These Hotels Are Serving Innovative Room Service Offerings

"In May 2024 this Miami hotel partnered with modern Asian hotspot Kaori to bring curated dishes and drinks directly to suites. In-room offerings center on inventive bites made with luxury ingredients — examples include wagyu and foie gras gyozas and a cured local fish crudo — alongside impeccably crafted cocktails. Cocktail examples cited include a classic Daiquiri and an Old Fashioned made with Basil-Hayden bourbon, orange-lemon oleo saccharum, and bitters, and meals are presented within airy, modern suites designed by Yabu Pushelberg so the in-room dining experience can feel like eating at the buzziest restaurant of the moment." - Stacey Lastoe

SLS LUX Brickell (Miami, Florida) 2 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Located in Miami’s hip Brickell neighborhood, SLS LUX Brickell lives up to its destination’s luxurious reputation. Its suites feature marble kitchen bars, enormous bathrooms with soaking tubs and rainfall showers, and private balconies with panoramic views of downtown Miami. Common areas are no less glamorous, boasting museum-quality art, including a bronze Fernando Botero sculpture and line drawings by Salvador Dalí. Guests can expect VIP services, too; a Lincoln Navigator provides shuttle service within the immediate area, and guests have access to the beach and pool at the hotel’s sister property, the Delano, in South Beach. The hotel’s ninth-floor terrace bar also features a chic rooftop pool where guests can lounge, sip creative cocktails, and take in the skyline all day." - Tablet Hotels

Great location, with a picturesque pool, great gym, nice size rooms and a quiet, relaxing vibe. The front desk service was top notch. Victor was friendly and went above and beyond to assist me as i was waiting for an important delivery. He checked for my package every half hour and contacted me immediately once it was delivered. Thank you Victor!||My husband and i will stay here again when we're back in Brickell.

This place is truly the best in Miami — and absolutely the best in Brickell! 💟 The moment I walk in, I feel instantly luxurious. The decor, the vibe, the energy — it’s like stepping into a beautiful modern-day castle. The service is impeccable — every single staff member greets you with a warm smile and goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and cared for. It’s rare to find such genuine, friendly service at this level of luxury. Also, the cleanliness is unmatched. You can tell they take pride in keeping every detail spotless and pristine. If you’re looking for an experience that feels elevated, relaxing, and memorable — this is the place. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brickell or just wanting to treat themselves to something special. 💫

Disclaimer: I did reach out to the hotel directly to try to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, there was no follow-through. I stayed in this hotel from July 19 to the 20th just one night thank God . I understand bring in the city center. Will bring a lot of in and out traffic & quick turnovers. Unfortunately, that should not excuse the fact of cleanliness and sanitation, especially in the times we are in . I showed up at 1 PM for a massage and some pool time before checking into my room. They said they would call me and place my bag in the room when the room is ready I went down at 4 PM after no text or call. Upon going into my room, I immediately noticed cup rings & food stains on the tables from previous guest, as well as clothing, tags and stickers in the restroom and miscellaneous things on the floor. You can tell that nothing was really wiped or even cleaned . Again, considering the high turn and burn at this location, I thought just be reasonable. Let it go and move on. It’s your birthday weekend. Upon approaching the evening night after a very uncomfortable shower I go to lay in the bed and there are literal blood stains on the sheets. I was in disgust. I had a double bed so I moved over to the other bed to sleep the rest of the night but honestly the room looks like it was just put back together not actually sanitized or clean in any form . Very disappointed, considering the price and brand of this hotel to fall so short of the bare minimum cleanness.

Stay Away - I’m not the type to leave reviews, but in the interest of the public good, here I am. Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. This place has a great aesthetic. Very nice and spacious rooms and is in a good location, but unfortunately that is about all it has going for it. The service was absolutely atrocious. Every request I had (water bottles, iron, iron replacement because the one they brought didn’t work, food delivery brought to my room) took multiple front desk phone calls, and 90-120 minutes before they took care of it. The elevators were having issues every day I was there as well, which I understand is somewhat out of their control, but certainly added to my frustration. What made it all worse is the laissez fare attitude of the staff when frustration was shown. The majority of employees just acted as if nothing was wrong, and everything was fine; we felt like we were in the twilight zone. To top it off, we received an email after we checked out (thank god) that pipes had burst. Stay away like the plague; I’m sure if it ever comes back, this place is likely to be ground zero.

