parking!
google avatar

Michael V.

Yelp
Love cafes like this. Lots of table space and room in the building. Perfect spot to bring your laptop for work or studying. Plenty of outlets. Service is chill. They give you a number to place where you sit so they can bring you your food. Salmon bagel was delicious and had a nice caramel macchiato.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been going to this Slowpokes for awhile now, but I'm surprised I didn't write a review sooner for here. This location next to Levy Park is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. Chill vibes. Lots of tables and outlets for studying. Quality coffee. Food, beer, wine, and happy hour are available as well. What else could you ask for? On a nice day outside, many people get their coffee to go and enjoy Levy Park right outside. The only downside to here can be parking. It's either street parking or parking garage. Just be careful because the park and valet area are strict about towing if you don't follow the signs. My go to order here is the purple rain aka their ube latte, and I always opt for almond milk. Otherwise I'd recommend whatever the seasonal flavors are. Currently it's a cozy rose pistachio latte. Overall I 10/10 recommend Slowpokes for sure, enjoy! PS. Print out your receipt for the wifi password.

Yelp
I placed an order for pickup, but my coworker ended up running about 30 minutes late to pick it up. She called ahead to let the staff know about the delay and asked if our drinks could be remade. They said it wouldn't be a problem, so we thought everything would be fine. However, when I finally got my drink--a matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla syrup--it was really disappointing. The drink was completely watered down and had almost no matcha flavor. It tasted like watered down oat milk with just a hint of matcha and vanilla. If the drink hadn't been remade as promised, I would have understood and adjusted my expectations, but since we were told it would be, the quality was really disappointing.
google avatar

Yelp
It sucks in this day and age age after Gordon Ramsey has trued to teach the world of food about freshness, consistency and general care for what you serve that a joint as honestly pricey as this, near all these law firms has trouble not just with consistency of food quality and portion size but level of salt on their food and general care. I feel like the food is semi carefully put together but ingredients are not checked for quality. The first time i came i had a DELICIOUS salad- the greek one, I believe its called the Athena, it had plenty of everything, including 4 or 5 slices of wet feta? The next time i ordered it with salmon it had 1 slices of cheese, and some older lettuce that I threw out. The next I ordered it with chicken it had a couple and only a little bit of greens..? Today I ordered this $11 dollar pesto chicken panino. It's small, it's salty very salty and the pesto was nowhere to be found. Comes with avocado, the avocado has brown spots that hadn't been removed. I don't know. I want to love it. It's right under my office so I NEED it to be good. But the reliability is not there. Their coffee are in a similar situation . One time i got a nice strong double shot delicious. Next time i got a bland cappuccino, barely there type coffee, watery. It's such a cool place. But I may be sticking to their coffee and "SINFULL" bars. They are natural and low sugar. Im not gonna lie, Im disappointed. :/
google avatar

McKenna J.

Yelp
It was good, decent price for a Kirby coffee shop. They have parking garage parking so it's an extra fee, but it's Houston so what do you expect. Had the breakfast bagel and it was yum, solid amount of food too so you're full after.
google avatar

Tammy T.

Yelp
This place has some pretty good coffee. Needed a morning pick me up, and this is the place we chose to try out. They definitely live up to their name, so if you're in a rush, this may not be the place to go to! They also serve craft beer here, which is really neat. We only came for the coffee and grabbed a cookie and everything bar, which was also really good!
google avatar

Charlotte H.

Yelp
The food and coffee are good at a reasonable price. The service is excellent. I go often.
google avatar

Sara C.

Yelp
You have to BUY your right to their Wifi and it only lasts 2 HOURS!! so.. Your wifi access comes from your receipt # and the total price of your purchase. If you want more than 2 hours of wifi access.. I quote from the barista "You have to purchase another thing to get another receipt" -______________- so. If you plan on staying for more than 2 hours to get work / studying done then there's a heads up for you. I wanted to give 5 stars bc the Ube coffee drink is really good, there's a lot of seating inside and even some outdoors. Vibes are nice and they seem to have lots of good food options too. HOWEVER. I have never seen a cafe charge you for limited wifi. completely ridiculous.
google avatar

Caroline N.

Yelp
Wonderful location (adjacent to Levy Park). It's quiet with a cute ambiance. However, I really dislike that there's a 2-hour wifi limit that's only accessible with a receipt-- not conducive for students who want to study all day. Staff is friendly. There is a water tap available for self-service. I got the cougar punch (cherry strawberry lemonade) on their spring menu, and it was SO refreshing and delicious! It was $4.60 after tax for a 16 oz.

