If zero stars were an option, this place would earn it.
My friends and I arrived around 4:20 PM and ordered by 4:30. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we waited 45 minutes with no communication or updates. Other customers who ordered after us were served first. When we finally got our food around 5:15, orders were mixed up, missing items, and no utensils or napkins were provided. The staff was clearly disorganized and untrained.
The food was just as disappointing cold, unseasoned salmon, overcooked shrimp, and deviled eggs that tasted like plain boiled eggs. Nothing resembled the photos online.
When we politely asked for a refund for the smoothies due to the long wait, the owner was dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional. He made a rude comment about us being “broke”(we literally paid $60 and tipped.) while counting cash in front of us, which was completely out of line.
This place is all looks and no substance.
Poor communication, poor quality, and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
UPDATE of the response : After calling me and my sister broke, and counting money in our faces,he then refund the money and we didn’t slam empty cups, we took literally like 2 sips and the smoothies were thin and watery anyways. I wouldn’t have asked for a refund if I finished the drink, that’s common sense, we couldn’t even drink them.
