10 Places to Find Great Bowls of Soup in Ann Arbor

"Long gone are the days when ramen was only known as a packet of instant noodles prepared by novice home cooks or those looking to stretch their food budget. The past couple of decades have seen dedicated ramen shops opening all across the country as people discover the endless combinations of broths and flavor profiles. Slurping Turtle has some of the best versions of ramen featuring ingredients such as pork belly, chicken, and their popular duck fat fried chicken." - John Reyes

Slurping Turtle in Ann Arbor has a nice vibe with good interior and friendly service, but our experience with the limited vegan options left us a bit underwhelmed. We tried the vegetarian ramen, which was decent but didn’t quite live up to the hype compared to other ramen spots we’ve been to. The fried rice was okay—nothing to write home about. Now, the weirdest part? They actually charged us for a tiny spoonful of sauce. Yep, a spoon of sauce! That’s a first for me and felt a bit like a prank. On top of that, the wait was pretty long, and honestly, it didn’t feel worth the time. If you’re not vegan and want to explore their full menu, it might be worth a shot, but for vegans or vegetarians, the options are limited and not particularly memorable. Would I go back? Probably not for the vegan dishes, but the place does have a nice atmosphere and good service if you’re in the mood for something else.

Google
A Delightful Culinary Experience at Slurping Turtle During my recent visit to Slurping Turtle in Ann Arbor, I was impressed by the vibrant atmosphere and attentive service. The restaurant offers a modern and inviting setting, perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the sashimi. The fish was exceptionally fresh, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that showcased the quality of the ingredients. Each piece was artfully presented, reflecting the chef's attention to detail and commitment to authenticity. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Their enthusiasm for the menu was evident and added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. While the sashimi was outstanding, I found some of the other dishes to be good but not exceptional. The ramen, for example, had a flavorful broth, but the noodles were slightly overcooked for my taste. Nevertheless, the variety on the menu offers something for everyone, and the overall quality is commendable. Slurping Turtle delivers a memorable dining experience with its exceptional sashimi, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking high-quality Japanese cuisine in Ann Arbor.

Google
The soups were very tasty and portion size was appropriate. The fried chicken appetizer was a bit dry. The food took a while to come which was surprising as we arrived not long after they opened for lunch.

Google
The fried chicken was the best we’ve had in a long time! The ramen soup was also perfectly flavored and the meat portions were generous. Would strongly recommend for ramen lovers!

Google
I cannot say enough great things about the slurping turtle. For apps we started with gyoza & takoyaki which both had amazing sauces. We then split the miso ramen bowl - absolutely delicious broth & the duck fat fried chicken was to die for. We finished off with the poke roll & the spicy tuna deluxe roll. The manager surprised us with torched salmon belly sushi (2pc) & omg it just melts in your mouth like butter. Our server Delaney was great as well! :) Not from around the area but will definitely be back, highly recommend!!

Google
There was a line and it moved fast, the vegan ramen was delicious, brussel sprouts hit just right, Olivia loved her salmon don buri, it was a good size and tasted fresh. The service was great, well timed and efficiently managed, this is an energetic restaurant with fun dishes.

Google
Glad to see amazing sushi and ramen restaurant near main campus. Spicy salmon and tuna rolls were tasty but pricy (may be because of 8pcs instead of 6pcs). The soup base for Tonkatsu ramen was amazing but pork belly pieces in there were disappointingly stiff and not tender. Staff was not attentive and services were a bit slow.

Google
It is a wide open restaurant. Although the food is expensive, it is worth it. The uni nigiri was really good. The ramen was the same but I think the tonkotsu broth was better than the miso ramens broth.

Yelp
Good beats and dare I say...... eats? :) need more veggie options tho! The veggie bao was incredible

Yelp
I've been a fan of Sleeping Turtle since they opened in Ann Arbor a decade ago! I think I might've actually been familiar with the original Chicago location first, which is where I lived before moving to Ann Arbor... about a decade ago :). Less traditional and more of a stylized ramen experience, my fave is the Tan Tan Men Ramen. The kind of spicy that is very light for those who eat spicy and approachable for those who don't! Super savory and rich broth, and delicious house made chewy noodles. I always add a molten egg which they always get perfect. Good amount of tender pork. It looks small (and I believe has gotten much smaller over the years), but super filling. The Duck Fat Fried Chicken, Baos, and Sushi Rolls are great for sharing starters as well. I'll always get at least one. Good comfort food in sophisticated digs. Versatile, good for dates, meals with friends, family, etc. Definitely on the pricier side but always tasty and filling.