Yelp
Coffee: Got the Reese's latte, iced. Very good! A bit too sweet but I did order a sweet drink so that's on me. Service: Staff is very nice. Music: Not my cup of tea, just typical coffee house music. Parking: Garage parking. Slowpokes validates up to 3 hours, which is nice. WiFi: Good WiFi, but only allows access for 2 hours after the purchase of an item. Should at least be consistent with the 3 hour parking validation, I don't understand why they're different. Outlets: Not a ton, but was able to find one at one of the small high tables. If you get a seat close to the wall, there is a good chance you have an accessible outlier. Seating: Plenty of seating, high chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Food: Did not try any , so not included in my rating. Price: 5.75 for a regular specialty latte, pretty regular price. Nothing crazy Overall: Good coffee shop but probably not the best to work at. I have been to much better places to sit and work that don't limit WiFi access. :)

Yelp
Why 5 stars? Because the nitro was absolutely essential to my life. --- --- --- This review is going to be quick and to the point. If you enjoy black nitro, like I do, Slowpokes is an excellent choice. The nitro was smooth and full of caffeine, which is exactly what I was seeking after eating a mammoth, carb-filled lunch. I was looking for coffee nearby and nitro was difficult to track down, for some reason. So many places seemed to have cold brew only, and why would anyone choose for just regular ol' cold brew, when a much better version of that is available in the form of nitro? I'd happily return to Slowpokes in the future for more than just coffee, but for now, I've established that the coffee checks the boxes.

Yelp
This location was so packed it was crazy but it's in a nice area of river oaks i wanna say? idk but it's directly across from levy park and it's a really nice area. but the coffee was so bad i'm sorry. no taste no nothing. also not many outlets to charge anything so idk i wouldn't study here tbh. i like the location on 34th better for actual studying.
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
I have been visiting many Houston coffee shops as I have been studying this month. This has been one of my favorites. Good drink selection and GREAT food selection. Breakfast tacos and chicken sandwich were fire. The service was great and the ambiance is laid back but very clean and feels fancy. I love the sloth and snail decorations. Internet is free with purchase but only for two hour windows based on the timing of your purchase.
google avatar

Ilse G.

Yelp
Tuesday at 10:30, and it took them 23 minutes to make my coffee. There's no reason a mediocre, overpriced coffee should take that long. Unfortunately, it's my neighborhood spot, and I only go when I run out of my own coffee. It's disappointing because I love coffee shops and was excited to move here to enjoy this one. It's a cute place, but I can not justify the $1.25 for alternative milk and just how long they take. It's sucks to hate a place you want to love.
google avatar

Samah K.

Yelp
Very nice coffee shop in Houston! I came here back in the fall and got their "Boo"berry latte which was flavored with blueberry and cinnamon. My drink was amazing! Service was really good too, the girl at the counter helped me out with validating my parking in the garage. Ambiance was also nice, there aren't as many outlets as I would like, but I was able to be seated at a table where there were plenty of plugs for me to be able to spend a good 3 hours studying here. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area!
google avatar

Jessica Z.

Yelp
Slowpokes is always on the top of my list for my study sessions. There is usually seating and not too packed with good music as white noise. I always order their iced vanilla latte which is always solid. We ordered their pretzel this time which came with three different dipping sauces, my favorite being the mustard. I always recommend slowpokes as a study spot and having solid coffee and food options!
google avatar

Sunny B.

Yelp
Starting this review out with an important PSA that we wish we knew: THEY TOW IF YOU PARK OUT IN THE PARALLEL SPOTS OUT FRONT. We didn't read the signs which say spots are for park goers only. We visited on a chilly Friday night and unfortunately we were towed. They were towing every single car parked out front that night. I think they assumed that no one would be visiting the park outside in the dark and cold. Unfortunately, this ruined our visit and we likely won't be back to Levy Park or the restaurants in the plaza because of the tow. Slowpokes itself is very cute, unique vibes. They are open late, and there was a surprising number of people here studying late on a Friday night. They sell alcohol, coffee, and food. I tried the lazy latte (lavender and honey latte). It was just the right amount of sweet and was tasty, but very pricey. $5.75 for a regular size.

Yelp
Visited slowpokes on Saturday afternoon to try a new coffeeshop. I ordered their seasonal latter Purple Rain which was Ube and Vanilla at recommendation of the barista I went w iced. I also ordered a blueberry danish. The latte was absolutely delightful the flavors were such a beautiful mix, I didn't want it to finish. The danish was just ok but then again it's not an item they make in house. Their menus has many interesting items I look forward to going back to try their in house foods. The location was very accessible I had no issues finding free parking despite visiting on a weekend. They have many seating options weather you want to hangout w friends, work, read or sit by the window overlooking beautiful park. I loved the bar, I sat there and read for sometime, the decor had a masculine old time feel but when you paid close attention there were many modern elements in there, quite entertaining to look at. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to visiting again & bringing friends!

Yelp
Went yesterday for the first time ever! In love with the customer service and the coffee! I definitely recommend the lavender latte with oat milk if you love more of an aromatic drink also the seasonal snickerdoodle coffee was great!! Once again the guy that took our order was amazing and lovely! Great customer service and coffee! Can't wait to be back in the area.

Yelp
I had the slowpoke wraps and although it was very delicious, I happened to find a piece of foil within my food. Unfortunately I had my wrap to go, otherwise I would have mentioned it to the staff on deck. So I hope that this review helps them become more meticulous in the preparation of food going forward. I would definitely go back but maybe won't order another wrap for a while.

