"Smish Smash's smashburgers feature impossibly thin patties with lacy edges, making them a standout. The burgers are complemented by melted American cheese and two palm-sized buns, providing a meaty, greasy, and cheesy meal perfect for a festival setting." - Dianne de Guzman

A solid burger experience with great variations. The sides really stand out especially the Smash Fries with the crispy rosemary. This location has good service, nice room inside and an outdoor seating area for nice days. The parking is right behind and just a small walk away but exiting is always an adventure as many drivers don't follow the correct paths.

OK, so this is a fairly large burger chain but it's inexpensive and they really focus on quality. The beef is never frozen, and hand-shaped for your burger. The smashed fries sound really good but they are covered in Olive oil, not that there's anything wrong with that. Very tasty.

A great tasting, but expensive quick burger. Worth every penny to me as well. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a fresh burger but it does get crowded at lunch. My favorite on the side are the smash fries, covered in oil with garlic and parsley. Delicious. Definitely a favorite in my burger choices!

Great tasting burger, lots of meats , condiments and bun selections. Quick service. Little on the pricey side. But definitely a quality burger. Small dining area so no large groups inside but they do have outside patio dining which could accommodate larger parties. Parking was abundant in lot located behind restaurant.

The worst customer service ever. I was trying to have a great lunch with my brother but got home to find the milkshakes we ordered for a total of over $10 were half full. We packed up and went all the way back. They offered nothing for our inconvenience and as a matter of fact, they fought not to give us a credit on the milkshakes. Everyone working there had an attitude especially Ingrid the manager. Base on her bad attitude and lack of customer service, I can see why the rest of the staff is rude. They are following her example. She stated company policies(with a bad attitude) regarding returns but never once said she apologized for the inconvenience. My first and last visit to smash burger. Buyers beware of the costly and short filled milkshakes...oh not to mention BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Love Smashburger! Burgers are fresh, buns are super tasty, and the variety is great. Their Smash Fries are amazing - crispy and hot, not burnt or soggy. Their shakes are also great. Can't find anything I didn't like about this place.

Great burger! Tasted fresh and very juicy. Unfortunately, the milkshake was terrible! Very watery, thin, and soupy. In addition, the facility was dirty! The bathroom was not clean at all, no toilet paper (few napkins on the dispenser), no soap (broke dispenser) and no paper towels to dry hands on. I'm deeply concerned with how the employees are keeping things sanitized and safe if they are not able to wash hands properly. This is Restuarant 101 guys!!! I will make a return audit to see if any of these areas have been corrected at which time I will update my review accordingly.

It appears management needs to better support their workers. It was a busy Saturday and there was one person in the back and one running around the front. They were doing the best they could but they needed help. The shortest wait time for a burger 25 minutes. One man even asked for his money back and left. Burgers were great, wait time was terrible.