Yelp
Been here once and probably won't go back. To preface-the food is not bad it just is very mediocre, overpriced, and there is better in the area. The service is good, however, the restaurant is typically pretty busy so it does slow down the process. The poke bowl is good but just average, same for the rolls and primarily all the dishes. I don't have anything major as nothing stood out to me in a bad or good way. I would choose Totoro, mama satto, or any poke bowl place over slurping turtle. Save your money, this isn't worth it.

Yelp
The Slurping Turtle is an amazing ramen spot located on Liberty in Ann Arbor, close to State Street. We went for lunch and were completely blown away by the flavorful dishes. So yummy! We started with some cocktails. I ordered the Calpico Mule- good to the last drop! The delicate bao was a perfect start (the vegetable being my favorite.) The crunchy octopus fritters are a must! The red curry ramen was an explosion of flavors- probably the best ramen ever. The server was on point. She was attentive, suggestive, and super friendly. The slurping turtle was perfect for our girls lunch! I can't wait to go back. Give it a try, it'll be your new fav also!

Yelp
Im obsessed with the ramen here! I like that they can cater to your dietary restrictions. I'll order vegan, gluten free. The ramen has ingredients I've never even heard of let alone seen in other ramen restaurants. I always order the red curry ramen which consists of "mushroom medley, fried eggplant, pea shoots, potato & kabocha chips, carrots, scallions, coconut-lemongrass cream, chili oil." You can't get ramen like this anywhere else. They offer other options like sushi, bao buns and stir fry. I stick with the ramen though. It's award winning and they've hosted ramen battles with the proceeds going to charity. The service has always been quick and great. The interior is industrial chic yet it's warm and cozy, frequently busy, with fun music like hip hop, rap, playing in the background. They have communal seating and booths.

Yelp
Fast, friendly service. Nice sit-down area. Easy to grab a meal in between classes if you're on the run. Tried one of the ramen meant items and will come back to explore more.

Yelp
Fresh and delicious. 4 stars bc I asked for omakase and they didn't know what it was?? But good Prosecco Good sushi menu Nice specials Good nigiri options Decent ambiance kind of casual but not bad Wait time can be long so it is a good lunch spot

Yelp
Hi! Just popping in to say this place still rocks! Hubby and I ate here in May 2024 and everything was tasty per usual! It was packed in a Saturday night and we sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table. Our server was new and learning but he was super accommodating. Love, love this place!
google avatar

Yelp
This might be our go to ramen spot in the area from now on! The service was great, our server was nice and speedy. Love the vibes here, the playlist is on point. The food was amazing! I had the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, the broth flavor was great, the pork belly wasn't fatty and tasted delicious. My wife's DFFC Miso Ramen was also tasty. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
The food was pretty good, but I've definitely had better ramen before. Parking is alittle hard in downtown Ann Arbor so just keep that in mind. This is also a favorite of students so it gets very crowded. Ambiance was very cute though like a typical Japanese style restaurant with a sushi bar and wooden tables. Service was fast.

Yelp
We were told this was one of the best places to get ramen in town. We weren't disappointed. We had gotten tickets the day before for a movie at the State theatre for 6:30, so getting there at 5:25, we were hoping there would be enough time. It wasn't. It took a while to get our orders in. We felt really bad that we had to ask for our check early, but because it took nearly til 6:00 to get our entree ordered, we really needed to pay quickly. Luckily the food was good. We wanted to try a bao (it's award winning) and some sashimi. Our waiter recommended just getting the sashimi plate versus getting individual pieces (the small has 9 pieces for $20 while a la carte, each piece is $5). This was a great recommendation. I had the classic Tokyo shoyu ramen, and the BF had the curry ramen with a molten egg added. The bao came with a little carrot ginger and Napa cabbage salad. It was really good! The bao itself was pretty good, but it's not the best I've had. The sashimi had thick cuts of hamachi (yellowtail), tuna, and salmon. It was pretty great and a good deal. My ramen was delicious. The Naruto fish cakes were sliced very thin, if that is your jam. I personally like a thicker slice. The pork belly was perfect, and I was shocked by how many slices they give you. The molten egg was perfectly jammy. I'm not sure I caught the nori, but the bowl was very good, considering we had gotten many bowls of ramen in Tokyo this year and the bowl here was comparable. The curry ramen had some disparate items but were really tasty altogether. The broth was the real star of the show. I had to knock a star off because they actually never gave him the egg he added on. We just were in way too much of a hurry to let them know. Also, about 1/2 way through the meal, the waiter realized he never got us water. Again, we weren't upset, because we had a show to get to. Anyways, we'd come back and try another bowl, next time we are in town.