i booked 2 rooms for 4nights from 14 to 18 aug2025/they charge me $171.76+$110 for services but one elevator was out of service the entire time, and both were down for several hours at one point. A staff member had to escort us via the service elevator, and some times we use the stairway &other guests were also frustrated. also they take daily deposit($250 each day for each room they charge me &2000)still not received the amount to my credit card/very bad experiance this is scam hotel >

I was charged for a stained towel that they didn't attempt to wash. 30 minutes after my departure they emailed the bill. That was a first in my life experience of traveling to be charged 45 dollars for a hand towels. Seems ridiculous and I hope the 45 dollars was worth this review and us never returning|Secondly, upon arriving to the property and exiting our taxi. 3 hotel service attendants literally watched us unload bags from the taxi. The taxi driver even mentioned the bad service. As we entered the lobby the service attendant standing by the door just watched as we rolled in 3 bags. This was not the expectation at this price point but it's the towel charge scam that really got me. And after reading through more reviews I am not the first guest to be taken by the towel charge scam. It's just the principle. I call it a scam because there is nothing in writing that explains that policy and no one verbally expressed the stain on the towel charge policy. You people need to work on that

I stayed at SLS LUX Brickell this past weekend and overall had a very good experience. The hotel itself is stunning — from its upscale finishes and luxurious ambiance to its vibrant location in the heart of Brickell. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and decor, and it really does feel like a luxury stay. We received a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in, which was appreciated. However, the upgrade placed us on the second floor out of nine, which wasn’t quite what we expected. We were told the hotel was fully booked, but after checking online, we noticed other rooms were still available on higher floors. The room we received was beautifully appointed, but came with a queen-size bed rather than the king-size that had been advertised. The balcony was a nice touch, though it faced one of the busiest intersections in Brickell, directly across from the East Hotel. While I didn’t personally mind the city noise, there was very little sense of privacy on the balcony, which may be a consideration for others. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy each day, although only one fresh washcloth was provided daily — a small but noticeable detail. One of the biggest drawbacks during our stay was the front desk staff. With the exception of a couple standout employees, the service was lacking warmth and hospitality. There was one gentleman in particular who consistently avoided eye contact or greetings each time we passed the front desk, which felt a bit off-putting. At a hotel of this caliber, I expected a more welcoming and attentive front desk experience. It’s also important to note that there is a $250 per night deposit, which may catch some guests off guard if they’re not aware in advance. Aside from these concerns, the hotel offers a solid range of amenities, including a decent gym (though it could be improved), and a truly beautiful atmosphere throughout the property. We were fortunate to get a good deal for a weekend stay, which made the experience even more worthwhile. Overall, I would recommend SLS LUX Brickell and would consider staying again. Hoping the hospitality improves a bit next time around to match the luxury of the space itself.

Business trip - start with the positive . Rooms are amazing and spacious . If you want a big room then it’s great . Service is the worst I’ve had in an Accor hotel - arrived to find a broken toilet . It happens , took half an hour to fix after 18 hours of travelling . - rang for room service at 5.30 pm as I was working and time was important . Told it had finished and that they had an alternative menu . Great ! Tried to order from that was told it was their sister restaurant and I would have to use uber eats as they didn’t take order (err for room service ) - tried to book a meeting room . Told they didn’t have any . As it was a holiday weekend in Miami asked if they could ring their neighbourhood Accor sister hotel for me. Rang me back and manager says no do it yourself - someone mentioned the lifts , only one working . When busy expect to wait 5 mins . - as a platinum Accor member was given two drink vouchers . Great ! However not told and discovered hotel bar closes at 5.30pm … incredible for Miami city hotel … so unused . Honestly they appear friendly , but truly the worst service experience in any Accor hotel

Yelp
Basics are top notch, location, washer dryer, huge room, nice bed... great bathroom. Negatives... small lobby, most of the building, even the entry area is dedicated to the adjacent condos... so hotel guests are second tier citizens... not a great feel

Yelp
Love the location and the rooms are nice. This should be a 5 star review BUT 3 things happened that made us VERY upset. We came home the first night and asked for 2 bottles of water and the woman at the desk said she didn't have enough and couldn't help. Then last night my wife asked for another chocolate that they gave us the first night since it was late and the woman said she couldn't do that either. She said they never have them. Then how did we get them the first night? Really? This is a high end hotel? The third and final was asking for a late check in. She told me again NO, the hotel was booked and couldn't extend it the hour we wanted. 1 hour? Really? It's one thing if we're asking for something outrageous but 1 hour late checkout, an extra bottle of water or a simple chocolate? Most highend hotels would say NO PROBLEM. SLS needs to learn customer service. Otherwise, they will keep this 2.9 average star review. We had a great experience with our check in manager, he was helpful and the room was nice but the rest was horrible. Please get it together!

