This is my first time ever leaving a review for ANYTHING with that being said today I decided to try this Smashed Out burger I placed my order I was right around the corner waited for over 30 min even tho it said 22 min which is no problem so I just go inside to pick my order up and I'm told my order has been canceled longer then 22 min ago I never was informed my order was canceled ONCE! then I call the smashed out number and they don't answer but text back telling me they don't know why my order was canceled they didn't try to help me with anything so I ask for my money back and all I was told was I will submit your refund and I don't even know if I'm actually going to get my money back lol so just heads up for anyone wanting to try this establishmet

I ordered the double smashed out with grilled onions. The burger itself was so flavorful the meat was juicy and not dry! The smashed out sauce was really good, maybe better than in n out. The size was really big, it kept me full from my lunch until the end of the day. They also offer lettuce wrapped which is a plus!!