Yelp
The ramen was AMAZING the broth was very rich and flavorful I got the duck fat fried chicken ramen and the chicken Gyoza I would definitely return!
google avatar

Yelp
Very nice restaurant dark colors, open space, fancier vibes overall. Got the classic ramen, duck fat fried chicken, and a sashimi plate. The ramen was delicious- noodles were skinny and light as well as a light not too salty broth. Generous amount of pork and bamboo shoots.10/10 the duck fat fried chicken came with a spicy mayo dip tasted alright didn't stand out 6.5/10. Would come again.

Yelp
Awesome ramen spot. Always crowded so go early or expect a wait. On a Wednesday evening we had a 20 minute wait and it was worth it. Ramen broth is rich and deep with flavor. Noodles are homemade and you can buy them to take home. You can order eggs in ramen as poached or molten, with molten being a slightly harder yolk. Options and add ins are endless. Serving size is excellent. I had a spicy duck fat chicken ramen bowl and the fried duck fat chicken is amazing. Large pieces will not leave you wanting. You can also get the duck fat fried chicken as an appetizer. Large selection of sake as well, which you don't often see (I had beer, but still nice to see). They also have sushi and Poke. Large party area downstairs if you want to host a group gathering. Highly recommend this place. If you love ramen you gotta try it.

Yelp
Loooove slurping turtle! My favorite place to get ramen in Ann Arbor! They have a delicious vegan coconut curry ramen and I always add the egg and get extra tofu in it. The vegetables are always so good and the mushrooms are full of umami. It's such a huge portion so you can definitely share! The interior is modern and they have the dining area setup authentically as community dining which I love. I've never had bad service here either. Don't forget to get the bao buns!

Yelp
After years in Ann Arbor, finally made it into Slurping Turtle. We came in on a summer Saturday night and it was extremely busy. We were quoted a 45 minute wait, but it really only took about 30 minutes to get a table for our party of 3. After sitting, we were helped quickly and able to place our order. We all tried different variations of ramen, I ordered the Tan Tan Men. Since it was so busy, we had to wait a fairly long time to receive our ramen. When we got it, it was quite good! Maybe not the best I've ever had, but very solid quality compared to alternatives in the area. I think my dish could have definitely been spicier, given that it was listed on the menu as a spicy option. All in all, I'd recommend making a visit while in the Ann Arbor area.
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
Came here for lunch on a Monday. It was super cold so it was a pretty steady crowd looking for warm up with some soup. The restaurant itself isn't super big , but you don't feel packed in. I got the DFFC spicy ramen, there was really good flavor and the chicken was really good. I also split a spicy tuna roll which was also fresh and good. Would recommend this spot.
google avatar

Mike C.

Yelp
Really good ramen and some of the sushi rolls are good. Fun spot for a lunch date for sure. Pink Lady Role Dragon Roll And Tonkotsu Ramen
google avatar

Ainsley E.

Yelp
Been to Slurping Turtle a ton over the years. Definitely a favorite spot for ramen -- it's tough to beat. It's kind of the only thing that's worth getting on the menu here though, with a couple exceptions. The sushi rolls are super expensive and pretty mid and I didn't care for the chahan. However, the duck fat fried chicken is very good and I'll also mess with a tempura shrimp bao if the mood strikes. So, it's where you want to go for ramen, but there are better options for Japanese elsewhere in town.
google avatar

Yelp
I've had my eye on this place for quite some time. I am so glad that I took the drive & got a chance to try it! We were greeted at the door and seated right away. For seating, they have booths on one side and tall tables in the middle. I can't lie, I was relieved to be seated at a booth. It was comfortable and spacious. The service was definitely 5 star with a smile. The food didn't disappoint either. The mushrooms were amazing all by themselves. The vegetable boa was SO GOOD! The flavors, the texture... I'm a fan, ok. My Shrimp Shio Ramen was good. I substituted my poached egg for a molten one, but I will try the poached egg next time. If you're curious about this place, I encourage you to give them a try.
google avatar

Longxiangyu C.

