Smashburger

Slow and horrible service. We waited for over 25 mins for our two burgers and large fries. We were the only customers there. A few more individuals showed up 10-15 mins later and got their food and left. When we got our food, we asked for mayonnaise. The African lady said she’ll get it and never returned with it. My burger was burnt and it was bitter. Never had such a dry and nasty burger before. Look at the photos below… I’ll never return here again.

Love the nice seared crust on the burgers and the wonderful gooey, juicy taste! Edge even has a little bit of crispiness. Beats the heck out of the most of the competition. Extra napkins required! Truffle Mushroom Burger is a mushroom lover's dream! With a generous amount of mushrooms and truffle mayo. Even had some crispy Swiss cheese under the burger! Also serving some pretty decent chicken wings too. Burgers are a bit more expensive but, these are NOT Whoppers. Rosemary and Olive Oil on the thin, very crispy French Fries made them a bit messy. However, it also made them extremely addictive and one of the best fries we've EVER eaten!

3 people ordered together. Wrong burger with one fry. No fry with other burger and my husband has been sitting for 15 minutes waiting for his burger. My sweet potato fries were burnt. Don’t bother!

When I saw brussel sprouts on the menu at a drive through I thought "well I've gotta try that". What I didnt expect was them being straight FIRE! Holy smokes. First time at smashburger and im impressed. The woman who took my order was awesome and the meal was excellent. Highly recommend this location.

More BBQ sauce on the BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger would have been nice and order wasn't ready by time given but overall everything else was fine.

This place is so poorly run. Every order takes way longer than they advertise. It’s understaffed to the point of no one taking orders until you flag someone’s attention. The portions have been shrunk significantly with prices going up. Even the salad I got was half the size it used to be and came with maybe 3 drops of ranch dressing. Recommend to go anywhere else.

Probably the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Piece of skin or whatever was on it,taste like rubber and bubblegum. Go to Culver’s or chick fil a instead and save some money, time and Taste buds When it opened food was really good, quality slipped down and way too much mayo and salt on the burgers.

Amazing burgers. That is about it. Long wait time. The fries and tots are not good, so greasy I got sick after eating them. The smash sauce definitely helps the taste. Plus expensive! Almost $25 for 2 people, no more combos available!
