18 Best Hotels in Buenos Aires | Condé Nast Traveler

"Like the rest of the hotel’s interiors, rooms are designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni, who injects a touch of contemporary European sensibilities to the décor. Rooms feature hardwood floors, a black and white color palette, low-slung beds, rainfall shower heads in the peekaboo bathrooms (a glass wall looks out to the bedroom, but you can close the blinds), and mini bar stocked with local snacks and wines. The best part is the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to private balconies furnished with a pair of butterfly chairs, perfect for taking in the views of the river and city beyond it. The complimentary breakfast is a must have, and includes delicious medialunas and other baked goods, jams, dulce de leche, cereals, the local mate drink, seasonal fruits and juices from the buffet as well as a la carte items like omelettes and French toast. Breakfast is served at Leynia, which in the evening becomes a steakhouse with a modern Japanese twist—think open-flame grilled meats, ossobuco empanadas, Patagonian trout ceviche, and teriyaki style shrimp." - Celeste Moure

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Not only did they not let me check in on the first day until after 3PM, but the maid service in my room was unreal. My business colleagues laughed when I told them about my experiences and said that the maid must have been on drugs.||Here is the scoop….pictures attached. I am a very neat person….so when I left my room, I neatly put the robe at the bottom of the bed so they would hang it up. I left the slippers alongside the bed too. When I returned in the evening. The bathrobe was scrunched up and thrown on top of my open suitcase. The slippers had not moved from where I left them and the bathroom was a mess too.||I took a picture and told the front desk about it as well and they did apologize and said it would not happen again.||So can you imagine how upset I was the next day when I returned to my room and there was a fresh pillowcase just thrown into my suitcase.||One final thing…on the first day to have my included breakfast in their restaurant at 730AM…there was no toast or other types of croissants or anything, even though the restaurant opens at 7AM. When we asked they told us that they were coming out…but by the time we were done…8AM….there were no toasts, breads or rolls anywhere to be had.||Other days it was ok however.||Final thing in my story…..this 2 year old hotel had cracked windows out onto my patio. big ones….not little ones. Again, I told the front desk about this and they asked if they were on the inside or the outside as there had been complaints before about this but they had not been fixed. Mine were inside and if you weren’t careful you could cut your finger.||So all in all…stay away from this new hotel. It is trash.

After coming off from a long haul flight of 16+ hours, I needed to decompress… I had to get rid of my puffiness before headed to see my clients! no one wants to be distracted by a puffer fish- Look while chatting! ||Valentina at the front desk was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and emphatic … she knew exactly what service to recommend and which theraphist would suit my (let’s get this lady unpuffed -needs)||I was paired with Maria who was fantastic, I had the Fire & Ice 90 min service (hot stone body massage and cooler lymphatic drainage facial) which helps with circulation, jet lag and fluid congestion from being so many hours on a flight. ||My body and skin felt amazing for the entire length of my trip and I have to give credit to Maria’s extensive knowledge on draining fluid naturally out of your body via massage! ||Thank you ladies for going above and beyond to care for your guest! GRACIAS!||The Space:||Clean, welcoming and modern|pool|Sauna |no wet steam room …

I visited the hotel for a spa wellness day this past weekend and it was lovely. The ladies at the front desk of the spa are so kind and accommodating and very attentive. I had such a wonderful experience I came back the next day for another service. The lady who did my facial and body scrub was fantastic. Prices seem very fair. Highly recommend.

It was a nice location but for the price we expected more. Service was ok but restaurant was ok. Would I book this hotel again - no for that money you have many choices . The gym was the best but the pool had no ambiance . Furniture in room was cheap and the bathroom small.

There aren’t enough stars to rate this hotel. Everyone, from Fernando from the front desk who was absolutely amazing, to the friendly cleaning lady, did an amazing job at making us feel welcome. The hotel is top notch, rooms are clean, modern, spacious and everything smells delicious. The bed/comforter was not the best but we were only here two nights so it was all good. Food was really good too. Breakfast complete and worth it. Would recommend to anyone who wish to stay in Puerto Madero which is a safe, luxurious neighborhood.

Just got back from a 4 night stay and had an overall good experience at this hotel. Food and room service was top notch and was a highlight. Room was very spacious but we ran into inconsistency with getting our room serviced on a couple of days. Had to ask for in room coffee capsules every day instead of being replenished automatically. We had an amazing view of the pool which was a tease as it’s not usable by hotel guests, only residence owners. If I could offer any feedback it would be for the residence pool to be available to hotel guest during the work week while the pool sat empty in the sun.

The location is great, as it is close to San Telmo and a lot of restaurants and shops. The service was impeccable, and the rooms had a good view of the city.

Fantastic hotel - modern - great beds - paired with a very welcoming service. We stayed 3 nights with included breakfast. Would highly recommend the hotel. Location in very modern Puerto Madero in walking distance to San Telmo.