Yelp
Anyone who is anyone has surely seen the impressive "chest" art located at the front of the SLS Lux situated in Brickell. Here is some information regarding this hotel. At the center of it all - SLS LUX Brickell takes its standards of style, luxury and service to transform Downtown Miami's skyline. A feast for the senses. An original blend of sophistication and playfulness. A hotel with elements of creativity and community featuring 84 rooms, world-class décor by Yabu Pushelberg, unforgettable dining, an incredible pool deck, exclusive access to the Back Of House and global concierge - SLS LUX Brickell is an irresistible retreat in the city's center.

Yelp
The SLS Lux Brickell is in the heart of downtown right across the street from Brickell City center. There are great views of Brickell city center from the amenities deck (9th floor where the pool is). A couple things to note: 1. The hotel room is very large, beautiful, and stylish. However, the sink in the bathroom had bad plumbing and the water would not go down so we had to use the kitchenette sink to brush teeth, etc. 2. I went to the pool around noon on Saturday, as expected all of the cabanas and lounge chairs were taken. Everything is first come first serve. I went again at 9am when they opened the pool to get a cabana spot- luckily they were all open. When I tried to get a towel for the cabana, the hotel had no towels and said I had to wait until around 12-1pm when they bring out the fresh towels. This was at 9am ... how does a hotel not have any towels for its guests. If I'm paying $2000 for a weekend at a luxury hotel, I expect at least towels. I had to sit on the dirty cabana cushions until literally 1pm when the fresh towels were available. 3. Food service was decent at best. 18% gratuity is included so don't expect anyone to be attentive of you. I ordered a drink and some food and the drink came about 15 minutes after the food... 4. The hotel does not have a business center. I had to work Monday morning and was looking for a moderately quiet spot to work and they advised me to go outside to the couches on the 9th floor... which is where the pool is. Hardly a professional space to work. The hotel receptionist then recommended that I go to the SLS brickell that was 4 blocks down the road to use their business center. When I got to the other SLS, they sent me to the 2nd floor lounge (because they also don't have a business center). This lounge was very dark with music that was a bit too loud. Overall, I enjoyed my time but I expected more for the amount of money I spent and for the location. Downtown Miami holds high expectations and I expected more from the SLS Lux Brickell. If you're going to splurge for a 4.5 star... just go for the 5 star to avoid disappointment.

Yelp
Don't eat the food here. They obviously have no care/quality control over their food. Never in my life have I been served chicken this undercooked. They hardly apologized and acted like it was no big deal.

Yelp
SLS LUX Brickell Hotel in Miami is a great place to stay in the middle of everything. I really like the location and everything that they have available here. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that you have everything that you need for the best stay.

Yelp
The SLS Lux is a beautiful hotel. Our room was nice, the balcony was large & there was plenty of space for lounging there and in the room. There was a fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and plenty of storage for snacks. The shower was large & had a waterfall option as well. The only reason I wouldn't give the SLS Lux 5 stars is because there was a fruit fly/gnat issue. Which was unacceptable. Other than that the experience was fabulous.

Yelp
We checked into a suite on Thursday and the front desk was super sweet and kind. Our two bedroom, two and a half bathroom suite was immaculate with all the amenities (espresso machine, washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, stocked mini fridge, sink). The room was cleaned everyday and stocked with towels. The pool was great, and surprisingly dead when I was there on Friday afternoon. It is in the heart of Brickell and walking distance to a lot of hot spots in Miami. There is also a high end outdoor mall that is across the street.

Yelp
Great place. Spacious and good atmosphere. Outside seating is neat too. And we were lucky that Teddy (previous manager of Radio Bar) was working and he didn't even have to ask what I wanted, he knew already I wanted my favorite mojito:) Drink was fantastic. Teddy wins cocktail making competitions everywhere so if you have him making your drink then you just can't go wrong. Only minor point about this place is the bathrooms. There's only 1 for each gender. It causes a wait sometimes.