Yelp
The pork belly is over 50% fat and not well marinated and not cooked soft enough. It is flavorless and chewy. When the server brought the bowl to the table, I'm honestly surprised by the audacity of them serving these pork belly to the customers. This place used to be good. Sad to see the ramen become so terrible now. Won't come back anymore.
google avatar

Emma S.

Yelp
TLDR: excellent food/service, slightly pricey, highly recommend! Review: I wish I took photos of the amazing presentation of the food. The Tonkotsu Ramen was fresh, hot, and so flavorful, it was my own fault I burned my mouth, I couldn't stop eating! Although this is a ramen bar, the Dragon Roll was absolutely perfect as well. Crunchy, not overly saucy, and perfectly stuffed. Wonderful service from my server Mason, she boxed and bagged my food with care, and even separated the broth from the noodles in my ramen, so it wouldn't be soggy! Ambience was great too. Everyone was hard at work, yet still had time to smile and greet guests. There was one worker (possibly management) who would make rounds and check on every single guest/party. Now this next part is to be expected, but it is slightly pricey, especially when you include a well deserved tip. One bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen and a Dragon Roll with a suggested tip ran me about $50. But, for once in a while, treat, I would definitely suggest this location! Sidenote, on a previous trip to this restaurant, my party of six, and I were given a hefty discount due to a promotion of some sort.

Yelp
Student favorite for a reason - good food, great service. My son and his friends love this place.

Yelp
Very happily stumbled upon this spot on a day trip to Ann Arbor. Ahhhhmazing noodle bowls. Homemade ramen was spectacular. Flavors were on point. I got the red curry bowl (mushrooms and eggplant combo were perfection) and added a bit of their volcano sauce... so good. E had their Duckfat fried chicken ramen and crushed it. He's tough to please and he raved about it soooo... there ya go ;) Iced green tea was delicious. Service was extremely pleasant from all involved so thank you for that! Absolutely would recommend!

Lauren D.

Yelp
Took a group of eight here as part of a team dinner on a Tuesday night. The food was okay but I could not be more disappointed with the service. The host was rude, unaccommodating and had an attitude big enough for everyone in the restaurant. We showed up on time for our 6:30pm reservation and we were told our table wasn't ready. The host said it would be 5 to 10 minutes. An hour later they finally seated us. It was not that busy. There were plenty of other options like a high top table and tables in the downstairs dining area. They were unwilling to seat us anywhere but a low top table because my name was not on the original reservation. We were not allowed to sit at the bar because the bar was actually a table we were told. No alternative solutions were offered, no thank you for your patience, no I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Just a whole lot of attitude and annoyed expressions when we asked how much longer the wait would be. Will not be back.
google avatar

Monica J.

Yelp
Ann Arbor is a competitive environment for good Japanese food with so many great options. That said, I'd definitely add Slurping Turtle to the must-try list. I tried their famous duck fat fried chicken shoyu. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the chicken was tasty. The noodles are homemade and top tier. The chicken was delicious. Jammy eggs were perfectly cooked. My only compliant is that the appeal of fried chicken, in my opinion, is the crunch. You lose that when it soaks in broth. It is still worth a try, but on my next visit, I will get the duck fat fried chicken as an appetizer with the classic shoyu as my main. We also got sushi, which was pretty standard. Service was great, but restaurant is not very big and gets busy, so be prepared to wait for a table.
google avatar

Lauren B.

Yelp
While the food used to be delicious (we used to come here at least monthly), the ramen has gone up nearly $6 over the last few years and the quality of the food has gone down - too much sesame oil and dry chicken. We ordered two orders of dumplings and two bowls of ramen and the total was nearly $70 - and we got water to drink. The staff has always been nice and the booths are the best places to sit.
google avatar

Chloe' H.

