Waited more than 35 minutes. The service is extremely slow. If you don’t give the receipt to the cashier he will not make your food but meanwhile he will never mentioned that you need to give him receipt. The food is horrible, before I get my burger, I ended up bought a taco from next door. And I heard the cashier say to his kitchen that the customers need to figure out themselves of the different burgers they ordered bc he is not their parents (that order is for a big group about 24 people) they only get a portion of their order, then they need to leave for boarding. The smash burger district manager HAVE to come here to manage cuz this is such an easy job and your worker cannot even fulfill a simple task.

Absolutely amazing food. Used to eat this regularly back when I lived in New York and I hadn’t had it in about 5 years. Very happy to have it again.

The cashier was really nice The food was meh Tater tots very undercooked and soft and the short time it was in my bag the amout of grease that soaked through was astounding. My chicken sandwich was just meh. Nothing special. If i came back I may try the burger not those tater tots ..

If you like to donate your money this is the place for you. Allow 30 minutes for a to-go order of a crispy chicken sandwich. Tell them you're gonna miss your flight then they may start making it for you. Daylight robbery. Gotta be a lawsuit against the place. *Update*: I got a boilerplate response here that is *identical* to a previous complaint about slow service. Half of the complaints here are about inordinately slow service. Sorry, this *is* the standard you strive for. Please stop asking me to contact you and change your ways!

I deserved better. Fries were cold and greasy with a weird dill flavor. Hamburger patty was the size of a breakfast patty, too small for the bun. Service was slow. The coke was the only item that tasted good. I should've just went to the sushi place next door.

A man with gray hair in a ponytail has an extreme attitude and looks like he hasn’t showered for a month-horrible to have someone behind the counter dealing with the public. I simply ordered a burger right after that the computer crashed so I asked him for a Oreo shake and he told me rather rudely that they were out of ice cream and then proceeded to sit down on a stool. Wow I know that serving hamburgers can be pretty rough…

Just average experience here. Employees were all business and not friendly at all. Typical airport restaurant hustle. Food was prepared in a decent timeframe. Quality of the food was remarkably average. Not somewhere I would choose to go back to given a handful of options. The chicken on our chicken sandwiches was very thin and very dry. Very disappointing. The smash tots were so greasy there was literally a half inch of oil left in the cup at the bottom of the tots. Caution eating these as they will get oil everywhere.

Waited 38 minutes for one burger. Staff actively avoided my kind request to just check on my order number after 30 minutes. Staff said they would make it (the order mustn’t have gone through) and never called out my number. Leaving me to prompt them again (as they avoided eye contact) to politely check on my order number since my flight was about to board.