Yelp
*Ladies Beware* SLS Lux will charge you for their towels if you get Makeup or Tanner on them!! They claim it's an "Incidental" and don't tell you otherwise until you check out- $20ea towel!! Will show you before pictures but not ones after said wash. Spoke with multiple managers, asked common sense questions, and find this audacious. Make it make sense!!

Yelp
The hotel valet, stole money from my car! I have been attempting to have my money returned to me, but SLS LUX doesn't seem to care neither does USPARKINGINC!

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel from 21st to 23rd. Called concierge to order towels, had the do not disturb sign up. The man walked into the room and dropped the towels off while my gf was in the shower. I questioned the individual In the hallway after this happened and was furious. He saw the do not disturb sign and heard the shower on and still proceeded past the shower to drop off the towels. My gf felt violated and no action was taken against the individual. Furthermore, this hotel tends to condone this type of behavior and covers situations like this up to their liking. Do not recommend women staying there as I am unsure of how creepy their staff can be. Was told I'd be contacted by upper management, never was. Be aware of this place as a motel may be better. Individuals involved Kim Lazarus management Mario manager Talia front desk

Yelp
My friend visited from NY and was staying at the SLS Lux. I spent one night with her and it was great. The room was really clean and spacious, as was the balcony. I loved the decor and design of the room, it was modern yet charming, it felt "lux". We went to the pool and the pool staff was...slow. Explaining how many chairs and the preference of bring in the sun felt like we were talking to a wall, it was honestly a bit wierd. The bar staff & DJ, specifically Davit, was a dream!!! Kind, fast, && fun!! Two things that surprised me: the drinks were not super expensive & the garlic parmesan fries are AMAZING. The fries & Davit literally led me to write this review.

Yelp
This is just a review of the valet. I have lived in the building for three years now. The valet is horrendous. The manager of the valet accepts bribes from Steve will do it. One of these bribes is a Rolex watch that you can see be given to the manager in a YouTube video. The valet drivers do no take care of the cars they drive. They speed up the ramp with Bugattis and Ferraris as if they were their cars. Lastly, last week I caught 2 workers smoking weed in the parking garage. I have informed the police and I have made a personal complaint. DO NOT TRUST SLS LUX VALET!!!!

Yelp
This review is specifically to complain about the SLS LUX Brickell property and unit #212. The property and unit #212 has refused to refund our money during COVID Pandemic Crisis. My girlfriend and I booked this property for a long weekend stay/vacation (dates booked for April 2020) before the COVID pandemic struck the United States. We paid a 30% upfront deposit to secure the unit/property since we were so excited to visit Miami. Once the pandemic hit in March and all flights and travel was grounded nationwide we reluctantly cancelled our trip as we were so excited to go on vacation but COVID was at the highest point causing travel to be cancelled. I've since called several times to request a refund for our deposit and the SLS LUX Brickell and unit owner of #212 has refused to refund us. In times of a national and global pandemic/COVID, I'm shocked at the heartless and unethical behavior of the SLS LUX Brickell property and unit #212 to not refund our deposit. I would never stay with a property, SLS LUX Brickell that opts to keep money from customers during a global pandemic and crisis.

Yelp
Impressed !! Excellent staff and service very friendly and professional! The room was cozy and cute with hidden laundry, dishes and ice. The sheets and bedding was very comfortable and high thread count. Probably one of the best SLS hotels in the states. Highly recommend staying here and all within close proximity of the city center and restaurants.

Yelp
I stayed here in February 2019. While the stay was great, I checked out and found a few days later an exorbitant change from the hotel restaurant placed on my room. I tried endlessly to get management on the phone to no avail and once I did, I was told I was a liar trying to evade payment and that I came in with a family into the restaurant based on camera footage, despite the fact that I had several people who could attest to my whereabouts at the time of the charge and that I do not have a partner or child. Moreover, no tangible proof was provided to me about the charges and I was given the excuse that there would have to be legal barriers to attain them. To Teddie and the rest of the management, I am appalled at this behavior, and the lack of trust in customers. To anyone hoping to place false charges, rest assured knowing that it is pretty easy to pass charges in the hotel restaurant without any accountability.

