2-Star Review for Smash King (Now Chicken Land) – 3200 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 Sat in 2hr traffic, to get here expecting the Smash King menu I saw online—burgers, fries, and all the good stuff—but was surprised to find it’s now operating under a different name: Chicken Land. The name change wasn’t mentioned anywhere online, and the menu has been completely overhauled. No burgers, no variety—just chicken options now. While the food was okay for what it was, it’s disappointing and misleading when a spot changes its entire identity without any notice. If you’re craving what Smash King used to serve, you won’t find it here anymore. Definitely recommend calling ahead or checking for updates before heading over.

Don’t let the fact that this amazing gig is in a gas station from having you experience one of the most Savory burgers in the Philly area. I live in south jersey and was in the area so I decided to give it a shot. I got the double smash burgers with the fries and it was really one of the best I’ve had. Clean environment, genuine owner, and fair prices! Give this a shot you won’t regret. I’ll definitely be back soon.

How many times have you gone to a place because you looked at the pictures and the food was disappointing? The food looks exactly like the pictures and I don’t know about you but if I’m looking at those pictures, everything looks delicious. if anything, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s that good. I’ve had a few menu items. Chicken platters are delicious. The smash burgers are fire.

Just got the double smash burger. It was a smashing success. I was so hungry I forgot to take a photo before destroying it with my appetite. Pro tip: Get yourself a side of halal white sauce for the fries. Smash King rules! Do yourself a favor a find out!

Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, when I say they loaded up my gyro, I mean it. It was filled with the perfect amount of meat, veggies and sauce it was just undeniably Perfect! I’ve only waited about 6-8 minutes and for food like this it is 100% worth it! This a Must Try!