Yelp
The ramen here is phenomenal! The restaurant is a cute little spot with a nice atmosphere. Always lots of people chatting and slurping - if you don't want to wait then call ahead for a reservation because there is almost always a waitlist to get a seat.
google avatar

Arun D.

Yelp
At Slurping Turtle, while the noodle bowls stand out for their heartiness and flavor, I found the sashimi portions disappointingly scant and not reflective of the price point ($5/piece). True, the quality is evident, but when value is a factor, the scales tip towards the noodle selections as the more satisfying choice. Even these, though tasty and filling, lean towards the pricier side. Service, unfortunately, did not elevate the experience, tending towards aloofness with a 'hipster-esque' attitude that might detract from the warmth traditionally associated with hospitality. In summary, while there are delicious options available, the balance between cost, portion size, and service leaves room for improvement at Slurping Turtle.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to eat in A2! The food is fantastic. Easily the best ramen in the city. The sushi is also really great. The restarting has a really chill vibe for lunch and dinner, and the service is great as well. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Give it a shot!
google avatar

Sofia M.

Yelp
Yum! Don't be fooled by the $15-20 range for ramen, this ramen is 2-3 meals worth. Dined here with a friend the other day and service is super fast, portions are huge, and good ambience. We were surprised it wasn't that crowded midday, but it gets more crowded later during dinner time!
google avatar

Calena K.

Yelp
The ramen miso was good! Would definitely come again and got the pink lady roll! And was okay
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
Love this place! The ramen is fantastic, noodles are absolutely amazing. Also has some of the best gyoza ever, so perfectly cooked! Gets very crowded during peak hours but if you go earlier in the day/ or on a weekday it's perfect!
google avatar

Mary Z.

Yelp
Solid place for ramen! You can't go wrong with a classic Tonkotsu ramen. Broth is flavorful and not too salty. It doesn't come with an egg like some of the other options (+$2 for a molten or poached egg). The noodles are thinner and a bit different from most places but they make their own noodles in house and their noodles are available for purchase!
google avatar

Leyang Z.

Yelp
We had lunch in this small but well-decorated restaurant. We ordered duck fried chicken, three baos, and three entrée (rice bowl, noodles and a rice cake bowl). The service here was quick, however, the waitress forgot to bring the hot water requested by my friends. For dishes: Positives: The duck fat chicken was delicious and the meat in the sashimi plate was fresh. Negatives: My friend thought the noodles was too salty. Besides, the waitress told me that the sashimi plate (small) has 13 pieces of meat, while I only found 9.

Yelp
i was here years ago and had some very good cooked mushrooms, good noodles and sushi the environment was very lively and fun-- perfect for a night with a few drinks and a few pals and yes its a good place to order some beer, sake, or mixed drinks with your dinner. Kampai, I guess
google avatar

Nik H.

Yelp
Incredible sushi without the pomposity of a typical quality sushi restaurant. No 5+ menu pages of options, no suspect offerings, no overly complex or silly rolls -- just fantastic fish put together by a chef that knows what they're doing. It's also a big plus to offer non-sushi plates, such as the ramen they're known for. Zero pretension, full flavor. Love to slurp that turt.
google avatar

Jeffrey B.

Yelp
Slurping Turtle is consistently delicious and a well crafted bowl of ramen. My go to is their Red Curry Ramen, their vegetarian offering. It is a really perfect broth, filled with mushrooms, and other veg and topped with potato chips, which yes, sounds nuts, but it's so good. I recommend adding the poached egg--the other is made in pork juice. Also their cocktails are no slouch! Reasonably priced and well thought out craft recipes. The bathroom is hiding in the basement but it's kind of an adventure. Also there's a lot of communal seating. The service has always been excellent and quick with suggestions and food delivery.
google avatar

Shelley A.