Yelp
I had a two bedroom suite for 6 nights at $1,300 per night (over $8,000 after taxes). Upon entering the room we were greeted by the smell of marijuana. Not like when you're walking around and you get a whiff, but it smelled as if someone had just hit a bong... 20 times. We tried to work past this as the hotel did offer to move us, but we were running late to our meeting and we figured the smell would go away--it didn't. Later in the evening we sat down for a snack at the dining table and found cocaine thrown around all over the couch too. Also, the floor was pretty dirty with whatever the last guests left on the ground. It looked like dirt and more cocaine just spread around the place. After the second night (on the third day) we contacted the front desk to let them know the housekeeping hadn't done a good job as they hadn't even thrown out the trash since we arrived. On the third day the master toilet also suddenly overflowed. I had to cut off the water to the toilet and throw towels all over the place to try to stop the toilet water from flowing everywhere. I contacted the front desk and they sent a guy with a plunger to fix whatever was wrong with the toilet... ... and they sent housekeeping. All they did was pick up the wet towels and left. They didn't wipe anything down or even mop the floor. They left the floor wet... with TOILET WATER. I had to call them again to let them know this was completely unacceptable and unsanitary. They came back with wipes... not a mop. Basically, the room got filled with food and trash to the point that on the fifth day we just accepted that housekeeping wasn't going to do anything to an acceptable level and started cleaning everything ourselves and put the do not disturb sign on the door. After leaving the property I e-mailed management about all the issues. Stephanie Corrales, the front desk supervisor who responded, instead of realizing that I have been staying there recently numerous other times, always getting a two bedroom suite, and appreciating our business proceeded to tell me housekeeping couldn't do anything because we had the DnD (do not disturb) sign on the door most of our stay. This was NOT true. We put it up the last two days because it was more effort to contact them and wait for them to ATTEMPT to tidy up the room than us doing it ourselves. Her solution to all the issues? Refund us facility fees of about $200. Not any discounts on future stays. Not removing some of the nights from the bill. Not a phone call to inquire about the stay and how they could make things right. This is completely unacceptable and unless they follow up to make things right I will NOT be staying there again ever nor will I ever recommend the hotel to anyone again...

Yelp
I had a nightmare experience here. Imagine you give the valet your prized possession to put in the trunk while you walk around only to find the horror that they put them in the back of a Ford Explorer rather than a Rolls Royce. Somehow, the valet ticket registered under that guest. I was in shock and so upset at the thought of my most favorite shoes, make up, and best pocket book gone! I will never see my stuff again. The front desk truly could of cared less. There was never once an apology or even water offered to me as we were trying to locate the guest that got our things. We spent a couple hours trying to figure out what happened. I missed a surprise 40th party for my dear friend. We stayed here 2x just this past month and enjoyed Katsuya. Shame on you SLS Luxe. It is now been two months and nothing has been done by the valet company/hotel to replace our belongings. They did a full investigation and I have been more then patient. The valet took full responsibility that day and gave a claim # and now still waiting.....

Yelp
Fantastic hotel with a beautiful pool deck. I came here for a company function and was blown away by the high end-ness (I know it's not a thing, but go with me here). I had been at the SLS in Miami Beach and it's beautiful (how can you not love a gold mammoth skeleton) but this property has its own culture and sense of place in the city. We suck around the pool deck for hours and enjoyed hors d'oeuvres that were passed around. My favorite was the sliders with the bacon jam. I also had a couple really good drinks including a really good Old Fashioned (the Caipirinha was just OK). One thing to be careful about is that they have a place setting in the middle of a wading pool. Make sure you notice where the water starts and if you have shoes on. We caught one girl (who may have had a drink too many) taking off her heels and stepping in.

Yelp
The family, and I had an awesome time staying at this hotel as we vacationed in Miami. This hotel is right across the Brickell City Centre which comes in handy when you have a wife, and daughter that love to shop. That there gave the boys, and I time to explore the city. ;) In addition, you also have some pretty good restaurants right around the corner...so, you just simply walk to them. FYI, the restaurants are pretty good. ;) And before I forget, the Staff of this hotel ROCKS!!! Wow, there wasn't anything too small or too big to ask for. They responded to my every need which made my stay at this hotel the one of the best of experiences I've had in Miami. Note: I would have given this hotel a 5 stars if it wasn't for their poor valet service. They're very not in sync with each other.

Yelp
Zack Campbell is overnight security and made me and my team feel safe and secure. 6:18am isn't exactly a time most people are up and Zack was fully hyper aware and a great asset to providing what I needed. Thank you SLS for hiring exceptional employees

Yelp
I really like this hotel. Smells amazing & very clean. The room is large with a nice patio view. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because my key didn't work a couple times so I had to keep getting it fixed. Other then that I highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
The hotel is beautiful , but the lady at the front desk ‍ is a high school diploma required for this job?

