The chili cheeseburger was amazing. Alittle bit salty but all good. Truffle fries were great, crispy and packs some flavor. The cashier and cook were very friendly. Would definitely order at this place back again. Cheers to Shirley, Daniel, Paul, Gabriel

The staff are relatively friendly. There was no line when they opened at 11am on a Saturday. Ordering was quick. The food was good, but you cannot pay with cash. They give you a beeper to alert you to pick up your food when it's ready.

I don't recommend this place with all my heart!
On 21.09 we spoke with two (!) employees several times and described the allergy issue. They assured us the food would be safe and dairy-free. When we picked up the order, they confirmed everything was fine. The employees' incompetence, error, and (likely) cross-contamination caused anaphylactic shock and required adrenaline, two ambulances and a hospital stay! At first, they promised corrective measures and monitoring, but now they're ignoring all messages and not responding.
If you can't ensure food is safe, don't reassure people otherwise and don't expose them to life-threatening situations!!!

The fries were overly salty and the amount of meat in the burger was a little burnt, the cheese tasted more intense. This is not the first time I've eaten a smash burger, there are better ones for this price.

Awesome casual sit at the counter and watch them cook type place in Dumbo. The fries are how I wish I could be - skinny, crispy and delicious. The smash burger is awesome. Patties bigger than the bun and full of flavor. I come from 35 miles away but I am coming back.

The husband enjoyed his burger and chilly fries. I thought the fries were tasteless. The kid ate 1/4 of her cheese burger. Otherwise, it was ok.

Like everything in Time Out Market, there is no urgency in the preparation. A burger and fries took 20 minutes to make when they were not busy.
A burger and fries runs $25. Small burger. Burger taste was quite good tho.
Most egregious: they don't have any ketchup. I guess they don't believe in it?
If you're craving a burger, you're better off going down the street to shake shack.

This is now my new standard for a burger. Best I’ve ever had!! The Big Schmacc was to die for. So so good. Definitely recommend stoping by if you’re ever in Brooklyn !! When I’m back in NY, I will most definitely be coming back !!
