Smashburger

I stopped here on the way to catch my weekly flight. I was initially going to eat at the chicken place next door but decided to try here since I hadn't had a good burger in a while. I was so disappointed in the initial presentation. I learned quickly that I should've ordered a double pattry burger. I expected a larger patty for the price. The flavor was excellent once I got past all the bread and lettuce! The French fries clearly had been staged as they weren't crispy at all, and the temperature as heat lamp warm. They're in a prime location, yet no one was there to greet customers. I just figured it out that I had to order from the kiosk after standing there for a minute. The dining area wasn't the cleanest. I'd give them another try because the burger was good BUT, work on presentation.

We wanted to give this burger a try. We're already familiar with this type of burger from Germany. However, to our disappointment, we found that the Smashburgers in Germany, like in Berlin and Munich, actually taste much better. 🍔🇩🇪

Poor customer service. I waited in a line while the staff decided they wanted to chat with each other by the cash registers. Other customers left the line but I waited because I really wanted smash fries. When I got to the front of the line, he took my order but then told me they were out of smash fries so I said never mind and left. Staff member working the cash register was wearing random clothing wasn't sure if he really worked there at all since he wasn't sure of the menu.

STIRKE 1. It’s the airport and at airport speed. Budget 20 min at least from start of line to food pickup. STRIKE 2. It’s in terminal B, so unless you’re flying to Wichita or Lake Charles you have to inter-terminal train. 0-2 pitch CRACK! It’s a home run! Truffle Swiss mushroom burger with smash fries. Outstanding ! It’s slow, like baseball slow.

The coffee is stale, the burgers are sub par and the servings are small. I got a breakfast burger that wasn't terrible. If you like to eat food that's not terrible, this is the place to go.

I ordered two burgers, each with 3 patties with no onions and it came out absolutely perfect. Sometimes it's a gamble with airport food, but the crew working the lunch rush today nailed it.

The Bacon, avocado burger is awesome. So glad to find a burger place that can compete with Red Robin. Thanks guys.

Staff are not nice except for the Asian guy. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and they gave me buns,patty and sauces. I asked if they didn’t have mushrooms and the cook was being antsy and said they do have mushroom so I asked why my order doesn’t have some and he was like “when did you order this?!” I said just few minutes ago and they were just talking to each other laughing. A lady came to me and asked if I want it in a cup I said sure. And she gave me a cup of raw mushrooms. I looked at her and she asked “you want it cooked?” And they were just there talking and laughing 🥹