Yelp
Stayed here for my birthday weekend. Front desk was very accommodating and even upgraded our room! Happy birthday me! The staff was helpful and the rooms were like little apartments fully equipped with hidden cabinet dishwashers, washer and dryer, microwaves, and fridge. Everything we needed was included. Spacious balcony and bathroom area. The room was really nice with a sitting area and table. I really have no complaints it was fabulous. The only cons I can think of was that the brickell area can be a bit noisy so if you're seeking peace and quiet, this may not be properly located for you. I heard sirens and party people walking along the streets all night long. I didn't mind because we were here for pleasure not business. Also, I felt that the pool area and amenities were small in comparison to other brickell hotels. The S bar downstairs and Katsuya were a nice plus. I had a great time and would stay here again for my next staycation.

Yelp
They have not resolved the sewage smell. Paid $3300 for a 2 bedroom suite that smelled like garbage the whole time. They said they removed daily resort fees (a very small gesture) for the inconvenience but at checkout I asked for folio and they were still there. Mystery stains on furniture. Driver/baggage guy was super rude. Hard to sleep here on weekends but luckily put in headphones and that worked. Other SLS is nicer. Book at your own risk.
google avatar

Dawn H.

Yelp
The rooms are pretty. The pool is beautiful. They have some problems. The first is that they have a problem with the pipes. Their bathrooms smell like they have sewage issues. When I talked to the front desk, they said they know it's an issue, but there is nothing they can do. They also only have 5 rooms that have two beds. Finally their housekeeping service is slow and definitely could use some attention to detail. So good looking on the outside, but dig at the surface and you'll find it's not very high end.

Yelp
We had an excellent stay at the SLS lux. Staff, accommodations, everything was excellent. The only drawback was the kitchen was closed due to Covid but the hotel more than made up for it with solid service and great staff.

Yelp
I've been to Miami for the first time 3 months ago and I spent few days in SLS LUX. I wanted to leave this review as I had an amazing time during my stay. The hotel is so beautiful, rooms are spacious, and the whole team is awesome, they care so much about their clients and i would like to say a big thank you! Coming from another country can be complicated sometimes but I felt like home! I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant Katsuya ( sooo yummy !!!) , and I recommand anybody to have a drink at SBAR where you can enjoy a good music. Next time I go back to Miami I will stay here for sure !!! :)

My first time in Miami and I cannot express how much I enjoyed every minute here. The hotel is an absolute must. The bartender on the 9th floor, Danielle was such a pleasure. She enhanced our experience here and I highly recommend not only this hotel but also scouting out Danielle. 10/10 rating for me.

Yelp
First impressions are everything.. I was very impressed! Looks really nice inside. The layout is not too big it's not too small perfect size. The bartender working last night was extremely nice service was great and the drinks taste amazing. I went with the Brickell Mule and stayed with the Mule. lol - Update - so after staying there for two nights I'm very impressed. I love the rooms they're very cool. I love the layout the rooms everything!! From the walk in to the shower to the bag just the whole design is awesome. The pool area lounge and patio is amazing. Patio at night is Very very sexy up there!!. The gym is pretty good I wasn't able to experience the spa or the locker rooms maybe next time. i'm very big on steam I love the steam room. The breakfast was amazing!!' Fluffy pancakes amazing!! The scrambled eggs and bacon delicious. The service was outstanding across the board. I'll definitely come back again I still need to eat at Katsuya!!!

Yelp
Happened to walk past this bar on the way to another and thought we'd call in for a drink as it looked nice. We ended up staying well over an hour, drinking ciders (so hard to find in Miami!) and custom made cocktails. Both bartenders, Bruce and Adrian, were absolute legends who made our night. Definitely recommend calling in for a drink, music and atmosphere were both great and the drinks weren't outrageously priced. A highlight of the night there for sure

Yelp
Loved it! Stayed here for my babymoon with my husband for 5 days. It was my first time in Miami and we were very pleased. The room was huge, we had a nice balcony. Housekeeping came by twice a day, so everything was nice and neat. It's in a very accessible area, there is a new mall across the street and there were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I was really sad that the spa was all booked, but Alejandra at the front desk went above and beyond to get me a spa appointment. I was very happy about. Overall great experience, I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Miami

Yelp
This hotel was amazing. Great location across the street from the City Centre. Close to many restaurants and bars. We had a room with a king bed, washer and dryer, a eat in table with a large sofa , an additional sofa and a great patio with a chase lounge. This top is top notch and look forward to a return stay.