Yelp
So glad I finally got a chance to try the food here. Wish I'd done it sooner, frankly. My favorites--just LOVED, LOVED, LOVED these: DFFC MISO RAMEN [spicy] 20 duck fat fried chicken, bean sprouts, kimchi, buttered corn, molten egg, scallions, sesame seeds, chili flakes, chili oil PINK LADY ROLL 20 tuna, hamachi, salmon, avocado wrapped w/ soy paper, topped w/ masago, jalapeño vinaigrette, micro cilantro (I skipped the cilantro...it tastes like a wet dishrag smells to me.) What I didn't care for all that much: RED DRAGON ROLL 18 shrimp tempura, tuna, avocado, red and wasabi tobiko, spicy mayo, unagi sauce HAKATA TONKOTSU RAMEN 17 pork belly, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, pickled ginger, scallions, black garlic oil Our service was neither spectacular nor abysmal, so no complaints but no shout-outs this time around. Ambiance...get here early as they don't take on-line reservations and it fills up. Likewise, there isn't much waiting room if you walk in, so winter waiting could be cold. Also, if you are easily distracted by TVs in your restaurant, beware that there are a number of them inside and only people facing one direction can see them. If your dinner guest is facing the TVs, it might be difficult to get their attention. Lastly, much of the seating is communal, so if that isn't your jam, you should be aware that you might not get lucky enough to score one of their booths. Overall, the food is well worth the visit. I will be back!!

Yelp
The perfect spot for ramen on a cold night. The noodles were great, and the spicy ramen actually had some heat to it, which was great, super drinkable broth. Highly recommend getting the fried chicken on the side so it doesn't get soggy, loved the dusted seasoning it had. A really solid combination.

Yelp
Slurping Turtle stands out as a notable ramen establishment in Ann Arbor, offering an inviting ambiance along with their diverse noodle selection. The menu boasts various ramen options, each meticulously crafted. My favorite is the duck fried chicken ramen for its distinct flavors and textures. I also love their selection of sake and how visually appealing they are.

Yelp
Title: the best duck fat fried chicken ever A gem of a restaurant that gets blemished by poor service in my opinion. The food was a great blend of Asian flavor with culinary imagination. The food really hits those different sense of your taste palette just right to give you a wonderful culinary treat. The only thing I can think about as I left that restaurant was when am I going to come back for that duck fat fried chicken, that must have been one of the best things I have ever eaten and is highly recommended with its perfect crispy texture snd sweet and savory blend of flavor. The food was great but the service was full of kids who seemed like they had the worst attitude of working. I felt like an inconvenience to them so let me just say if tips were actually based on service good luck making any money.

Yelp
Wow!! Everything was amazing. First off the customer service was amazing. Every single employee greeted us and check on us. The restaurant was super busy but you wouldn't know it with how often we were checked on. Drinks were super amazing. Appetizers were amazing. Ramen was amazing. No complaints and we plan to return.
google avatar

Yelp
Slurping Turtle's DFFC Miso Ramen is a flavor fiesta! The duck fat fried chicken adds a crispness, harmonizing with buttered corn, molten eggs, and a miso broth that hits the perfect spicy note. Scallions and kimchi provide a refreshing crunch and a spicy kick, creating a symphony in a bowl. Each slurp uncovers new layers of deliciousness, making it a great for the senses. Bravo, Slurping Turtle, for crafting a ramen masterpiece!

Yelp
Had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The seating is all pushed together in a way that feels communal, and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. The duck fat fried chicken was an excellent appetizer full of flavor. I liked the dffc better as an app than I liked it in the ramen. Either way, the food was excellent, and the portion sizes were well worth the price.

Yelp
I tried out their DFFC Spicy Miso Ramen and really enjoyed it! It comes with their duck fat fried chicken and a marinated ramen egg which was delicious. I surprised myself and finished the whole thing lol, or maybe I was just extra hungry. It gets pretty loud and crowded in here so it can be tough to carry a conversation from across the table but I would be more than willing to come back to try out more dishes!

Yelp
Came here on a whim and it did not disappoint! The service was quick and efficient and the environment of the restaurant was family oriented and fun! The food was the highlight of the restaurant! I had some ramen and it was delicious! I will be going back!

Yelp
[Slurping Turtle] Japanese Restaurant in Ann Arbor, right off UM campus Got the classic Tonkotsu, Red Curry Ramen, and something else I don't remember Overall: 6/10, wasn't too crazy but def has some flavor and I needed this after a long day this specific day. Holistically rating the ramen, I think the soup was very thin, like water flavored soup based and very plain https://slurpingturtle.com/annarbor 608 E Liberty St Ann Arbor, MI 48104