Yelp
My first time and I've been meaning to come here forever!! First impression was great I sat in there for a while after I ate because I was so comfortable. I LOVED how nice and cold it was in there. It's way too hot outside and so many stores and restaurants aren't willing to turn the AC colder. If you get cold easy and plan to stay awhile maybe bring a light jacket though. I decided to take a chance and try their rose and pistachio latte. I can't say I could taste either flavor distinctively from each other and in general it was an average latte. I also tried the oh-one-eight flatbread and added roasted peppers and onions. I think it was a bit too greasy for me and just wasn't my taste but don't let it deter you I fully think it was just not for me it tasted fine. They also have loads of merchandise and drinks and pastries available at the front. When the weathers nicer you can sit outside as well! I look forward to being back soon and trying new items and maybe bringing something to work on and new people!!

Yelp
Love when my kid suggests Levy Park cuz it's honestly an excuse for me to get to come here!! Can't get enough of the Avocado Mash Sandwich that is always refreshingly delicious, perfectly salted and freshly mashed with olive oil on sourdough slice with arugula and little cherry tomatoes. And just as addicted if not more to the Chicken Pesto Panino served on a mouthwatering pretzel baguette with pads of mozzarella, arugula, avocado, and savory pesto and aioli. My little tip? Try this with dashes of Cholula hot sauce inside that can be found at the self serve station near front entrance next to silverware. Omg adds an incredible spicy spark that I can't get enough of. The iced Caramel Machiatteo never disappoints either. Expect great coffee and comfy atmosphere with friendly baristas and kind servers. I like that I can have my order "to go" so all food items are individually packed and securely placed in a sturdy bag and can walk out with to enjoy next door at the park. Happy Hour is every week day from 4pm to closing and you can get a pretzel with dipping sauces for just $3, a hummus plate for $6 and beer and wine specials!

Yelp
Love this coffee shop! 10/10 service, atmosphere and food! Came by for breakfast. Ordered the croissant ham sandwich and the Reese's iced coffee. I accidentally knocked over the entire iced coffee when it came to our table, the staff came by and mopped it up for us and were so nice about it. They immediately made me another iced coffee. Loved the croissant and drink both were flavorful!

Yelp
What a cute coffee shop across levy park! The location is very prime for someone who wants to have a nice relaxing time catching up with friends and grabbing a coffee with a view of the park. The seating inside also seemed ample with outlets as well. I decided to try their lazy latte which is lavender and honey. Got it less sweet and it was perfect! My sister wanted to get the ube latte but at 11am on a Saturday morning they ran out of ube, so she tried the booberry seasonal latte (white mocha and blueberry). It tasted like a blueberry fruit/granola bar, which we thought was an interesting concept but she didn't enjoy it because she doesn't like fruit bars. Parking wasn't too bad - there's limited street parking and also garage parking. Make sure you ask the cashier for validation so your garage ticket can be free!

Yelp
This by is their best location! The service is always so upbeat and kind. The menu is expansive and good. There is always a space to work even if you're sharing table with others. They have outlets against the wall for charger. Street and garage parking! Doors are open, and inviting. Across from park so nice to sit outside.

Yelp
Extraordinary nitro cold brew; this month it's on a Kenyan peaberry bean just recently roasted (dates shown on bag label wow) which, being specifically Kenyan & peaberry for sure makes this the bougiest nitro I've had yet. It's sweeter, fruitier, richer & a bit more acidic, complex & easily tastes miles better than 95% of nitros I've ever had. It's amazing how having a fresh, proper roast of a highly desirable bean, especially on black nitro (no ice or filler junks) where the pure nitrogen creaminess (akin to steamed milk like ole) further accentuates delicate undertones not normally noted in side to side comparisons can make a noticeable difference. They rotate their cold brew bean monthly and validate parking if u park in garage above (don't park in front that's for park only). Love the bartenders too, very knowledgeable and helpful. The ambiance is stunning and relaxing too. There are some amazing food options like this Brie & ham croissant i snapped. Dog friendly! Look forward to popping in here whenever nearby!

Yelp
I really enjoyed the ambience of this coffee shop. It can get a little loud, but I liked how it is right across Levy Park. It is a good place to study/work, but you get a time limit of 2 hours of wifi on your receipt so it makes it difficult to stay working all day. Avocado Mash - delicious, crispy sourdough, the lemon pairs super well with the avocado Blueberry Latte - one of the current specialty drinks, I enjoyed it but it was a bit too sweet for me Ube Latte - I absolutely LOVE ube so I really liked this drink Chicken Pesto Panino - this was recommended by one of the staff, and I was not disappointed, would definitely order this again. Tip: make sure to not park right in front of the coffee shop (where it says Levy Park parking), because people do get towed!!

Yelp
Visited from Michigan and had the best cold brew here- great tasting coffee and ambiance. Each Slowpokes location has its own unique touch and it's a great local stop!