Yelp
I would give them a zero if I could. Horrible experience. Me and my friends made a reservation for three people, two beds. We checked in and went up to our room; oh surprise one bed! We called front desk and made us wait 25 minutes just to check availability. No good news, no rooms available with two beds. We went downstairs to personally speak with them, guy said "no worries I'll get you an extra bed" we were starving so we went out and grabbed some dinner while he was "taking care" of the situation. We came back an hour later, Guy was gone and we assumed everything was good. Went up and nothing. We called front desk and the girl was extremely rude, she said they were out of extra beds and that she didn't know what we were gonna do. And we're here, we couldn't find another hotel and they're not helping at all. The worst thing is we booked two nights

Yelp
Management has no idea what hospitality means. Brand new hotel already had multiple instances of robbery. I checked in to the hotel after staying here previously, and had been checked in to the room for no more than a few hours when housekeeping entered the room while I was at the pool (found this out after calling the police because the amount of money stolen was significant) for a "room turnover". Why would the room need to be turned over if I had just checked in? Long story short, there was a large amount of money taken from my brief case- if you've stayed here you would know that the safe is not easy to find, and who would think that they would get robbed at the SLS? The management of the hotel would not tell me anything until I called the police and he came and reviewed security footage, at which point they said they had another issue the same week. They interviewed the housekeeper but did not recover any cash, and claimed to have fired her. HERE'S THE KICKER- AFTER GETTING THOUSANDS STOLEN FROM MY BRIEFCASE THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY STAY AND TOLD ME THAT I SIGNED A WAIVER. I WASN'T AWARE THAT BOOKING A HOTEL ROOM GAVE THEM THE ABILITY TO STEAL FROM ME!!

Yelp
This place was definitely a sight to see. When you first walk in the decor is elegant the front desk people super friendly and helpful. The room wasn't ready when we arrive which was expect. The front desk set us up with there free Lincoln car to bring us to get our nails done. Once our room was ready we headed up. The room far exceeded our expectations it was spacious and the bathroom was gorgeous. There is a washer and dryer in the room as well as a wet bar. We stayed for 5 days and the service we received was top notch the entire stay. The hotel is close to everything shops, restaurants and night life. If you get the chance this hotel is a must in Downtown Miami.

Yelp
Great hotel. Beautiful and modern. Hospitality services are very very poor. Waiters and bartenders are inexperienced, in room dining does not exist (can't even get someone to pick up the phone). Uber eats is the only way to get in room dining here. Please hire some competent employees.

Yelp
I hope to never have to stay at this hotel ever again! The people that work here r nice but getting calls back r horrible always have to call again. The cleaners r terrible they make the bed and grab trash that's it they barely clean. They don't replace things that r used it's ridiculous. Ye windows r not sound proof so this has been an extremely hard place to sleep with the motorcycles, beeping of cars all night people partying outside in courtyard even after restaurant is closed. Screaming yelling 4:30 in morning only to get woken up to vibrating windows and blasting music which I thought was a car but no they set up a booth and taped off road for bicycles and runners. This has been going on since 7:30 this Sunday morning. It's almost 10:30 and people won't stop cheering and screaming for people running. OMG I had maybe 2 hrs of sleep. $8,000 to be here just for the room, I do not recommend!!!

Yelp
Highly disappointed at the resident building at the SLS Lux. I had a PH apartment and few things that happened renting it for $10k a month I would've expect to be treated with a little more courtesy. The application there is so extensive literally I had to give 5 years of my tax returns, bank statements, 10 references from people in business and personal, show my bank statements for a year and this was just to rent the apartment which had nothing to do with them its easier for me to get a $10 million credit line than to apply to be a tenant there. Then during COVID time if you are in the elevator alone with another friend and nobody else is in there they fine you if you pull your mask down even with nobody else in the elevator, every time $100. Then my son came to visit who is 17 years old he wouldn't let him up even when I called them and told them to let him up he ended up spending 3 hours in the lobby waiting for me to get home from 11pm to 2am who leaves a 17 year old kid in the lobby after I spoke to them to let him up they have way to much control you feel like a prisoner. I made a complain to the manager Pablo who promised me he will address that issue with the security guy Franklin and instead they figured every possible way to make my life miserable over there. Thank God I am only there 6 months a year. That place has construction going on all the time from 7am to 7pm. I actually only stayed there for 4 months and payed for the whole year I couldn't wait to get out of there. Besides that the fob stopped working and they switched to a fingerprint which never worked. God forbid if you ever have to set up something with the association a plumber or a moving is a freaking nightmare. I would never suggest this place. The streets flood everywhere the elevators take forever to come or never working they constantly checking the fire alarm at 8am and also because of the construction they block the block a lot. The pool is always temporarily closed. It was so bad that I didn't even tried to get my deposit back from the association.

Yelp
Upon arrival the hotel was beautiful. Very clean and elegant. I was arriving for a birthday party with a suite style room including two queen beds and a pullout. We had called a few days prior asking what time was check in since we had quite a few suit cases and luggage bags, they had explained check in was 12:00 PM. We arrived at approximately 12:30 PM and explained that the room was still not ready, but we could leave our bags as we relaxed by the pool. We were a little hesitant leaving all of our valuables behind, but they promised that they would be safe. I had reserved a cabana a week prior to our arrival for my friends birthday. The cabana was in fact ready when we arrived, but the service was terrible! The person who took our orders seldom visited the cabana or asked how we were doing. I, myself, had to go up to the bar to ask for drinks to be serviced. When we got our bill he had charged us for 14 pina coladas! We had only had 6. They then changed the bill for us and never came back to the cabana we then had to go up to the bar to pay and not even a single "thank you". We headed back up to the room, which was very nice, to get ready for dinner. We arrived at dinner all wearing birthday hats and crowns for my friends birthday. We experienced the worst service ever. Our waitress kept coming to the table to eat "gummy bear shots", which consisted of gummy bears dowsed in alcohol that we had from our room. After a TWO HOUR dinner, including 25 minutes for a glass of water and our whole party receiving food separately, we were not even offered desserts! After asking for the manager he came over and was simply uninterested in the horrible service we had just received. No money was compt from our order, no dessert offered (STILL) and no money taken off of our hotel bill. Overall it was a nice hotel, but it's not that nice to make up for the ATROCIOUS service we received.

Yelp
Loved my room- spacious, high ceilings and stylishly decorated. Sleek pool. Great restaurants. The view was great of downtown Miami, and Brickell City Center is right there. Thank you to Taryn who checked me in, she was professional and pleasant- a standout.

Yelp
As I sit here now for 30 minutes waiting for something so simple as chips and olives with no urgency from anyone... I would not recommend coming here unless u have no issues with waiting for ur food... Better place to go in Brickell than SLS... Still no apologizes from anyone, like they have no clue what went wrong.... STAY AWAY

Yelp
Ive stayed at this hotel several times, and checked in this sunday. I had gotten my things together in my room right after check in and decided to head to the pool. I had a good deal of cash on me that i had from a casino that friday evening. To make a long story short i couldnt find the safe in the room (if youd stayed here before its hidden and i had never used it). I hid my cash in my bag and, of course, im staying at an SLS, figured id be gone an hour no hotel staff is going to steal it!. When i returned to my room to prepare to head out i checked my briefcase and my cash was gone (i had several thousand dollars). I immediately went down to speak to manager and security and called the police. To get to the heart of the story security discovered 2 individuals checked into my room, amenities (who was supposed to) and housekeeping (who was not) it turned out this housekeeper had worked on my floor, and heard me ensure my door was shut. She then lied that she entered my room(saying that there was a turnover card on the door, but she knocked and didnt go in) LIE, the key card is programmed and showed she OPENED the door. She has only been there Several days. Any way, the hotel manager at the time wouldnt tell me a thing after they investigated- i had to wait for Miami PD. She then told me "well no one knows if you really had that money" - I have dated receipt photos from the casino 36 hours prior and they can check my bank records nothing was deposited, i have witnesses and she then proceeded that "they werent comping my room if i moved" LOL ARE YOU KIDDING ME? she then told me i signed a waiver that the hotel wasnt responsible. RIGHT, i signed a waiver allowing HOTEL STAFF to break into my room. Needless to say i will never be coming here ever again. I hope miami PD figures out who did this, its sad and pathetic
